I am really shocked to see how Club Mahindra makes fool of people and waste their time.
I got a call from "Rohan Motors" (Maturi car dealer) Chattarpur, New Delhi, in association with "Club Mahindra" offering me a 2 nights 3 days free holiday package and was asked to attend a workshop/presentation. I was invited with my wife so I took a leave from office just to see what the offer was and was met with one of the club mahindra representatives there. The man at work there said "Sir, enjoy the holiday with our free/promotional code now" and you will like it so you definitely will take our membership later. However, when the first call was made by some Mr. Ankush Rana (or Ankur), he had said that the offer he was giving was a part of their promotional scheme and as I had purchased a car from them a couple year back, I thought it was real.
But, when I reached home to register/redeem the voucher, the message there displays the following message:
[Our records indicate that you have booked your free holiday. For clarifications, please contact [protected] (Domestic callers) and +[protected]International callers) or the nearest Holiday World outlet.]
- Then I called up the customer care team, the guy there was acting like he doesn't know anything. He even didn't speak hindi at all and forced me to use english if my complaint was to be heard otherwise, he won't listen me. This happened even after I had choosen the option to speak in "Hindi" as I was not comfortable in "English".
After providing him with the voucher # that I was given with, all he did was to say, sorry sir, the number has already been booked/registered by someone else "(some Singh).
I also emailed to their customer relation team but it's been 2 days and I am yet to receive their reply.
The problem is: - I wasted my one day at office and I am extremely disappointed the way they dealt with me.
Being part of Mahindra Group, Such a fake commitments will destroy your name in India and other part of world too.
If not Thousands, If I'm not heard, I am going to post this same complaint to hundreds of boards, wheresoever possible, at least.

1- Called to customer care on 1st dec 2015 to book resort in Goa from 3rd March2016 to 6th March2016
2- Customer care told like in varca beach they can book only till 4th because renovation work will start from 5th of March.
3- I have 3nights of free voucher so i wanted to use it.
4- Customer care told ok to proceed for 2 nights in varca and one night in Palm Emrald. After booking confirmation for varca she told emrald and other resort is not available and already booking is completed.
5- I told her in advance saying i have a fixed train ticket, i want for 2 days if she will not give then what i will do.
6- When i started complaining her then she told i will give you waiting in other resort and started doing it, but later telling that one day she can not book in any resort. it should be atleast two.Now i dont know what i will be one extra day in Goa.
7- Please provide booking to me for 5th of March 2016. In any resort of Goa.
