Despite telling call centre people / executives not to call and disturb me and having registered myself in national DND facility, regular calls are being made to self which tantamounts to harassment and invasion to my privacy. I would like to initiate legal proceedings against the company if harassment of phone calls and follow ups does not stop

    Every day i am getting SMS on([protected]) from DM-CLUBMM for signing up as a member with Club Mahindra - to get an iphone 6 or i-pad mini2. i am not interested but this is not stopping at all. i have registered for DND & still you are disturbing in my privacy. I am not interested in club mahindra & never given my number to them, this should stop ASAP, Please provide the solution, if not i will complain further.

      Hi everyone, I have faced issue with Cinerewardz voucher which i recieved from club mahindra. I have registered but no tickets were issued even after booking thrice with no response to third mail and finally have lost my due dates. I have tried to connect cinerewardz but no one picks up call.       Two days back i have got call from executive from Club mahindra for this complaint i have raised. He asked for all information from me regarding Cinerewardz and mails which i received from Cinerewardz for booking. I have shared them all information till today i have not got any reply from them. No solution yet...!!!

      This has not resolved. Till date i could not redeem my cinerewards voucher. Finally they got expired. Wasted my time. They are least bother.

        Never join this club. We have all been cheated. It is impossible for members to get a booking, since they have already collected the money and there is nothing we can do. But non members can pay and get rooms any time . Try booking.com. A suffering customer.

          Our biggest mistake was booking Club Mahindra (Membership Number 1829702)

          History:

          At the time of booking the best available was Red Colour (1BHK)

          Sumit Shah was the concerned salesman who fooled me.

          I categorically asked that i will take holidays during school holiday breaks and we generally travel in group.

          He said then you must opt for the best one (i.e.- Red Category 1 BHK). I did that.

          Breach of Trust:

          I wasn't informed about the ASF Fees which came to me as a surprise.I digested that.

          I have been able to take only 1 holidays in the last 7 years.

          Every year I am disappointed. The holidays gets booked the moment it gets opened.

          Last year I had to face a lot of trouble and even I had to tweet to Mr. Anand Mahindra yet my holiday did not get confirmed at Coorg. On writing to Mr. Mahindra people swung into action but nothing happened. Only a promise that next time you will not be disappointed.

          This year yet again I get to hear that there is a Purple category that will get priority.If the category is introduced then why should I get penalised. I was disappointed yet again.

          I requested for cancellation (reference number 8413934) but I was dissuaded by a lady called Preeti from cancelling in the pre-text that they will help me out. It took me time to realise that they are buying out time. No holiday was booked and nothing was done. Finally when I insisted on cancellation thereafter that lady Preeti (never called back). I followed up many a times but they have stopped responding to me.

          My cancellation request was on 21st September and I want to full money along with the ASF Fees and interest on the money deposited.

          I will officially file the case if the need be but will not take this non-sense any more.

            Hi I was called to your Mumbai R city mall office for a presentation in the last week of September with the promise of providing movie coupons worth rs. 800. After attending the presentation, I was told the coupons are finished and would be mailed to me, which I haven't received after so many follow ups. I was attended by your executive Gauri Kamble. I don't expect this kind of false promise from a reputed organisation like yours. Request you to please provide me the coupons and catch hold of the employees and who make such false promises and and damage the company reputation. Waiting for a positive reply from your side.                 Hi Everyone, I got a call from On call from Club Mahindra office than I had visited Hotel regidency in Bhopal and received free holiday voucher on attending their presentation, but once i am trying to register with website of club Mahindra I got that voucher was already registered than I call on customer care they said that your voucher was registered with name of some one else and she is unable to further help and suggest to contact Lucknow branch. Very much unsatisfied and never will try Club mahindra Membership neither will refer anyone. Please dont refer anyone to them as they are cheaters.                   Hi Everyone, I received a call from one of the Employee stating that he is offering me Cash voucher as they do not have hotel room availability on requested date. Asked for PNB or SBI account where he can transfer the money, but not receiving calls after that. Don't know whether he was genuine caller or fraud.                       We are based in goa and have taken this membership in june 2015 n took the red season 1bhk mainly tht we could book without too much wait.since we are in business n cant predict our holidays we opted for red season .this the sales executive knew very well mr.pooviah n mr.nikhil from CM coorg. When in end of august we went to book our holidays we were suprised that we couldnt get any rooms in any hotels in goa ..and out of curiosity i checked they are booked for next 6 months. Then i tried mahableshwar..same 4 mnths fully booked. I called their call center which takes forever to revert they said that holidays need to b planned in advance.i told them then in tht case paying higher for a red season doesnt work for me. Since i havent used any nites or anythg of the membership please cancel it. After so many mails..it took 1 month to get a response from them..just to acknowledge my complaint. I told them when you want customer to buy you call everyday.but a serious customer service revert it takes so long. This type company i dont want to deal with n please close my membership. The executives dont knw to talk to clients. They said they dont refund..pl go on and do whatever you want. Are such frauds allowed to do business in india under the esteemed name of mahindra.                         I have opted a membership of Club Mahindra in late June 2012. In last three years I have used only a day at Mahabaleshwar resort. During the time of booking I was totally surprised with new terminology called ASF charges. This was never mentioned to me till I made my first holiday booking. I was totally misguided by executive Mr Mahadev who has came to my address and sold the membership. In regard to this I have lodged request several times to club Mahindra customer care, unfortunately I didn't get any response except Chennai office raises request to Mumbai Office. Still awaiting for their calls. Apart from these another disappointment item was RCI seven days against LCD TV. When I asked for LED they said offer doesn't exist. Later that year my colleague bought and got LCD TV. Totally disappointment !! I have been fooled by this membership and also with expected services . Hence I would like to make a simple request to refund my money on priority. Membership ID 241198

                          Dear Yogesh, As discussed, sending a list of complaints against Kamlesh Dubey & requesting you to help me with Bali/ Singapore trip which I want to gift to my brother on his wedding, which I am not able to plan because of confusion made by Kamlesh Dubey (saying we will gate 7 nights from Club Mahindra & 7 nights from RCI). Still I have Complimentary 7 RCI Nights. Let me know if I can gift them to my brother for Bali/ Singapore. Complaints: 1.While selling the membership to us, Kamlesh Dubey he said we should go for White membership even when we were ready to go for Red Membership. a. Now because of White membership we got 6500 cashback, 5 nights at club mahindra, 7 RCI Nights, Rs. 5000 food voucher. In Red membership we would have got 13500 cashback, 7 nights for RCI, 7 nights at Club Mahindra, Rs. 7000 food voucher. So this is our loss. b. He said if we will pay 3 EMIs we can plan our Lonawala trip immediately. So we paid 3 EMIs so we can take my mother in law (who is a lungs patient & can’t travel more than 2 hours) to Lonawala. At the booking time we were not able to get the booking because we were not the eligible in first 9 months. At that moment also Kamlesh Dubey did not helped us. And as a family we were not able to plan any other trip without my mother in law (This fake commitment made a huge family issue which spoils mood and relations). At the same time he didn't help us saying we can plan same holiday with RCI membership with other Lonawala resorts. He never said that in the first 9 months we won’t be eligible for Lonavla resort. c. Finally we planed our Goa trip in July. We upgraded our membership white (old cost: 3.32 Lacs, New: 3.37 Lacs) to red(Old: 4.99 Lacs, New: 5.07 Lacs). At that moments we paid 15% cost difference of white to red membership upgrade which is Rs. 25500 (not Sure) and 12 month EMI plan Monthly Rs. 12325. Bottom of the line is we are paying Rs. 8000 more than the old cost + will need to pay the difference in 12 months. So every month I am paying 8468 (4 year EMI old plan) + 12325 (New 12 month EMI plan) = Rs. 20793 to club mahindra just because of Kamlesh Dubey. 2. As Mentioned by Kamlesh Dubey, my husband Omkar Mahimkar is a co-applicant of this membership so he also can book the holidays & get the card. Till date we haven't received the membership card for Omkar. When we asked this to Rohit Vetal (Club Mahindra Sales person) he asked us to provide an application for the membership card. So we provided an application and fees to him. Next day I got a call saying Omkar Mahimkar is not yet a member and they are adding him as member! 3. False commitments a. We will get 7 Club Mahindra holidays & 7 Days RCI holidays every year b. He will help us for booking any time (He doesn't even receive our calls) c. He will give 2 more holidays from his own pocket (which we can get from our membership), he never gave it to us. For that, one of the Varca Goa resort's sales person called him and he (Kamlesh Dubey) said he will share it in 2 days & contact us, he never did that. 4. He never mentioned these points a. We will need to exchange club mahindra days to RCI for international trips. b. This exchange requires money. Different costs according to Indian, Asian or International location. c. All 7 Nights we will have to spend in single resort or if we will use even 2 RCI days. Because of this I am not able to gift my holidays to my brother as his wedding gift which I have already committed to my brother :( Since 9 months we are a member of Club Mahindra (Practically our membership hasn’t even not even started) and the overall experience is so much disappointing and surprising with unexpected terms and conditions which were never shared by the sales guy, Kamlesh Dubey. Even backing out from Club Mahindra is not an option now, because in that case we won’t get any money back. Waiting for your call and I hope you will give us solution.

                          Above mail was sent to Mr Yogesh N. Waugh (Venue Manager) on Sep 23, 2015. Still I am not getting any response from him. Whenever I am trying to call him, to help me in this situation, He just sends me messages saying he will get back to me as soon as possible and till the date he has not called me, nether replied on this mail.

                          It seems like Club Mahindra representatives are cheating over and over.

                            I am Club Mahindra Red Studio member. On 20.09.2015 I sent the mail with the request to reserve rooms at Mahabaleshwar resort for 19.12.2015. as per the season calender of the Club Mahindra, it is in 'red' season. The member relation do not bother to take action in the stipulated 'two working' days. Two days later I requested for the status of my reservation request the member relation executive Ms. Suganya immediately calls me saying 'sorry' for non unavailability of rooms. It is my season why I shouldn't be getting rooms her reply was, 'it was holiday rush, you should have made a phone call'!. As always the smart executive sends me mail suggesting alternate days for vacation (MON-THUS) all working days. Every holiday booking experience with Club Mahindra is story in itself. So much sourness is filled up the holiday mood gets vanished, the holidays that we earn hard and for which we have already paid. Further I rechecked the accommodation availability chart the rooms 1 BR, Studio were available even on 06.09.15.(for 18.12.2015 Mahabaleshwar) I once again wrote the executive, that I should be given accommodation in the mean time I put my request 'in waiting' in the standard booking format. Once again I got the call from another male executive saying I cannot get 2 BR (agreed but what about 1 BR or Studio!), and there must be some error in the accommodation chart that might not have been upgraded. He felt smarter than the previous executive, now in response to my back up request of 'waiting option' he says he is going to consider me in case of any reservation cancellations. I feel railway 'tatkal reservations' are way transparent than this forgery of Club Mahindra. It has created members more than it can handle, I too feel cheated.

                              I am really shocked to see how Club Mahindra makes fool of people and waste their time. I got a call from "Rohan Motors" (Maturi car dealer) Chattarpur, New Delhi, in association with "Club Mahindra" offering me a 2 nights 3 days free holiday package and was asked to attend a workshop/presentation. I was invited with my wife so I took a leave from office just to see what the offer was and was met with one of the club mahindra representatives there. The man at work there said "Sir, enjoy the holiday with our free/promotional code now" and you will like it so you definitely will take our membership later. However, when the first call was made by some Mr. Ankush Rana (or Ankur), he had said that the offer he was giving was a part of their promotional scheme and as I had purchased a car from them a couple year back, I thought it was real. But, when I reached home to register/redeem the voucher, the message there displays the following message: [Our records indicate that you have booked your free holiday. For clarifications, please contact [protected] (Domestic callers) and +[protected]International callers) or the nearest Holiday World outlet.] - Then I called up the customer care team, the guy there was acting like he doesn't know anything. He even didn't speak hindi at all and forced me to use english if my complaint was to be heard otherwise, he won't listen me. This happened even after I had choosen the option to speak in "Hindi" as I was not comfortable in "English". After providing him with the voucher # that I was given with, all he did was to say, sorry sir, the number has already been booked/registered by someone else "(some Singh). I also emailed to their customer relation team but it's been 2 days and I am yet to receive their reply. The problem is: - I wasted my one day at office and I am extremely disappointed the way they dealt with me. Being part of Mahindra Group, Such a fake commitments will destroy your name in India and other part of world too. If not Thousands, If I'm not heard, I am going to post this same complaint to hundreds of boards, wheresoever possible, at least.                                 Dear everyone my membership id 2573290 taken on 2014 even after mailing to stop my ecs they are detecting from my bank account. if i call costumer care of club mahindra you inform bank and ending the call, bank people we cant stop ecs from club mahindra only they can do it. after paying 22000 downpayment and four instalments of around 23000/- with out going any trip. i plan to cancel my agent durga as resigned and no one responding to my mails and costumer call executives are useless.

                                  I am Club Mahindra Red Studio member. On 0!.09.2015 I sent the mail with the request to reserve rooms at Mahabaleshwar resort for 18.12.2015. as per the season calender of the Club Mahindra, it is in 'red' season. The member relation do not bother to take action in the stipulated 'two working' days. Two days later I requested for the status of my reservation request the member relation executive Ms. Suganya immediately calls me saying 'sorry' for non unavailability of rooms. It is my season why I shouldn't be getting rooms her reply was, 'it was holiday rush, you should have made a phone call'!. As always the smart executive sends me mail suggesting alternate days for vacation (MON-THUS) all working days. Every holiday booking experience with Club Mahindra is story in itself. So much sourness is filled up the holiday mood gets vanished, the holidays that we earn hard and for which we have already paid. Further I rechecked the accommodation availability chart the rooms 1 BR, Studio were available even on 06.09.15.(for 18.12.2015 Mahabaleshwar) I once again wrote the executive, that I should be given accommodation in the mean time I put my request 'in waiting' in the standard booking format.                                     I own one membership No. 2380253. Product:Blue Studio, dated october 2011. We were informed that 1. Annual Subscription Fee {ASF} will be payable for the year, which in you are using property of Club Mahindra Holidays. we have written proof in this regard. 2. They had an offer {Stay for one week without any ASF} for selling memberships and told us that this offer will not lapse until you have used it. 3. We were also told that if you are not using your free holidays company will contact you on phone time to time to sell your 1 weel long days. and the earned money will be adjusted as ASF for your visiting years or shall be kept as credit amount against to your membership no. Their Cheat Act:1. We visited Kumbhalgarh resort and a hotel in Udaipur in the June 2012. After that we have not visited any Club mahindra property . and they have not called us even a single time for selling of our free holidays. 2. They have been calling, sending SMS and E-mails to pay ASF ONLY. 3. This is their cheat act Conclusion: I want to cancell my membership with them and paid up money back to me which is Rs. 2lacs almost.

                                      I had gone their membership in the first week of 3rd June 2015 . It was found transaction was done without intimation and using my credit card details without my consent. Had filed complaint same day when I got a message of debit entry of Rs 27700 /- Every time I got a number of repeated confirmation mail from club mahindra team stating this to be close within mention period but afraid they are extending the period and so refund intensionally. My complaint is towards RM - shiv kumar who duped via stolen my credit card details and issue the membership without my consent. Second - Benupriya who is intensionally extended the reversal unnecessary in the impression that we may quiet one day. They had given assurance and deadline for reversal for number of times but all ends hostile. Please take necessary action.
