Dear sir,
I have been receiving Spam mail from club Mahindra Holidays. I wonder how to stop them. I checked on their home page there is no mention about how to contact them except by giving your mobile No and email ID thus giving them the right to them to SPAM you even more. It comes as a shock to see a company of Mahindra group spamming people.
I hope Mr Anand Mahindra notes this and / or sheds his goody goody image.

    Dear Madam/Sir,
    I had enrolled on 30/08/2022 by paying the initial down payment of Rs.56, 884/- acknowledged by the company by receipt. The member ID assigned to us is 2988134. Subsequently, the first EMI of Rs.7680/- was paid on 07/11/2022.
    However, we decided to discontinue the membership due to medical reason (report send to club mahindra team) in family and I wrote to the company on 09/11/2022 after activating membership on 01/11/22, requesting them to terminate my membership and confirm it by an email or a letter along with refund of the full amount paid, as we have not availed any of their services till now. The company keeps on sending sms asking me to pay the annual charges. I am afraid they will collect the monthly EMI as we had agreed for auto debit to the credit card.
    The salesperson who informed me about the company and their plans, as well as their executives who call me, are telling me that no refund will be received, as it is the policy of the company. After reading the various posts on your website, I am hopeful that my hard-earned money will be received from the company. Please help me to get a letter/email saying my membership is terminated, and MOST IMPORTANT, PLEASE HELP ME TO GET THE REFUND OF THE FULL AMOUNT PAID (Rs.65, 00/-) FROM THE COMPANY for medical emergency in family.

      Club Mahindra Bliss Membership is a scam

      Mahindra club membership is a massive SCAM!!! If you are considering becoming a member please think 10 times before you give your hard earned money to these scamsters.

      Cancelation of CM membership

      Hi Team,
      I have been to a presentation today in chennai, conducted by Club Mahindra in the Lakshmi Tata showroom. We have been told to get a complimentary for this. Once we had been there, we were asked about financial abilities with wife by my side in public, and were forced to opt for a membership program. And paid Rs. 62347 for this and put into a debt of 2.6 lakhs for 2 years.

      Membership ID -2987340
      My name is Vinay Viswanath I took the membership on 21st Aug 2022. Later i decided to cancel my membership due to personal reasons. I send cancellation request on 22nd Aug 2022 by sending mail to [protected]@mahindraholidays.com as you can cancel membership within 10 days and you can get 100% refund.
      I still have not got the refund. CM guys created lot of confusion. Initially they sent mail stating that they will provide full refund. Later they sent another mail stating I'm not eligible for refund. After lot of discussion and escalation, now they said that they will refund full amount. They are saying that with in 90 WORKING days they will refund. However as per agreement it is mentioned as 90 CALENDER DAYS. Also i have requested the cancellation on 22nd Aug. That means i should get my refund on 20th Nov. However they are saying that they will consider the date from 14th Sep. I don't understand the logic. Could you please help me to get this resolved

      Club Mahindra was supposed to pay the refund with in 90 calendar days after sending first written request for cancellation. however they didn't pay the refund on the 90th calendar day, and they were arguing that its 90 working days. I spoke to my lawyer, he verified the agreements and all the mails i sent them for cancellation and decided to sue them for interest and compensation for the mental harassment i had to go through. We had decided to send the legal notice after 1 week as my lawyer was out of station., after 2 days i received call from CM stating that they will make the refund after 90 working days and i said i dont need refund as i will be claiming for interest as well as compensation. To my surprise they processed the refund the very next day morning. So my advise to all who are cheated by CM, please take them to court and claim intertest and compensation.

        I came to know that my excess 6 days were lapse without any advance intimation. since its a paid inventory cost to me by paying ASF every year and CM cannot be so rude to your member with so cruel Stupid policy😳.
        Please note that due to Covid for past 2 year i was not able to use the inventory, and also during 17July22 for my birthday celebration CM team didn't support me to utilize the holiday which was disappointing experience.
        CM team were adamant with the rule & regulation & standard policy.
        Don't suggest to any family & friends.
        Unfortunately same disappointing experience !!😞
        So my Humble request to you all to credit my lapse inventory and confirm by waitlisted booking at Tungi Lonavala. Hope you all will not disappoint this time .

          I want to cancel my useless purple studio member I’d 2280085 in my name and I want refund of the amount paid by me so I need refund with interest of this useless membership, as whenever we book a holiday in any resort we never get confirmation and my upcoming holiday waitlist number is 10924963 for which I struggled a lot but I said we never get holidays of our choice in preferred resorts and destinations, so you are requested to please cancel my membership of Purple Studio Member id 2280085 and refund me the amount with interest asap.

            I am a Purple Studio Member with id Number 2280085 in my name Deepak Kukreja, I have paid more then 10.5+ lakhs for this useless membership and paying almost 18.75k ASF yearly, though I am paying huge amount but still we never get holidays as per our choice, always have to struggle for holidays and this time I have waitlist number 10924963 and since 2 months I haven’t got the confirmation of the booking, booking of Club Mahindra resorts are available for non members on paid basis on web portals like booking.com, agoda, make my trip and many other web portals but not available for members who have already paid huge amount on membership and paying big amount on ASF every year, all I want is I need justice

                  Hello,

                  My name is Rajeshree Gajjar. I am from Ahmedabad. hope I am a value able member of Club Mahindra. My membership id is 511627. One year ago, we received a call from club Mahindra Ahmedabad office. They told us that we won a food voucher, please collect it from our office.

                  When we reached at the office, they explained us about club Mahindra resorts, properties and membership details for almost 4 hours. They included that we can visit Kensville golf club located at Ahmedabad at any time before prior booking if we have a membership. We felt that we can have many advantages and we were interested for the same.

                  We liked membership offers and we accepted the offer or membership.

                  Now, let’s talk about our experiences with Club Mahindra.

                  First experience: - We got complimentary food voucher. Unfortunately, we were not available in the city while that duration. I am working in Infosys, Pune. So, I had to visit my office in that duration. When we were back, we called the sales person about food voucher. He told me that he will extend the voucher or give us another food voucher. but he might forget about it and we didn’t call back for such a small kind of things.

                  Second experience: - We were planning to visit Kensville golf club with friends as club Mahindra sales person explained us that it is under club Mahindra property and we can visit it any time, at the time of membership registration. When we called for the same, he told me below things: -

                  Sir per person 2500/- + taxes

                  Breakfast

                  Lunch

                  High tea

                  Golf is not included

                  So, we found that the charge was too high as compared to all other clubs in Ahmedabad. We didn’t find any membership advantage here and we just let go these things.

                  Third experience: - At the time of membership registration club Mahindra manager told us that they will plan our first trip for making it beautiful and mesmerizing. We will give u poolside dinner and all. So, we were very excited for the same. Meanwhile, I had to attend one meeting in my Trivandrum, Kerala Office. So, we decided that we will visit nearby resort of club Mahindra after attending my meetings. So, we checked application and we found that there are many resorts in Kerala i.e., Ashtamudi, Poovar etc. So, we called the manager he told us that we should go to Poovar, it is the best out of bests. So, we believed him and booked our first trip. We checked resort activities in club Mahindra application before visiting the resort and we found that there were many free activities in Poovar resort like gardening and morning yoga. We booked those activities.

                  When we reached at the resort, we were welcomed by resort staff which was a nice experience. At the time of check in, one person explained us about 3 days food plan and expenses. We found that it was quite expensive at that time but we booked it. We found that the food quality, Service and verity was amazing. It was worth it compare to all money. We appreciate that and the kitchen staff was very helpful and jolly.

                  We were staying in private pool villa. Villa was good. But looked like old property. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. A.C. was stinking. There were many mosquitoes in the room and we found cockroaches in the bathroom. There were two lizards in room. So, it was very risky to keep our luggage and essentials open. It was terrible for me at least. We found less Toiletries in bathroom. We complained about the same at reception but they could not find satisfactory solution.

                  We had visited SFS Home bridge at Trivandrum for two days as I had a meeting at Infosys, Trivandrum. That hotel was far better than Poovar villa in many manners like Toiletries, Cleanliness, and Hygiene.

                  We were interested in backwater boating and the Kanyakumari trip. We were discussed the same at the travel desk. They told us that back water boating charges are around 2500. We found that same package in just 1500 INR beside the resort. It was hardly 150 metres away. the boat rider extended half an hour just because it was time for a sunset without any argument or any demand of extra money. We enjoyed a lot and we gave him difference money for his service and humbleness.

                  We didn’t get any call for the activities we had booked from the club Mahindra application. When we asked about it, we got to know that no such activities (gardening, morning yoga) are there. They told us our manager is changed so many things are changed in resort. No such activities are performed now, might be application was not updated for the same. We were shocked for the same.

                  One more thing in addition, we were supposed to book bicycle in resort. They told us that it will charge us 500 INR for 30 minutes inside the resort only. It was very laughing moment for us because we had booked two-wheeler only for 500 INR per day while staying in Trivandrum. We travelled whole 2 days in Trivandrum by that two-Wheeler. We get bicycle in 150 INR for whole month in Ahmedabad, too. So, 500 INR for 30 minutes just within the resort area - strange right!!!

                  We are getting calls for pending ASF fees but we didn’t get any call from club Mahindra regarding our bad reviews which had given after check out. We are getting many calls from Ahmedabad office just for referrals. Now, please explain how can I refer my colleague or family or friend. No, I will never approach them just because my whole experience. Even I am not interested to continue this membership now.

                  Please look into this whole matter.

                  as we didn't get any satisfied answer from club Mahindra holidays. I don’t want to continue this membership after this kind of bad experiences. I want my hard-core money back. we already said that You can cut your service charges if any, but return my rest of the money back.

                    I am one of the bliss members, have stayed in Cherai Club resort in October 2022. I had worst experience during my stay, have registered my complaint in membership experience (almost 20 days back). Till date, there no feedback or call from customer support

                      Their sales representatives hide the yearly cost of the membership(ASF) and promise there is no other cost for the membership. Later on, once we sign the contract, we receive calls from them asking for yearly maintenance charges. When it was informed to the relationship manager, he promised to waive the charges.Now, they are not letting us to cancel the membership or waive the charges as well. Sales representatives also not responding or meeting the customers after complaining.

                      I have all the WhatsApp, call recording proofs.

                      I have already shared with them the membership ID and ncessary details. Talked over the phone. Thy asked me to share the Proofs I have that I was cheated and misled by the executive. I did. After all these, they haven't taken any action now not responding as well.

                        As mentioned above due to corona can't able to use holiday by this Mahindra Holidays taking advantage and lapsed my 5 complimentary nights and 10k food vochour and 7rci nights and Amazon voucher of 7k except maintenance. . After becoming member by paying 4.8lakh can't able to use single day in Mahindra Holidays regarding this complaint to concerned team but no response till now .                           This membership has gotten nothing but only made me waste my energy and time. even after paying for a premium membership these people fail to inform you that you cannot book for more than 4 people which was not the case earlier. when asked to justify they confuse you with their seasons and how it works and trust me it does not make any sense. you pay annualy but you dont get one reseravtion through the entire year. so its like they have taken the money and you havnet even gone for a holiday. they just loot you by talking nicely and trapping you to get their membership. the staff is so rude or so usless. and now when im asking for my refund they are delaying to response again. while taking the membership they are so sweet but after taking it its so chaotic. i want my refund back since i havent made any reservations.

                            Your sales person fraudulently sold me the Holiday policy for 3 years
                            He seemingly gave good discounts. We closed the deal at Rs 40589, ( Rs 33125 as down payment with single EMI of 7461)
                            Which we completed the payment by 10th Sept
                            I again got a call that my EMI for October is due, when I told them that no EMI is due, they told me that I have to pay 11 more EMIs
                            When I asked the sales person, he told me to ignore such calls as I have paid full and final
                            This is a big FRAUD

                              I have Club Mahindra Membership Purple Studio. They have rule to lapse holidays beyond 21 days. Whenever, I try to book places always it is booked full. Neither they allow to carryforward the days nor bookings are available in short notice. It is paid holidays for which I have paid ASF which is very expensive. I have sold my one membership 2340957 previously owned by me because of this reason. When I call their executives they refuse to re-credit the days. I had suffered thr' COVID and was not able to travel much too.
                              Regret the service.

                                I had mailed club mahindra on 03.10.22 to cancel my Club Mahindra membership-2991480 which I bought on 30.09.22. I had submitted the digital application on 30.09.22.

                                The reasons behind cancellation is mis-selling of following things:

                                1. Holidays of 2 nights/ 3 days were promised but not shown in online portal - complimentary things.

                                2. Food vouchers of Rs.10000/- promised, however shown as Rs.5000/- only in online portal- complimentary things.

                                3. Interest rate in EMI was told as 15%, however it is 16% told in welcome call.

                                4. Freebies are given after stipulated period – 3 EMIs/6 EMIs which was not explained.

                                5. In case of 30% DP, it was informed that rest amount can be paid in 24 interest free EMIs- not responding to calls now.

                                Have escalated all these issues during welcome call on 01.10.22 but did not get any response.

                                In view of the above, I am no longer interested in this membership and hence request to cancel this membership and refund Rs.52980/- paid as initial 10% Down payment at the earliest.

                                date cancellation of membership and refund remains unresolved- no status improvement whatsoever from posting date- 11.10.22. The Sales Manager- Haresh Negi has stopped responding calls. No updates from customer care team. Grievance Redressal system is pathetic- nobody responds on mails/calls, customer care executive says not aware of cancellation process- unbelievable, these people only want to swallow your hard earned money, such a horrible/disgusting customer care of a listed reputed company.

                                  Club mahindra team is Not supporting or assisting .
                                  Since I have took membership and almost all EMIs are paid, 2 years I couldn't use their facilities, only getting false promises, Then I have stopped paying my EmIs as I was promised by the team for a solution, until now nobody has got back to me for a support ans assistance.. I feel cheated and I lost my money more than 1 lakh
