I have emailed 4-5time regarding cancellation of member ship but they have not responded. Club Mahindra has not cancel my membership and not refund deposited amount

    Dear Sir/Mam, i have enrolled for club mahindra on 11th Dec 2022 and made the payment of 1.5 L through my credit card. Next day i have sent cancellation to membership experience team. However replies received that tat is 45 days. And after so many followups they said it will refunded within 90 days. They also confirmed through email that refund will be done within 90 days of my cancellation request sent to them. During last month, they were saying refund will processed within 90 days from 12 jan 2023. Club mahindra team keeps on delaying to refund my money. Unfortunately i am not able to pay my credit card bill yet. My membership id is 2997163.

      This is Vinodh pemmasani I have purchased Club Mahindra membership on 1st dec 2022 then i have cancel my membership on 2nd dec 2022. I have received mail from member experience team you will get refund in 45 days from last 1 month i have send 50+ mail regarding my refund & also talk to team every time they are saying you will get call back in 3, 4 working days but not a single update received till now about my refund.
      I requested you please refund my money back,

      I am exhausted and irritated by Club Mahindra team they are not refund my money.

      I requested for your help on refunding my money back..

        I want to complaint regarding membership my membership is given by sachin kumar tiwari he also says that after satisfying u have to pay ur first emi and he has taken first emi without any trip I have done the payment and he has taken membership from my credit card the card is not mine it's my friend credit card I have taken because he has discounted me when the emi cut from his number also he has taken two emi at the same month without any permission he has deducted from credit card also and from Google pay I have also done at the same time he is not responding any more not attending calls my husband also so I want my money. Back please sir I have call so many times he is not responding any more I have said I will complain at ur head so he was saying I will call u back sir but tomorrow till today hasn't come I want my money back please I m requesting you please sir I don't want membership sir please he was saying that he will give every month 5 movie every month I will give u till November to March he has not given me any movie tickets.

            Please initiate refund of my membership ID 2920181
            As I had taken go zest premium for both national and international trips amounting to 135000
            Now when it has time for me to booking I came to know that I hv to to pay rupees 12600 per day extra for per room.
            I am unable to pay such huge amount as I thought everything is covered under my membership.
            So I request you to cancel my membership and refund me..so that I can book on my own from other sites..as your site is same as booking from other apps like make my trip.
            Refund me my amount as I m neither so rich nor I hv extra cash to pay u up

                  My full refund against cancellation memership # 549113 with case ID # 02723242 is due from your end till yet.
                  I am facing indifferent attitude of customer support team.They seems irresponsible, un-professional and negligent. Even your seniors are also ignoring requests/complaints of customers/consumers.

                  Its extremely dis-appointing and creates aggression in customers.

                    I bought a Gozest club Mahindra membership with a downpayment of 35950 Rupees, on 22 Jan 2023 which is sold by their sales representative to us by manipulating us.
                    After thinking about it, patiently I decided not to go with it and send the mail for membership cancellation to their official Email id [protected]@mahindraholidays.com on 23 Jan 2023. I got a reply that my request will be processed in 2 working days, for my Member Id: 3000801 and generated ticket Id: [protected], the next day I got another mail that my request will be processed within 4-5 working days.
                    Since then, I did not get any information from the club Mahindra side about my cancellation status even after 5 working days as mentioned in their mail.
                    So I called them on the helpline number to know my refund status and their reply is " your service request is open because it will be approved by higher authorities, they will call you within 48 hrs". So after 48 hrs, I called again and their reply is the same as before with the addition that, they raised another complaint and marked it urgent and this time surely I will get a callback, but I didn't, since then I have called them many times and their answer remains same that, I get their callback within 48 hrs,
                    Since I raised my membership cancellation request neither their 5 working days completed nor my refund status initiated or even confirmed.
                    Please help me with my refund.

                      I have request for the cancellation of my membership on 2dn Feb2023, but still not i didn't got any response from the team. My money is blocked and need the money back due to some emergency. No proper response from the customer care and mailed to all level but no care to response the customer queries. I am really frustrated the way they are treating the customer and also it create a mental torture for me.

                      It is my sincere desire to cancel the Membership and get the refund in this respect. I also desire to resolve the matter amicably failing which I may decide my future course of action including legal recourse against the Company in an appropriate forum.

                        I had purchased membership on 26-Jan-2023 and submitted my cancellation request on 28-Jan-2023. However, till date apart from customary acknowledgement of request no further action has been taken.

                        It has been over 25 days and it is becoming very frustrating day by day. I never expected this kind of response from such a premier organization. Very disappointing.

                        Please help to cancel my membership and refund the membership fee paid immediately. Also disable the EMI auto debit. I am giving my membership details below and attaching photos of payments and EMI auto-debit registration

                          FRAUD ALERT! STAY AWAY FROM CLUB MAHINDRA!

                          We took membership on 31st Oct 2021 and we were made false commitments by Mr. Anup Tiwari and Mr. Sahil Raj. It's a fraud company and do not give your hard earned money to them. Also they don't attend you much once full and final payments are made.

                          1) I was given 1 month free RCI holiday with my membership but later on they are saying that locations are very limited, however at the time of taking membership we were told we can go to any place and shown the RCI Booklet. Till now we did not get any booking.

                          2) RCI points given to us expired without any information. We were not told about the expiry of such points.

                          3) I was told if I will make the full payment within 3 months I will get Rs. 13, 000 Cash Discount but they only gave Rs. 10, 000.

                          4) We were told price of food at Hotel will be nominal but they are very very high. Around Rs. 5, 000 per day.

                          5) THE WORST PART YOU WILL NEVER GET BOOKINGS. It will always show room not available, however non- members can book anytime from many platforms.

                          My hard earned money is stuck. Please stay away from such fraud company.

                            I applied for Club Mahindra membership in September 2022 and paid
                            Rs 33125 as initial payment. My membership (membership id 2988352) got activated on 7 Nov, 2022. As per discussion with sales representative (Rahul) of Club Mahindra, I had requested him to reserve the Club Mahindra room in Goa in October, 2022. On Nov 7, 2022 when the first installment was due, he told me that room is booked, however I need to pay the first installment to release the booking from the company end. I made the payment of first Emi of Rs 7464 in Nov, 2022. But even after about 20 days, when he did not give me confirmation on the booking, I contacted the company representatives. They told me that no such booking is made and also refused to provide the booking in their resorts on the requested dates (from 3 Jan, 2023 to 7 Jan, 2023). I found this membership is useless to us as I cannot avail the benefits at our desired time. Hence, I sent the email to company to cancel my membership and refund my money. However company is not willing to refund the money.

                            Please help me in getting the refund from the company.

                              Hum approximately 10th feb ko 12.30 pm ko entered kiya uske bad “Bhavya” naam ki receptionist ne bola ki aap wait kijiye room is getting ready i said ok, u wont belive 45 mins ke baad Bhavya bolti he ki room ready ho gayi he toh “Baggi means small car” aa rahi he for drop.. 5-6 baar follow up leke bhi baggi nahi aayi and literally bhavya dusro ko unke room tak le jane me busy ho gayi, itni worst service thi ki 30 mins ke baad means 1.45 pm ko baggi aati he pick karne ko.. And one more thing sab guest ko welcome drink de rahe the but hume welcome drink diya toh nahi but yaha kuch aur hi dekhne mila.. such a worst behaviour from Bhavya in munnar.. I visited too many places in club mahindra but this was worst experience in munnar.. I wont recommend munnar to anyone due to this type of worst service..
                              One more complaint about food-: we ordered french fries, wo itna oily tha uski wajah se mera son bimar ho gaya.. worst experience in food also..
                              My complaint take it seriously and take action as earliest..

                                Dear sir, Not a day passes when I don't get four- ten spam mails from Club Mahindra Holidays. Repeated complaints to the company have not yielded nay results.. I fail to understand what this cheap worthless ccmpany gains by sending out so many spam mails. From where they buy data or steal it from I don't know. Further their bosses don't tire of sermonising others.

                                    I took Club Mahindra Membership in 2021 and since COVID had not fully subsided and my children also getting affected by it, we could not make travel plans till Mid 2022. I had been promised Resort Credit Points when I was being lured to buy the membership with no clause of their expiry explained to me by the executives at Bhopal, Mr Siddhanth Nigam. The Points were suddenly deleted from my account without intimating me through SMS/ email or call. The inventory of Club Mahindra is very less to cater for members and the resort rooms are always booked. I feel cheated with all these experiences. Please help me out

                                      Due to some personal unavoidable reason, I would like to cancel my

                                      (ie. Rs.110851/- )* to the bank account which was given to your team.Here, I have attached
                                      the payment transaction statement screenshot for your reference. This is the complaint i have raised to our team on 16/01/2023 I have got the reply mail that our team will reach you within 3-4 working days but still I haven’t got any call or mail from your team please look into the problem and resolve it asap.
