I bought a Gozest club Mahindra membership with a downpayment of 35950 Rupees, on 22 Jan 2023 which is sold by their sales representative to us by manipulating us.
After thinking about it, patiently I decided not to go with it and send the mail for membership cancellation to their official Email id [protected]@mahindraholidays.com on 23 Jan 2023. I got a reply that my request will be processed in 2 working days, for my Member Id: 3000801 and generated ticket Id: [protected], the next day I got another mail that my request will be processed within 4-5 working days.
Since then, I did not get any information from the club Mahindra side about my cancellation status even after 5 working days as mentioned in their mail.
So I called them on the helpline number to know my refund status and their reply is " your service request is open because it will be approved by higher authorities, they will call you within 48 hrs". So after 48 hrs, I called again and their reply is the same as before with the addition that, they raised another complaint and marked it urgent and this time surely I will get a callback, but I didn't, since then I have called them many times and their answer remains same that, I get their callback within 48 hrs,
Since I raised my membership cancellation request neither their 5 working days completed nor my refund status initiated or even confirmed.
Please help me with my refund.
