I applied for Club Mahindra membership in September 2022 and paid
Rs 33125 as initial payment. My membership (membership id 2988352) got activated on 7 Nov, 2022. As per discussion with sales representative (Rahul) of Club Mahindra, I had requested him to reserve the Club Mahindra room in Goa in October, 2022. On Nov 7, 2022 when the first installment was due, he told me that room is booked, however I need to pay the first installment to release the booking from the company end. I made the payment of first Emi of Rs 7464 in Nov, 2022. But even after about 20 days, when he did not give me confirmation on the booking, I contacted the company representatives. They told me that no such booking is made and also refused to provide the booking in their resorts on the requested dates (from 3 Jan, 2023 to 7 Jan, 2023). I found this membership is useless to us as I cannot avail the benefits at our desired time. Hence, I sent the email to company to cancel my membership and refund my money. However company is not willing to refund the money.

Please help me in getting the refund from the company.

The company has not responded to my complaint till now. Please contact the company to look into the matter and refund my money at the earliest.

    Hum approximately 10th feb ko 12.30 pm ko entered kiya uske bad “Bhavya” naam ki receptionist ne bola ki aap wait kijiye room is getting ready i said ok, u wont belive 45 mins ke baad Bhavya bolti he ki room ready ho gayi he toh “Baggi means small car” aa rahi he for drop.. 5-6 baar follow up leke bhi baggi nahi aayi and literally bhavya dusro ko unke room tak le jane me busy ho gayi, itni worst service thi ki 30 mins ke baad means 1.45 pm ko baggi aati he pick karne ko.. And one more thing sab guest ko welcome drink de rahe the but hume welcome drink diya toh nahi but yaha kuch aur hi dekhne mila.. such a worst behaviour from Bhavya in munnar.. I visited too many places in club mahindra but this was worst experience in munnar.. I wont recommend munnar to anyone due to this type of worst service..
    One more complaint about food-: we ordered french fries, wo itna oily tha uski wajah se mera son bimar ho gaya.. worst experience in food also..
    My complaint take it seriously and take action as earliest..

      Dear sir, Not a day passes when I don't get four- ten spam mails from Club Mahindra Holidays. Repeated complaints to the company have not yielded nay results.. I fail to understand what this cheap worthless ccmpany gains by sending out so many spam mails. From where they buy data or steal it from I don't know. Further their bosses don't tire of sermonising others.

          I took Club Mahindra Membership in 2021 and since COVID had not fully subsided and my children also getting affected by it, we could not make travel plans till Mid 2022. I had been promised Resort Credit Points when I was being lured to buy the membership with no clause of their expiry explained to me by the executives at Bhopal, Mr Siddhanth Nigam. The Points were suddenly deleted from my account without intimating me through SMS/ email or call. The inventory of Club Mahindra is very less to cater for members and the resort rooms are always booked. I feel cheated with all these experiences. Please help me out

            I am Vishnu R. I have joined the Blue membership of Club Mahindra on
            14/01/2023 which was held in SRM Hotel, Trichy and my *Member ID is 3000204*.
            Due to some personal unavoidable reason, I would like to cancel my
            membership immediately. And *request you to refund the total amount paid
            (ie. Rs.110851/- )* to the bank account which was given to your team.Here, I have attached

                I would like to bring to your notice that I have cancelled my membership on 16th January 2023 . I purchased studio white membership on 15th Jan 2023, membership no allotted -3000314. After doing continuous follow up and not getting any action based response, I am writing this email with heavy heart and being deeply stressed out for my money.

                When I got a call from the verification department, I got to know various misrepresentations that were made by the executive who visited my place for selling the membership and I believed him in good faith considering the brand name of Club Mahindra .

                Since the cancellation email sent by me, I have not got a single call from the cancellation team even though the standard TAT mentioned was 4-5 days, which has been completed.

                Extremely poor customer support. It's a trap for innocent customers.
                Even their seniors are not interested to resolve issues.Club Mahindra is cheating their customers and checking their patience of tolerance.My Membership # 549113 with case ID # 02723242 .

                  I have purchased club mahindra membership in november 2021. I have paid appx 3 lacs. now currently i am going through financial crisis & couldn't manage to pay emi's. i requested club mahindra for cancelation & refund, but they refused for any refund.

                    I had applied for a CM membership (MAF No. 300356) on 18/16/2022 and had paid an advance of INR 49, 182 towards the same. However after going through online reviews and personal experiences of my friends who had memberships, I decided to cancel my membership the next day itself. I had to write several emails to them to get to agree for a refund. Finally on 14/07/2022 Club Mahindra promised to refund my money back within 90 working days. As of today (17/01/2023) they have'nt kept their promise and still asking me to make the rest of the payments as if they have no knowledge of my cancellation. This company is bogus and fraudulent and I am forced to register a complaint against them.

                      Membership cancellation was requested the very next day after registration, but company does not take proper action to cancel and refund the downpayment made. The date of registration is 18-Dec-2022. Date of cancellation 19-Dec-2022. Downpayment made 30, 380₹.

                        I opted for GoZest membership and have paid initial amount of 33000 and opted for emi for 12 months..I have paid three emi of Rs.7464 and due to my financial constraints i was not able to pay the emi further..So i requested for cancellation of my membership, they told i wont be receiving any refunds and still i am okay with it..All i asked is for membership cancellation..But they are delaying and everytime i asked for them they say that the team is working on it..I am tired of it since it crosssed two months of writing cancellation mail to them..I am getting message to pay the emi..I am afraid that like banks they would be having Gondas collection agents to collect the emi..I am already in lot of debts..Please help me to get cancellation of the membership and i am okay with no refund also..

                            Requested cancellation on 2nd Jan after purchasing membership on 29th Dec. There has been multiple mails being send but there has been no resolution. As per policy mentioned in the purchase document, I am liable to get full refund if I cancel within 15 days.

                              Auto Debit EMI

                              Hi,

                              Last November 3rd 2022, in Coimbatore TATA Tafe Mahindra club had arranged campaign for CLUB Mahindra Anniversary. Sherif relational Manager is the person i sopked and purchased for one year holiday pack, we never accepted for 3 years, as we totally paid for one year tourism. From yesterday from Mahindra club have auto debited EMI from my account, i never accepted for the auto EMI debit, how they are able to take my money...

                              Club Mahindra Bliss Membership-points deducted wrongly

                              I became a member in November 2022. As I was surfing and looking at partner hotels of Club Mahindra while planning a trip, my points were deducting without any confirmation, order or payment from me. Initially I was told it was a technical error and my points would be restored but it has been a nightmare with no resolution.                               We had taken a Club Mahindra BLUE package for 15 years. Our membership number is 2988161. It is in the name of Rajasekaran K (my father). His contact number is [protected].

                              We paid approx Rs. 235000 for the membership and we were promised that as complimentary benefits, we would get 10000Rs worth Amazon coupon & the Annual Subscription Fee (ASF) for the first year would be waived off. However, the salesperson who approached us initially has been not responding properly. He has been delaying with some reasons and has not given us the benefits as promised. When we reached the customer care, they had asked us some proof. We had submitted the whatsapp communication that holds all the promises that were given by the Salesperson. However, the customer care is ignorant to understand the gravity of the situation and is repeatedly asking automated evidence instead of solving the problem. We need proper solution for this.                                 I am writing to you as I am not satisfied with the Club Mahindra member experience management for resolving Complaint Service Ticket Number [protected].

                                I had 3 days of complimentary days with validity up to 30 Nov 2022. I booked the complimentary days on 12th November 2022 on Club Mahindra app with WL 10937704.
                                However the waitlist was not confirmed by 12 Dec 2022. So I wrote to member experience to assist me to cancel the WL booking and revert the days, so that I can book again on resorts showing availability. ( Club Mahindra rooms are always full and waitlisted )
                                I got a reply from Megha Jadhav on 12 Dec 2022, to cancel the days using the website or App. Once the waitlist is cancelled the days will be re- credited back to my account for reuse.
                                So I followed the member experience instructions. However the days were not credited back and member experience has been unable to assist me, citing the expiry of the 3 complimentary days.

                                During the holiday package buying a year ago, the Club Mahindra members had made false promises and claims that these days can be extended by them. But now all those false promises and false claims are out.

                                So I write to you to solve this issue w.r.t re-credit of the 3 days that were given to me as part of the whole package that I bought with Club Mahindra.
                                The 3 complimentary days were part of the whole deal for which I have paid for.

                                    Wonder when this Spammer of the First Order will quit their nefarious activities.
