Fraud call for complimentary gift voucher

I have got call from Club Mahindra sales person on 30th-may-2022 from the mobile no -[protected] and he told me i have won a free gift voucher for free stay at any of the club Mahindra resorts for 2Nights and 3 Days. But for getting it i have to attend one presentation for 45 mins with my husband and take away the voucher. I enrolled on Dec 2021 paid Rs. 28500/ Cash
Paid Rs. 13000/ Google pay mode
As discussed with your service staff, we reached at your Mahindra Hotel in Munnur on[protected] at 4:15 pm. My Entire team had ID except one lady member and even they were also carrying vaccinated certificate, but sorry to say the hotel reception staff Girl refuse to enter my entire team. I humbly requested the girl named Anita, but she was totally adamant to admit us
We return back home with great dissapointment, I lost more than 20000 on the useless journey with no benefits.
In this context I dont want to continue with you so please refund my money paid

    My membership was locked by Club Mahindra for KYC update for more then a year, for which I had submitted all the relevant documents asked by Club Mahindra through email atleast 8 times. I got frustrated and raised my issue on social media after which Club Mahindra relationship manager Mr. Prabhakar contacted me and resolved the issue within a month. By the time my membership was unlocked my 7.3 days got lapsed but Mr. Prabhakar had given me a written mail assurance that in special case I will be re-credited the lapsed holiday due to system issue from their end.
    As the personal change happens in all the company, now the new Club Mahindra Members experience team has back tracked on the written promise.
    I wish to approach the consumer court to teach this so called members experience team a lesson that they would not take any members for a ride in the Name of company's policy.

      For the following reasons, I would like to discontinue my Club Mahindra membership: Membership ID : 527638
      1. I purchased the membership so that I could visit most resorts whenever I wanted and throughout my children's vacations. The majority of the resorts are completely booked. When my children have school days, I am unable to go on vacation. However, because I was deceived by Club Mahindra's sales agent, I was unaware of this truth.
      2. I didn't even disclose complete ASF information, such as the fact that I will be taxed starting next month and that the amount will increase by 15% per year. According to a sales agent, ASF will be excused through various programs, and you will not be required to pay it. CM will take care of everything.
      3. I purchased a Club Mahindra Membership at Rs. 4, 74, 216. (excluding ASF). I signed membership forms late at midnight, trusting Club Mahindra (CM) sales staff on the premise of humanity, but everything was a deception.
      However, I do not see the value in purchasing such a membership because resorts are never available when needed, resorts are far away, and the amount charged is excessive when compared to other similar resorts available online through Make My Trip.
      4. The CM team is forcing me to pay ASF in advance, even though I have paid 30% in advance (Rs. 1, 46, 664) and have not used any resort facilities. The team began forcing me before the deadline for paying ASF (three weeks in advance). Otherwise, the resort option will be inaccessible to me. You'll be charged late fees and other penalties if you don't pay on time. They are pressuring me like I believe I have borrowed money from them. During calls, customer service representatives were quite nasty.
      We belong to the service-middle class. I have to pay an EMI of Rs. 27296 and an ASF of Rs. 18725 in the same month, which is impossible for a middle-class household to afford.
      5. Food is really expensive. Buffets cost around Rs. 650-750 per person, whereas ala-carte is highly expensive. Consequently, whereas most other hotels provide complimentary breakfast and reasonably priced lunches, the cost of a meal at Club Mahindra is extremely exorbitant. Except for Club Mahindra, there aren't many other places to eat. Thus, for a day for two adults and one child, one will spend around Rs. 3, 000-4, 000, and then they would tell you that boarding is free with membership.
      It is my earnest wish to cancel my membership and receive a refund. I also want to settle the problem amicably, failing which I would consider my next steps, including legal action against the company.
      Request your revert and refund my hard-earned money.

        My membership ID is 2976813, i took the membership on 16-Apr-2022 (i paid initial amount + 3 months EMI). On 19th April-2022 i sent mail asking to cancel my membership. On 22-Apr-2022 i got confirmation that my membership is cancelled. Till now my refund is not processed. So many times i have called customer care & chennai branch office, no one is giving proper reply.

          Sir,
          Me and my friend Nikhil Giri visited Manali. On 15th May 2022 we met your sales person Mr. Ankit at Manali who convinced us for taking 5 years membership of “Holiday package”. He also told that 15th May 2022 was anniversary of company and the offer was valid only for that day.
          My friend Nikhil was interested in taking the membership but did not have his debit card for payment. Mr. Ankit asked me to give my debit card and said Re 1/- will be debited and then EMI will be transferred to Nikhil’s debit card when he will give details to Mr. Ankit who issued receipt no. GHC101221 dated[protected]
          Nikhil provided his debit card details to Mr. Ankit but till today the EMI has not been transferred to his account. When I spoke to Customer care number [protected] of your company they said the EMI is still booked on my account.
          Now Mr. Ankit is neither attending my calls nor calling me back. He is not even replying to Whatsapp messages.
          Hence it is requested to kindly transfer the EMI to Nikhil’s debit card, details of which are provided to Mr. Ankit already.

            I have become a member in Club Mahindra Holidays in August 2021. I have been offered the below benefits in the time of membership.

            As we discussed please find the below points by reference
            1.You will receive 8000 worth of amazon voucher with in 45 to 60 days .

            2. Again You will receive 5000 worth of amazon Voucher with in 75 to 90 days .

            3. Apart from the above amazon vouchers you will get 4 nights and 5 days for first and second year of membership apart from your regular 7Nights and 8days .

            4.The annual fees will be (ASF) waiver for this membership .

            5.The clubMselect card also given complementary for this membership.

            Now I couldn't reach the executive Vignesh[protected]. I couldn't reach any of the executives.

            I am trying to book the rooms in the Booking Site, even its not able to book rooms.

            No one is responding from Club Mahindra

                    Recently I booked a club Mahindra resort at Khajuraho. The booking was in waiting. As I had to stay I visited the resort and personally booked it and the room was easily provided. The entire day upto 11 P.m. I waited for clearance of waiting and at late night the booking was rejected. Whereas almost the entire property was empty. They did not run breakfast in buffet because there were only 8 to 10 guest in entire property. I will advise never join club Mahindra membership. You will definitely feel cheated after Joining. Their salesman are biggest liers. Beware.

                      Extremely disappointed as i booked 2 nights from 01/06/22 under special offer where 2 nights i cancelled as per system shown in booking app and even sms received of 2 night balance but they are not giving as saying special offer valid till 12 april ..but before cancelling it didnot show any loss of nights so cancelled pls see image of sms received and this 2 night balance they are not giving so why should member suffer due to system error in application of showing 2 night balance after cancelling 2 night not showing and in system 2 night balance sms is coming. Please give 2 nights of special offer and improve your system

                          I am a member of Club Mahindra since 2014 and my Member ID is 2595942. Due to the high Annual Fees I did not pay the dues this year. Normally if one does not pay the annual fees one cannot avail the 07 days holidays that accrue for that year. But the accumulated inventory is available for use. A max of 21 days can be accumulated. However, as a punishment mahindra app and call centre agent is denying me the right to book holidays utilising my accumulated holiday inventory for which I have paid all dues. This act of Club Mahindra is arbitrary and prejudicial. When I had taken membership there was no such rule and presumably this rule has been introduced in 2019. One cannot apply rules retrospectively.

                            I have not signed any agreement with club Mahindra holidays but they have taken my money and refusing to return back. One year back club Mahindra holiday sales representative asked us to pay a token amount of 25000 rupees and added that company will reimbursed the amount paid any time if we don't want to continue the offer. The sales person did not inform any terms and conditions neither we have signed any contract with club Mahindra. the next day I asked the Club Mahindra sales person to return the amount. He kept on delaying. One year has passed and hundreds of trips to the office still we did not receive our money. Its very sad to know how such an established company club Mahindra holidays are cheating people.

                                Hi Gulshan here from Jhansi. I have taken membership of club Mahindra but due to some personal issues I am not able to continue payment of my installment. I talked to a club Mahindra employee Bharat Singh on his phone +[protected] and he told me that it's company policy to deduct 20 % of the amount deposited. But I am continuing calling to customer care regarding my refund. But there is always a reply that we cant do any thing you have to mail to the company e-mail I'd . Since last six months I am continuously sending the email at [protected]@mahindraholidays.com but no concrete response is coming. Such a big company and fooling there customer is totally a big spot on the companys image.

                                  I want to cancel my club Mahindra membership.I am in RED STU category and I am unable to book on my preferred dates even in lower categories.The customer care contact number for NRI is not user friendly. My mobile number that is registered against my account is not identifiable by the customer care IVR system.Even breakfast is not complimentary and I end up paying ₹3000 to ₹5000 approximately for a day food.The sales person didn’t say anything about these things.Please let me know the procedure to get refunded my amount

I Requested to cancel my membership and refund my money on the next day of sale .The sale person told its is an one day offer and many GV will be provided Once you take the membership But next day i felt it won't suits me and it will create a financial burden so requested to refund my money back on 21 march 2022 and today is 16 may 2022 Still now I have not recieved my refund and proper response from the management side.                                       I had your GoZest membership for which I had paid 99, 000 earlier.
                                      Owing to Covid situation in the country I could not utilize it properly (3 holidays in 2 years), for which I contacted their sales agent Sachin to check if that could be extended
                                      He confidently representing the organization told me that extension is not possible and the only options with you are to forget about the membership or extend it which later turned out to be a lie (Fraud/ Lie 1)
                                      I had no reason not to believe him (since these people trained your sales team so well on how to fool customers), so I asked him for options with regards to membership extension
                                      While giving me options I insisted for one time payment options only among which I will finalize
                                      After giving one-time payment option, he insisted on taking other options which had the following details
                                      Just Pay 10% now, the remaining payment you can make before year end in March when company will make special discounts (Fraud/Lie 2)
                                      You don't have to worry about ASF dues for 2-3 years (Fraud /Lie 3)
                                      Your premium payment will start only after 3 months in May'22 before which we would have made the payment in March (as written in previous pointers) (Fraud /Lie 4)
                                      Your remaining points from GoZest will be added to new membership (Fraud /Lie 5)

                                      I had no reason not to believe him since he has been trained by champions of fraudulent people
                                      After I made the payment of 10% (24, 478), I asked for summary report from him since I had 15 days to cancel inn case I am not satisfied ( The proof of which I am attaching) (Fraud /Lie 6)
                                      He very conveniently ignored that request
                                      After about a month I received a message for ASF due which I forwarded him to which he replied let me check
                                      Post that I have been calling him continuously and he kept ignoring my calls by not picking up
                                      I called him from other number which he picked up and upon hearing me he blocked that number as well
                                      Post that, I raised a complaint from your grievance redressal team

                                      After weeks and months of to and fro this was the company's (Mahindra Holiday's) official statement as per Vishesh
                                      As per the membership rules, we would like to inform you that there is no refund applicable to your membership

                                      So basically, as per Vishesh, no matter what frauds and lies they commit in any matter, since you have written some policy as per our convenience which we can give to refuse refund and laugh about it later

                                      Dear Team,

                                      Ignoring my complaints these people have cancelled my membership "owing to non-payment of dues" and even now they keep repeating terms like "decision of cancellation of membership" / "your decision" etc.

                                      Now they are saying I signed some KYC documents which I never ever remember doing so
