Heavy loss of value of money...trapped

Dear Sir/Madam
I have requested the CMH to send me the estimate that how much money I will get refunded if I go for cancellation of my bliss membership. After a lot of effort and stress, I have been informed that I will just get INR 23556/- as refund, I am really humiliated by grievance redressal system of the company and since the last 3 years I have faced lot of stress due to vague replies and non cooperative attitude of the company...

False commitment For Gift Voucher

Hello,

I have got call from Club Mahindra employee, and he told me i have won a free gift voucher for free stay at any of the club mahindra resorts for 2Nights and 3 Days. But fot getting it i have to present in a seminar for 45 mins with my wife and take away the voucher.

i gone there with my wife for like 1 hour and for their seminar where they were trying to sell me the membership. And they told that i will...

Dissatisfied- want refund

I am not satisfied with my membership of Club Mahindra for the following reasons.

1) I had booked resorts in 2020, however owing to the pandemic had to cancel. I was told that the 2-3 days that would be beyond the maximum 21 days in August (when my yearly 7 days get added) would be added back.

2) the next year was also a pandemic owing to which i could not travel. I was told that the full 7 days will not lapse...

Grossly dissatisfied with Club Mahindra

I am not satisfied with my membership of Club Mahindra for the following reasons. .

Fraud misguided and hide term and conditions

I myself namrata chaudhary.i have purchased club Mahindra white session membership on 2 feb and paid amount of 43800 through online.i was interested because of Mahindra group.
As per as discussed with sales team I have mention that I am pregnant and due to COVID vacation isn't so good option but sales team told me that we can cancle my membership anything and got full refund if i used 7 night pakage the amound near about 19000 diducted...

Very very poor customer service and response

I am a member since last 6 years but have not gone for a single trip as i could not book a trip wth the kind of poor booking methods( only one trip to Gangtok by my relative with the help of one agent/employee of CM last year). Whenever you try, it is no vacancy. Tried 2 monts back, it said book 15 days before. On 15 days prior trial, no vacancy. Then how can you book ?
Recently i tried for co-applicant for Gangtok and not being successful...

Cancelation refund and stopping of ECS debit

I would like to cancel my Club Mahindra GoZest Membership 2975301 which was taken on 1st April 2022.
The first holiday experience with the membership has been so bad that I am regretting my decision.
The CB Sales Representatives promises are fake and you can never get hold of them once the Membership is taken....

Fraud Holiday company

I took go zest membership for 3 years for 175000 out of which i paid 87500 as down payment and rest in EMIs.
the executives are totally fraud persons working in the company and seems like only working for sales targets.
i took the membership in December 2021 for my holidays in February 2022
they promised RCI week in dubai and after all the confirmations i paid for the membership.
but they never booked my hotel...

FIR we will file against CLUB MAHINDRA & ANKIT SAXENA

Club Mahindra Sales person Ankit Saxena from Delhi office [protected] had done big fraud with us when he sold us the holiday package by giving us all wrong information to us at 10 PM in the night to sign documents of just acceptance as a member and nothing related to its terms & conditions.

He just made us digitally sign without showing us all the other pages, and he took our digital signature only on the page that he showed...

Club Mahindra Sales person Ankit Saxena from Delhi office [protected] sold us the holiday package by giving us all wrong information and pressurizing us at 9 PM in the night to sign documents related to its terms & conditions.

It was a 15 page document which cannot be read in 5 mins. So we signed it in hurry. There was no soft copy of it on email untill we asked for it!

In the package, he promised us 7 Club Mahindra...

Fraud customer care and sales representative

I have opted for 3 years club mahindra membership. Sales representive told me that booking will be hassle free and resorts would be available except in Goa during new year only. He also promised to give extra nights to make total of 35nights but after the membership he told that membership will be active after half of the month.
