    Hello management,

    I am requested my membership cancellation for more than a week they sales team not processing any cancellation steps. They are not picking my call as well.

    1 . He had given false information about the annual fees that is if we are not travelled on the particular year we no need to pay 18000.
    2 . The booking rule also he had not informed in the time of seminar (we are not suppose to book any resorts until 3 emi).
    3. Cancellation policy also he had never informed that the refund we can get if the membership cancel within 10 days.
    4. Now I am requested for cancellation he told he will speak his manager but I am calling him he not even picking my call and not replying my messages too.

    Management could you cancel my membership and refund my amount.

      Dear sir/Madam:

      This application or complaint is against my membership plan member id - 2984060 and contract id- 532972 purchased on dated 9/07/2022 in a seminar attended at hotel majaraja palace near govt college, hoshiarpur (Punjab). I have taken club membership in this seminar only and Ii have also paid a down payment of rs 31125 rs through my credit card on the same day and one instalment of emi is also deducted of amount 7464 rs on dated 8/09/2022 which was against my will as i told to pay this ammount by cash only and no prior consent was taken from my side. As there are many false promises as well as illegal obligations on your side I want to cancel my membership with immediate effect and also I will take a legal action if required. I also suggest you to take suitable action against your sales executive mr Sanjeev kumar Rajpu CME ID: 36192 to share fake and false information with the clients. Kindly cancel my membership with immediate effect and refund my all dues.

        I have sent several emails, had several discussions on the phone but have not able to avail holidays.
        Despite having a credit holiday balance, they did not book my holiday request at the right time.
        My previous holidays have lapsed due to delayed or incorrect information being provided by Club Mahindra.
        The terms of the agreement have been changed unliterally by Club Mahindra without being agreed by me.

        No progress has been made despite several emails and phone calls.
        I have sent several emails to Club Mahindra but none of the issues have been resolved.
        Had asked a senior management person to discuss but call center people who have no authority or knowledge and are not even aware of all the issues raised.
        When will Club Mahindra resolve this?

          I stayed at your Ramada resort Alleppy from 31-8-22 to 3-9-22
          with my Husband.. We had stayed in the same resort earlier for 2 times
          before onset of Covid pandemic. All the bookings were for studio
          rooms. This time I found that the studio room allotted to me was much
          smaller than the earlier 2 times. My husband took this up with Ramada hotel
          management and was told that as per the new agreement with Club
          Mahindra a lower type room was designated for studio and as per
          revised contract the appropriate room was given., he was told by them to
          contact Club Mahindra. Accordingly He contacted Club Mahindra call
          center and later member relations team. Hewas told that what the resort
          informed was true and this is the current studio room. He registered
          a complaint with them that as a Red studio member his entitlement
          cannot be reduced from my 2 earlier stay in the resort and the current
          room is actually of hotel unit size and category as per associate
          resorts IWehave stayed in many other associate resort properties. They
          told us to take photos of the room and sent them to member relations.
          He send 2 photos with his complaint to feedback member relations on their
          portal. However so far he has not received any reply.
          As you can see he is a member from 2007 and my experience with Club
          Mahindra so far has been that the membership entitlements are
          regularly and arbitrarily reduced to meet the expanding and
          aggressively acquired additional membership to the detriment of old
          members. Normally old members are given better facilities since it is
          their patronage that has helped the Company grow. Here we find that old
          members are squeezed to get more profits for the Company. The AMC is
          regularly increased every year with benefits reduced over the years.
          The whole business seems to be a big hoax on the customer. With
          increasing members and correspondingly lesser resort rooms addition it
          has become very difficult to get bookings as per your desire and lot
          of compromises have to be made on resorts and dates. But then beggars
          are not choosers. You are now trapped. Along with this you find that
          we get inferior rooms and facilities.
          We oiagwould want the duration of our stay at Ramada to be debited for
          hotel unit. We had send them reminders .No reply

            I purchased club mahindra membership (membership no.[protected] linked to email id : [protected]@gmail.com )on 30 june 2022 which was sold to me by speaking too many lies basically it was misselling by Mr shashank midhra - sales person and Mrs ILA her manager. When i came to know about it, the very next day i.e 1 july 2022 i send email to club mahindra website [protected]@mahindraholidays.com regarding cancellation of my membership and refund of my money because club mahindra gives 100% refund if cancellation request given within 10 days of purchasing membership, its the policy of the club. But still its today 12 sep 2022 more than 72 days, still no refund has been made neither they are replying to my emails, moreover i am getting text messages from them regarding paying my emi's, they have not processed my cancellation request neither refund my money even after so many calls to customer care and sending so many mails to customer care. I have attached the screenshot of cancellation request send on email on 1 july 2022. Kindly make the refund urgently as i am in need of it.

              I had taken a club Mahindra Bliss membership[protected] in the beginning of 2020 from Thrissur Kerala, The manager explained me the product details in detail and was patient enough to answer my queries. But " THE CANCELLATION POLICY WAS NOT EXPLAINED". Later After few days I got a Validation call from Club Mahindra in which also " THE CANCELLATION POLICY WAS NOT MENTIONED and obviously not EXPLAINED".

              Till now I have not used even a single holiday and has been paying club Mahindra holidays an EMI of 5000 and had paid a total of nearly 2, 00, 000 /Rs in deposit and other charges

              Due to financial constraints I am not able to continue with the policy and asked for a refund of a product which I have not used even once .

              The company not only denied the same but what I got from the managers in Kochi office was rude behaviour .

              1) How would a customer know your cancellation and other policies when he is not being presented or explained .

              2) How does a validation call can prove I am in agreement with your terms and conditions when they haven't explained it in detail especially the cancellation policy.

              3) Even The membership kit you couriered me does not have a leaflet of your terms and conditions so how am I supposed to know.

              So in which of our conversation or documentation this "CLAUSE 8.2 WAS DISCUSSED"

              MY CASE STANDS WELL IN THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT (CPA) SECTION 48, SECTION 51 AND SECTION 68.

              The fact of non refundable amount is totally unacceptable and I would have to access my legal rights through proper channel.

              I would again request you either you cancel my membership with a acceptable10-15% deduction or simply convert the applicant name and I will continue with the policy or change the policy itself .

              it has been almost a month .. I got just one call and no follow ups, which I consider very lucky because In you are only valuable for them till you become a member . once you are a member they don't treat you well .

                Earlier I tweeted from two accounts but there is no response and it's been 7 months I asked for refund and they gave me dates for refund and nothing happened I request @anandmahindra sir & @singhkavinder pls take the appropriate action on this issue

                  Dear All

                  I would like to draw your attention to all the unfulfilled and false promises made to me by your executives during the last 2 years.

                  I had purchased a membership of Club Mahindra in Nov 2020. Mr Anand Kumar from NSP, Delhi office sold us this membership by making the following promises:
                  1. It is a 5 year plan. The company has launched it to make a new customer base. if you like it in 5 years then you can continue upto 25 years, else no need. Now I have come to know that there is no such plan.
                  2. He gave us 7N of international RCI, which he said he will extend the validity till 5 years( as at the time of purchasing the membership it was a lockdown period, hence no question of international holiday) so he made a false promise of extending the validity of RCI till 5 years. but RCI membership expired within 1 year during the lockdown period itself when there was a ban on international flights. so it was just a false promise.
                  3. he told us if we can get another customer through referral, he will make our first annual maintenance installment free. for this reason i got my friend Mr Karan Agarwal to purchase the membership from same Anand Kumar of club mahindra.
                  4. he also promised 6 vouchers of 2N/3D for all over INdia and 5 domestic/ Asia holidays in Club Mahindra resorts every year apart from the fixed 7N every year.
                  5. he also promised amazon vouchers, tanishq vouchers and other freebies worth of 25000, which were never received by me.
                  6. based on these fake promises I made an initial payment of Rs 30, 000 and subsequently 4 EMI of 11, 000 each. During this period I requested him to book my holiday on several occasions. However, he refused everytime making some or other excuses. After 4 months, I found the whole scheme fishy and I decided to stop payment of monthly EMI.
                  7. When I stopped making payment, he called me for due EMI. I requested Mr anand to book a holiday as per his promise and then I will pay further EMI. He didnt book any holiday so I didnt pay any EMI.

                  Now, come to June 2022, Mr Raman Kapoor from Jasola, Delhi office called me to say that my policy is in cancellation phase and I need to make EMI payment ASAP so that the policy remains in force. We organised a meeting at my home and I told him about my past experience. also I would like to mention I was 9 months pregnant at that time. Mr Raman assured us that if we make just 1 EMI payment in June 2022 then we can avail a 5N domestic/Asia holiday till October 2022. he said that just make 1 emi payment and I can take a holiday till October, and if I like it, then I can continue with membership else I can cancel it. As My delivery was due in June itself, I reconfirmed with him over whatsapp/ mail to give this commitment in written that i can avail holiday till october, as I am not in condition to travel anywhere till my newborn is atleast 3 months old. Thinking that Mr Raman is a genuine guy, and to make use of the previous 67000 that I had already paid to Club Mahindra, I agreed to make another payment of Rs 13, 000. So much so, that when I was hospitalized, Mr Raman kept calling indigenously and forced me to make the payment on UPI without the paperwork. I requested him to give me some more time as I was operated on and it was a major operation and my baby was also kept under observation so I was not in a mental state to think about club mahindra policy at that time. But Mr Raman kept calling after every few hours, so out of frustration from his numerous calls, I made the payment from my hospital bed through UPI.i can show you my hospital admission and discharge papers.Afterwards, I got busy with taking care of myself and the baby.

                  Recently, 10 days back I tried calling Mr Raman to book a holiday in October. I was in for the shock of my life when he said that the holiday cannot be booked and I need to make more EMI payments. Now he is not booking my holiday, instead blackmailing me to make more payments and saying he can arrange 2N/3D guest vouchers. I told him very clearly that I paid for membership and will not settle for gift vouchers.

                  Since the very beginning I was made to fall for false claims and none of the promises have been fulfilled. My experience with club mahindra and its executives has been the worst. I will not recommend the membership to anyone. My friend Karan Agarwal also blames me for his monetary loss of 67000.
                  I request you to cancel my membership and initiate my refund of Rs 80000 as I have not received a single penny value out of the money paid to your company.

                    My name is Vinay Viswanath I took the membership on 21st Aug 2022. Later i decided to cancel my membership due to personal reasons. I send cancellation request on 22nd Aug 2022 by sending mail to [protected]@mahindraholidays.com as you can cancel membership within 10 days and you can get 100% refund.
                    Till date neither my membership has been cancelled nor i got refund. And when we call customer care they say cancellation department is different, you can just interact with them through email. Every time time they are saying the same thing and no action has been taken.

                    KINDLY REFUND MY MONEY AT THE EARLIEST.

                    Please note the issue is not yet resolved. I still have not got the refund. CM guys created lot of confusion. Initially they send mail stating that they will provide full refund. Later they send another mail stating I'm not eligible for refund. After lot of discussion and escalation, now they said that they will refund full amount. They are saying that with in 90 WORKING days they will refund. However as per agreement it is mentioned as 90 CALENDER DAYS. Also i have requested the cancellation on 22nd Aug. That means i should get my refund on 20th Nov. However they are saying that they will consider the date from 14th Sep. I don't understand the logic. Could you please help me to get this resolved. My membership ID is 2987340

                        I have purchased a club mahindra in FEB 2021. Sales person told me for 8 days and 7 nights option for every year for 3 years. I paid 89000 total from my credit card. After that i received all documents in one month or so.

                        I tried my first booking in July 2021 for kumbhalgarh with friends but there was no room available. Same time i check for GIR gujrat as well same issue there as well.

                        In Sept 2021 i planned again for kumbhalgarh with family but same issue no room again. At the same time i can get any hotel in 5000 or so. I booked in lake alpi resort kumbhalgarh and visited.

                        Later same year i tried for GIR gujrat No room again. I am a freelance developer so my time and dates cannot be decided earlier. max i can do is 15 days or a month but that is never the case with this club.

                        In Dec 2021 i called them and asked for refund. They said it's not possible over the call just email us.

                        Email send few days later but reply came in FEB 2022 and they saying for refund of 15381/- total out of total i paid.

                        I had to rethink about it then and thought to use service and try again. Today[protected] i tried booking again for GIR Gujrat, Himachal and few more options but result is the same either their availability is max 1 day or not available at or its very costly that both year 1050 points go off in just 3 nights. for 3 member family.

                        I never take any service without looking at online reviews but i made this mistake which i cannot handle in any way as this is a big company which has huge team of lawyers with them. Its really not possible for me single person to fight with big company having all resources.

                        I just want my money back where i never used any service of CLUB MAHINDRA.

                        Biggest joke of the world this company is. I asked for refund in DEC 2021 and they sent me email with refund of 15381 but now today i received it as 18150.

                        1. If i paid a amount it cannot vary on two diff dates.
                        2. What kind of Admission Fee is which is 60% of total amount. do they book any room in advance for me? No not at all.

                        These cheaters not doing anything just playing around calling and emails and wasting my valuable time.

                        If there is any help available to fight with these people, Please get back to me over here.

                          Recently, my wife, ********, had filled up the new member inquiry form on your website. Post that, she got a call on her mobile number +91 **********from a Club Mahindra executive called Hardik (From Surat, Gujarat). He gave her some primary details and then asked if he could visit us at our home address to explain the membership details. My wife told him that we will get back to you if we need more details. Then, he called 2-3 times again and over the last call my wife told him we will call you if we are interested. On hearing this, he spoke very rudely and said that “I know you don’t want the membership, next time don’t call us until your Sterling holidays membership gets over. And once it gets over and if you call us, talk straight and only enquire if you want the membership.”

                          I’m sure the enquiry form responses are recorded and you will be able to find out which executive attended to our enquiry. And if the calls are recorded, please listen to the last call.

                          Such kind of rude and pushy behavior by a Club Mahindra executive is totally uncalled for. We have the means to be able to afford the membership, but suppose someone is not able to able to afford it after finding out the prices. Is it a crime to make an enquiry? And is it mandatory to buy the membership after the enquiry? Then what is the point of have a membership enquiry process. Just publish the membership rates and give only booking option.

                          I really hope Club Mahindra takes a suitable corrective action for this incident. We have stayed at a few Club Mahindra properties through our RCI membership and we were genuinely interested but now I don’t think I want to ever consider a Club Mahindra membership.

                            Syed.[protected]@mahindraholidays.com was the sales guy who trapped me for joining with plenty of fake promises .this guy is at their sultan center Dubai office .his colleague Anuj.[protected]@mahindraholidays.com was continuously following up for emi. After sending email requesting for refund/cancellation he is invisible with no response.kindly help me to get refund from this scam company

                              I bought it on 22 july 2022 after a visit from there agent who couldnt take a no. for an answer
                              then due to crunch in money and repeated tells of friend with bad review
                              I asked him to cancel it but he said plz wait for the month end

                              I did that then he asked me for some money for a speedy process
                              I have shared all details with the company
                              summited all documents asked but in all 42 days of me buying and today
                              and repeated email to company i have been called only once even then with no proper revert on the process either with email of call
                              the person who called me told me to accept a email with proper date till when to expect my refund value

                              plz help there is no accountable answer from the team at club mahindra
                              value of the down payment was 31125
                              the agent took 2500 extra (online transaction i did screan shots i have shared with the company)

                              if this is how this company works i am going to tweet over anand mahindra ji's page

                              i asked the toll free no. operator to arrange a call with senior's but she ignored and lied
                              this is the email i received about the amount i was cheated out of other then 31125
                              first they hier cheats and wash they own hand

                              (We would like to inform you that the amount INR .2500 is not received by Club Mahindra.

                              Whilst to above, understand that you have made the payment to Mr. Rishabh Sharma personnel account and request you to connect with him as he is no longer associated with the organization.)

                              and still you are charging me for further emi on principal amount in the photo attached top 1, st value is the amount of further payment other then 31125 and next 2 value are my emi out of 31125

                              And I get call from your office to stay on
                              As if you guys have no note over my profile

                              Have you put a date on my refund calculating 90 working days plus holidays

                              What sort of office do you run where there is no regard for a customer

                              First you send a con man to my home
                              How gives me a deal, I pay
                              And he leaves the company withen the week and they you dont respond for a month and keep on charging me

                              And haven't done any thing on a simple quote that international team is doing ita work
                              Hell man 117 days your internal team is still working on my case

                              I will pray no one else get into your clutches

                                We attended a seminar on 19th August 2022 regarding membership. I made Rs 105594 down payment on the same day on the basis of what was explained to me. I was attended by Mr Shahid contact number ([protected]). We told, just give us time so that we will think and if interested then will do it online. But he told us that if you pay the money today, you will get a discount of Rs 71000 (nearly) what you will pay online. So, I made the down payment by using my debit cards.

                                When I reached home, then thought about this. Then I came to know that I can't pay the emi as well as asf charges due to financial issues and family issues. My wife is now pregnant and next month I am expecting a baby also.

                                So based on this scenario, I decided that it is better to cancel my membership. When I contacted Mr Shahid about this matter, he misguided me by saying that your membership will not be cancelled and you will not get a refund. It's better to take an iPhone and whatever vouchers we have provided just use it. So much misguidance from your sales person. It's just not believable from Club Mahindra.

                                Now I came to know that you can cancel membership within 10-15 days and you can get 100% refund. So just three days after taking membership i.e on 19 August 2022, I dropped an email to [protected]@mahindraholidays.com to cancel my membership.

                                  I purchased the Club Mahindra white studio membership in March 2021 after attending a seminar conducted by Club Mahindra. The executive explained the product details in detail and was patient enough to answer my queries. He was very gentle and prompt while selling the membership, but " THE CANCELLATION POLICY WAS NOT EXPLAINED". So, we zeroed down to the White Studio membership and I paid the down payment. Later After a few days, I got a Validation call from Club Mahindra which also " THE CANCELLATION POLICY WAS NOT MENTIONED and not EXPLAINED”.
                                  After a year after paying several installments, in August’2022 I decided to go on a holiday with my family but I was not able to book the rooms because of the waiting period I bought the membership for a family of 5, and club Mahindra wants 5 people to fit in a single room and in case I book 2 room, they charge us 2 nights, limiting my total vacation to 3 days except 7 days. When I called customer care I was told that it is only for a few hotels but to my utter shock that was not the case, they charged me for 2 nights whenever I tried booking 2 rooms at every place.
                                  I would like to cancel my membership because:
                                  (a) I had taken the membership considering I can visit most resorts as per my wish and as per my children's holidays. Whenever I try to book a resort, I find most of the resorts filled. I cannot go on holiday when my children have school days however, I was not aware of this fact as I was misrepresented by a Club Mahindra sales representative.
                                  (b) Whenever I try to book a resort for my family of 5, I get charged for 2 nights out of the available 7 nights. I have a family of 5 members and definitely, we all cannot adjust in a single room. While purchasing the membership I cleared all the facts to them and the executive told me that I’ll be given 2 rooms and 7 nights annually but that’s not the case, I get charged 2 nights limiting my vacation to 3 days.
                                  (c) I have paid a total amount of more than 2 lakh rupees to Club Mahindra including ASF but I do not find any utility in taking such membership as resorts are never available when required, resorts are very far-off and compared to other such resorts available online through Make My Trip, the fee charged is too much.
                                  It is my sincere desire to surrender the Membership and get a refund in this respect. When I received a call from the club Mahindra executive regarding the cancellation of my membership, he spoke to me very rudely, the club Mahindra executives are sweet and generous while selling their membership but the moment you buy the membership they stop answering your calls and behave rudely.
                                  Now coming to the reply of the executive “Further we also like to draw your attention to the membership rules, Clause No 8.2 about the cancellation of the membership.
                                  Regret that there would be no refund towards cancellation of your membership as per the above clause.”
                                  1) How would a customer know your cancellation and other policies when he is not being presented it in person or on paper? So practically and technically I have not entered into an agreement nor I am a signatory to your terms and conditions.

                                  2) How does a validation call can prove I am in agreement with your terms and conditions when they haven't explained it in detail, especially the cancellation policy?

                                  I hope you must be tens and hundreds of policies that cannot be explained and approved telephonically.

                                  3) Even The membership kit you couriered me does not have a leaflet of your terms and conditions so how am I supposed to know?

                                  So in which of our conversations or documentation did this "CLAUSE 8.2 WAS DISCUSSED"

                                  4) For The example you quoted, I have paid a Down payment or say advance for your product which I haven't used yet. So for a service of which I haven't used a single percent how am I supposed to lose all the down payment or say advance? Will your UNSIGNED policy stand in a legal jurisdiction? If I haven’t used your service then why would you not return my money?

                                  MY CASE STANDS WELL IN THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT (CPA) SECTION 48, SECTION 51, AND SECTION 68.
                                  The fact of a non-refundable amount is unacceptable and I would have to access my legal rights through the proper channel.
                                  I also desire to resolve the matter amicably failing which I may decide my future course of action including legal recourse against the Company in an appropriate forum.

                                    Sir, I am saranya marimuthu from Coimbatore. We got a call from mahindra holidays reg an event conducted on 26 th may 2022 at Hash 6 hotel Coimbatore & the voucher for a trip to stay in mahindra resort. We attended the event and paid Rs. 10000 as initial payment to join as a member in mahindra. We got our voucher and went to Arookutty resort Kerala. There we found it was very costly to stay & have food there. After returning, due to our family situation we came to the conclusion that we can't provide a huge amount for our trip. So we thought to cancel our subscription to become a member in mahindra. We were guided by your staff AKSHARA- from the beginning and we informed her that we don't want to become a member and to return our payment. (Note- Before using the voucher, I asked her that, if we are not satisfied, can you return the money & she promised that you will return).She replied that the reversal will be processed soon and you will get back your payment. But till now we didn't get our payment back. We were trying to reach her for more than two months, but she is not picking the phone. Kindly help us to get our payment back at the earliest.

                                      Kindly share me the following details of Rs 10000/- I have paid to Club Mahindra on[protected].

                                      1.In which context or for which services this money had been transferred by your representstive by swiping the credit card of my son Divyanshu Verma by visiting at my home?

                                      2.Did it realize or not? plesse share statement of my CMH account ( as such above mentioned Rs 10000/- transaction not reflecting in my account ) (Screenshot attached)

                                      3.Complete communication details of the person/agency account and account holder name to which this above mentioned Rs 10000/- money has been paid, is this account official account of CMH through which membership related transactions operate?

                                      4.Kindly reply through email and post, your representatives making calls but don't provide the required information

                                      5. If you CMH isnot able to reply, it means transaction is not justified in view of law of the land and will be treated as unethical practice.

                                      6.Hence CMH requested to refund Rs 10000/- with interest @12% pa immediately.

                                      7.Kindly provide all audio files of all call recordings which CMH recorded during communication from both the sides since the inception of my membership.

                                      8.In your email dated Aug 8, 2022 you are stating that "We would like to inform you that 10000 INR receipt you have shared has been posted in your reference membership given by you only as per the authorization slip hence it will not be refunded" kindly give all details of menioned reference membership my ASF for the mentioned year has not been adjusted through Rs 10000/- which we have paid so let me know where is my Rs 10000/- (Screenshot attached)

                                      kindly follow the transparency in financial deals/transactions and provide information required at the earliest through email only

                                      9. Kindly share 'authorization slip' and also documentary proof of singnatories involved in taking decision regarding tranfer of Rs 10000/- to someone else without my permission.

                                      10. If Rs 10000/- not refunded this will be liable for legal remedies against unfare financial practices by CMH and its representatives in Chandigarh.

                                      11. I HAVE PROVIDED EACH AND EVERY DETAILS BETTER CMH DO AN INTERNAL AUDIT OF CHANDIGARH BRANCH, ENQUIRE THE ISSUE AND PROVIDE ME REQUIRED INFORMATION required through this email

                                      12. Response and grievance redressal system causing lot of harssment to me and my family, we are feeling being trapped in wrong company.
