This is to enlighten all members who intend to take Club Mahindra membership. Following was the response from their agent.
The membership was requested to be cancelled within 7 days.

This is further to our discussion regarding your request for cancellation of your Club Mahindra membership.

We once again draw your attention to the membership rules, Clause no 6.1 about cancellation of the membership.

The cancellation charges are as under:

Amount paid till date Rs. 58,478/-

Deductions :

60% cancellation charges of membership cost Rs. 2,33,913/-
Cost of Holidays Taken Rs. Nil
Cost of RCI enrollment Rs. Nil
Cost of Gifts dispatched Rs. Nil
ASF Overdues Rs. Nil

Total Deductions Rs. 58,478/-
Refund Amount Rs. Nil

Since there is no refund of the amount paid by you so far, we urge you to withdraw your cancellation request and continue to enjoy holidays with Club Mahindra. .

Do you think it takes that bloody long to process the request.
At market rate of interest you intend to enjoy the benifits of keeping the money.

Including the 60 days it would be 4 months by the money is returned.

Would you pay the interest for the period you kept the money.

    I moloy pal purchased a membership from club mahindra. After 4 months when i called for a booking they delayed me upto one month and at last they say me that they cannot book for me at my desired location. and telling this when my selected date of my anniversary is only 4 days left to go out for tour.
    then why they take such a big amount for membership with lots of commitments.

    as till now i have not availed any service from them i asked them to cancel my membership and return me the money after deduction of charges. but now they do not even answer my mail or also do not respond my call.

      My Total Loss is 175000/- Rs
      I have purchased a club mahindra membership three years back. There executive told me that I will get a laptop free in a month & there will not be any asf charges for two years as he will show some client by my reference so asf charges will waive off for me. He promised me to give laptop in a month. But after finalising the things n paying him downpayment & emi cheques when I got the scheme pepers it was showing I will get the laptop after paying the three emi. I said ok no problem I paid six emis on time. But I didnt get the lap top then I stop paying the emis after so many reminders then didn't give me my laptop. Then they people start saying you start it again then only u will get your scheme. I was rigid for two years I didnt made any payment but they people were least bother about anything because I was the only person who lost 85000/- Rs till that time. Then I thought my money has gone there is only one way to recover that I should start paying them again . That time mr swapnil told me you pay 69948/- Rs & 3964/- As emi for 24 month so you will get your schems n your membership will also be upgraded. Then I trust on his words n I made a payment of 69948/- Rs in feb 2011 & from that onwords I have paid 6 emi of 3964 also . But again the same I am not getting any of my schems. In this total duration I didnt enjoy a single holiday by them because of this dispute. I am the only one who is making such a lot of loss. They people are not at all interested to full fill there commitments. I request you to plese help me now to cancel this membership and refund me my amount with interest.I do not have any trust on that organisation now. I hope you will understand & help me out to come out of this. Thanks
      membership started in july 2008
      down payment paid = rs. 29,978/-
      Total emi paid = 5952 * 08 =47616 after that I discontinued paying to them due to not giving me the schems benefit
      then I again start in feb 2011 by paying
      69,948/- In feb 2011 and
      emi of 3964 X 7= 27748 from march 7 2011 to till now.
      Total amount paid till now is 175290/- Rs
      during these entire time I didnt use any of my holiday. They people are enjoying my money taking emis every month but not bother to solve my peoblem. Now I dont want there membership. Plz help me to get my money back.

        Dear sir, i m tushar s. Kular, and i have visited your branch at indore and your employee has gave me a gift voucher of your 2 nigh and 3 days free stay in club mahindra resort. But they have given me only scan copy and he told me that original copy of voucher will send to your home address but still today i have not received that so please send me that voucher as soon as possible so i can manage my holydays with club mahindra resort.

          Ref:- My club Mahindra membership Number[protected]

          i have taken club mahindra membership vide the above number and paid all the EMIs regularily. But I have not paid some arrears of AMC of resorts as i have not used the club facility except only one bonus offer for Munnar.

          Inbetween there was no communication from the said socalled club and when i went to enquire at Hyderabad's office they said to my surprise that they have cancelled my membership for want of dues aprrox Rs.15000/-. They were reluctant to activate my membership so that i can enjoy some holidays as i have paid for membership from my hard earned. They are so reluctant to refund my money paid to them through EMIs. Kindly do justice to me and arrange refund of my money.

            on my trip to munnar at my stay at club mahindra i lost my camera infront of the reception. ispite of lodging our complaint the staff never took it seriously and blamed it on the guests to have stolen it! which is absured. After we returned they dont even remember it!

            This is a fake complaint making the readers believe that some club mahindra member actully got to visit munnar. Dont believe it.

              Hello

              This complaint is regarding my membership num 309985 i was duped into the membership by their team member during our vaccation in munnar we were totally clueless about the membership installments and we were sold a completely different product .These guys have been levying monthly ecs into my savings account which is being bounced and i am paying ecs bouncing fees to the bank for more than a yr now They came to my house in Oct'10 and assured me that this will not happen inspite of me telling them that i am shifting base alongwith my family to Canada and took 6 PDC's from me for amt of 10330/-- from FEB'11 and also ecs cancellation request. Inspite of this i am shocked to see the ECS is still being deducted every month from my account and bank has charged me about Rs 500 as ECS bouncing fees . I had funded my account on the 6th for amt of 10330/- as discussed but the cheque did not hit the system. I am in a fix now as i am in Canada and cannot visit the bank also to close this account.
              I have been following up with these guys ever since then from last year but all in vain i am absolutely disgusted with this company and product and need justice pls help

                hi,

                my membership id is c80123862 i have taken 25 yrs membership with mahindra last month. i will very much cheated that there was wrong commitment for person vikas who sold me mebership . he commitde me that they have resort and hotels in city in france , swiss, london in where as they dont have any resorts in cities but 50-60 kms away from cities.

                on top of that there is no availacility for next 4 months.even there staff members in pitampura branch and vikas has agrred that there wer wrong commitment but as per there policy they cant process refund. now i dont have any option then legal as inspite of several complaints to mahindra i have always been asked to wait but no reply..

                I would suggest everyone to not take mahindra and join hands for this cheat company with no ethics.

                Shamelees people in india running such a big mega structure for taking out money from our pocket. Many Institute in India are on same track and same situations occur in front o[censored]s everyday, whether is bank or some clubship etc. Hopeless situation for us i.e the people .

                  We were appoached by the representative of club mahinda for membership enrolment and as per our application dated[protected] we had made down payment of rs. 25, 000/-as per their advice towards the club membership subscription of rs 265, 706.00. To be followed by ten emis of rs.19, 928/- under payment plan 12. We were allotted membeship id 217371. And we have already made six emis till june 2011 as per their leter. At the time of enrolment, as per their membership application, we are entitled for one sony bravia lcd 32" tv as enrollent benefit. We have still not received the lcd tv as promised by the club which we are supposed to receive immediately after third instalment. We have been trying to contact the club authorities and ask for the lcd v, they neither respond to our calls nor give any satisfactory reply and we have still not received the lcd tv as per their promise. This amounts to misdeclation and breach of agreement.

                    club mahindra invited us and introduced a very lucrative offer of their membership and we trusted them as option of cancellation in case of not feeling comfortable to the plan we applied for membership. reading details of the terms we were shocked to know about many terms were kept deliberately hidden and we applied for cancellation within 10 days period. for the last 7 months we are struggling to get the full refund of Rs. 26000/ but there is no reply from this fraud company. now im filing consumer case against this company. with online reports i found this company has cheated many in the past and continue to cheat more and more customers.

                      We were called at Goregaon Hub

                      They started explaining their packages.
                      Anniversary and regular

                      Ms. Shweta is the person involved in it.
                      She forces you to join anniversary offer and she promised us to give two movie tickets and 2Nights/3 day stay at any location in India which was a part of our gift though we take the offer or not.
                      She said we will courier you, But to our surprise we nevr recieved the courier.
                      Club Mahindra people cheated us.

                      pl. don't entertain calls from club Mahindra about winning Gifts, Just ignore it.
                      They are doing for promotion.

                        A girl name Neha is regularly making nonsense calls to join club mahindra from ph.no.[protected], and join her for a 45 minute discussion at Saharaganj office Lucknow.I politely annoyed several a times that I can't spare 45 minutes from my schedule.Today,[protected],at 5:35 pm, she again called on my mobile with the same offer,I said sorry I can't,to my surprise she began to ask nonsense questions,why not,what is your problem,what do think of you,have you ever received such a offer in your lifetime,you are cheating etc etc. I just asked her to give his official's no.,but she denied and disconnected the call.I am a eye surgeon,was busy that time with clinic, but I tried to contact head office of club mahindra, getting the contact no.from internet [protected] but all in vain there, no responsible person was present to note the complaint there.Poor mobile user has to bear it inspite of registration to do not disturb facility.I strongly oppose this type of "FACILITY" by club mahindra.

                        Mr.Isaac from Club Mahindra alongwith Ms.Neha Agarwal visited my apartment with some reference to take up club mahindra holiday membership. And I had Mr.Isaac visiting card with me, so I contacted him and there were some changes in the offers given at the time of personal meet and over phone, So I wanted to clarify the same with his colleague Ms.Neha on the same & got the No. from Mr.Isaac & I spoke to a gal who quoted to be Neha..and so on. later from the same No. I got messages on whatsapp messenger application as friendly chat with lot of family emotions involved and problems of this gal. who quoted to be neha And she also quoted that she is into modelling & acting in few kannada films & wanted to achieve November month target for visit/membership to their company & they would get Rs.200 as intensives from the company per visit to new references which would be of a great help to her. later I thought of helping them and gave few contacts, name, numbers, references of my friends and relatives. Later I heard nothing from Ms.Neha & when I tried contacting ms.neha on that cell no. there was no response which is suppose to be isaac mobile no. later I found from Club Mahindra office Ms.Neha Agarwal no. and messaged & contacted her. she was totally surprised. and I was totally stranger to her.. she threaten to me to come to my house and talk to my wife about this.? I really dont understand the meaning of cooning me, I confirmed that I received soo many messages from her for a week or soo & she wanted my help, later Ms.Neha agarwal contacted Isaac and checked the whereabouts of this confusion, Isaac confirmed that he was chatting to me as Neha Agarwal & try to cone me & fool me by chatting as Neha Agarwal just to get few references. which was actually not right & ethical as CLUB MAHINDRA seems to be reputed Company in India. I would like the club authority to check in this matter & try to clean up such cheap people from the company which are spoiling the Company's image. I have already told all the my friends and relatives to back out from the offers and not to entertain on the same. And

                          we never get booking at clubmahindra, they have standard answer not available, even if we book 3 months advance. When we call the resort directly and check, it will be available. They dont refund the membership amount nor give us booking for holiday resorts.                           This is regarding my India Today Movie Vouchers (associated with Big Tree Entertinment) that i booked 5 months before. Payments have been debited from my account credit card account , but till now i have not been able to redeem it even once. I talked to the customer care people but they said that right now a lot of rush is there for the movie vouchers and i shud redeem it after some time. It's been almost five months still i didn't get any of the get vouchers redeemed.

                          Club Mahendra (Mumbai) called me at least 5 time to inform me that I have won free three day stay at their resort and will be given coupon if I attend their "presentation" for 45 mts. I made myself very clear that at present I am not interested in membership. But they said fine. So me and my husband went on 7th January 2010 at their office at Nariman Point. Behaviour of th staff was terrible, they just made us wait without reason, asked irrelevant questions like car no, who takes decission at our place etc etc. My husbad is a doctor and myself manager with public sector bank. We had to hear comments like "sab fukat holiday ke liye chale aate hai!!!!". It was horrible experience. Name of the marketing officer attending was Mr Farshogar. Hope some action is taken against them

They did not entertain my Holiday plan with the special offer provided to be during singing the membership. On top of that they are asking me for an alternative. Is this the way these people behave.

                          The rosy picture that club mahindra present you when they sell the holiday package is all a marketing
                          gimmick. They can go to any extent to sell the package as people sitting in front of them are just targets. They lie, manipulate, bargain and sell the package. The worst part is that they send the details after 10 to 15 days so that you are not even able to revert your decision.

                          I have following complaints against club mahindra.
                          1. The executive promised me 3 weeks of holidays per year for 25 years and when the details came it was only 3 years and not for 25 years. ( i have written proof by the executive.)
                          2. The airline tickets worth rs. 20000 provided were not worth rs. 20000 as the company cut rs. 2000 as the commission.
                          3. The refund policy is not at all well defined. The refund to some customers have been provided as they have the status but to some customers it is not possible.
                          4. The holiday homes are otherwise also available with every travel agent at very cheap prices. I don't understand why company is fooling with people by selling it at such high prices otherwise.
                          5. The RCI membership promise is fake.

I am seriously considering legal action against the group as I have seen many more complaints of the same nature. I will definitely try and get the court to notice that company has no policy, no fixed prices, no refund policy and above all they are trying to sell the product which is available at much cheaper rates in the market. I feel so bad that your executives even lie as they have to achieve the daily target. I bought the package in name of mahindra as I thought it is a reliable group. Sorry but I feel it is as good as any local Indian company. Will send you the details only if i am promised that some action shall be taken.

I am going to start distributing messages outside sales office informing people about the consumer complaints against them. I have got the messages printed and will distribute them with the help of other harassed members.                           I have received a call from Club Mahindra Local Office.... "That you attend our presentation for membership with your spouse.... for spending your valuable time; we will give you complementary gift voucher of 2N/3D holiday whether or not you are taking our membership"

                          I have attended the same & not opted for their membership. At the end of the presentation they have given me gift voucher for 2N/3D.

                          I have attended on 02-Mar-2011, but they have put date of issue of voucher : 25-Jan-2011. When I have tried to redeem the voucher online through their website, 1st I have been informed that validity is till 17-Aug-2011, when I have argued, they have asked for the scanned copy of voucher, which I have given to them. Now, they are saying validity is 25-Jul-2011, but it should be 02-Sep-2011.

                          Again, they are saying "The Complimentary Holiday Voucher can be used only in the following periods Jan 28th to March 20th, 10th July to 20th September, November 25th to December 15th", so basically, the validity of the voucher is less than 2 months. I have told them to give me any weekend dates, but either they are giving very odd dates or odd location. Since I have not taken their membership, they are literally harassing me in redemption of the gift voucher. Whenever, we ask for some specific location or dates, they are saying that it is booked.

                          I request you all not to attend such presentation organized by Club Mahindra. They are just cheating people.

                          I have never expected such response from the Group like MAHINDRA.

                          I am Priyanker Aggarwal, working with a very reputed firm L&T, had been contacted by club mahindra representative & called that i have won 3 days 2 nights free holidays coupon from club mahindra along with 2 movie tickets, i took leave from my office n went to their office at Club Mahindra, Pacific Mall.
                          They consume my time (there representative Rahul Gupta) & atlast gave me coupon for holidays which are not working & most importantly they told us that movie are with one of their employees which are not here, they will courier my movie tickets within a week to our address mentioned in our form.


                          Coupon which they had provided is not able to redeem & i still waiting for my movie tickets, when called their representatives they are giving satisfactory replies saying they dont have movie tickets, if they dont have movie tickets then why did they call us making my one LOSS OF PAY day.

                          Dear Sir/ Madam,

                          Sub : Termination (Cancellation) Club Mahindra Membership bearing membership no. 282646

                          This has reference to my meeting with Ajit Totre (Assistant Manager - Member Retentions - Mahindra Holidays &amp;amp; Resorts India Limited) today (15 Feb 2014 - 4:30 pm ) at their Vashi office and subsequent telephonic discussion had with Ritesh Panchal (Senior Manager - Member Retentions - Mahindra Holidays &amp;amp; Resorts India Limited) on the above mentioned subject matter.

                          Wish to highlight the following :

                          1&amp;gt; I had taken the Club Mahindra membership for approx Rs.1.8 lakhs;
                          2&amp;gt; Paid up more than one lakh until life took a U turn and I was jobless due to recession. Thats when I stopped paying the EMIs and gave up the thought of continuing with this membership. I did not even make any noise about refund of the money already paid up. Instead I had given a formal written request at their Vashi office to cancel my membership. But the irony was this request was not adhered to and I still continued to get communications from Club Mahindra stating my membership is still on;
                          3&amp;gt; Then came Ajit Totre in the scene, and post a meeting with him at my residence, followed by telephonic followups by him, I got convinced to reinstate the membership after Ajit worked out an EMI structure with some waiver done;
                          4&amp;gt; However since I was just slowly coming back to financial normalcy, me and wife revisited our capability of repaying the EMI consistently post which we realised it was not gonna be possible for now;
                          5&amp;gt; So within a week of submitting post dated cheques ( for next 5 months) and signing the ECS mandate for EMIs post 5th month onwards, I called on Ajit and informed him of my decision to call it quits i.e. I do not
                          want to continue with the membership and hence return my cheques and cancel my EMI request;
                          6&amp;gt; To this Ajit advised me to do a stop payment for all the 5 cheques and since the ECS will start only after 5 months, he will in the interim inform the Club Mahindra Finance team and have the needful done to
                          cancel the ECS request. He further added that around Jan&#039;14-Feb&#039;14 I should send an email to remind on my Cancellation request on a formal note;
                          7&amp;gt; Now for last 5 months (Sep&#039;13, Oct&#039;13, Nov&#039;13, Dec&#039;13, Jan&#039;14) the EMI being collected via the post dated cheques was dishonored since I had already made a stop payment to all the 5 cheques;
                          8&amp;gt; Shockingly there was not a single call/ visit by any Club Mahindra personnel (Customer Service/ Retention/ Collections) to cross check with me as to why my EMIs have not cleared for last 5 months;
                          9&amp;gt; So this approach from Club Mahindra gave me the feeler that probably the membership is cancelled and Ajit
                          has managed to do the needful;
                          10&amp;gt; But today (15 Feb 2014) I was taken aback completely when I got an SMS from my ICICI account informing the EMI for 3824 has been cleared. This only means Ajit had not informed finance (maybe due to impact on his sales target) / or he had informed finance but Mahindra Holidays &amp;amp; Resorts India Limited Finance team had not done the needful (maybe necessary follow up from Ajit could also be missing here).. cannot say at which point the
                          slip is. To add on the timing of this EMI deduction is just too bad as this money has been buffered to help a family friend hospitalised and in need of money. At my end, I missed out to write the one liner email to
                          Ajit early this month to remind him on the cancellation request. But not sure if my email reminder would have really avoided today&#039;s EMI deduction, considering my membership continuing even after me visiting
                          Vashi office and giving a formal written application in my previous attempt to terminate this membership.
                          11&amp;gt; I have already lost a lakh plus in this membership My initial experience with Mahindra Holidays &amp;amp; Resorts India Limited even at the time of taking up the membership was not great at all as I had to chase a lot to finally get the basic commitments finally incorporated.
                          12&amp;gt; So request you to review my issue on a fast track and help to have the amount of Rs.3824/- credited back to my account at the earliest.

                          Lastly the attitude and approach I faced with Ajit Totre today, and looking back on the overall experience, leads to a huge question mark on the basic professional ethics followed by a known and esteemed organization like Mahindra Holidays &amp;amp; Resort India Limited.

                            i am ashokka agarwal of anil printers ltd and my company is the pink member since last 6 years.i would like to share with yu some of my recent encounters with your organisation-

                            1-we have hardly used the priviledge of our membership due to our over occupancy ,

                            2-in the month of march my daughter planned a holiday with her kids for corbett park and binsar for the second week of april for 3/4 days. the confirmed accomdation was denied and she had to prepon it for the second week of april as per the confirmed availability and she availed it.

                            3-for the first time we planned a holiday for nanital for the second week of august 2011 and contacted your reservation office on 23rd april. we were told that the accomdation is full and we can be wait listed.

                            4-on 24th april we were travelling from ajmer to nathdwara and udaipur.it was sunday . your reservation office was closed on this day.we were not having access to internet. we got club mahindra mumbai office number from JUST DIAL to enquire weather club mahindra has got any property in udaipur.it was around 4/5pm.

                            5-one lady picked up the phone and she refused to give any contact number or any help to us .somehow we came to know that club mahindra has recently aquired a 3 star property in udaipur and it is operational.

                            6- we contacted ur udaipur property and were informed that accomadation is available and were informed about the charges etc. we informed that we are pink member and will prefer to stay at club mahindra rather then any other place. the contact person immediately requested our contact number and very politely told that he will comeback to us very shortly. we were travelling by road and our expected arrival in udaipur to be around 8pm on sunday 24th april.

                            7-in the next 15 minutes we got the call that accomdation is full and sorry.

                            8-now in the background of my recent experiance with your organisation i would like to understand ur policy for the members. weather the membership is a mockery,eyewash and a leagal camaflogue to finance your property aqusitions with interest free money.

                            9- we became member due to MAHINDRA name attached .we were of the belief and opinion that mahindras are in ethical and honest business and comitted to fulfill the promises given.

                            10- in all ur properties the holidays are availale through MAKE MY TRIP .

                            11-we are very much disappointed and started thinking that no one is exceptional. your quaterly financial results have been published and in future they will be much better since you have devised the ingenious way of financing your business with interest free money.

                            12- i may or may not take further my grievance and experiance but if yu continue to do the same there may me some ANNA HAZARE to expose your unethical practices.

                              I Vikram Khosla payed 10000 on 16/12/2007 as advance on one condision that if our group of friends will take your membership then only we'll become your member,it was ensured by your executive that we can take back our deposit .Your exicutive who is in touch with us staying at vasi road (dist. thane) we called him several times every time he ensured us about our refund we told him that we have recept of Rs.10000 which is issued by your compney, but now he says that he has left the job. But now your new executive is refussing to give the refund back.It has been a long time 3 years and 4 months but still we didn't get any reply from your side so please look in to the matter and refund our money as early as possible Please reply fast.

                              Registered my member ship with Culb Mahindra Holidays in the month of Feb. 2011 and paid amount of Rs. 16300/- as DP amount. Sales executive Arun Upadhyay assured me the registration details and kit will reach me in next 15 days time but no such details till date i received.

                              Calling multiple time to executive he has some new story all the time.

                              Now i want to cancel my membership and want my money back.

                              I was promised by your sales person that I will get my LCD TV once I pay my 3 emis after that even if I cancel my membership I will get back my TV and no other dues would be paid to me. Now 90 days have been passed and I am still awaiting my TV. When i called up the customer care they told me I cant get my TV as my membership is cancelled. This is pure cheating on part of your sales team. Now I want my money back which I have paid as advance as I dnt want any TV in return. I think I have paid close to 50k which I need back otherwise i will need to file a cheating complaint with Consumer forum. Please call me on [protected] for further details.

                                I paid 2.4 lakhs to buy a pre-owned Club Mahindra membership from their channel partner Golden Stables Outsourced Company Pvt. lt. Received confirmation of the same and a note that the membership would be transferred. Now it is over 1 year but am not getting any response from Golden Stables. On checking with Club Mahindra, they are just washing their hands off saying that the contract with Golden Stables has ended and I have to deal with them directly. http://www.gsos.in/ is their website but the number provided there is not reachable, neither are they responding to my emails. If anyone has had similar experience in past and / or can help, would be greatful.

                                  I, Ram D Tarachandani had got membership of club Mahindra in October-2009 & paid the initial amount for the same.

                                  The membership no. allotted to me was 1501621 Blue 1BR.

                                  But as the days of Blue membership were not matching with my requirements I opted for upgradation to Red membership (Membership no.1657984) with higher cost. At the time o[censored]pgradation I was told that my initial paid amount of approx. 20K with be refunded to me in few months time. After follow up at their Kalyan office I was told that only after my 6 EMI's of Red membership, my Blue membership amount will be refunded.

                                  After many of follow ups at their Vashi & Mulund offices I have got one E-mail from them asking for my details of earlier membership. After which I sent the mail mentioning all details as written above. This has been comminicated (on phone) to their offices at Mulund (because the sales man, who cooperated during my membership formality is transfered there) & Vashi (Branch office).

                                  I requested them to treat the earlier membership 1501621 Blue 1BR as cancelled & to refund the amount paid by me for the same. Also note that i have not used their given free Food Vouchers (of Rs.5000/-) at the time of Blue membership because I did not want to mis use Blue membership benefits.

                                  All above details were mailed to club mahindra mail ID [protected]@Clubmahindra.com on 25/02//2011. This was done only after repeated calls to their sales team, who had promised to refund
                                  in November-2010. Being honest by nature I feel cheated by such a reputed company. They are not reverting to my mails since past 1-1/2 months except one on 18/03/2011, which is as follows:-

                                  This is in reference to the Club Mahindra offer which i took in Feb 2008.
                                  Sir, i had taken an offer from the club Mahindra in which their executive( Mr. John) said that by paying an amount of Rs.29, 978/, we will give you a package in which you are entitled for a seven days holiday at club Mahindra resort any where in India. In addition we will also give you Rs. 4000/ food vouchers plus a Sony handycam and 2nd Ac to and fro train ticket from source to destination and vice versa. After signing an agreement in which all the things which i had mentioned above were mentioned, i gave the executive a cheque of Rs approx 29, 978/.when i asked him that i am not interested in the membership, but i am only interested in the offer, the executive then further told me that when you will return form your trip, you will send me a request to cancel the membership and then its all over. But for that you have to give me some post dated cheques (PDC) so that i can process your trip. Keeping in view that i will be going for a trip in May 2008, i gave him the PDC starting from June so that when i will came back from the trip i will apply for cancelation of my membership and then my PDCs will be cancelled and i don’t have to give them any money. Then i asked him that in May only i m interested in going to the trip to Kerala. He promised me that yes he will give me the dates. After about 25 days i received a letter from club Mahindra in which it was mentioned that my ECS will start form 7th April. I immediately informed the executive that i had not applied for ECS and hence therefore i had given to you the PDC, then how the club Mahindra sent me the letter in which it is written that my ECS will start form April. I also informed the club Mahindra at their Lucknow office regarding the case that i had given the PDC to your executive and in no case should the money be withdrawn from my account under ECS, because I had not applied for any kind of ECS.. The lady at the club Mahindra (Ms Sakshi) said to me that please don’t worry, we Will take care of the same. On 10th April when i checked my account status, i found that the amount of 4858/ was deducted from my account and was credited in the account of club Mahindra. I immediately informed the executive about the withdraw of the amount, then he assured me that within two days my money will be credited back to my account. Sir till now i have called many times to their executive as well as to the head of their Member Relation department (MRD) Ms. Preeti. But they always say that give me two days, give me 3 days and so on. In the agreement form also it is clearly mentioned that I had opted for cheques and not ECS.
                                  Sir, when i have not opted for ECS, how the, money from my account had been debited. This means that they( the Club Mahindra) had tempered the cheque, which is a case of fraud. Also how the bank (Punjab National Bank) had honored the amount when i have not give them any consent letter. Also when i asked about the dates they have to confirm me for my trip to Kerala, they said that the said dates (9-12 May 2008 at Kerala) are not available . So you have to take another destination. Initially i was promised that whatever dates you will ask and the destination, we will provide you, and after 20 days they said that the said dates and destination are not available. Sir this is a case of cheating. when i get fed up with the Club, then I decided to cancel the offer and I asked about the cancellation of my trip, they said that it will take approx one complete month for the process for refunding your money of 29, 978/.
                                  Sir, i am highly confused that my money is blocked, i am not able to get my money of 29, 978/ and 4848/.
                                  Sir kindly do the needful so that i can get my money back as soon as possible.

                                  I, Atul Goyal, member id 618360 cancelled my membership which was taken on 24th feb, 08. An application was submitted in Rajouri Garden office of Club Mahindra for the same on 26th feb, 08. As per the terms an initial installment of Rs. 41122 was made. Since the membership was cancelled i requested the authority concerned to refund the entire amount as soon as possible. But it has been four months now and i have not yet received any penny. i have mailed the authorities many times before and the response i am getting was never expected. The due date for my payment was May last week but there is again no further response though the club has the policy of refunding the entire amount within a month if the membership is cancelled within 10 days. The manager of rajouri garden office "Deependra Sharma" is in my regular contact who has been very efficiently postponing the matter.
                                  Such things cannot be tolerated more hence if i dont get a proper reply soon i shall be heading towards CONSUMER COURT. I am sending a copy to Deepak Aghi also. Look into the matter soon.
                                  Even I had taken membership on 11th June and now fighting to get my money back. They told me that I have to pay annual subscription charges every year approx 7408/- rs, for 25 years and tht amount will not change, even the documents i received the statement is supported in that. But when I actually came to know they change annual subscription charges every year I got confused. I have credit card transaction dispute in that term and filling case in consumer court.
                                  Even they are unabale to provide me holidays on my desired dates even after giving them many options for dates. They ask me to have holiday as per their dates, which clearly indicates me what kind of service I am going to get in next 25 years. They are just cheating
                                  Club Mahindra is a cheater. It sucks!!
                                  How do they cheat?
                                  1. Their representatives will ask you to fill-up a coupon with your address and phone number.
                                  2. They will call everyone telling him he is a winer in the lucky draw and ask him to collect a free holiday package from their office.
                                  3. If you go there, they will talk about(all are lies) some aluring offers/ packages with Rs.[protected]. They will ask you to provide one account / card number for this payment. They will also ask you sign on a document for this offer. Now you are trapped!!.
                                  4. You actually signed on their membership form with a membership amount of 3-4 lacs. EMIs will be charged to you (you already have authorised them by signing the document and disclosing you card/ account number).
                                  5. You will come to know about this fraud after 1-2 months after recieving the wellcome kit.
                                  6. Now the 2nd phase of the trap: If you go for the cancellation, they will tell you as per rule you have to cancel your membership within 10 days after applying the membership. But you can only know that you have been cheated after 1-2 months of applying the membership.
                                  7. Now the harasment and pain. You will do lot of follow-ups, but you will not get the money back easily.
                                  Please spread this awareness and don't get into the trap of Club Mahindra!! Don't even fill-up the coupon.
                                  I have applied for the Membership on 28.12.2008. In the meeting it was kept secret that that there was yearly payment of Rs. 7408.00 as ASF. When Club Mahindra contacted me on 6th Jan, 09, for my confirmation on the membership, I clearly rejected. Even then they processed my application. I am asking my refund but they are not responding to that. Initially they told me 30 days & now they extended to 40 days.

                                  This shows Club Mahindra Holidays is not a good company.

                                  My question is why they should delay my refund when I informed them well in advance about my unwillingness to join them.

                                  Since then it been a continous tension for me. I have been calling there customer service department and the Vashi branch office (where my membership cancellation process is going on) but all in vain. They kept telling me that i will get the refund money from the branch but no one tells me when.

                                  I again received an email in month of March 2009 that I would receive an update on my refund cheque status on 31.03.2009 but today the 10th day of April and i have not received any update from them.

                                  Can it be looked upon so that I can get my refund money as soon as possible?

                                  the next day i wasnt satisfied with the company&#039;s membership scheme( white) so i submitted an application in the local sales office in ranjit avenue, Amritsar to MR. ANIT PAUL SINGH and he didnt accept the application directly and asked us to submit it on the reception. so we submitted the application of membership cancellation there and got it signed from the madam sitting there( navreet kaur)- receptionist.( on 22ndjuly)
                                  Under the CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT( CPA) membership scheme of any kind has a cooling off period ( 10days) in which every consumer has a right to cancel or withdraw the membership scheme if he/she is not satisfied.
                                  look into the matter and kindly refund our money back as soon as possible.

                                  Under the CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT( CPA) membership scheme of any kind has a cooling off period ( 10days) in which every consumer has a right to cancel or withdraw the membership scheme if he/she is not satisfied.
                                  look into the matter and kindly refund our money back as soon as possible.

First of all I got a call but I had some doubts due to which the call was not confirmed secondly vaibhav and kiran as your rep told us that in case I dont like the membership I can withdraw anytime at the rate of one week @ 13280/- will be charged and balance money will be reimbursed with no questions asked for what ever time I had used the membership. Now I am told that my money will not be returned in case I cancel my membership..if these are the ethos and business practises followed in this company then I am sorry to say rs 26200 is small amount for such a company but the reputation of the company is I think more important. the company cannot just not refund the money if I have not utilised any facility and cancelling it within one month of taking it ..the reason was this customer service only and now I find the wrong practises also being adopted to increase their profit.
                                  3. I have full conversation at whats app with the rep which clearly shows their services and luke warm response. I applied for memebership on 11 may 2014...after nearly one month also things were not streamlined. I updated my address in first week of june..and kit reached the wrong address on 02 july though everytime I was confirmed that sir your address has been updated. So you tell me as a customer what should I do? Still should I invest rs 326000 in such company..pl be fair...

                                  I would like to inform you that about a year ago I bought a Mahindra Scorpio and after some days I got a request call from your company to come a Hotel regarding some tourism package.

                                  Reshma Kausar (CDSO) convinced me as well as my family to become a member of Mahindra Club and I agreed with her though I had enough trust on Mahindra Brand and for this member I paid Rs.26200/- cash where I received a provisional Cash Receipt on dated 16/03/2014.

                                  She called me once to complete some formalities of documentation but unfortunately after one month of my member I failed to present myself over there due to my Kidney disease(PUJ Obstruction) and I went for treatment at Apollo Hospital Bhubaneswar for a month and after discharge my doctor strictly advised to take BED REST FOR 1 YEAR.

                                  And for this I couldn&#039;t avail myself for further formalities and its already been 4 months I have been trying to contact Miss Reshma Kausar for clarification regarding my bad days but not getting and even I have not got any follow up from your end.

                                  So its my humble request to you help me to get my money back as soon as possible and here I have attached the money receipt.

                                  We got a call from telecaller of Club mahindara &amp;amp; we attended their session at R-City mall, Ghatkopar. We spends around 3 hours for their session, after that we enrolled ourselves for their package. After that we paid them 10% amount of total package, which is around Rs. 26500/-.
                                  Due to certain financial constrains, it&#039;s not possible for us to continue with them. So we informed them &amp;amp; asked them to refund our money. But they refuse to pay us, because their company policy didn&#039;t allow them.

                                    Yogesh Wagh ( sales person from Club Mahindra, Vashi Off) approached us in March ,2011 and following up for the membership. A very bad experiance which we had with the sales person of club Mahindra around 7-8 yrs back, we were not much willing to take the membership. But he was trying to convince us anyhow.

                                    On 25th March'11, he sent us the sms from his personal cell and requested to take the membership by 27th March as then only he will be benefited. He requested us to help him. As we were also interested but not taking the membership due to misselling by the sales person previously, this time,decided to go for this and called yogesh on 27th march ( Sunday) at home. He promised for the below benefits as then only we decided to go ahead but all the promises were verbal and nothing in writing. He said that we will get all the details in writing after 31st March'11 as every one is busy in yrly closing.

                                    1. We had already planned for our trip to Coorg and Kodaikanal in the first week of May which he promised that we can make it in club Mahindra resorts.( this was our first criteria of taking the mebership.)
                                    2.Three days of free domestic holiday .(anytime we can avail)
                                    3. Two weeks of free international trip to be availed within 2 yrs of time .( Earlier it was within 6 mnths but on special request , it was extended upto 2 yrs )
                                    4. Free gift of LCD TV nad PS2.

                                    Apart from this, he did not inform us any other criteria.

                                    We had filled up the form and opted for 50% down payment and balance amt in EMI. He did not tell us any benefit of full down payment.

                                    After 27th March, when our chq was not debited till 31st march, we called him. He said not to be worried and we will get the booking in resort in May. We had given the dates from 16th to 23rd May. I called him everyday to get the confirmation and every time he said not be worried as our booking in May is confirmed and will get the confirmation very soon.

                                    Suddenly on 3rd April'11, we recd the sms that since the chq was not deposited by accounts dept till date, now ,we can planned our trip after 20th May only. If its acceptable to us , then he will dep the chq or else, he will send the chq back to us. We were shocked. When we called him, he again said that he will do something and revert to us next day. Next day again, when we called up, he again said not to be worried and our bookings are confirmed now and we will get the confirmation by the evening but as usual, we did not.

                                    On 5th April'11, I called Chennai Corp office and spoke to Mr Nagarajan, he had taken my complaint , 'MHRIL=[protected]' , and said the the entire team had gone for conference for 2 days and no one is available. He will get back to me by 8th April.

                                    On 8th April, I got the call from Supriya ,Vashi Office that she is sending the chq back to me courier.

                                    So this time again, I had faced a horrible experiance with the sales person of Club Mahindra. My entire planning of summer vacation is disturbed and still not able to convince my son that we have yet to do the planning for the trip. Not aware whether we can get the booking or not.

                                    Its a big mental harrassment and by seeing all the complaints against club Mahindra on internet, I believe some serious action should be taken against this organisation and its entire sales team. I know that people are getting harrassed by the sales target of these sales persons but to this extent......CAN HAPPEN ONLY IN CLUB MAHINDRA.

                                    I CAN NOT ACCEPT IS VERY EASILY AND WANT SOME POSITIVE RESOLUTION.

                                      On 28. January 2011. We got a call from club Mahindra , claiming that we have won free holiday vouchers from club Mahindra. We were invited to collect the free vouchers from their Atria Mall Office. When we reached there, we were told to attend a club Mahindra presentation about their membership and the facilities at their resorts. We were given a presentation by sales representative (Mr. Lalit) about the membership and the benefits we will get after taking the membership. Even though they said it will be a one hour presentation, they almost took three hours explaining the various type of membership.

                                      During the whole presentation they didn't tell us about the membership fee and the terms and conditions associated with the membership. After repeated confrontation at the end, Mr Lalit quoted Rs. 265702.00 as a one-time membership fee. He didn't tell us our annual subscription fee, which we will have to pay every year for the next 25 years to avail the holidays. As the day look tempting the agreed for the membership and paid 10% of total membership fee and agreed to pay remaining amount as the EMI.

                                      We were also told that we will be given a welcome call confirming our membership and the financial agreement between the club Mahindra and us. Despite saying this, they never gave a welcome call to me, but gave a call to my sister who was the co-applicant. She was completely unaware of the discussion that we had with Mr Lalit at the Atria office. During that call she asked them to call me and send the hardcopy of the terms and conditions. On 18th of February 2011, we received the hardcopy about terms and conditions and for the first time we read something about annual subscription fee. Reading this, we brought this discrepancy to their notice and explained to them that we were not told by Mr Lalit about this. We lodge a complaint about this on their call centre number. We also wrote an e-mail about this discrepancy.

                                      We were assured that they will look into the matter and solve the issue as soon as possible. However, despite repeated efforts, they neglected the issue. Finally we decided to go back to their office at Atria mall and confront Mr Lalit. At first he refused to acknowledge the mistake and adamantly kept saying that he has told us. Finally he agreed and assured us to have a meeting with a sensor sale representative Ms. Kalika. Again, club Mahindra kept postponing the meeting.

                                      Eventually, they agreed for the meeting on April 2, 2011. When we went there we were told to meet Ms. Preety. She told us that as a part of membership confirmation, they call the member, sends an e-mail and courier the terms and condition. We told her that they never called the primary applicant and the e-mail went into the junk. We only received the hardcopy from the Courier and we brought annual subscription fee discrepancy to their notice immediately.

                                      The other big surprise was about the EMI. Despite voicing our concern and they cut the EMI from my credit card.

                                      When we asked them to cancel our membership and refund the amount that we have paid, they refused to acknowledge the mistake their company has made.

                                      I wanted to lodge this complaint against club Mahindra for cheating and fraud. I'm also planning to put an FIR against club Mahindra and their sales representative who misguided us.

                                      i too was a victim twelve years back.even the holidays when u want u will not get ur choice even i[censored] fall in to that category. they say u have to book 6 months in advance. popular places u wont get. at the same it has been observed by me, the accn which was denied to me as per my choice was sold in the open market to prospective clients at a higher rates. this fraud is going on at all sites of mahindra holidays. at the time of membership we were told that we can sell or holidays when we can not use them.. but no assistance was given by the company and they have violently not co-operated...in the end i have to lose 21 days of precious holidays ... mahindra is making a wind fall due to such customers and continues to cheat people... my sincere advice not to fall for such gimmics and do not go for mahindra holidays club membership...these rouge employees are enjoying the comforts of life at the cost of members hard earned money...

                                      I think Club Mahindra never inform our client about ASF while meeting. In my first year I told the same so they told me that if you avail the holiday then you will have to pay but for last 2 years I didn't avail holidays due to some personal issues. I tried to call at club mahindra call center so many times but never got chance to speak with any adviser.

                                      Also whenever you tried to book the resort then all resorts are booked for Red or purple at holidays or in vacations.Off season days or in which no one booked then those days are available for lower category.
                                      So i am frustrated with this type of offers. Because when I had time then no resorts are available.
                                      Every year had to pay 13000/- for ASF only.
                                      My Club Mahindra ID is 1473096.

                                      We too got confused and subscribed for membership but now we want to discontinue with it. Unfortunately, Club Mahindra doesn't have such facility of discontinuing membership and to get back our paid amount.

                                      The ASF is atrocious. At Rs. 18, 000 + for the category I am in, it amounts to Rs. 2, 570 + / day. In today's discounted hotel tariff regime, one can get suitable accommodation at a choice location on a chosen date. No restrictions.

                                      And you don't have to pay lakhs of Rupees upfront.

                                      With the ASF, the timeshare model of holidaying turns out to be a sham.

                                      Club Mahindra should not collect this ASF from members.

                                      I too got cheated by club mahindra and was. Never informed about the annual subscription fees.
                                      I have sparingly used the membership and my days get lapsed which again was not told to me at the time of signing up.
                                      I have complained to them many times but people just hang up with the promise of getting a senior to call me and I am still waiting for a senior to call for more than 2 years.
                                      I do get a call for paying asf for last year and when I tell them the reason for not paying they hurriedly hang up.
                                      Wish I could raise this scam Ponzi scheme at any forum where I will be heard.my membership number is 50574.

                                        I would like to share my experience during my visit to your office.

                                        I was invited to your office by repeated telecalling given the incentive of a free holiday within India and 2 free movie tickets.

                                        Once we were there, we were asked to wait for 15-20 mins beyond our appointment time (7.30 pm). As per your declaration minimum 45 mins is what the client is expected to give your sales officer. If coming only for the gift voucher, then collect gift voucher n leave, that was what was explained to us.

                                        We spent 2 hours with your officer Amit @ Andheri - Infinity Mall. So ended at 10 pm. Since your membership is a huge investment, we wanted some time to reconsider the same, so as to plan our finances and we asked for time until next day. But were informed that as per the policy we can’t buy time n have to make a decision immediately. We said ok, we shall let go of the offer and will come back to you some other time.

                                        When it came to signing the free voucher, we were told that we shall not given the voucher since we have already attended the presentation earlier, as per your records, which is inevident and incorrect. Common sense says that had we already heard the presentation earlier, we wouldn’t screw our precious 2 hrs on a Saturday evening and listen to your crappy harp for 2 hrs just to get some crap holiday voucher, which we may or may not even utilise, due to professional commitments, given your time frames for consumption.

                                        The point here is that you are trying to make a niche in the market by giving such huge Ads and other campaigning. You rather also invest in your technologies and systems and prove to us that we were a part of your any presentations earlier. If your able to prove the same officially we will accept whatever you or your offices state.

                                        Request you to investigate the matter immediately or we shall be forced to take other serious actions creating an awareness in the market for your maladies and thereby dampening your image.
