on 05.06.2011, at 1516 hrs. from [protected] I received the Text Message (Message :-Exclusively for U and Ur spouse A free 3 days Luxury Holiday Voucher as our priority customer . Sms & Confirm ur Name , Car & Res. Location & await a call in 2 days) I resoponded the message
and i called to collect the voucher from Club Mahindra Office situated at Metro Junction Mall Kalayan east

On 06.06.2011 at 1900 hrs. while i visited in the office alongwith my spouse to collect the voucher , I been told to receive the voucher, the condition is that i have to listen the 1 hour presentation of club mahindra .

The executive started showing us the clipings on laptop of Holiday Homes of club mahindra , He was tring to enroll our name to the club mahindra by showing us attractive packages, Lastly after 1 hour & 15 minutes talk we were agreed for the membership and we paid the down payment
Rs. 16837/- through credit card . we have signed the agreement paper and came back home , after some days i got the confirmation call , i confirmed my membership then i received the full kit of papers, membership card, id password etc. while i gone through the rules and regulations i found that some of the points are not discused and not explained to me by the executive , It was Hiddened at the time i accepted the membership

The following points are not disscussed at the time of membership

1. Executive not informed about the HSD part
2. Executive not informed that I can not use the complimentary offer in Varca goa resort
3. Executive not informed about the ASF will get revised every year...
4. Executive told that I will get the food discount upto 30 to 40% when i will visit resort...actually it is only 10%
5. Executive told that EMI was i am getting charged is interest free .

Therefore I found that i have been cheated by the executive , I contaced to the higher Executive Mr. Ajit Torte and explained my grivences and requested him to close my membership .

EMI Rs. 4293/- month are kept on hold by club mahindra , i requested the authority to close my membership and return me back the down payment since i have not been explained about the entire pacakage / scheme/ of the Club Mahindra at the time of membership

    Sir,

    I have received a call around 2.00 p. M., on 17.11.11 from club mahindra holidays inviting me with my family (Mandatorily) to their office at mulund, mumbai to collect gift vouchers, which we have purportedly won, by participating in lucky draw coupon distributed in “r-mall” thane during our shopping therein on 13.11.11.

    Further it was insisted, that we should come only on that day i. E. 17.11.11, as they have organized a meet for their customers on the eve of their foundation day. By evening, we have received 4 reminders from their office, seeking confirmation of our visit.

    Based on the request, we have visited their premises on 17.11.11 at mulund, mumbai at around 8.30 p. M. We were advised to wait for 15 minutes and later finally attended by ms. Mittal bhalla, senior relationship executive. She gave a presentation for about 45 minutes, about club mahindra holidays, details about their various holiday homes and schemes of investments in brief etc., we were further lured by offering 5 additional / bonus benefits for spot enrollment as a special offer for that special day. Based on their customer oriented approach (!), we have enrolled our self for 25 years membership, swiping my credit card for rs.27, 500/= being 10% down payment and subscribing for ecs debit for the balance amount. Though she explained some details, we have not been provided with any information leaf-lets about the product to have a holistic approach about the product and terms and conditions.

    Back home, on collecting details from various sources and on working out the cost benefit analysis, we have decided to opt out from subscribing to the scheme offered to us as the same was not found beneficial. Immediately on 18.11.11, i contacted ms. Mittal and conveyed my request for withdrawal and requested her not to process my application further. I also requested her to refund the amount collected, as the option for withdrawal without any cost is available to the customers uptill 10 days of subscription (As per their rule book). I have also conveyed the same to her through an email on 18.11.11.

    Ms. Mittal advised us to visit their premises next day to have a formal chat and formalize the process. As directed, we have visited their premises on 20.11.11 and had a lengthy discussion with her and mr. Anand khanvilkar the branch head as introduced. At the end of the discussion, mr. Anand told that our request for withdrawal will be considered immediately and also requested us to look in to the option of one more entry level plan (Rs.1, 75, 000/=) on a future date. I have confirmed and conveyed the discussion points that we had at their office on 20.11.11 night, by writing a mail to ms. Mittal on 21.11.11 and once again requested her to process the refund on withdrawal of application.

    The request was followed up with ms. Mittal and feedback mail id of club mahindra for confirmation and updating on refund through mails dated: 22/11/12; 25/11/12. However no response either.

    On 29.11.11, received a reply from ms. Sharayu kulkarni, member relations, confirming that my request for cancellation is registered on 29.11.11 and assigned number 038-998. It was further informed therein that the request will be processed with in a month’s time i. E, by 29.12.11. I immediately informed club mahindra that my request for cancellation was dated 19/11/11 and not on 29/11/11 and requested them again for speedy processing.

    Again i started following up with mails dated 02/12/11, 04/12/11, 09/12/11 with officials concerned apart from following up with ms. Mittal in her mobile number.In response, ms. Mittal in her mail dated 10/12/11 informed that she is now transferred to vashi branch and advised me to follow up only with mr. Anand khanvilkar and mr. Sagar kajabajae by giving their mail ids. However, i requested ms. Mittal by return mail to co-ordinate as she was the crm for my application. Since then i started keeping mr. Anand and mr. Sagar also in loop for all my further communications.

    I again started following with all the officials concerned through my mails dated 11/12/11, 12/12/11; 13/12/11; 14/12/11; 20/12/11; 22/12/11; 24/12/11; 26/12/11 & 28/12/11 followed up with telephonic request with call centre agents on 28/12/11.

    In response, i received mail from ms. Padmavathy kannan on 28/12/2011 stating that they are referring the matter to vashi branch and revert back in 3 working days. I responded to her stating that as the matter is overdue now, and requested her to expedite the issue immediately.

    Surprisingly within an hour’s time i received one more mail from ms. Sharayu kulkarni, member relations stating that i have to wait till 15/01/2012 for the refund. Puzzled by the mail again i strongly protested for their attitude and requested them to process and respond immediately without any further delay. Again i followed up with the entire lot on 29/12/2011 and 30/12/2011, but no response.

    It is a pain to note, for scouting membership, the relationship manager’s follows up frantically (In my case 4 calls in three hours of time) and lure the customers with offers.

    However, don’t bother even to respond once their work is over, “so customer centric (!)” approach.


    My prayers:

    A. I pray for justice, for the indifferent attitude of m/s. Club mahindra holidays in not retuning the funds even after 40 days without assigning any reasons for the same.
    B. To refund my money along with interest @ 36% (I have paid them by swiping my credit card and the bank charges me with this interest) for the delayed period. I. E 30 days from the date of request for withdrawal.

    Date of payment through credit card was 17/11/11.
    Date of withdrawal : 19.11.11.
    Time for processing as per their terms is 30 days.

    Hence, i demand interest for the delayed period from 20.12.2011 onwards till the date of payment.

    Club Mahindra Holidays — Refund delay

    I was lured to take a membership of club mahindra holidays. I sent in a request for cancellation of that membership on 02 jan 2009. (During the cool off period). I was assured that the refund will take 30- 45 days. Inspite of constant there was no response from the clubmahindra side regarding these queries. When they were contacted i was told that refund is possible only in month of may. Reason they can't cancell too many memberships in a month. Is it my problem if they can't do that. As per their company written guidelines and as per their senior staff the refunf should be there in 30 days (max 45 days). Now after 60 days i am told that (that too after atleast 10 reminders) it can be done only in may.

    Responsibility to pay me interest for the same.

    8. I demand interest as a compensation for:

    (A) using my funds from 19.12.11 to 08.01.2012 (19 days).
    (B) for the mental torture that i have received, due to irresponsible /
    Indifferent attitude of your staff members.

    9. Please do not write in simple terms that you cannot pay me interest. Please

    Deficiency in service - complaint not resolved

    I made a complaint on deficiency in service and sought proper compensation for the same. After prolonged communication the company has refunded me the amount but still to pay me interest for the delayed period (As per their tat). I am just attaching the communication for redressal once again.

      Subject: Membership Cancellation and Refund of Amount Rs. 27,500

      I would like express my disappointment and share my experience with you with regards to my membership with CM. Here, I want to state that I am really very upset with the kind of response I have received from Club Mahindra regarding my membership cancellation. The issue is regarding misguiding and misleading the members like me who really trusted your brand name.

      A few months ago, my wife received a call from one of the sales personnel of Club Mahindra at Express Avenue Mall, informing her that we had won 2 days and 3 night holiday voucher and that to avail the same; we would have to attend a presentation.
      The executive of Club Mahindra mentioned to us that we would get a free holiday gift from Club Mahindra without any terms and conditions. Though we confirmed at the time of the call whether there would be any terms and conditions, we were assured that there would be none. On good faith of the Mahindra brand, we trusted the executive and made time from work to visit the Club Mahindra office on the same day.

      Here are some facts and events of what transpired prior to and subsequent to the sales presentation and me becoming a member of Club Mahindra.
      1. The Sales Executives, (Names: Mr. Karthikeyan and Mr. Asif) (THE FACTS)
      1. Told us that our membership was a formality and temporary only to avail the special offer without any terms and condition for any extra payment
      2. That we had to pay an initial amount of Rs. 27,500 towards the membership.
      3. That we would be free to cancel this formal membership after availing special offer and no extra payment will be asked to pay.
      4. That if we did not wish to continue our membership after the complimentary trip, we could cancel our membership and get a full refund of the subscription amount (Rs. 27,500) – no questions asked. The Sales Executive was also ready to provide us a written letter to the same effect. However, on good faith of the Mahindra brand, we trusted the executive and did not push for the letter.

      Based on these assurances, we subscribed for Club Mahindra Membership -'Studio White’. As subscription fees, we paid Rs. 27, 500/- and were to pay remaining in monthly installments only after we had completed and returned the complimentary trip and were satisfied with our experience.
      2. Special Offers Made during Membership Process (THE FACTS)
      1. Apple iPad2
      2. One week free overseas vacation with RCI
      3. Two complimentary movie tickets

      3. Events Subsequent to becoming a Member of Club Mahindra
      1. Reservation request was made against the special offer that we received at the time of taking Club Mahindra membership. Special Offer terms say, "Holidays at Club Mahindra Resorts can be availed in blue or White season only. Eligibility of the Holiday is subject to realization of 15% of membership fee.
      2. Three options for the trip provided by us were Thekkady, Astamudi and Munnar in the order of preference during the month of November 2011.
      3. The support staff and executives (I have interacted with member relationship team and executives at Express Avenue Mall) were utterly unprofessional. They seemed to lack coordination among different teams and were constantly passing the buck to other people trying to cover-up their shoddy job.
      4. Over a period of next two and a half months, we tried to book our complimentary trip but to no avail leading to much frustration and mental stress.
      5. Phone calls were not promptly answered and were given umpteen numbers of reasons as to why our trip was not booked. (example system down, lack of availability etc)
      6. Scanned copies of complimentary certificates were asked to be sent repeatedly. Certificate numbers were sent through SMS by me at least three times.
      7. Fed up by the lack of professional service provided to us, we eventually decided to rescind our membership with Club Mahindra and get a refund of the entire amount.
      4. Events Prior to our Membership Cancellation Request
      1. We walked into the Club Mahindra Office in Express Avenue Mall and spoke to the Manager Mr. Viji, and explained to him our situation and informed them that we wanted to repeal our membership and get a full refund.
      2. We were asked to send an email to [protected]@clubmahindra.com requesting cancellation and were told that they would promptly service our request. We were also given contact information of the Member Relations Manager Ms. Sushmita Roy and were asked to talk to her regarding the same.
      5. Events Subsequent to my Membership Cancellation Request
      1. I sent an email to [protected]@clubmahindra.com requesting cancellation and a full refund and did not receive any response except the automated response indicating that a team from Chennai would contact me regarding the same within 48 hours.
      2. 48 hours elapsed but I did not receive any feedback. I sent repeated emails providing convenient times during the day when they could call me but to no avail.
      3. Later one day, I received a call from one Mr. Dinesh R, Executive-Member Relations. He indicated that since they had received the cancellation request post the recession period, they drew my attention to the membership rules, Clause No 6.1 about cancellation of the membership.
      4. Since deductions would be applicable, they informed me that there would be no refund towards cancellation of my membership as per the above clause. That meant I would stand to loose Rs 27,500 for two months of nothing but frustration, mental stress and harassment.
      5. I explained to him that this was not what the sales executive had laid out in front of me (per section 1) and that the facts had been misrepresented prior to me becoming a member. He later indicated that he would get in touch with his team to understand what they had committed to and told me that the Club would keep up their commitment.
      6. Few more days passed and I did not hear from either feedback or Mr. Dinesh R. I started sending repeated emails to feedback requested to escalate the matter to higher management. I did not receive any response or contacts of any managers.
      7. So I decided to contact the Branch Manager at the Chennai office Mr. Umashankar through email. I explained to him my case and indicated that “providing incorrect and false information to customers just so they sign-up is shameful and totally unethical”
      8. Repeated emails to the branch manager were not responded to and ignored.
      9. Finally, I got a call from Member Relations Manager Ms. Sushmita Roy at the Chennai office. Again, I explained my case to her. She repeatedly pointed me to the membership rules, Clause No 6.1 about cancellation of the membership. I explained to her what was told to me (per section 1). She informed me that she was aware what had transpired during my membership enrollment since she had spoken to the executives who dealt with me.
      10. She indicated that she would have to get in touch with the higher managers regarding my case and would get back to me within in 24 hours. She indicated that the entire phone conversation was recorded and that the same would be discussed with the higher managers to come to a decision.
      11. Member Relations Manager Ms. Sushmita Roy reverted back to me within 24 hours and indicated that I would stand to loose the entire amount of Rs. 27,500 if I cancelled my membership. She repeatedly pointed me to the membership rules, Clause No 6.1 about cancellation of the membership. I again explained to her what was told to me (per section 1) by the executives and that facts were misrepresented to me that led me to sign the contract in the first place.
      12. Now here comes the shocking part, Member Relations Manager Ms. Sushmita Roy told me that she had discussed the “alleged commitments” (per section 1) with the executives and that the executives outright denied that they had made any such commitments to me during my membership enrollment.
      13. That is an OUTRIGHT LIE, That is WRONG, That is TOTALLY UNETHICAL and SHAMEFUL on part of Club Mahindra.
      14. My experience with Club Mahindra (Reservations Dept, Member Relations Dept (Chennai), Customer Care Dept) has been very disappointing and has caused huge mental harassment and stress. I am greatly disillusioned by the CLUB MAHINDRA brand name and felt duped by CM's setup.
      6. The Contract Act
      1. The way the Club Mahindra lures its Clients into the contract is highly objectionable. As per the contract act, if an agreement is done by misrepresentation, it is voidable at the option of the party who has been misrepresented.
      2. As far as your clause is concerned, the agreement entered into by me and Club Mahindra is the outcome of misrepresentation of facts and amounts to fraudulent activity on part of your marketing personnel.

      I am very shocked to see that a "so called" reputed brand can stoop down to this level just to make a few bucks at the expense o[censored]nsuspecting people who put faith in the brand.
      Here is the bottom line, CLUB MAHINDRA HAS FAILED TO DELIVER ON ITS PROMISE AND CLUB MAHINDRA CHEATED US BY GIVING FALSE PROMISES.
      After further research on social media sites, I have found many cases similar to mine where innocent people have been wronged by Club Mahindra.
      Further actions will be initiated (including legal course), if the refund of my payment amount of Rs 27,500 is not processed in full within the next two weeks.
      I might stand to loose Rs. 27,500 for now, but Club Mahindra stands to loose something more valuable and precious, IT’S REPUTATION.

        we brought Mahindra rodoe on 18/07/2011, we brought Mahindra rodoe on 18/07/2011, in Nachiket Automotives Basavanagudi, right from taking bike delivery there was minor problem, when we contacted show room people they said give for first service then will repair it. then we bike for first service on 29/09/2011, next day we collected bike, but still same problem still exit, next we gave bike for 2nd service on 17/11/2011, next day we collected bike, while coming back home only bike got off 3 times, next day we reported to the showroom, they took bike back to garage, we called them on 12/12/11, they said its ready u can come and collect it, we went on 12/12/11 and collected bike, on 13/12/11 again it was creating same problem, we called them showroom people, they came to my home took the bike back. they said they will give a call back but nothing happened, my husband went on 19/12/11 they said will call and delivery on 20/12/2011, again there was no response, on 21/12/2011 again i went with my bro-in-law on 21/12/2011,we mate senior Engg Mallikarjun he promised us that they will call and delivery bike on 22/12/2011 by 12.00, but he called me by 3.30 and said still some problem is there in bike. will give u tomo.

          I am writing this mail to complain on your dealer network, I own a Mahindra Logan every time I trust only show room for my service requirements, at first I use to get my service done at Vijayawada Steel city properties that a sick service centre no proper service and qualified mechanics they take very long to only diagnose problem forget about fixing I have to search for a best mechanic and run to service centre’s twice for a single complaint, I thought of changing service centre and visited Hyderabad I gave my car for servicing at VVC gachiibowli near Hi-tech city, this service center is much worse than the previous experience. Guys of service floor don’t have a clue on what problem the customer walks in, they just keep on saying get it done this that and always tries to squeeze money from customers rather than look to fix the problem . I am sick of your service will always advise not to but Mahindra vehicle any more, I am happy with the quality but not with your poor service network, I kindly advise you to try fixing service network. Service network at Hyderabad is much worst it’s not advisable to offer all service centres to a single company.

          Complaint regarding Second Free Service XUV Mahindra
          I purchased an XUV Mahindra vehicle in Dec. 2011.I got the first free service from Sterling Motor co. service center, sector 18, Gurgaon . sebsicuently one of the front alloy wheel was replaced from the same service centre. which had developed a fault as shown by the nevigater screen . same is again showing the fault. The second service of vehicle is due for which i contected this service station through land line no.[protected] and mobile no.[protected] in the last week of July 2012 .The service station fixed 6th August 2012 for pick and drop service . How ever no one torned up for this purpose. Again when i contected on the same date, a new date of 9th August 2012 was confirmed . But to our great surprise no one truned up on this date also. Again we contected on the same phone and they made an excuse for new date. This is great hrashment to the consumer . kindly look into the mater for an early and prompt action for getting my 2nd free service of vehicle done immediately. hoping for a quick response.

            Hi,

            I must say that the club Mahindra team has completely lost interest in servicing the customer once the sale is done, which in today's world a panwalla or a local chai walla would know it better.

            This is my 3rd email to various people in club Mahindra and at least 5 phone calls with some half a dozen SMS's to the sales person regarding the gift I was promised during the sales of my package (1 BHK Red) and I am wondering that in the first 4 months of my relationship with Club Mahindra There is nobody to respond to, don't know what will happen in next 25 years of the membership.

            After writing to [protected]@clubmahindra.com, I have written to Ms Kainaz Pardiwalla on her facebook wall, I have written to Ms Indira, as I found her email and a request to some customer to write to her first incase of grievance and I did that, still it's been more than 4 days havent got any response, am trying my luck again with feedback and will also parallely post on every possible public forum, don't mind loosing the gift but this should reach out to the seniors in the club Mahindra so that know the gaps in processes in the system.

              I visited Club Mahindra office in Delhi on promotion offer, and unfortunately enrolled in there White package on 10-Sept, believing what they said. But later when I talked to person on confirmation a few days later and then on subsequent email confirmation for account, things weren't exactly as they were hard-sold at enrollment.
              It does not make sense for me and I want to get out, but not getting refund, although the holidays would start 15 months from now only.

              This offers a much cleaner look.
              We have two units of 1BR red. Staying with them has been very pleasant experience, however we never get bookings at our required time.
              Also their rules for cancellation and changing (within 15 days) is such that you lose the days (that you have already paid for)

              Club Mahindra seems to have over sold. I think they have around 1500 units and more than 100, 000 members.
              Do the math 1500 x 52 = 78, 000.

              My advice for those planning to take new membership, pl wait till they have sufficient units.

              Will Club Mahindra care to clarify???

                I was approached by Mr Deepak (he had a visiting card of Club Mahindra) along with two of his associates in Agra to join club Mahindra in end of November 2008. They promised that if I pay 50% of the joining fee within a month, then I can start availing the holiday benefits within 3 months. Also I will get Sony LCD TV within a month. They told that I will get a photocopy of the form that I have filled within 24 hours of my filling it. Also that I will get a verification call from the company whether whatever they have told me is correct or not. They also informed that I will get the RCI membership free for 3 years and that all the formalities of the same will be done by club Mahindra people and I will get the RCI membership letter, card and other documents within 45 days. They told that I will also get Rs 5000/- every month for three months starting from January 2009 through cheques from Club Mahindra. Many more promises were made.
                Believing them, I filled the form and gave the required cheques to them on 1st December 2008.
                I did not receive till 7th March 2009 (more than 3 months after filling the form and giving the money) any photocopy, no Sony LCD TV, no RCI membership documents, no cheques of Rs 5000, no verification call etc. I called up the office in Lucknow at [protected] on 8th January where my call was transferred to a lady. She told that all the queries will be sorted out by Monday as 9th and 10th January being second Saturday and Sunday respectively. Nothing happened. When I called up again, the person on [protected] told that he will look into the matter tomorrow.

                The phrase 'I will look into the matter tomorrow and everything will be ok' has been told to me at least 10 times by different people on different phones - [protected], [protected], [protected], etc.
                At the time of filling the form of membership, I was feeling proud to be associated with the company (all that was probably because of the misleading false claims made by Mr. Deepak and his colleagues) and was thinking of joy-filled vacations ahead; now I seem embarrassed to even suggest to any of my friend that I have joined club Mahindra.

                Therefore, I requested the company and sent a written request to their chennai office to cancel the membership and refund my money and cancel all the future ECS deductions, and take action against the people in your company responsible for this irresponsible behavior.
                Even after a written request the company did not cancel the membership and instead sent the request for next month's deductions from my bank account. I had not even availed of any of the services or enjoyed the vacations.

                Then one day a person from the company calls in the month of april around 22nd, and tells to continue the membership as i would never get the money and asked me to reach to their goa resort within two days from agra to avail of the vacation in this hot month. He told that many ministers, film actors, television actors have got stuck with this company. even making a consumer court case will not help as the company is very powerful and i will not win.

                So, this is my genuine suggestion to one and all to never think of joining this company and loose your hard earned money.

                Therefore, I requested the company and sent a written request to their chennai office to cancel the membership and refund my money and cancel all the future ECS deductions, and take action against the people in your company responsible for this irresponsible behavior.
                Even after a written request the company did not cancel the membership and instead sent the request for next month's deductions from my bank account. I had not even availed of any of the services or enjoyed the vacations.

                Then one day a person from the company calls in the month of april around 22nd, and tells to continue the membership as i would never get the money and asked me to reach to their goa resort within two days from agra to avail of the vacation in this hot month. He told that many ministers, film actors, television actors have got stuck with this company. even making a consumer court case will not help as the company is very powerful and i will not win.

                So, this is my genuine suggestion to one and all to never think of joining this company and loose your hard earned money.

                  My club Mahindra Membership Number is 286398

                  I tried to make a payment on 15th Sep which gave error on Club Mahindra site but still a payment is taken from my credit card:

                  15th Sep Citibank transaction ID: 411535 payment taken on: 17th sep

                  I tried to make payment on 16th Sep which was successful:
                  16th Sep Citibank transaction ID: 380090 Payment taken on: 19th sep

                  I sent a number of emails to Club Mahindra to ask why 2 payments were taken. They are saying that only 1 payment has been taken. I'm not sure who to blame, Citibank or Club mahindra?

                  I was approached by Mr Deepak (he had a visiting card of Club Mahindra) along with two of his associates in Agra to join club Mahindra in end of November 2008. They promised that if I pay 50% of the joining fee within a month, then I can start availing the holiday benefits within 3 months. Also I will get Sony LCD TV within a month. They told that I will get a photocopy of the form that I have filled within 24 hours of my filling it. Also that I will get a verification call from the company whether whatever they have told me is correct or not. They also informed that I will get the RCI membership free for 3 years and that all the formalities of the same will be done by club Mahindra people and I will get the RCI membership letter, card and other documents within 45 days. They told that I will also get Rs 5000/- every month for three months starting from January 2009 through cheques from Club Mahindra. Many more promises were made.
                  Believing them, I filled the form and gave the required cheques to them on 1st December 2008.
                  I did not receive till 7th March 2009 (more than 3 months after filling the form and giving the money) any photocopy, no Sony LCD TV, no RCI membership documents, no cheques of Rs 5000, no verification call etc. I called up the office in Lucknow at [protected] on 8th January where my call was transferred to a lady. She told that all the queries will be sorted out by Monday as 9th and 10th January being second Saturday and Sunday respectively. Nothing happened. When I called up again, the person on [protected] told that he will look into the matter tomorrow.

                      We have a Zest membership (Membership ID:[protected] for Verve season. We are planning for a family holiday and require 3 rooms. While signing up for the membership, we were assured that we can book as many rooms as required if they are available.

                      But we were given the following response from Sanjeevi (a Zest Agent):
                      We are glad to know that you are planning a holiday with us. However, at the moment we are unable to confirm your reservation for 3 rooms, as the requested dates falls on Verve season. We would be able to confirm only 2 rooms for the requested dates.

                      As Verve season members (we have paid a hefty amount for this membership) and have sufficient number of days left - we don't see why we cannot book more than 2 rooms. We had called up for reservations right on the day of reservation opening (3 months prior). We were informed that rooms are available, but they cannot provide more than 2 rooms.

                      The agent who sold us this membership with several other false promises - a Mr. Kiran Lucas (kiran.[protected]@mahindraholidays.com) promised us that he will personally ensure that 3 rooms are booked at our preferred dates. After a week of postponement assuring that the booking will be confirmed by 1st October, we called up tonight. We were then informed that he will not be able to do anything, we will need to follow up with reservations ourselves. If he had not provided any false promises, we would have escalated this much earlier.

                      This is one of our many bad experiences with Zest. Our holiday planning is effectively spoilt with this - in addition to losing face with all our relatives who also have confirmed their joining us for this family vacation. We regret having taken this membership.

                        I Had taken my premium red holiday membership with club mahindra, as i was getting married & had planned to take a holiday membership. After making an advance payment of Rs 36000/-Balance in EMI) I was immediately confirmed a holiday for 5Nt/6D which i planned to use for my honeymoon. I made payment on verbal committment from Mr Shrivastav (Club Mahindra Sales executive) who promised was promising the world to me . But This bunch of bogus people including Ms Jyoti (Customer Relations) who had no sense to behave with their clients gave me a month's severe hard time. All my honeymoon plan got spoilt as i believed their committments & diidnt book any other property forehand, as a result all the good 5 star properties were not available for me & i had to settle for lower class hotels for the most important phase of my life(Honeymoon). In the end i had to cancell my membership & these untrustworthy people refunded my advance after 30 Days.

                        I suggest please dont go for club mahindra membership.

                          I am very sorry to say that I am regretting being the member of Club Mahindra.As whenever I try in for a booking I am givren variation of answers.
                          I had a word with Mr Irfan from Chennai branch for Munnar property booking for which my details are as:
                          18th oct 2-1br,1-2br,voucher no 711637
                          19th oct 2-1br,1-2br,voucher no 711638
                          20th oct 2-1br,1-hu,voucher no 715140
                          He had also confirmed that since you are a blue member but under special consideration since you have not been able to use your holidays since last 6 years and also after talking to my senior staff we have given you this confirm booking.He had also asked me to clear all my asf charges,which I had done immediately.You can go through my backdates record and check that I was not paying the charges earlier as I was not at all satisfied with the bookings and had also planned to withdraw my membership.But then I thought of giving it a last try,but here also you people had bullyed us by saying,clear all ASF charges and get confirm booking.
                          Today when I had just called to confirm my booking status and had a word with one ms ASMA,I got a variation in my booking.She informed me that my 18th booking has been totally cancelled and for 19th there is booking for 3-1 br appartment.How can you cheat your member and cancel his booking and then on top of it not even having the courtsy to inform the member.
                          If my booking had been cancelled then at least you people should have informed me and for what reason had my booking been cancelled is still unknown to me.
                          Also as senior citizens would be travelling with me and all our program had been chalked out according to the bookings done by me.Now this last moment change in the program would create a lot of problem for me.
                          I have always had problem booking with you people.You r increasing the ASF charges every year and also going on adding up members but not satisfing the existing members.I had also made 2-3 members on my reference and also know some more of them who are not at all satisfied and many have also withdrawn the membership.
                          This is my last warning or else will have to take some legal action.Hope you take this complaint seriously and look into it immediately.

                            I have purchesed Mahindra bolero in the month of mar 2011. After five month its CDL unit became faulty i.e. in the month of Aug 2011. The same part was not ordered by delear up to 07/09/2011 i.e. approximately 20 days delay for ordering part. Also when I have contactecd to delear on 19/07/2011 the same part was not supplied to delear. If there is two month's delay for availability of spare part in show room, how effectly, efficiently the customer care will be taken by mahindra company when there is only 12 month's warenty will be given.

                              Two weeks back i got a call from Club Mahendra customer service that my name is selected for free holiday package + 2 Movie tickets from Club Mahendra .

                              To get these i have to attend the 45 Mins presentation at Raghuleela Mall , Vashi with my wife they have given me Voucher code as R/9 .

                              We have gone thro the presentation as required . After that when i asked them for the Movie Ticket they told me that they will send it thro Courier but now its more than 15 days and i have not received any Movie Tickets .

                              Kindly clarify why club mahindra is doing this type o[censored]nethical marketing tactics .

                              I am planning to go the consumer forum for wasting my time & making us fool .

                                I am member of Club Mahindra holidays my membership no is 1417927 till today I did not use any of my holidays because I am not satisfy with there costumer care department or they don’t pass costumer complain to there hade department.

                                My complain is I did not get my RCI card two years from my member ship. And because of that I have to canceled my trip to Disneyland Florida. Before I go to USA I called to RCI and they told me that we already sand you card to club mahindra office so call them. So I called them and ask for my card they said we will call you when we received the card after that I called so many time they said we already send that .
                                I got the answer from Member relations | Club Mahindra Holidays


                                When I came back from USA I called so many time then I visited there office then also they said we already sent at your place . then one day I visited there office and shouted in there office . then they found that my RCI card is in there office. There door keeper security grad received that. Before one and half year ago.

                                Now the problem is created my international free voucher is invalid after one year. Now who is responsible for that .
                                When I meet before I got the RCI Card they said we will renew that one year . and the same day when I got RCI Card from there office that time customer relation officer is changed new officer said we cant renew that.

                                (we would like to inform you that the RCI membership Kit has been despatched to your registered postal address on 15/04/2009 through Elbee couriers. The same has been received by Mr.Shiva. The POD number is[protected]. We kindly request you to check for the RCI membership card in the same membership kit.)

                                In fact Mr.Shiva is your Club Mahindra Holidays Ahmedabad office security guard or office boy that thing is confirmed by Purvi your Membership relation officer Ahmedabad office. And your ahmedabad office send me that kit in end of 2010.


                                My club mahindra credit voucher is expired So request you to renew my 7days free voucher and my food voucher.and from date of my membership i did not get my RCI card for Aprox two year. so please look to that. till today i did not get your monthly or quarterly club mahindra megezin.

                                In all this matter I need satisfactory answer that’s all.

                                    The So Called Club Mahindra or Mahindra Holidays are CHEATS and FRAUDS.

                                    They dont even book the requirement even in off season, and they try to convert the customers to upgrade for seasons, what is the use of converting or taking the membership.

                                    I tried booking twice last year and could not get the bookings even in offf season for the particular resort. And they misplaced my cheques for ASF payments.

                                    So it was totally misbehaving by the club mahindra. and I requested for cancellation of membership and my money back one year back in last year, so far I have not got my hard earned Money back.

                                    Its not only that, I am not at all satisfied with you due to various reasons. thats the reason I asked for cancellation. So please return my money as early as possible.

                                    The Customer care is pathetic, that no one responds properly, Today(just 5 mins Back) also one guy called me and checking with me on the membership. that guy does not even know how to talk[protected]. how are they managing the customers with these kind of people. I think they are cheating all the customers like this only??? If not please return my hard earned money as early as possible. Its My Heard earned money.

                                    So PLease Please Please do not signup with Club Mahindra and get into a trap with your hard earned Money.

                                      I had an accident in my Mahindra Logan, on 13 dec 2010, on Kanpur-Etahwah highway, I went to V C motors, Kanpur for its repair. It took them 3 months for them to make the parts available and finally call me all the way from Chandigarh just to my surprise that, its engine was make awkward noises, rear view mirror broken, almost no cleaning done in 3 month, door locks wrecked, and above all there was nothing called pick up in that car. After showing the V C motors the situation they kept the car again and took another 2 months for repair. Finally I got my car with a bill of 2,40,000 and the insurance company, i.e. oriental insurance claimed that the company did car outing the first time and did not inform the insurance company because of which they can't give claim for more than 40,000(haven't received yet, its just a estimated figure and will for sure be less than this). After the whole payment I took my car, just to realise after few weeks, when i went for service in Jaipur (my home town) that, 1. the Chasis of the car ( which was the major area of damage in the accident) hasn't been changed and is just repaired somehow because of which it is still somewhat bend and there can be no wheel alignment done. 2. Car gear pipes and other pipes are been held by M-seal and has not been changed, 3. brake pads are rotten (which was changed as in the accident tyre and the wheel was damaged.

                                      Its disgusting and disgraceful to be attached to mahindra and mahindra-services in particular, other than a consumer case complaint again both the companies, now I am starting a drive to educate people I know and work with, and people in general about the Mahindra fraud going on, through its representative service comapnies.
                                      i am suresh waman lande, i have Maximo tempo, which is purchased before 2 month, my vehical no.MH-12 GT 3130, tommorow mean 17/11/2011 my vehical had cluch problem, i was called to customer care, dealer and service center but nothing any one help me to solve this problem, when purchase this vehical that time those people are give us very support.but tommorrow i was very unhappy because i was face lot of problem to your customer care and service center...pls improve your customer care service...

                                        I am nk singh a regular customer of rave moti. it is very painful for me to write a complaint against a esstem company like "a mahindra group of company"& "rave moti"

                                        Yesterday dated 30 july, 2011
                                        I received a call at 02:53pm from sonia singh ([protected]) informed me that i am a regular customer of rave moti and i have been selected by her seniors form a lucky draw from club mahindra for 2nt/3dys....
