Membership Cancellation - ID: 2973482

I got cheated recently by a Club Mahindra agent. He asked me to pay Rs. 35, 427/- in regards to getting Club Mahindra membership. This was done in Derik Hyundai Showroom by a Club Mahindra agent named Mr. Mamallan. Once the payment is through, I was told that I will get everything in the app within next 3 working days. It's been more than 30 days now, and I got 0.0 days of booking in my mobile app. My membership ID is, 2973482.

Rooms Not available all the times

We have taken club mahindra membership for 25 years on the basis of MAHINDRA Brand. What we observed in the past few years is that reservations to rooms are very difficult tasks. We can clearly correlate our pain with the IRCTC or INDIAN RAIL reservation system. Whenever we plan for holidays, rooms are not available, while doing some research we found that Mahindra sells rooms to outsiders too.

Refund request 2973453

Dear Team, i am raising this complaint against my refund request to club Mahindra, while getting sign up they told that it will be refunded full amount in 10 days if not agreed to join, later they told 30 days and now told 90 days even their staff they are not responding to any of my emails calls or anything need urgent help...

I would like to cancel my club mahindra membership and honestly feel that I deserve some amount of a refund or need to get compensated for the CHEATING..

Here are my reasons -

1) After paying heavy membership fees and ASF fees, NEVER do I ever get rooms on the dates that we want to travel

2) The prices at the property for meals is INFLATED to a point where its shamelessbr...

Request for refund for the useless product sold by Club Mahindra

Hi Sir,

We requested for cancellation on 2nd Oct 2021 by email to club Mahindra once we realized we won't be able to use the useless product at any point in time. We didn't accept the product when the Club Mahindra team called us for validation and told us the limitations and seasonal restrictions/limitations of the product. So we didn't accept the product and we raised the ticket. But this ticket was closed by the Sales guy...

Wrong commitment given by salesman

Non availability of rooms even after paying such huge membership fees

Recently i booked club mahindra Jim corbett for 26th and 27th april and club mahindra naukuchiyatal for 28 and 29th april. But my booking has been waitlisted. Even after paying more than 4 lakhs for red membership member never gets confirmed booking even after doing booking 1 month prior. I have been regularly paying asf, infact in some years i have paid advance asf.. since .mostly the holiday is alwayswaitlisted now i wish to cancel my membership...

Very poor and slow transaction portal and non responsive customer care services

I regret to inform that the Club Mahindra Transaction Portal is substandard and slow.
The process is ridiculous and not customer friendly.
After SPENDING 6 HRS and completing the online process through substandard Club Mahindra Transaction Portal, only a message was received in the phone and no information on Membership ID . After paying the money and recording bank details for EMI too, the Club Mahindra company did not provide...

Direct dependent/co applicantcant avail the travel

Shameful from club mahindra
We called the hotel know varca, emrald perales and they said direct dependent can travel for free even though I told my age is 28
We were promised on taking the membership that direct dependent can travel for free
Also they only allow to change the co applicant every 5 years which was once every year earlier
Now we are finding a new hotel in goa, and hopefully cancelling the membership...

Mis-Promised on various offers

We were promised on the day of accepting the Blue Studio plan for 25 years, it was said
* 3 years ASF - no need to pay and will taken care as referral
* 3 days complimentary for three years
* 2 amazon gift voucher after paying 3 and 6 EMI respectively
