My member ID is 2973918. I Requested to cancel my membership and refund my money on the next day of sale .The sale person told its is an one day offer and many GV will be provided Once you take the membership But next day i felt it won't suits me and it will create a financial burden so requested to refund my money back on 21 march 2022 and today is 16 may 2022 Still now I have not recieved my refund and proper response from the management side. It seems like they are scamming and holding my money. Ticket number is: [protected].

    I had your GoZest membership for which I had paid 99, 000 earlier.
    Owing to Covid situation in the country I could not utilize it properly (3 holidays in 2 years), for which I contacted their sales agent Sachin to check if that could be extended
    He confidently representing the organization told me that extension is not possible and the only options with you are to forget about the membership or extend it which later turned out to be a lie (Fraud/ Lie 1)
    I had no reason not to believe him (since these people trained your sales team so well on how to fool customers), so I asked him for options with regards to membership extension
    While giving me options I insisted for one time payment options only among which I will finalize
    After giving one-time payment option, he insisted on taking other options which had the following details
    Just Pay 10% now, the remaining payment you can make before year end in March when company will make special discounts (Fraud/Lie 2)
    You don't have to worry about ASF dues for 2-3 years (Fraud /Lie 3)
    Your premium payment will start only after 3 months in May'22 before which we would have made the payment in March (as written in previous pointers) (Fraud /Lie 4)
    Your remaining points from GoZest will be added to new membership (Fraud /Lie 5)

    I had no reason not to believe him since he has been trained by champions of fraudulent people
    After I made the payment of 10% (24, 478), I asked for summary report from him since I had 15 days to cancel inn case I am not satisfied ( The proof of which I am attaching) (Fraud /Lie 6)
    He very conveniently ignored that request
    After about a month I received a message for ASF due which I forwarded him to which he replied let me check
    Post that I have been calling him continuously and he kept ignoring my calls by not picking up
    I called him from other number which he picked up and upon hearing me he blocked that number as well
    Post that, I raised a complaint from your grievance redressal team

    After weeks and months of to and fro this was the company's (Mahindra Holiday's) official statement as per Vishesh
    As per the membership rules, we would like to inform you that there is no refund applicable to your membership

    So basically, as per Vishesh, no matter what frauds and lies they commit in any matter, since you have written some policy as per our convenience which we can give to refuse refund and laugh about it later

    They have found new ways to ignore me now
    They hypothetically keep claiming I requested for cancelation on Dec'21 instead so we are cancelling your membership

    Dear Team,

    Ignoring my complaints these people have cancelled my membership "owing to non-payment of dues" and even now they keep repeating terms like "decision of cancellation of membership" / "your decision" etc.

    Now they are saying I signed some KYC documents which I never ever remember doing so

      Dear Team,

      I am writing to express my dismay on experience at Club Mahindra Holiday's Viviana Mall, Thane branch on Sunday 8th May 2022. Yesterday I met one of the worst sales professional of all time - Vishal, Sales Manager/similar at their Viviana mall -Thane branch.

      After endless number of call from their side(Ms. Priya – don’t know it was her real name or not), I have agreed to visit their branch to know in details about plans, non committal from the beginning.

      However, my expectation started getting fumble after meeting this manager- Vishal. Desperation and lack of clarity was his hallmark. Further, in quest of pushing his memberships plan to us, he has started behaving arrogant and rude. He was indecent enough and needs immediate training/improvement plan on handling client/prospect. Once he made us feel that he wants us to buy their plan at gunpoint. Repeatedly we were saying that we have some urgency, need to reach somewhere within time. However, he was not allowing us to leave. Although, we did tolerate his antiques during our stay of more than one hour at their branch. His behavior was rude and disrespectful.

      Further, that’s not the end. He did use all the nasty method to avoid his commitment of 3days/2nights holiday voucher/coupon on visiting their branch. It did appear that he will give it only after we shall buy the membership. Precisely, he has denied on his commitment and I consider this as a fraudulent act.

      Is this normal practice at their organization..???

      Request immediate attention of respective authority and hope they can take steps to make sure this mistake does not happen again.
      Unless, I shall ensure to escalate the further, if requires to social media.

        Dear sir/madam,
        I purchased club mahindra membership on firm assurance of good services by ur sales representative on[protected]. I made 50% down-payment i.e. 244440/- and 24 EMI of 9167 each. I started using your app and tried to book holidays but its always pre-booked. I can not get booking on my desired dates. when i contacted ur representative, she told me that i[censored] want booking, you will have to book 4-5 months prior to journey date which is not possible for most of the people. No one knows about exact dates of exams of children. I am a doctor by profession and have to deal with emergencies. so its very difficult for me to continue with you. Club mahindra resorts are far away from main tourist places and foods are very expensive at these resorts.
        Actually your representatives don’t give time to customers to think about all aspects of membership and they engage your minds in different attractive offers which are actually traps.
        Mr Anand mohindra is very well known person in India and he has very good reputation. I know about his kind heartedness and helping nature towards fellow citizens. He is a very proud indian. I have very high regards for him. With this image, i never had doubt about services by club mahindra but now I feel myself cheated.
        I dont want any disputes with the club people. I just request you to kindly cancel my membership and refund my payment as soon as possible to avoid mental harassment.
        I hope you will help me in all manners in coming out of this trauma and prove the good image of mahindra group.

          Iam unable to book multiple rooms even though I have inventory. this is happening from last two or three years I suppose.
          What is the point of me having an upper season and can't book rooms as per my requirement. I mean I need to take my family for a vacation and i cannot book two rooms even though I have inventory. My upper season does give me the freedom to book any season other than purple but what when I go on a season down, which leaves me with more days in my account. Having more days/inventory in my account does not warrant me to stay more days on your premises as I cannot be holidaying for extended periods.
          As such I need the freedom to book rooms as per my requirement if my inventory allows me to do that.
          For the last three years or so Iam sick and tired of going to places that I have been and has never got the chance to explore.
          Iam somebody who travels with my family and my spending is quite considerable at your premises ( you may check the invoices pertaining to my membership)
          If I cannot book multiple rooms as per my inventory, kindly could I suggest that you put me in the bottom season ( blue ) and refund the extra cost ASAP.

            I want to cancel my membership due to my health getting bad as i am a cancer patient and there has been an emergency due to which i have to pay my due bills to doctor and medical expenses.
            I will submit my hospital bills and my illness reason once the mahindra holidays concerned person is ready to help me with this.
            I have the reputed doctors prescription and due to my condition getting worse i dnt know how many years will i live, i am not married.
            My mother and father are senior citizens.
            We have home loan too.
            I am sole earning member in my family.
            And i am suffering from cancer please take this as a kind request and help me out.
            I have spoken to Mr. Vishal Bhandari [ vashi branch], Aanand Jaiswal [ Vashi branch ].
            Still if you guys cannot help me out with this then i will have to visit branch myself with all my hospital bills and doctors number.
            The reason i wanted to opt for mahindra holidays is bcoz i want to travel and spend holidays with my family till i am Living.
            But now it doesn't seem like that as my condition has gotten worse.
            I dnt have my salivary gland.
            Normal people have 2 salivary glands i have only 1.
            I daily suffer from migrain.
            Please help.me out as i am a 27 year old adult with responsibilities and i am in need of money as i have to take rest for some days due to my medical health.
            Thanks.
            Will wait for a genuine reply from your side as i have not used any of the membership and have submitted my membership start date which is from 5th May 2022 to 25 years in the above mail.

              Hi Sir,
              I have taken club mahindra membership on 26th April 2022.

              On 30th April, I realized as a Single mother, I would not be able to plan my travel and it will be too costly to plan as per the food rates and all.

              I sent an email to cancel my membership and refund my money Rs 51332 plus stop any Auto debit from my bank Account.

              I have not received any acknowledgement on my request and I am scared now.

                  This is with regard to the misrepresentation and fraud being done with us by Club Mahindra sales person Mr Hitesh Sharma from Club Mahindra Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi office.

                  I bought the membership from Mr HiteshSharma ( Mobile [protected] and his senior Mr Deepanshu Dhawan ( Mobile [protected]) in January 2020 membership id 473744 in the name of Ameesh Aggarwal registered mobile number [protected] for which I paid 10, 000 and 24, 340 as down payment and 7 emis of 11, 309, Total of we paid 1, 13, 503, last emi was paid in September 2020. I was given several offers by Mr Hitesh Sharma which were-

                  1) 8000 as food voucher

                  2) 8000 as Amazon voucher,

                  2)RCI membership,

                  3)Complimentary 5 nights Club Mahindra India holidays,

                  4)7 nights RCI.

                  5) 7 nights regular club Mahindra nights

                  6) 10, 000 kalyan jeweler voucher

                  7) 3 nights as employee nights in India.

                  I have everything in written given by Mr Hitesh Sharma I paid the last EMI in September 2020, after that I stopped my emi due to lack of funds during covid lockdown.

                  Then I decided to start with EMI in January 2021 when things got normalize and I contacted Mr Hitesh so he gave me an offer of Maldives trip. He mentioned that there is an offer going in Club Mahindra that if we pay down payment of 1, 00, 000 we will get a 4 night trip of Maldives. So we got convinced and we paid 50, 000 and 50, 098 to him through cheque. Then afterwards he told us that he has issued new membership for which he took another mobile number and email id to register with new membership and started with new EMI plan of 25, 996 and we had paid one emi of 25, 996 in February 2021 That membership ID is 492910 in the name of Akshay Aggarwal registered mobile number [protected].

                  He gave us the following offers when he lured us with the following benefits :

                  1) Maldives trip of 4Nights including air travel

                  2) 1 Week RCI international / 5 Nights club Mahindra india nights.

                  3) 33Kpoints

                  4) 5 Years ASF

                  5) 2 Years RCI membership

                  6) 7 Nights regular nights for 25 years.

                  Also he mentioned that we will get all the benefits from earlier membership also in this membership and he told us that we don’t need to keep track of old membership anymore and if anybody calls from Club Mahindra to pay EMI for old membership then we just tell them that we don’t want to continue with old membership anymore. Also he told us that the money we paid in old membership will be refunded by club Mahindra by sending an email on memberexperience for which i mailed too. Later on we got to know that club Mahindra will not refund any money for which we had a heavy argument with Mr Hitesh Sharma. Also he didn’t mention everything for Maldives trip and we had to pay 1.5 lacs extra to Holiday vendor of Club Mahindra for Maldives trip, also for which he gave 10, 000 as compensation to us through UPI beause he knew he was at fault and misrepresented all the details.

                  I stopped the EMI again in March 2021 because I felt something is wrong in this membership and Mr Hitesh Sharma after the Maldives trip

                  Then things got worse again due to covid second waive in India.

                  Now in December when I asked Mr Hitesh Sharma to fulfill all the offers provided by him in both memberships and start with my EMI he stopped picking up my calls. I texted him several times also but he did not respond. This is something we call as “ Fraud” and not expected by such a big company like Club Mahindra. Mr Hitesh Sharma has misrepresented and misleaded us in all forms and he is the executive of Club Mahindra and by which Club Mahindra reputation can be spoiled.

                  Therefore I have decided to cancel my membership and I want the refund of all the amounts paid by me in both memberships. Failure to do so by club Mahindra I will have to take necessary legal action in consumer forum for which I am reluctant to do so.

                  It would be highly appreciated if you refund all my money paid back to me and resolve my issue at the earliest, It has been 2 years we are being fooled. I don’t wish to spoil the image of Club Mahindra through social media and media partners and take any action against Club Mahindra and Mr Hitesh for frauding a Customer continuously for 2 years.I have all the recordings and necessary documents he provided to me that lured us taking this membership through Fake Promises.

                  Total amount paid by us :
                  Membership ID –473744 = 10, 000 + 24, 340 + 7 emi of 11, 309 = Total 1, 13, 503
                  Membership ID 492910 = 50, 000 + 50, 098 + 1 emiof 25996 = 1, 26, 094
                  Total amount paid in both memberships = 1, 13, 503 + 1, 26, 094 = 2, 39, 597

                  After a lot of my mails and calls in club mahindra they came to my place in february in which i have recorded their audio and video through CCTV and aGAIN THEY PROMISED THAT THEY WILL FULLFILL ALL THE OFFERS NOW TILL MARCH 15.

                  It has been almost 3 months they dissapeared again.
                  I thought I will resolve the matter with them after so much happened with me. They have tested our patience and its a peak time that i will have to take several actions. I will report to media as well if they do not refund my money.

                  We are waiting for a immediate action and refund of amount paid by us

                    I have requested the CMH to send me the estimate that how much money I will get refunded if I go for cancellation of my bliss membership. After a lot of effort and stress, I have been informed that I will just get INR 23556/- as refund, I am really humiliated by grievance redressal system of the company and since the last 3 years I have faced lot of stress due to vague replies and non cooperative attitude of the company and it seems that this business is trapping the people. Because they bind member in one sided agreement which is in favour of company only not in favour of its member, this club is not friendly with its member and officials/representative doesn't treat members as member. In my view terms and conditions framed by company are not approved and monitored by any govt regulatory authority to safe guard the interest of consumers. I have come to know that only INR 23556/- will be refunded if I cancel the membership.In just 3 years of my membrship I have paid more than 2 Lakhs INR to the company and just used resort only for 3 nights only once. This is really very strange that my investemt of more than 2 Lakhs has now just reduced to only INR 23556/- and many times I have undergone stress in my age of fifties. Kindly help me out to get my hard money refunded. I can't deal with company more bacuase there is no grievance redressal and no customer support, even they are completely neglegent towards its member, still my 7 years of membetship pending and only one time I have visited there resort, if I estimate 9 years of my investment is with the company, this type of big loss of value of money is really serious thing, and not in favour of consumer. I also request to study the agreement whether it is in favour of members/consumers or not. I will be highly obliged if you understand the situation and get me rid of this some sort of trapping membership/semi networking type plan. Really there is no one in the company to take the ownership to resolve the issue, I have tried thier all levels of grievance redressal channels. I have lost the trust on the system in company due to series of negligence in part of company. Kindly do the needful and save me and my hard earned money.

                          Hello,

                          I have got call from Club Mahindra employee, and he told me i have won a free gift voucher for free stay at any of the club mahindra resorts for 2Nights and 3 Days. But fot getting it i have to present in a seminar for 45 mins with my wife and take away the voucher.

                          i gone there with my wife for like 1 hour and for their seminar where they were trying to sell me the membership. And they told that i will get this voucher within 24 to 48 hours in my email.

                          The person from Club mahindra lied me saying that they will give that voucher, They were trying to convince me falls in their scheme.

                          But after 48 hours i did not got the voucher on my email. So i have called that person who invited me Named Akash. He given his senior's number named Mohshin, Mohshin gave number of another person named Nishit.

                          They called me and gave foolish excuses that you cannot get voucher and stop responding on phone and my messages.

                          Like this they gave one another number and harassed and humiliated me for their gift voucher.

                          I have spent my time and gave taxi charges to reach at their place.

                          Please guide me to how can i take strict action against them

                            I am not satisfied with my membership of Club Mahindra for the following reasons.

                            1) I had booked resorts in 2020, however owing to the pandemic had to cancel. I was told that the 2-3 days that would be beyond the maximum 21 days in August (when my yearly 7 days get added) would be added back.

                            2) the next year was also a pandemic owing to which i could not travel. I was told that the full 7 days will not lapse and will be added. I did see my total pending holidays as 28 a few months ago, and now they are back to 7.

                            3) I have tried since the last year to book a holiday. I have just lost my father to COVID last year, and hence I have to travel with my mother and help for my children. Hence I either need a 2 BR or 2x 1BR. However I am not allowed to book the same owing to limitations of my Red-studio membership. In fact I am desperately trying to arrange for a holiday this May, and despite the fact that I have to contend with being wait listed, CLUB MAHINDRA'S POLICY DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO BOOK WHAT I WANT TO BOOK. I have enough days to spend and I don't mind spending those days, but its just extremely frustrating to check a dozen resorts, see something available and then to be told, sorry you are not eligible to book even though there are rooms available and I have inventory available!!

                            Owing to the above reasons, I would like to cancel my membership of club mahindra. Kindly let me know your cancellation policy and how much refund will I get.

                              It’s always been a frustrating experience.

                                I myself namrata chaudhary.i have purchased club Mahindra white session membership on 2 feb and paid amount of 43800 through online.i was interested because of Mahindra group.
                                As per as discussed with sales team I have mention that I am pregnant and due to COVID vacation isn't so good option but sales team told me that we can cancle my membership anything and got full refund if i used 7 night pakage the amound near about 19000 diducted and rest will be refunded no charge is to be taken on this.i asked for written document then he told me that club Mahindra will sent with welcome kit.
                                Fake promises, hide all facts, term and condition, lied about cancellation term by your sales team specially mr rajendra Dixit and Vaibhav Panday.
                                When I quary about my kit and tracked online it is already delivered but I didn't get it.i asked for courier partner then he delivered my kit 4 days later .the kit is collected by my sister and that time he took some photos.
                                I got one welcome latter with one more paper and no documents are found inside it.i complaint courier partner and club Mahindra but no one take it seriously.when I asked sales person for all documents with cancellation rule he didn't send anything just said he will book wonderful holiday for us.He never ever answered my question regard cancellation just said we will cancle when we want .

                                Due to this irresponsible behaviour, incomplete information, documents we decide to cancle our membership.
                                After sent a mail on 16 mar to your team revert that pls reconsider our decision if not club Mahindra will refund our amount with in 90 days.
                                Till today I have talked lots of person from your team and they told me different different things ans asked one question why we decided to cancle and it's enough that day when they told me that u have to discuss with my family.they didn't said as the time of membership.
                                During online process with signature I asked to read all term and condition but they said process time is very less so make it fast .they didn't give time to read anything, no written document just 2 handwritten pages where no cancellation term are mention.

                                I am working women and I worked hard for this job.i can't waist my single penny .
                                So I request you to please see this issue and refund my amount

                                1-all comunication by mail where mention 90days of refund
                                2- all mail from 2 feb where no cancellation policy term and condition mention
                                3- all hend written paper used by sales person
                                4- copy of star health cancellation term maild as the time to policy registration
                                6- recipt of payment
                                7- all documents related courier fraud
                                8-cancelation term and condition mail which I got last week.

                                Today I got call from club mahindra and he denied for refund.he said before signing paper we have to read all term and conditions but I got this membership process by video kuch.i didn't sign any written documents.he didn't sent any documents by nail or post regard cancellation norms.he just lied everytime
                                I am going to take legal action in civil court and consumer court too

                                    I am a member since last 6 years but have not gone for a single trip as i could not book a trip wth the kind of poor booking methods( only one trip to Gangtok by my relative with the help of one agent/employee of CM last year). Whenever you try, it is no vacancy. Tried 2 monts back, it said book 15 days before. On 15 days prior trial, no vacancy. Then how can you book ?
                                    Recently i tried for co-applicant for Gangtok and not being successful tried for Shimla which again showed no vacancy. Very strange and even the agent could not be successful. I am going to 'Make my Trip' as we have availed earlier with success. Then why to continue with Club Mahindra which can not satisfy to my requirements and appears to be indulged in malpractice in booking and blocking rooms for non members to gain exorbitant gains.
                                    So i want to withdraw...

                                        The first holiday experience with the membership has been so bad that I am regretting my decision.
                                        The CB Sales Representatives promises are fake and you can never get hold of them once the Membership is taken.
