Dear Sir/Madam
I am 54 years old and purchased bliss membership and since tge first day I am facing negative abd non professional aprroach from company officials, representatives and other support staff, at this stage of life I can't face tge humiliation from this company and its executives so planning to get cancelled my membership and need my hard money back with compensation

I wish to cancel my bliss membership as I am not satisfied with the functioning of the company, therefore give me the estimate of refund as early as possible. I need my hard money back, I have concluded that its wasteful investment in this company as there is no system at all for customer support.

No resolution at all...CMH misguiding Indian Consumer Forum...I have asked information regarding unethical ASF collection and sent 10 reminders...CMH is just doing formalities and hoding information asked.Regsrds

My money jas been devasted and destroyed by purchasing the membership and I feel and it appear thst that my money has been snatched. CMH is not refunding money on justified way...and humiliating the dissatisfied members...I need all my money back with compensation because company has failed to communicate propetly with understanfdng...kindly help me get my hardened esrned money back...if not I pray to god to ketp safe places in hell for companies responsible authorities for running un approved bliss membership plan against the consumer protection right act.
Me too had the same experience.Very worst customer care and always the rooms shows in WL even if you try booking 4 months before.No privileges for the members.Even the breakfast is not free for the huge money we pay yearly and we land up spending atleast ₹3000 to ₹5000 per person per day.I want back my hard earned money.Please let me know the procedure to get back my money

    Greetings of the season!
    Kindly resolve my grievances mentioned as under
    1.I have paid my ASF on 30th Dec 2021 in response of call recieved from your female representstive.
    2.After negotiations she offered me transfer of 2000 RCV plus extra benefit through RCV if I book the resort.( screenshot of call log attached)
    3.I have paid the ASF on the same day ie 30th Dec 2021.
    4.Till date committment made by your representative is not delivered.
    5. On 15th Feb 2022 again after more than one month waiting I made a acrequest to Mr Rahul (Name as quoted by representative) on helpline no [protected].
    6.Then talked with ms Megha on[protected] and also talked with Shivlal (as name quoted by them)
    7. N number of emails sent but to response and no resolution.
    8.I am attaching screenshot of call log through which I jad made the payment.
    9. Kindly check I am not recieving any correspondences regarding offers and priviledges, due to this I am not able to use the benefits
    10.They never address and solve the problems, grievance redressal system is tricky and misleading the client
    11. Their local team also non cooperative just visit home rarely for marketing purpose taking some referrels and request to give positive feed back for the sake of job,
    12. There no responsible official who take the ownership of grievances.
    13. I have paid huge money for the sake of enjoying my life after 50 but it seems that I am un stress due to the poor functioning of company.
    14.There is no transparancy in thier on line portal and mobile app nothing is there in favour of member.
    15. I am thinking to go to consumer court for this humiliation and cheating attitude of their employees.
    16. I have also talked with local office bearee Ms Komal but to no resolution.
    17.I am attaching screenshot of call log...conversation nearly took 16minutes and she convinced me about fulfilling the committment and I paid the ASF
    I request my senior who wish to purchase bliss membership never purchase it...its so humiliating in your 50's

      I bought club Mahindra membership on 25th Dec in a seminar organised at reliance jewels. Agent name was Naveen Bajaj. He made a lot of fake promises while selling the membership like we will get 12-14 nights which we can book all in one go or can split them. We can get the booking for 1-6 members with the same points and we can avail all these benifits only after paying down payment and 1st EMI . He said first you take the holiday which you can take any time in coming year. Then after you can pay the EMI so that you will know the experience with us. Now we are asking him for the holiday he is saying I can only book for 2 days and for 2 member only and asking us to pay the EMI . Please help me how can I get the refund

          Already posted a complaint about this issues. Just updating.

          I got a branch verification call from Mr. Srinivasan club mahindra Holidays. He Said that we will be credited 10K worth Amazon gift voucher after our payment of third EMI & 5K worth Amazon gift voucher after our payment of sixth EMI.

          He as also promised that

          1. INR 10K worth Food Voucher

          2. Pre closure amount reduction upto 15%

          3. Dine out card

          4. Club & select card

          5. 4 nights & 5 days of complimentary holidays.

          & He Said he will send all these through documentation.Right now i didn't get any from your side.

          Your persons are speaking only through calls but not giving any commitments through mail or documentation.This is not the right way of dealing. Actually i am ready to pay my EMI so kindly send all the committed documents immediately through mail or through postal. If not then its not my fault it will be at your fault & you have to return all my money which i paid back if i dont continue with you.

          You can't claim that you will not refund any amount. You have to refund 100% of amount because you are not giving anything in writing instead you are just only informing through calls.

          This is my copy mail which I sent on March 12th 2022. Didn't get any responsible reply from your side. I am asking all your commitments through mail for confirmation because I don't want to disappointed again. your Excutive Mr.Vishnu & Mr. Thameen who representing club mahindra Holidays gave false commitments.

          Please close this issues as soon as possible or pls refund my full amt which i paid

          I asked for a full refund. One Excutive called & said not going to give refund ( its a 0% refund ) . If i didnt get my full refund within this month end i have all the proof with me i am going to flash everything in social media & according to section 503 IPC i am going to file a cheating case towards club mahindra Holidays for giving a wrong commitments & for rude behavior.

            Am writing this mail by huge depression, Last year your sales executive gave me a scheme to join in club Mahindra membership, he has given multiple assurance about the product, really that time its lockdown period even though I paid membership subscription amount,
            After 3 months I realised that I got cheated with false commitment, so I raised complaint against that sales executive, but no action taken form your side so I started mailing with the complaint, Mr. Sriram is the only person called me and asked about my issues, I clearly explained about my complaints and gave audio recordings of your executive about schemes, he accepted and started process for refund, after that month on month I put mail asking for status of my claim but no one is ready to reply me back.
            On December person called me and asked for written cancellation with ID proof, I have submitted the same, but some one calling me now and saying we cant do anything you can whatever you want, is this the way to resolve 1 yr complaint of customer.

            I need a proper reply and my refund, I believe that you will take action and process my refund as soon as possible..

              Direct dependent/co applicantcant avail the travel

              We called the hotel know varca, emrald perales and they said direct dependent can travel for free even though I told my age is 28
              We were promised on taking the membership that direct dependent can travel for free
              Also they only allow to change the co applicant every 5 years which was once every year earlier
              Now we are finding a new hotel in goa, and hopefully cancelling the membership...

              We were promised on the day of accepting the Blue Studio plan for 25 years, it was said
              * 3 years ASF - no need to pay and will taken care as referral
              * 3 days complimentary for three years
              * 2 amazon gift voucher after paying 3 and 6 EMI respectively

              We paid the initial down payment at Jan 2021 and due from March to June. And 7 days were came from Sep 2021. Till now we did not used any days and none of the promises shared by the sales executive was done. And also we are not able to reach out for any booking while we are in need of holidays with kids.

              We are frustrated and cancel the membership 2936995 and refund the entire amount.

              Hi, the same issue happened to me last year am following it up with the team but after 1 year they are saying that there is no possibility of refunding the amount, even I have a voice recording of the executive who has given the wrong commitment...

                      I have recently opted for 3 year membership.
                      The sales agent was absconding ever after the sales and i later found all i was given in a bunch of False commitment. I was not even aware of the product name properly. Its absolute sales pressure put up on table with below mentioned fale promises,

                      1. 20, 000 worth Amazon vouchers after memebrship activation.
                      2. I can avail 3 weekends in Large resorts in a years for 2 families of 4 A+2Children (6 Nights) using 600 points itself.
                      3. Extra person charges only Rs. 750/- per head per night.

                      I attended the meeting in a resort which was my soul beleif over the product as i have great reputation over your Brand. Please dont allow this kind of misleading sales practices to happen.
                      My welcome experience itself is completely dissatisfactory, i have decided to withdraw my membership plan and i strongly urge you to refund my Entire Money within this month.

                      I have proof in WhatsApp with that agent. Still he didn't respond my call. I sent mail regarding this still no response from your side. Please do necessary action ASAP and refund my amount.

                      Same complaint i am facing from dec19th. They wont give ressponsible reply. Actually its a worst experience in my life time. I decided to share all this in social media like twitter, insta, Facebook and in whatsapp too .. lets see. Its hard earn money i wont give as it is. They are doing cheating business😡.                           I have club mahindra purple membership since last 2 years .My husband had purchased red, where we could never ever get a booking during grand kids holiday timings .Obviously no choice of resort was ever available. The location is always secluded places difficult for both elderly n kids.
                          Yet i was brain washed by rm to upgrade to purple so far i have paid nearly 5lacs for member ship n asf .Still you cant get your resort choice ever.
                          My husband is no more and i am retired with asf 15 k .I find my self helpless i have almost 25 nights.Si ce they never give you a booking where you want .None of my family can use it.
                          I just wish to get my money back.I am 70 yrs old.Written to them on 21feb still no resolution after numerous mails and no response to my mails either.But calling day n night dor asf.
                          Please refund my money.

                            I paid Rs. 3, 32000 for the white studio membership on 1st June 2015. Apart from this I have paid its Annual Subscription Fees every year.

                            My family and I decided to take Club Mahindra membership and we were told that we can book holidays easily on the Mahindra app. However, most of the time their resorts are fully booked.

                            Their resorts are also limited to specific locations. It is difficult for us to plan our holidays when we want to go somewhere where club mahindra does not have a resort.

                            Their food (buffet and Ala - carte) are also priced at much higher rates than any other hotels and resorts. They don't give a complimentary breakfast.

                            They also charge very high holiday inventory if we try to book in another season. (Much higher than what we were told while taking the membership)

                            Their holiday inventory expires after third year. So we are paying ASF every year for holidays not taken.

                            Also, one of my relatives gave much lesser amount for the same membership. It feels very unfair on the part of company to have cheated us with different membership fees.

                            It has been 8 months since I have raised the request of cancellation. My request was approved 6 months. However, they told me that they will refund me only Rs. 70, 527 which is way less than what I paid for membership and the ASF charges that I paid every year.

                            Policy adopted by Club Mahindra in making members is differential and unjust. Similarly policy by Club Mahindra in giving holidays is also unjust. For example, Membership at Pavana, Lonavala is not offered online reason for which is beyond my understanding.

                            I have been very patient and polite with the club Mahindra customer care executives for past 8-9 months. They have been dragging me since months and there has been no response from their Grievance Redressal emails mentioned on their website - [protected]@mahindraholidays.com, [protected]@mahindraholidays.com, [protected]@mahindraholidays.com
                            I have my emails in my sent history. I have been literally begging them for a response for months now.

                            It is my sincere desire to surrender the Membership and get a fair refund in this respect. I also desire to resolve the matter amicably failing which I may decide my future course of action including legal recourse against the Company in an appropriate forum.

                              To add to my previous complaint, Club Mahindra blocked all my account related privileges when I told them that I will not pay the Annual Subscription Fee unless my complementary vouchers are renewed. I am unable to make changes to my existing booking for this month due to this.
                              Club Mahindra Holidays customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                Hi, My membership number is 2697539. We received complementary vouchers at the time of joining Club Mahindra. We couldn't use those in time since my wife was expecting our second child. Later we got in touch with our Club Mahindra relationship manager for the same and he kept telling us that you first use the days you already are getting as part of your membership. He can arrange complementary vouchers if we run out of day. We followed it up several times with him, but no help was provided on this issue. When we wrote to Club Mahindra they came back saying that after expiration date, those vouchers can't be redeemed. We pay several lakhs for becoming a member and in return this is what we get in the name of member experience. Club Mahindra is distributing free vouchers at petrol pump, malls, to get new members, but care the least about their existing members who continue to pay to them.

                                  We had gone to Viviana Mall at Thane Mumbai on 6th/7th Feb and were contacted by your Person. He told us you will have to attend a Presentation for 45 Minutes and You will get a Gift Voucher for 2 Nights and 1 Voucher of Decathlon worth Rs 500.

                                  We liked the Presentation what we were Shown but the Person who was attending was for Forcing us you have to Decide Right now. It has to be an Yes Or No. Nothing in between. I tried to Reason with him that you give us sometime of Atleast 4-5 Days. He didn't agree to it. Then I asked him for the Voucher he said you will get it by mail tomorrow. Today's 2nd March and almost 1 Month have already Passed still haven't received anything . I followed up with the Person who had sent the Message and also Followed up on Watsapp. I am totally Fed up Now.

                                    The ASF when we purchased was Rs 7000 In 2008 and Now close to 17000 whish is close to Rs 2500 / day . In 4000 Rs we an get a good hotel Unit in todays rate What is the point of investmnet of Lakhs, when the ASF shoots . New rules are introduced every year which was not mentioned during sale . There is only two guest bookings even if we have the paid previous days paid for. The annual fees was to be paid at theyear and now they are charging a penalty for late fees within 1 week of due . ridiculous ASF calculation

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      I have been a member since 2017 with Membership ID 400053 (Vipinkumar K P, Member ID: 2779654, White Studio) and now and writing this based on my last holiday at Ashtamudi, Kollam, Kerala and request to Cancellation of Membership and refund the amount at the earliest.
                                      I wish to cancel Club Mahindra Membership due to the following reasons:

                                      a) I am Check-in at Ashtamudi on 26th February 2022, 5.00 PM with my family members as mentioned in our membership data. At that moment the Receptionist informed me that, the booking room was only permitted for 3 Adults and one child just covered the age of 12 years and that will be chargeable @ Rs.2124 for extra Bed.
                                      But the issue is that the front office does not arrange an extra bed facility up to 10.39 PM. At 10.39 PM one of the Room boys came to my room to fix an extra bed. At this moment am just informed Reception Mr. Ashraf and I refused the extra bed at that time due to all the members starting to sleep at the available bed facility. And I was informed that I am not paying any amount for an extra bed. At the moment of Check-out, one bill was initiated to me for Rs, 2124/- and I was requested to give a discount from the front office due to the non-availability of an extra bed. But they disagree like walking customers. I Was very ashamed and I was almost in a bad mood.
                                      b) I had taken the membership considering I can visit most resorts as per my wish and as per my children's holidays. Hence, I had upgraded from Blue Studio to White Studio by spending an extra amount. However, even in the white season membership, I find most of the resorts filled. I cannot go on holiday when my children have school days, however, I was not aware of this fact as I was misrepresented by the Club Mahindra sales representative.
                                      c) I have paid a huge amount to Club Mahindra including ASF/EMI/One-time Amount but I do not find any utility of taking such membership as resorts are never available when required, resorts are very far-off and compared to other such resorts available online through Make My Trip, the fee charged is too much.
                                      d) Cost of food is exorbitant. Per person, the buffet is somewhere like Rs. 800-950 while Ala-carte is very costly. So, while most other hotels offer complimentary breakfast and reasonable meals, the cost of a meal at Club Mahindra is very high. There are almost no other options available for dining except Club Mahindra. Thus, in a day for 2 Adults + 2 Kids, one will end up spending something like Rs. 6, 500-7, 000 per day, and then they say that the cost of boarding is free with membership.
                                      e) Different prospective members had been given expensive gifts such as TV, paid trips abroad, etc, which also was never offered to me even though I have paid more than most members in the same category.
                                      The policy adopted by Club Mahindra in making members is differential and unjust. Similarly, policy by Club Mahindra in giving holidays is also unjust
                                      It is my sincere desire to surrender the Membership and get a refund in this respect. I also desire to resolve the matter amicably failing which I may decide my future course of action including legal recourse against the Company in an appropriate forum.
