Spurious and suspicious activities: unable to get response from Club Mahindra's Member Experience team

Request for Cancellation of new membership

I very recently subscribed to the 15 years Classic Club Mahindra holiday programme and my membership ID is 515894. I am writing this mail to cancel my membership for the following reasons.

Mis-selling by the sales team

My name is Vasumathy and my membership no. is 2966329.
I joined in their 10 year scheme and while at the time of joining, I was informed that the Annual Maintanence fee is to be paid every year before the booking of the holidays and there will not be any penal charges and u will be allowed to utilise the Club M Select.
But after joining, I recieve messages and telephone calls from the corporate office that I will be penalised...

Date extension due to medical emergency

Cancel club mahindra membership

Very poor service/response

I have written numerous mails to your reps and member experience and am yet to receive a reply from them except a statement that "your complaint has been sent to the relevant officials and they will contact you soon." Even though your organisation is registered in Chennai, your officials there are saying we should contact the Mumbai office.

Refund of holidys

Mis representation /False Promises /Fraud

My membership no is 2830230. I had upgraded my membership from red to purple in Jan 2021.
Against that i was promised various things 7+7 = 14 nights, 10000coins and 1 yr amc waived off.

Initially they had given coins and amc waived off. But after regular follow up I got 5 nights somewhere in march and when I followed up for balance 2 nights you guys took back 5 nights and gave me 2 nights in December 21 with validity...

Retrospective tax added on EMI

My membership id is 2559930. I have completed all my EMI dues in 2018. Today while paying for the Annual Subscription Fee, I saw that they have charged me Rs. 9798.5 as past tax dues.
How can Club Mahindra ask for retrospective tax for payment done in 2018 from me? This is just unacceptable!

Unfair & irrational booking process online - NEEDS to CHANGE

The process of booking on Club Mahindra site has a flaw requesting that the flaw is fixed. Please see below for a description

If one tries to make a multiple nights booking, say a 3 nights booking e.g. booking dates 22-24 Dec 2021 and if 22nd & 24th is available but 23rd is wait listed.
