due to financial crises i will unable to pay the rest payment
i tried to contact to the representative for same but they are not ready to terminate saying it will effect my courire and it will effect on my rider it will get debit on my incentives etc

    on emi basis but due to sudden fiancial crises i could not manage the after emi's so i wish to terminate it but members are not ready to do it

        I have opted for 3 years club mahindra membership. Sales representive told me that booking will be hassle free and resorts would be available except in Goa during new year only. He also promised to give extra nights to make total of 35nights but after the membership he told that membership will be active after half of the month. Even after that there were no availability of rooms shown, even for next 2-3 months. On the top of it relationship manager didn’t give enough nights that can initiate the booking. After chasing him n number of times he still didn’t resolve the problem. Customer care takes more that one week to understand the problem and giving their scripted replies.
        Honestly if One has to waste their money then they can opt for their membership trap.
        I have screenshot of their relationship manager not giving any help/resolution to any such problem. Literally Shame on you guys.
        I have not used a single night and still they are hoarding my money

          I got cheated recently by a Club Mahindra agent. He asked me to pay Rs. 35, 427/- in regards to getting Club Mahindra membership. This was done in Derik Hyundai Showroom by a Club Mahindra agent named Mr. Mamallan. Once the payment is through, I was told that I will get everything in the app within next 3 working days. It's been more than 30 days now, and I got 0.0 days of booking in my mobile app. My membership ID is, 2973482.

          Now, interestingly, the agent is not picking phone and not responding to my messages. I understand that I got cheated. I would like to get my membership cancelled and get refund for the amount I have paid. I have sent multiple emails to member experience in Club Mahindra. Attaching ticket numbers I got back for your reference.

          Still, there's nothing on my cancellation yet. Will I ever get my money back? Or is this kind of cheating continues everywhere?

          This is not resolved, I have not received any call from Club Mahindra.. They are still just trying to loot money from me, not trying to resolve my concern. Such a bad customer service from Club Mahindra. Please re-open this ticket.

            We have taken club mahindra membership for 25 years on the basis of MAHINDRA Brand. What we observed in the past few years is that reservations to rooms are very difficult tasks. We can clearly correlate our pain with the IRCTC or INDIAN RAIL reservation system. Whenever we plan for holidays, rooms are not available, while doing some research we found that Mahindra sells rooms to outsiders too.

              Hello,

              I would like to cancel my club mahindra membership and honestly feel that I deserve some amount of a refund or need to get compensated for the CHEATING..

              Here are my reasons -

              1) After paying heavy membership fees and ASF fees, NEVER do I ever get rooms on the dates that we want to travel

              2) The prices at the property for meals is INFLATED to a point where its shameless

              3) ASF keeps increasing and is hitting the roof. Firstly the salesperson had never informed me that ASF was to be increased every year. Yet I stuck on for so many years hoping their service would get better. But it's HORRIBLE.. Almost 18, 000 rupees a year which can never be used cause they never have rooms available, and when they do have rooms available - which is very rare - the prices of every service they provide is hitting the roof..

              Totally disappointed with my decision of going ahead and taking this membership. and even more so disappointed in the company.

              We are 4 to 5 families wanting to cancel our membership for the above reasons

                Hi Sir,

                We requested for cancellation on 2nd Oct 2021 by email to club Mahindra once we realized we won't be able to use the useless product at any point in time. We didn't accept the product when the Club Mahindra team called us for validation and told us the limitations and seasonal restrictions/limitations of the product. So we didn't accept the product and we raised the ticket. But this ticket was closed by the Sales guy Rafeeq without our knowledge. We are surprised how he could close the ticket before solving the issue.

                The seasonal restrictions were hidden by Club Mahindra sales guys (Mr.Rafeeq and Mr.Shanmugam from the Chennai office). Upon our email complaint and cancellation request on 2nd Oct 2021, Club Mahindra sales guy Rafeeq visited us on 18th Oct 2021 and apologized for hiding the seasonal restrictions applicable to the useless product he sold.

                We have recorded the voice message where the club Mahindra sales guy apologized and said he will process the refund within 15 days.

                We knew that one day we end up with today's situation. So we recorded the whole discussion purposely. The same was shared with your Chennai office with Mr.Nikil, Ms.Kiruba, and Mr.Subbu. Mr.Subbu said these two sales guys had been warned with a warning letter. Not sure whether this is true and we don't bother as well. I'm not sure this recorded voice message has been shared with top management or relevant personnel. I doubt so.

                Whatever Club Mahindra sales guy wrote in the paper and emails, we have that copy too.

                Club Mahindra Chennai office was telling us they have to deduct from Rafeeq and Shanmugam's salary to pay our refund since these robbers are the culprits for the whole issue.

                What we paid was 2, 21, 000 for each membership. We have two memberships in total. We paid full in one shot to EMI interest and we are stupid.

                I would say the sales guys doing daylight robbery and just focusing on monthly targets. Club Mahindra knew it. Please do not tell me we are the only one seeking cancellation and all other customers are happy. When we registered at the Chennai office security entrance, we noticed in the register book that most of the customers visit the Chennai office for cancellation purposes.

                Now I realized sending emails to Mohit Sharma and Magana is also useless. I found these two people's emails from Grievance Redressal copy. But it is proven this Grievance Redressal is also useless.

                We received our membership confirmation, username, and password on 1st Oct 2021. Our communication started with a cancellation request dated 2nd Oct 2021. Between 2-Oct-2021 to 10-Jan-22, no updates from your member experience team, Chennai branch members even though we met them & no action was taken by them till now.

                We have raised the request to cancel our membership on 02 Oct 2021 the next day our membership confirmation and welcome letter, username, and password. However, we were told that we raised the complaint on the 11th day, and the day according to their policy they will not give me any refund after the 10th day. Should Club Mahindra calculate the days of complaint from the day we receive our membership confirmation, username, and password or calculate from the day we made our payment which was done on 19th Sep 2021.

                The moment we received the username, and password, we immediately logged in and found this product is useless and cant be used in any situation and we also realized we got cheated by sales guys.

                The Club Mahindra Chennai office staff we met includes Mr.Nikil, Ms.Kiruba, and Mr.Subbu…However no use as of now. Ms.Kiruba said she and her boss Mr.Raghavendra are handling our case. But no reply to our email and no answer to our calls and messages. Damn poor customer response.

                It is our sincere desire to surrender the Membership and get a refund in this respect. We also desire to resolve the matter amicably failing which we may decide our future course of action including legal recourse against the Company in an appropriate forum with all the pieces of evidence we have in our hands.

                    I have the club Mahindra membership. Details as below:

                    Membership id 73384

                    We had a 1BR in the Red Season. We were given a lucrative offer to upgrade to a purple season in Oct 2020
                    Attached with this email is the whatsapp image which shows what was offered to us by your representative Kishan Patil.
                    We made a payment of the required amount for the upgrade.
                    The offer clearly states I am allowed to book multiple apts.

                    Now while I try to book 2 studio apts in the Red season I am told I am not entitled to since I own 1 studio.

                    Request you to refund the upgrade amount and move me back to 1 BR in the red or allow me to book 2 studios in the red season.
                    If you see our travel history, we have more or less always booked 2 studios since we travel with our parents.

                      Dear Club Mahindra team,

                      This is with reference to the pathetic customer experience I have received from Club Mahindra team. I am referring to my booking done in Dec 2021. Booking reference number 5673230.

                      I reached Veeksar, The Fern, Kolhapur on 12th Dec 2021 after driving all the way from Pune along with my wife and children. I was informed at the reception that my booking was not reflected in their system. I was surprised to hear this. After some heated exchange, I got a call from Mr. Rajesh Dalvi of Club Mahindra that the error was from their side and not the partner hotel. He mentioned that it was a technical fault and apologized for the inconvenience. I was left stranded and had to find alternative option to stay late that night. This was a frustrating situation for me. Being wedding season all hotels were booked and it took me considerable time to find another hotel. This one had only one room available that he said he would reserve if I reached his place in 30 mins.

                      Later, I called Rajesh Dalvi to check on how does Club Mahindra intend to compensate me for the time lost and the money spent on another hotel booking. He had no answer for the same but told me that I would get back the days credited and the booking money back.

                      It's been more than 3 months and several calls to your call center as well as Rajesh Dalvi. I am only getting futile commitment but no action to refund/recredit my money and days. Of late, Rajesh has stopped picking up my calls too.

                      I am holding back from raising this issue in social media or taking legal recourse with the hope that my mail gets the required attention.Please escalate this issue to the right authority and compensate me for my time, peace of mind and money. Looking forward for a quick closure.

                        Recently i booked club mahindra Jim corbett for 26th and 27th april and club mahindra naukuchiyatal for 28 and 29th april. But my booking has been waitlisted. Even after paying more than 4 lakhs for red membership member never gets confirmed booking even after doing booking 1 month prior. I have been regularly paying asf, infact in some years i have paid advance asf.. since .mostly the holiday is alwayswaitlisted now i wish to cancel my membership and want refund of my membership fees paid. Even outside guest gets co firm booking in club mahindra even though they are not member and also they get complimentary breakfast which is not offered to member. worst worst and never expected such service from club mahindra. Monthly asf and around more than 4 lakhs for membership but still they cant give us confirm booking

                            I regret to inform that the Club Mahindra Transaction Portal is substandard and slow.
                            The process is ridiculous and not customer friendly.
                            After SPENDING 6 HRS and completing the online process through substandard Club Mahindra Transaction Portal, only a message was received in the phone and no information on Membership ID . After paying the money and recording bank details for EMI too, the Club Mahindra company did not provide the Membership ID, instead " happy family referral program" link was sent asking us to recommend friends . It is very cheap on Club Mahindra company to do this without providing Membership ID, that which is important.
                            I regret to have got involved in this tricky trap by the Club Mahindra team.

                                I am 54 years old and purchased bliss membership and since tge first day I am facing negative abd non professional aprroach from company officials, representatives and other support staff, at this stage of life I can't face tge humiliation from this company and its executives so planning to get cancelled my membership and need my hard money back with compensation

                                I wish to cancel my bliss membership as I am not satisfied with the functioning of the company, therefore give me the estimate of refund as early as possible. I need my hard money back, I have concluded that its wasteful investment in this company as there is no system at all for customer support.

                                My money jas been devasted and destroyed by purchasing the membership and I feel and it appear thst that my money has been snatched. CMH is not refunding money on justified way...and humiliating the dissatisfied members...I need all my money back with compensation because company has failed to communicate propetly with understanfdng...kindly help me get my hardened esrned money back...if not I pray to god to ketp safe places in hell for companies responsible authorities for running un approved bliss membership plan against the consumer protection right act.
                                Me too had the same experience.Very worst customer care and always the rooms shows in WL even if you try booking 4 months before.No privileges for the members.Even the breakfast is not free for the huge money we pay yearly and we land up spending atleast ₹3000 to ₹5000 per person per day.I want back my hard earned money.Please let me know the procedure to get back my money

                                  Dear Sir/ Madam
                                  Greetings of the season!
                                  Kindly resolve my grievances mentioned as under
                                  1.I have paid my ASF on 30th Dec 2021 in response of call recieved from your female representstive.
                                  2.After negotiations she offered me transfer of 2000 RCV plus extra benefit through RCV if I book the resort.( screenshot of call log attached)
                                  3.I have paid the ASF on the same day ie 30th Dec 2021.
                                  4.Till date committment made by your representative is not delivered.
                                  5. On 15th Feb 2022 again after more than one month waiting I made a acrequest to Mr Rahul (Name as quoted by representative) on helpline no [protected].
                                  6.Then talked with ms Megha on[protected] and also talked with Shivlal (as name quoted by them)
                                  7. N number of emails sent but to response and no resolution.
                                  8.I am attaching screenshot of call log through which I jad made the payment.
                                  9. Kindly check I am not recieving any correspondences regarding offers and priviledges, due to this I am not able to use the benefits
                                  10.They never address and solve the problems, grievance redressal system is tricky and misleading the client
                                  11. Their local team also non cooperative just visit home rarely for marketing purpose taking some referrels and request to give positive feed back for the sake of job,
                                  12. There no responsible official who take the ownership of grievances.
                                  13. I have paid huge money for the sake of enjoying my life after 50 but it seems that I am un stress due to the poor functioning of company.
                                  14.There is no transparancy in thier on line portal and mobile app nothing is there in favour of member.
                                  15. I am thinking to go to consumer court for this humiliation and cheating attitude of their employees.
                                  16. I have also talked with local office bearee Ms Komal but to no resolution.
                                  17.I am attaching screenshot of call log...conversation nearly took 16minutes and she convinced me about fulfilling the committment and I paid the ASF
                                  I request my senior who wish to purchase bliss membership never purchase it...its so humiliating in your 50's

                                    I bought club Mahindra membership on 25th Dec in a seminar organised at reliance jewels. Agent name was Naveen Bajaj. He made a lot of fake promises while selling the membership like we will get 12-14 nights which we can book all in one go or can split them. We can get the booking for 1-6 members with the same points and we can avail all these benifits only after paying down payment and 1st EMI . He said first you take the holiday which you can take any time in coming year. Then after you can pay the EMI so that you will know the experience with us. Now we are asking him for the holiday he is saying I can only book for 2 days and for 2 member only and asking us to pay the EMI . Please help me how can I get the refund
