Hi I am Dasharath Kale club Mahindra member Id-2054495. I am writing this to complain that I have not received the benefits of 2 referrals of Mr. Rajesh Jadhav and Mr. and Mrs. Amit Yenbhar. When I complained about it the club Mahindra executive replied that they have given the benefit to some one else. This is very bad as the person responsible is giving our referral to other people. It’s painful for me to receive such treatment and my trust has been hindered due to this treatment. I request the person incharge to please look into this matter

    Can someone confirm on email the status of my membership?

    After paying membership fees for the last 14 years, I am shocked to see Vibha Tiwari's statement in her February 15, 2022 email about cancellation.

    If her statement is true, I'd like to pursue legal action against Club Mahindra.

    Unless you confirm me the status of my membership diligently, I shall not pay your current demand for Annual Subscription Fee.

    A highly frustrated customer who advises people AGAINST joining Club Mahindra due to your unprofessional customer service.

    I have been asking for an email clarification on this since Feb-15 when your staff made an irresponsible statement about my account. Shame on you people for treating paying customers this way and not responding to my emails.

    It took 14 days and many reminder emails just to get a clarification from your incompetent team - just to confirm my membership status after the irresponsible and erratic email sent by your irresponsible staff Vibha Tiwari on Feb-15.

    It is a disgusting experience to say the least that I receive this type of shameful experience after paying fees year after year.

    SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE.

    Train your staff on ethics or keep them away from paying customers.

    I regret every bit for becoming a member.

      My name is Vijay Shah and I was of wish to gift the membership of club Mahindra on account of my son's marriage.
      On unfortunate incident of his breakup, I requested Club Mahinra representative to refund my advance paid but doing so he pressurized and sell the membership on my daughter Manali Shah's name. Her membership number 515358 was given to her.
      On the said unfortunate incident we decided not to continue but they didn't accepted our request and continuing pressurized to continue and also not returning our cheque and deposit the same for monthly installment.
      This is very sad at any professional corporate.
      Request to cancel membership and return amount as soon as possible.

          I am having difficulty in getting any credible response from Club Mahindra's Member Experience team.

          Unresolved service tickets:

          They generally refuse to respond by email and I do not trust what the Member Experience team executives state in phone calls.

          Now one of their executives Vibha Tiwari's states:
          "With regards to our telephonic conversation dated 61-Sept-21, we regret to inform you that your membership is been cancelled due to non-payment of EMI's post 2015 and if the EMI payments are not cleared within 2 years and membership status gets cancelled."

          I have made annual payments for every year since becoming a member in 2007. I never signed up for any EMI. I do not understand what date 61-Sept-21 means. I did not have any telephonic conversation with Club Mahindra in Sept-2021.

          I am worried there is some accounting mischief with the Member Experience team here.

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            I have raised a complaint already a month ago but I have not got any satisfactory response from the team. Below is my complaint -

            I would like to withdraw my membership application under the clause Part C, 8.1 of the agreement. I would like to claim FULL REFUND of the down payment Rs. 1, 46, 664/- under above mentioned clause. My member ID 2966513 is already generated on 25th December for which I raised a cancellation request on 26th December. I request you to cancel this ID and my membership. Please take this request of withdrawal of the membership application on priority and provide me the refund at the earliest.

            I have submitted my bank details around 2 weeks before and they assured me the refund payment within 1 week of receiving bank details but it has not been processed yet
            It assigns auto generated service tickets and do not make any effort to resolve them.

            My account showed suspicious activities and they refuse to reply by email. Their executives just speak pleasantries as trained. HORRIBLE EITHICS.

              Dear Sir/Madam I am swapnil Jaswante from Amravati, Maharashtra Club Mahindra representative contact with me for presentation regarding membership. Then he came my home to give presentation as well as package details and I saw the presentation. I asked him for the concession in package amount then he told me that you are submitting Adhar card, Pan card as well as (Refundable) Rs.5000/- by master card or visa card then I told me the exact package and concession amount. So, I gave him Adhar card, Pan card as well as swap Rs.5000/- by Master card. After that he told me the total amount of Rs.11000/- concession in total package as well as RCI membership will given. But I told him to hold some months to take club Mahindra membership and refund the my amount of Rs.5000/- Then he told me that amount was not refundable. I already asked him for the amount was refundable or not. He told me that the amount will refundable then I swap Rs.5000/- by master card on 9/2/22. I am request to refund my amount and take a strict action against Club Mahindra Amravti, Maharashtra Representative named Mr.Pankaj Bansod for giving me a false information and then turned from his commitment.                 Request for Cancellation of new membership

                I very recently subscribed to the 15 years Classic Club Mahindra holiday programme and my membership ID is 515894. I am writing this mail to cancel my membership for the following reasons.

                1. Unfulfilled membership benefits (amazon pay balance for INR 20k, pre-closure amount reduction upto 25k, food card 50% concession, club & select card with 50% rebate, four complimentary nights)

                My cancellation of membership has been approved and I was supposed to receive my due amount in the month of January 2022.                   My name is Vasumathy and my membership no. is 2966329.
                  I joined in their 10 year scheme and while at the time of joining, I was informed that the Annual Maintanence fee is to be paid every year before the booking of the holidays and there will not be any penal charges and u will be allowed to utilise the Club M Select.
                  But after joining, I recieve messages and telephone calls from the corporate office that I will be penalised for the late payment. I also informed them that at the time of joining their sales team had assured that there will not be any penal charges, but they are not ready to listen or to take up with their sales team as to why such mis-selling is being done.
                  At the time of joining I was offered free coupon which I am utilising and I am afraid that due to the above, they will not honour my bookings at the time of reaching their site.
                  Due to the above, I have decided to not to avail the free coupon and also request to remimburse the entire amount.

Due to high medical emergency we will not be able to travel at the booked dates at Munnar resort.                             I had booked holidays at kannatal resort from 23rd jan to 26th jan.due to heavy snowfall and roads blocked we had to shift our stay to mussorrie resort. After a long discussion and request we were given rooms foe these days but new holidays were deducted .being told that our holidays booked at kannatal would be refunded to our account which has not been done yet.kindly resolve the matter asap.

                                We have a club Mahindra Membership having Membership ID 473177. At the time of offering membership the customer executive who approached us mislead us about the Annual Subscription Fees to be paid every year along with the EMIs. He convinced us saying that you would not be required to pay this fees and you can simply provide us referrels and we would convert those referrals and your fees would be paid by earing referral points. For the first year such points were credited to our account and we had not paid the ASF. This year our account was showing overdue of this fees and we enquired to the concerned office i.e. Meerut, from where we have taken the membership.They informed us that the executive who have sold us this membership is not an employee now and the executive also behaved so rudely when we asked him some of our doubts regarding the membership. He abruptly said that he has not given us the membership and he can't explain anything. We have paid all our EMIs on time and we were not able to travel anywhere due to COVID and haven't utilised even a single night till date. Kindly look into the matter. We are not aware of the name of the executive but he called us from [protected].

                                  I am Sharanya Nair,

                                  I am go zest member with member id - 2968472. Dated:[protected]. I am writing this email with the great dissapointment i have faced with Club Mahindra sales executive by misrepresenting the facts in their presentation and took a KYC vedio o[censored]s accepting the terms and conditions, which i have mentioned below.

                                  1. They have told us 70 points will be deducted for hotel units per night all around India when the actual deductions per night is 88 points.

                                  2. They have told us we will be given 25 nights for the whole 3years of Membership. Which is again not correct when the fact is 21 nights only for 3years of Membership for Hotel Units.

                                  3. They have told us Club Mahindra has Hotel units in all the resorts around India which is again not true.

                                  4. They have given only verbal presentation with no ppt or any other records, with false promises and took a KYC vedio of me accepting the terms and conditions. But the terms and conditions which they have informed us was false and Misrepresented.

                                  5. After i got the right information through Club Mahindra websites and customer care services i have contacted the same sale executive by Name: Hemraj chauhan Ph: [protected] (presently in Club Mahindra Hilltop Resort, Musoorie) he insisted again as to not believe websites and customer services. And trust him as he will assure that i will get 25 nights with only 70 points per night for 3 whole years.

                                  6. On[protected] i have received call for conforming. In which i have clearly did not confirm asked for Cancellation of the Membership and further proceeding. Even after a clear non confirmation i have received mail regarding reconfirming my details. Which is absolutely not acceptable.

                                  With all the above misleading informations given to me by the sales executive and on boarding me for the membership with false promises, i do not want to confirm my membership and want to cancel my membership registration and initiate for the refund of the down payment amount of Rs.28, 125. Further, a auto debit mandate has been set for 6 monthly EMI starting from 7th march, 2022 should cancelled immediately and a confirmation for the same should be sent to me at the earliest.

                                  I request for the Cancellation of the Membership, EMI mandate and refund the payment made with confirmation at your end.

                                  I have sent a mail to Member experience Id and called customer care service a numerous times i have not received any call back till now. i have been told i will be receiving a call back in 48hours but its been 10days i have not received a single call but i have received courier of membership kit for which i have applied for cancellation by nor confirming

                                  kindly revert to my complaint and do the needful.

                                  I would also recommend to take appropriate action against the sales executive and his team for misleading a potential customer and degrading the reputation of Club Mahindra.

                                    Cancellation/Refund of my Membership

                                    I am Sharanya Nair,

                                    I am go zest member with member id - 2968472. Dated:[protected]. I am writing this email with the great dissapointment i have faced with Club Mahindra sales executive by misrepresenting the facts in their presentation and took a KYC vedio o[censored]s accepting the terms and conditions, which i have mentioned below.

                                    1. They have told us 70 points will be deducted for hotel units per night all around...

                                    My membership no is 2830230. I had upgraded my membership from red to purple in Jan 2021.
                                    Against that i was promised various things 7+7 = 14 nights, 10000coins and 1 yr amc waived off.

                                    Initially they had given coins and amc waived off. But after regular follow up I got 5 nights somewhere in march and when I followed up for balance 2 nights you guys took back 5 nights and gave me 2 nights in December 21 with validity upto Jan 22.

                                    But since there was locked sown in Maharashtra we could not utilise 5 nights and since 2 nights were given in December it is impossible to utilise the same.

                                    So kindly recredit the 7 nights with validity of dec 2023.
