Its regarding a clubmhaindra gift voucher,
Today[protected] I visited Hotel Melroseinn Aligarh, saying I am a lucky person to receive a 3 days stay at any of clubmahindra resort. When I went there it was nothing but a marketing strategy to call people at office and covience them to be a cubmahindra memeber. When I was not convinced by them then they foolish me by saying that your voucher will send on your mail id in just 10 minutes.
I didn't received any kind of voucher on my mail. when I call them then they send me a already redeemed fake voucher on my what's app number [protected].
I inform immediately to such person but they simply ignore me.
Guys it's just a trap for wasting our time.
Club Mahindra must take action against that kind of activities.

Club Mahindra employee Rohit give all wrong information and didn't gave me any kind of voucher.
So finally its a trap named gift voucher which they put to catch new members for club mahindra.
Club Mahindra's Gift vouchers cannt be redeemed.
They all send used or fake vouchers and no one help & sort out my problem.

Request all of you reader to never put your effort and time when you hear a call from Club Mahindra and never plan your vacations with club mahindra.

I think that kind of sales person will definitely pull down company reputation.

So when you plan your holiday go for some other options and save your vacations from getting screwed.

    Hi,

    The below is the description of Pathetic Incidence

    I got a call on 2nd Nov from one of your Agent from Nasik and fixed date 10th Nov2020 for the presentation at Nasik Office at Mr.Chawala's Place.

    During that call the person offered me 3 Days Holiday Voucher as Gift for the presentation.

    We went at Office no 212 2nd Floor Roongta Business Center City center mall, Govind Nagar Rd, Nashik, 422009 and had a presentation which was lasted for 2 hours.

    At the conclusion, the employee told me that the Voucher will e given through your mail .
    Even after 10 days Over, Neither I received Voucher nor Details through mail. (Mail Id- Mandar.[protected]@gmail.com)

    Is it that Clu Mahindara giving Fake Promises or just to attract customers at Initial Stage y "NOT Fulfilling the promise" which they offered initially.

      Sir, with respect I want to inform you that l am Mrinal Saharia and my club Mahindra ID is 2893763. As per calculation my premium of your membership completed on Oct/2020. But I have seen this month too, i.e.Nov/2020 premium of Rs.7556/- deducted from my account.
      So, I think necessary action should taken regarding this problem.Please acknowledge me.

        Respected Sir,
        I am Smt. Vijaya Sunil Shende a Club Mahindra member since 2009. Membership ID - 254949 Red1BR Member.
        I had 4 years of ASF[protected] due and received an offer from Mr Saurabh Jagtap of Club Mahindra that on payment of 2 years ASF we will get waiver of the remaining 2 years ASF and we will get 21 days of holidays which can be used anytime without any date or time limit restrictions therefore we paid the ASF demanded in the email. Currently I have 11 holidays remaining and I am trying to book holiday slots but i am getting an error displaying that my ASF is due! I was assured by Mr Saurabh Jagtap that I could these 21 days without any date/year restrictions whatsoever and to support this claim i have a mail and call recording from Mr Saurabh Jagtap.This is a clear case of fraud from ClubMahindra. I have been calling the Club Mahindra customer care regarding this issue and they are giving fasle commitments that my booking will be done but I have not yet received any sort of confirmation nor any call from them.
        I am sorry to say that i have received pathetic service from Club Mahindra members relations and customer care team and the worst part is my calls are put on hold and then get disconnected, this is happening from last 1 week. I did not expect such sub standard and inferior service from the trusted and estemeed Mahindra group.
        If my grivence is not resolved immediately i shall be enforced to file a complaint in consumer court regarding the false and fraudulent promises made by Club Mahindra and it's representatives and the metal harassment i am suffering since last 1 week.

          Hi,

          I am unable to book any holiday through their app or website as a member. But inturn when directly called up their properties, they have the rooms available to be booked.

          So the membership of such kind is useless in first place and this goes that when club Mahindra allows me to book, I should holiday then .

            I am Dishant Sheth and I am a co-applicant (member ID[protected] to one GoZest membership plan I bought. I got the membership for myself and my uncle’s family at ₹ 84, 150 each.

            Mahindra office - Coimbatore
            Sales representatives - Mr. Marshal and Mr. Vignesh

            The complaints -

            1. The amounts were paid for my membership and my uncle’s membership. My application was to be processed first so that I could get a referral bonus for my uncle’s bonus. Until this point, the sales reps never spoke to us of a point system that GoZest uses. They told us about 7N of holidays per year across 3 years. Once we found out about this, my uncle requested to cancel his membership because he was very unsure of the points system. The sales rep was informed and he said that my uncles membership amount would be refunded quickly because the application hasn’t really been processed yet. It’s been one month and there is no sign of my uncle’s membership refund money or any official communication of refund from Mahindra.

            2. Once my personal membership was processed, I checked the GoZest portal to book a holiday. We were told that our family of 4 could book a Studio and it was enough. On the portal, no more than 2 adults are allowed in a studio. Most resorts are shown unavailable on most dates. If we book a 1BR for 4 people because of online portal restrictions, we get 1N of stay per year. What is this if not fraud?

            3. The call center never responds or otherwise gives half-baked information. The sales reps don’t reply for days and then reply with vague reasons again. No support from anyone to book a holiday.

            This is extremely disappointing and pathetic. The consumers are being taken for a ride by Club Mahindra. This is FRAUD ! I want my money back for both the memberships. And I want this to be taken care of immediately in 7 working days.
            I have voice recordings and official mails from these sales reps explaining the false terms. Also note that I will not hesitate to sue Club Mahindra in the consumer court given how much proof I have and will also hold your sales reps personally liable for this. Rest assured, I am going to spread awareness on this on social media and my social groups.

            Someone from your head office with the name “Ayesha” called back promising the refund and stuff. It’s been 2 weeks and no updates. I need to keep following up and they continue giving me nonsense answers. I am in the process of creating a legal notice mentioning these people personally.

              My membership I’d 2887309...and I have taken membership with payment of 80000 and then paid 3 more EMI and did not use any night...As I have been told that u need not to pay any more and now they are continuously deducting amount my different cards and I never done signature on the documentation and I can prove that with help of my bank accounts signature...I want my money refund and I am continuously after them from last 3 months but they are not solving the issue and harassing me by saying give us some more time and I know they will not give my money back

                In coorg club mahindra the staff treating customers is terrible and for each and every one they are charging too high prices on food and so much restrictions and worst behavior staff and tasteless food with bad quality .plz take very big action on this club .they are letting public amounts like water.

                    Hello myself murugavel from pondicherry and i have recently bought a *red* category membership from clubmahindra.
                    So i contacted the sales team for the registration of membership and they gave me all the details and procedure for signing up the membership.

                    They have quoted me a down payment of inr 41360.

                    As a token advance i paid inr 10681 with my card and post signing up the membership i paid the remaining down payment of inr 30679 via neft.

                    My membership id is 2887313

                    Executive has informed me the i'll receive the welcome kit via courier and it's been a year still i haven't received any kit and i have been paying 6 emi from the date of signing up and i haven't even utilized any booking but i have been paying the emi.

                    Last february 2020 i contacted club mahindra executive for a trip to munnar but unfortunately due to covid-19 pandemic the resorts were closed.

                    As situation got worse and i stopped paying the emi and after a long gap of 6 months i contacted the same person for booking to munnar in the month of august as all the resorts were open but your executives didn't respond to me and they blocked my calls and they never bothered about anything.

                    Shiva from clubmahindra was speaking very rude to me in a vulgar manner and kept calling me for stupid reasons.

                    Kalaselvi from collection team was threatening me to pay the emi and her way of approach was like stranger.

                    After facing lots of struggles and i came to a conclusion to cancel the membership.

                    Inspite of paying inr 1, 50, 000 i haven't even got a single holiday.

                    So, i want club mahindra to cancel my membership and refund me the full money whatever i paid without any further questions and delays.

                    In case if club mahindra is not cancelling my membership and not refunding the money means i'll directly go to the nearby police station and lodge a complaint against the resort and i'll directly go to the resort and i'll go facebook live and i'll inform the guest that club mahindra is involving in such activities and please don't prefer club mahindra.

                    I'll do this with all my influence if club mahindra fail to refund the money and i'll not let resort to function if club mahindra is not refunding the money.

                      In the first week of March'20, we did sign up for the Club Mahindra membership .
                      We opted for Full payment option for all the benefits associated with it ( mainly because of the Switzerland Trip + RSI one week free trip ), hence we made an initially down payment of 1, 90, 000/- and agreed to pay the rest in installments henceforth .

                      When the sales team was selling the membership we did discuss about the covid-19 spread and the probable risks we might face in case of international trip . However they assured that it would not be so bad .

                      In less the 2 weeks the life threatening pandemic Covid -19 happened and the membership was not complete and the promise made by your company is also cancelled ( Free Switzerland Trip )

                      For nearly 7 months our money is with you and we waited if this covid-19 pandemic would settle down, however till date no vaccination has been found and don’t know when it would be out and hence it’s very risky and also life threatening to travel at this point of time with an infant .

                      We cannot afford to risk our life and the infants.

                      Also in this crisis we are in need of money, as we have other personal commitments which is more important .

                      We have requested for refund and written mails to member experience team but till date no response from anyone .

                      When the sales team come to sell there membership they Manipulate us and collect the money immediately and when they have to refund it .. there is a lot of time needed .

                      I also demand for full repayment

                          I was going to subscribe a membership at the club mahendra holidays, so i went to check out the place in pondy along with my friend.
                          We had lunch at the restaurant and the worker there asked us to leave the table as soon as possible even though the whole place was empty, i was trying to look around and they stopped me saying im not allowed anywhere, even when i went to look into the beach after paying a huge bill for the lunch, they sent me back saying im not allowed, when i made a complaint at the reception they were least bothered.
                          My friend and my self are doctors and we felt very insulted in this situation, i will surely recommend not to visit ur resorts to my friends and never would think of subscrbing to ur membership after such insults.

                              Club mahindra holidays is really cheat fraud company and cheating with consumers, club mahindra have strange cancellation policy and club mahindra representative not provide you this detail, if you cancel your membership within 7 days than you return money otherwise they not refund any single penny of rupees,
                              I don't understand why government allow such policy for any company this is purely cheating with consumers.
                              I give you my stories with detail to all consumers.
                              In 3 months club mahindra call us for separate meeting in hotel for holidays scheme, when we go there they provide us many beautiful photos of resorts and ask us for membership, but membership cost very high so we denied, continue 3 hours of conversation they representative provide us listed benefits - (1) 10 years membership (2) 12 nights in resorts when complete 3 emi (3) 4000 food voucher (4) also provide us 1 reference when we give them to down payment - rs. 28500, we agree and take membership but they not provide us any cancellation policy detail. I also tell them to emi will be manuall.
                              After few days we receive conformation call but they not provide us any offer detail which they representative provide us i also tell them to emi manually and start my membership.
                              After 5 to 6 days i receive my membership detail then i call to that representative about my offer but they ignore my calls and after 1 month my first emi deducted from my credit card, i am very strange because i never provide my credit card detail to club mahindra. I call them but in this covid situation i never get reply and after another 1 month again 2nd emi will deduct from my credit card so i block my credit card and register complain on club mahindra membership and mail also but strange i am not getting any reply because of this covid situation when continue follow up with club mahindra representative he tell us he left the job and contact club mahindra and stop pickup my phone.
                              So i mail to member experience and tell them to cancel my membership and refund my money back which is approx rs. 40000 but they denied to refund because 7 days already pass and if you cancel then not getting any money return.
                              I also not understand how they deduct my money from my credit card because i never provide credit card detail.

                              Club mahindra holidays is cheat with me and also many another consumer have face such issue so we raise complain against this fraud company and it's fraud policy.
                              I tell everyone don't go with club mahindra holidays.
                              I take membership with my wife's name.
                              My member ship id - 2907123 contract no :- 475704

                              Club Mahindra is cheater company, They not provide me any resolution for my issue just show me policy, when they give us membership that time they not show us policies, They people provide me many false commitment which never provide me and then i need to cancel my membership but not provide me refund, i am not using any of service but they people take my 40000 rupees.

                              Why government allow such cancellation policy because in this policy once you give money to club mahindra nothing is in your hand. Consumer can't do anything. We need to take legal action against such company policy.

                                Club Mahindra has fraudulently debited Rs9090/ from my SB account on 28/08/2020. If Club Mahindra fails to refund the amount within 24 hours, I will file an FIR against Club Mahindra under Anti Money laundering Act and Act of 420.Further I will lodge the matter with Enforcement directorate for enquiry in the matter.

                                  Hello, I am sangeeta Sharma
                                  Club Mahindra agent mr. Prashant gave us a fraud table deal which doesn't exist. We complained and applied for the cancellation and refund but the company is refusing to give our money back... some legal action must be surely taken against this type of fraud company. Do not deal with Club Mahindra it's totally fraud company and doesn't look forward for members. Very disappointed... Lost my around 35000/- rps.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    I wish to cancel Club Mahindra Membership - 2885958 due to following reasons:

                                    The relationship manager / club mahindra executive named - Riddhi Lodhari on[protected], convinced us to become members for 3 years with total amount to be paid as Rs. 45414 for 16 nights and without any annual membership fee. We have trusted this arrangement and paid Rs. 28, 500 down payments and rest of the payments are to collected through ECS with 3 EMI of Rs. 5638.

                                    There has been no confirmation call stating above mentioned details and instead of agreement of above said details, now i came to know that i have opted for 10 years membership and not for 3 years and 16 nights.

                                    This is purely a cheating and fraud by the sales team and no support is being provided and every month an EMI of Rs. 5638 is debited from account.

                                    I have through call and message inform my relationship manager but there's no response and resolution on the same.

                                    Till date we have paid Rs. 28500 +[protected]*8) = Rs. 73604 against the promised offer of Rs. 45414 but I do not find any utility of taking such membership as resorts are never available when required and false promises are made.

                                    It is my sincere desire to surrender the Membership and STOP ECS of Rs. 5638 as immediately and get the refund in this respect

                                    I also desire to resolve the matter amicably failing which I may decide my future course of action including legal recourse against the Company in an appropriate forum.

                                    Since August 2020, I have raised this complaint and sent an email to club mahindra, but there is zero progress towards the resolution of the issue and concern raised.

                                    Every time i asked about what will happened to our hard earned money post cancellation of membership, they are not even bother to respond.

                                    Whenever i ask about it, they become silent like a fraudsters, as if there's any level of professionalism exist in the company it should immediately take any action to resolve such issue.

                                    Complete process and customer service related to club mahindra is a BIG NO and TOTAL fraud.

                                    I will have to take this to another level now as i am not seeing any help or support.

                                    Till date we have paid Rs. 28500 +[protected]*8) = Rs. 73604 and they are just not responding, request all readers to take note and save yourself from the fraudster company club mahindra.

                                      I had taken the membership in the month of february this year. At that time i submit the down payment fees of rs 33000. Due to some circumstances i have to go to canada to settle. So i dnt want to continue your membership. Kindly give my refund back as soon as possible as i urgently need money for my visa application.

                                        Sir/ma'am,
                                        This is to inform you that, we became member of mh last december, you can check the details as this is my registered mail id.
                                        We also planned our first holiday in february for april. But due to the covid-19 outbreak we cancelled the holiday package. And it seems to us now that we couldn't opt for any holiday package in near future too, as it is not pragmatic to travel and stay in hotels, chances of getting infected with corona virus turns up as we walk out of our homes, how one can think of traveling and holidaying?
                                        These trying times have compromised our household income too, now our source of income has shrank and it has become a burden to regularly pay rs 11000 in emis. So from may we are trying to approach and convey to the person (Mr vaibhav pandey) who convinced us to join the membership, but the person doesn't picked up calls or responded, his assistant mr shoib responded a few times but to no avail. These agents and employee of yours are making a mockery of your organization's reputation, they only believe in selling products and not in retaining the goodwill of customers.
                                        The crux of the matter is i want to opt out, because of the afore mentioned safety and financial reasons. I don't want any deferment of emis, i just want my 100 percent reimbursement.
                                        I am hopeful that you will respond to my request soon.
