This is Abhishek from Dehradun.
We took the membership plan on 7th January 2021
Member I'd 2936808.
We cancelled the membership within 10 days of booking precisely on 9th, January 2021, the mentioned that it will be refunded within 90 days. It has been 180 days now and we haven't heard either from the customer's support for the salesperson.
We couldn't even check the status of our cancellation request.
Club Mahindra Holidays customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    1. One day I had a call from Club Mahindra to attend a free seminar.When I attended seminar they are forced me and Give me a membership of Club Mahindra holiday and Resorts after paying Rs 32670/- Via credit card on 26.03.2021.
    2. In the meeting CM representative Mr. Dhruv imparted about membership & give me commitment that if you did not select any membership plan thereafter club Mahindra to give you two nights complimentary vouchers because of your valuable time spend with us.
    3. I had agreed to select a membership plan & bargaining more benefits. after a long discussion, Mr. Dhruv agrees to give me an extra more 2 nights & he informed her HOD & then both agree to give me an extra two nights' benefit.
    4. But while presentation nobody explained about category wise point table & also about your extremely improper cancellation policy.
    5. After received membership of documents by courier, checked two nights complimentary voucher not enclosed with documents. I had contact with Mr. Dhruv about the same told me that will provide you later. One day called HO for verification of membership told her about the complimentary voucher & she suggested me to add a conference call to Mr. Dhruv. After conference called with HO & Mr. Dhruv, finally recd. two nights complimentary voucher via mail.

    6. Till date extra more two nights, which committed not fulfilled after various phone calls & whats apps msg (attached for your reference pls.)

    8. club Mahindra denied me by saying that you are not able to get refund as we have not a refund policy or they are not able to help about this matter. so please help me to get my money back from cheater club Mahindra.

    Please note after signing up your membership with Club Mahindra, we have dispatched all the necessary documents which contained the required information about the termination of the Club Mahindra Membership, and we are sure you would have gone through the same.
    Hence, we would like to draw your attention to the Membership rules, Clause No 8.1 and 8.2 about cancellation of the membership. Regret that there would be no refund towards the cancellation of your membership as per the above clause.

    In lieu of the above, we would request you once again to re consider your decision on canceling the aforesaid membership.

    If you need any further clarity, please feel free to write back on this same mail thread.

      I have a booking on May 4, 2021 at Mount serene resort, Munnar, Kerala.
      Booking number 5086587
      Voucher number RCOM190VGP
      But unfortunately I knew that the Resort is closed due to the lock down in Kerala. But they didn't informed about the closure of resorts with a single message or mail.

      When I contacted the Customer care and Resort contact, both numbers are not available.

      The new booking voucher is needed as compensation, please do the needful,

        Club Mahindra executive contacted me in the month of August/ September 2020 regarding the Club Mahindra timeshare product. He explained me the product details in detail and was patient enough to answer my queries. He was very gentle and prompt, But " THE CANCELLATION POLICY WAS NOT EXPLAINED". So we zeroed down to the White Studio membership and I payed the down payment on the 8th September 2020. Later After few days I got a Validation call from Club Mahindra in which also " THE CANCELLATION POLICY WAS NOT MENTIONED and obviously not EXPLAINED".

        But due to some financial constraints which hit me in the Covid Pandemic, the membership became a taxing affair for me and I searched for a cheaper alternative and came across the Club Mahindra GoZest membership. So I contacted the executive and requested for getting my existing membership converted to the GoZest membership and in this regard I mailed him a request on 22nd October 2020 which was supposed to be forwarded to membership experience portal..After days of getting no reply from CM, I decided to directly mail the pune office executive for the same and had brief exchange of mail in which he denied my request and subsequently denying my cancellation request and stating it as non refundable..

        Now coming to the pune executive reply ""In this membership, you had opted for a 10% DP and 48 EMI Plan, in which we have received Rs. 31, 340/- payment which is 10% of the membership fee payable. As the same is less than 60% (Admission fees), this amount stands non-refundable as per membership clause 8.2 of the membership.""


        1) How would a customer know your cancellation and other policies when he is not being presented it in person or on paper. So practically and technically I have not entered into an agreement nor I am a signitory to your terms and conditions.

        2) How does a validation call can prove I am in agreement with your terms and conditions when they haven't explained it in detail especially the cancellation policy.

        I hope you must be tens and hundreds policies which cannot be explained and approved telephonically.

        3) Even The membership kit you couriered me does not have a leaflet of your terms and conditions so how am I supposed to know.

        So in which of our conversation or documentation this "CLAUSE 8.2 WAS DISCUSSED"

        4) For The example you quoted, I have payed a Down payment or say a advance for your product which I haven't used yet and was supposed to use it from July 2021 as mentioned on the membership card. So for a service of which I haven't used a single percent how am I supposed to loose all the down payment or say a advance. Will your UNSIGNED policy stand in legal jurisdiction.

        MY CASE STANDS WELL IN THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT (CPA) SECTION 48, SECTION 51 AND SECTION 68.

        5) Initially I simply requested you for an exchange and not a cancellation. Exchange of a unused product is acceptable in the whole world. Why on earth CLUB MAHINDRA is denying that they cannot exchange. Every system does have a bypass or they can have one to retain and satisfy their customer.

        6) Even when I applied for cancellation I meant to re register for your product only.

        So I think if you take the matter and above mentioned things in consideration, things can be worked upon from your end.

        The fact of non refundable amount is totally unacceptable and I would have to access my legal rights through proper channel.

        I would again request you either you cancel my membership with a acceptable10-15% deduction or simply convert my membership to GoZest.

        I would like to mention that Mr Devashish, Mr Sameer and Mr Mayur, you people were really polite and prompt in responding to my request and queries. I understand that you are bounded by your company's rule and regulation and have limited authority at your end but having said that the policies does not stand in my favour and I have the right to voice it out. Surrendering my hard earned money is not at all an option and ethically even the company should not forfeit customers money for a unused service.

        I am again expecting a positive feedback and expect a linient and practical approach from your side. Once again " It is better to retain a customer than loosing him"

          We want to raise a complaint regarding Mr Anand and Miss Tanya Agents at Club Mahindra NSP branch Delhi who fraudently used our credit card for EMI deduction of Go Zest without our permission and prior intimation.
          Mr Anand and Miss Tanya offered us free holiday package by calling us at Barista NSP on 2/2/2021 .They also told us about the GoZest package, on being our unsurety about the package they told us to give minimum 21, 780 and avail the holiday at package club mahindra .On liking the resorts and holiday only then we have to pay the rest EMI of GoZest package else membership will automatically be cancelled.But all the comitments regarding holiday and payments which were made by both the agents regarding the package came out to be false during our holiday at Club Mahindra .

          We have given the negative feedbacks on the calls which we have recieved from club mahindra, regading the agents and holiday stay at club mahindra and also about the false comitments made to us by both the agents, each time representatives on call say -"higher authorities will call u ".But no calls recieved till yet. And now all of the sudden EMI of this package was auto debited from my credit card without prior intimation.

          I have not selected any auto debit option through my card on my membership form, and even not given any authority to Mr Anand or Ms Tanya to do so.

          This is case of fraud which these people had done .

          I request you to look into the matter and refund my emi amount which got auto debited from my card without my authorization and also cancel this package

              This is to inform that during Feb 2019, had availed membership facility from Club Mahindra. For that have paid Rs.28500 on 2nd Feb 2019 and remaining amount through EMI basis of Rs.13458/- every month.

              From April 2019 onwards, have started paying EMI every month. Had paid till Aug 2019. Total amount paid was Rs.95790/-

              Later my wife underwent medical treatment on Sept 2019 hence fell short of funds could not pay EMI from Sept 2019 onwards.

              Thereafter have applied for cancellation on Oct 2019. Post that they had asked for proof of medical treatment, that also had shared to them.

              After sharing requisite information, one of the staff - Mayur Bhujbal called and confirmed that you will get refund but need to wait since same was forwarded to HO for approval.

              Later in the middle of pandemic, he called and confirmed that you will not get 100% refund, some amount might get deducted as cancellation charges and remaining amount will be refunded.

              After that, no response from him or from company. Then have started doing follow ups regularly, then many staff from Club Mahindra started to call and asked me to go for one holiday trip post that decide for either cancellation or to continue but have said I need cancellation only as my situation is very bad since 2019.

              After that no response from company and they forced me to complain at consumer forum for solution.

                    We baught a membership in club Mahindra for 3 years. The employee Vignesh promised us to extend the tenure of we don't use it for one year due to covid situation. Believing him we paid the whole money. However, till today he hasn't sent us any mails.

                      We purchased the White season holiday package from Club Mahindra Holidays in November 2010. In past 11 years whenever we tried booking, have never been successful. Our holiday days have lapsed over years due to apathy of the management. Neither our lapse days adjusted against the annual charges.
                      Once again unable to book for my holidays.

                      Either help me book for my required holidays or cancel my membership with full refund immediately.

                        My holidays are lapsed.
                        I already asked club mahindra through customer care regarding this policy.
                        Due to covid 19 me and my family members are unable to travel. Still the situation is not clear.

                          When I complained about the quality of hotel in Jaipur and Mahabaleshwar, I was given few days as compensation but within 15 days my days were taken back saying excess holidays lapsed . Then whether that compensation was just for show ?

                            They are deducting money from his account and inspite of repeated mails and complaints they are not canceling his membership

                            in your interest block your existing payment card and ask for new one or your emi will be debited auto every quarter contact your card provider, inform you have lost the card, and tell them to stop all auto debit, cmh is set to take out money from you any how, they will apply all their tricks, mind well you will not get any refund no matter you have enjoyed holidays or not

                              Dear Sir/Madam,
                              I had registered for Club Mahindra membership on 21st November, 2020, but due to my personal financial reasons, I had sent a cancellation request under clause 8.1 Part C through mail on 22nd November, 2020 to [protected]@clubmahindra.com and 25th of November, 2020 to [protected]@mahindraholidays.com. I had also sent a letter to the Corporate Office at Mumbai, through courier on 25th of November 2020 which were all within the cooling period of 10 days mentioned in the Club Mahindra terms and conditions to get full refund of down payment made. We have been repeatedly asked to submit post dated cheques even after cancellation request. Club Mahindra promised to refund the amount within 90 days of cancellation request but it has been 120 days since cancellation and we have yet not received the refund. I really regret to have believed Club Mahindra which is not concerned on its customers' situation. My membership ID is 2931164 which I request to cancel the ID and provide 100% refund by taking this complaint on high priority basis.

                                I purchased the membership on 9th Mar 2021. I asked for cancellation on 10th Mar 2021. Till date I sent 4 cancellation emails but there is no response from your team. Even I tried to customer care, but the number is switched off msg I am getting. I am not sure is my membership is getting cancelled? When I will receive my refund?

                                  I Janu Sharma member of Club Mahindra Holidays my member id is 2873021.I received calls from 19th Dec. Regarding Emi’s not paid.A person called me named as Mr. Munish as said his designation Senior Relationship Manager sales appointed in chandigarh. He asked me that there is a procedure to stop the emi’i, that you have a pay Rs.3000 and your emi will stop. Actually my mother was hospitalised form last 8-9 months thats why i am not able to pay your emi’s and i am the only person to earn money that person called again and he ask me that if you are unable to pay emi’s so you can sell you membership to third party and i was not revealed any of my information to that person but he already have my full information e.g name, address, phone number, email id, how much i already paid, how many emi’s paid, even the name of that particular sales person who sell me this membership. He also send me his details of club mahindra designation chat. Then he started to sell my membership to some third party and he ask me your all payments will refund back and at this medical emergency situation in need money so he continuosly ask me to pay PRO Fees, CDSO fee, Denial Fee and i transfered him.Within a week he take Rs.62000approx. and he will offering more nowalso but i feel some mess so i think to take some action now this person doing such kind of fraud but please clarify me and give answer to me how my perosnal information which i gave you revealed from Club Mahindra office and how is this person. Is this your employee or not. If not so please tell me how can he captured the infornation of my membership account and please take possible actions and refund my money back frauded in the name of club mahindra with all official mails and documents. At the same time i received emails from club mahindra regarding the same then i trust that person but then i realize its too late.The emails i recieved and documents are attached as follow.Please sort out my issue i am in deep shock under these conditions i am helpless now i am your member please help me and take possible steps to refund my money back.

                                  club mahindra notified about it from December and i again call and call to remember team...but still no solution give to me...i also attach proof and evidence of fraud person and sending many mails to club mahindra but now its april they give me no solution 4 month passed

                                    We took membership plan on 19th December
                                    Member I'd 2934441
                                    We cancelled the membership within 10 days of booking, the sales person mentioned that it will be refund within 90 days. But after cancellation is initiated the email says 120 days for refund.
                                    We couldn't check the status of refund or no response from the club mahindra team

                                      Sir I Mrs geeta sahasrabuddhe is ur bliss member having membership since 2/20 but whenever I go to ur sight I get msg invalid membership so I tried with my cell no also but I get same answers my monthly instalment also completed with same membership no but for paying ur annual maintenance I am getting stuck with answers lile invalid membership & ur call enter people are calling me again & again & with no solution to my problem so pl stop all this & i[censored] people have no solution to my problem from company like u give me my full money back because I can’t go any where with this membership number. My bliss membership no is 2898105 . So request you to do needful as early as possible

                                        I was lured into accepting a membership upgrade my marketing team of club mahindra at their Naukuchia location in Feb 2021. I paid a token advance for the same, but later I could not amass the balance required to go through with the upgrade deal. So I asked them to cancel the upgrade application and refund the advance amount I had paid earlier. However, club mahindra is yet to pay the same after 45 days of emails and tele calls. They are instead planning to adjust the amount again Annual Fees due from me in future. I have written to Mr Sujit Paul, Ms Meghana Joshi, Mr Niranjan Gaur and also emailed to their address at [protected]@mahindraholidays.com, but to no avail. I would not have taken this step if I wasnt financially in a tight spot as I am now. I have no liabilities towards club mahindra. My refund would not entail any net loss to the organisation. I am asking for them to return what is legitimately mine. No money should be withheld from a client to pay for 'future dues'. If is a bit surprising that even the people at the top are not sensitive to grievances of members and they have ignored my emails for days together.
