Unjustified deduction of holidays cancelled due to Coronavirus Pandemic

(a) You cannot find Rooms available and booking load is worse than Indian Railways.

I own a white studio membership n my membership no:2908764. It was intimated that my membership is for 10 years and I converted the value for 9 EMI. Unethical Behavior and fraudulent schemes

I bought the Club Mahindra white package (Membership ID 2577853) in the year of 2014. I paid my monthly instalments in a consistent manner from 09/07/2014 to 07/01/2017 which amounts to a total sum of INR 271772.

And within 10 days i applied for cancellation of membership

After that i came to know that agent from MHIL put my incorrect mail id. after lots of mail and telephonic communication i received mail on my mail id that my cancellation req. Is approved and refund will given within 90 days
But till date MHIL didn't approch me for inform of mode of refund...
