    We (Myself, my 84-year-old father, Wife, and my Two Kids) vIsited Saj Resort-Mahableshwar) for a day- 27th-28th February 2021 and I would like to complain about the pathetic food quality supplied in the resort. We all after our return to Pune on 28th February only suffered from Food Poisoning and had a terrible time for the next three days. In fact, all the Guests already staying there at the resort informed us during the stay at the resort that all the families already staying at the resort are suffering from food poisoning with one of the elderly people being hospitalized after being severely ill. In fact, the police were called at by these people at the resort when we were checking out to complain about the terrible food quality being provided by the resort resulting in food poisoning for all the families staying in the resort. Never expected this from a brand like a club Mahindra. Also, the food rate at the resort is exorbitant and we landed us paying 6500 for a two-time meal and a one-time breakfast for getting food poisoning. I am myself an Ex-Mahindra Automotive employee and would to see how this complaint is being addressed by you all before I connect with Anand Mahindra on his Twitter handle. I am writing this mail here as your member's email ID is non-functional and we only get default system-generated acknowledgment mail only from this email id.

      My membership[protected] cancellation request is pending for over 6 months. I have already complaint thousand of times to my membership agent and also the customer care but not got any qualitative response. I want to cancel membership due to fake & different membership benefits as I was told at the time of membership.

        We took the money from client through pay you money link, payment credit in pay u money aap, bt still they didnt send the payment in our account, we try to call them, bt all number is not working no one attanding the call.we generate ticket and we received computerized mail that amt will be settle on first of march bt still payment not credit

          In the month of March 2020, I had to cancell my booking twice (one at Ashtamudi and one at Puducherry) with club mahindra due to fear of Corona Virus. Club Mahindra had deducted 50% of my booking days since cancellation was done just one week before the commencement of the check-in date as per the company policy. I am a 63 years old and I was feared for my life due to corona virus pandemic at that point of time. Hence, my cancellation of bookings had happened under extraordinary circumstances. Hence, it is not justified 50% deduction of booking holidays. Requesting to credit the deducted holidays

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            I wish to cancel Club Mahindra Membership due to following reasons:
            (a) You cannot find Rooms available and booking load is worse than Indian Railways.
            (b) You cannot plan your holidays in 3 months advance.
            (c) You cannot plan your holidays according to site available with Club Mahindra, so since June 2018 I earned 750 x 3 =2250, used only 1038 points and 1828 points remain un utilized. Though paying ASF of about 11000 every year in addition to 180000 approx initial cost.
            (d) Cost of food is exorbitant. Per person buffet is somewhere like Rs. 650-750 while Ala-carte is very costly. So, while most other hotels offer complimentary breakfast and reasonable meals, cost of meal at Club Mahindra is very high. There are almost no other options available for dining except Club Mahindra. Thus, in a day for a 2 Adult + 2 Kids, one will end up spending something like Rs. 3, 500-4, 000 per day and then they tell that cost of boarding is free with membership.

            (e) Different prospective members had been given expensive gifts such as TV, paid trips to abroad, etc, which also was never offered to me even though I have paid more than most members in same category.

            Policy adopted by Club Mahindra in making members is differential and unjust. Similarly policy by Club Mahindra in giving holidays is also unjust. For example, Membership at Pavana, Lonavala is not offered online reason for which is beyond my understanding.

            It is my sincere desire to surrender the Membership and get the refund in this respect. I also desire to resolve the matter amicably failing which I may decide my future course of action including legal recourse against the Company in an appropriate forum.

            I am receiving Soft threats from your Customer Care about big part will loss of my membership deposit. I understand the Bliss you have defined. While member I never got any call for my needs. Even my banks have assigned Relationship manager who ask once in month for any need. You are in service sector, work secretly behind a curtain with no visibility to the customer of service and its cost. But now getting weekly call from different parts of India for reviewing of my decision.
            What can I do . I am feeling handcuffed after payment for your membership.

              I own a white studio membership n my membership no:2908764. It was intimated that my membership is for 10 years and I converted the value for 9 EMI. But now 10th EMI as also been deducted and keep on instructing all my sales men about this issue and response for their till date. For the whole feb-2021, I was calling them daily to keep stopping this emi. Atlast, none gave a response and emi was taken. I am very much disturbed!!! It's been a worst response.

                I bought the Club Mahindra white package (Membership ID 2577853) in the year of 2014. I paid my monthly instalments in a consistent manner from 09/07/2014 to 07/01/2017 which amounts to a total sum of INR 271772.
                The reason for the complaint is that whenever I tried booking via membership, the company did not make any booking rather asked for more money saying that membership will render invalid if instalments are not paid. When I tried to connect with their representatives, I never received a straightforward response or resolution from the company. This is mentally harassing as well as unethical for a company of such stature to indulge in such malpractices.

                    I (K Sunil Kumar) have taken Club Mahindra membership in July/Aug’20 and following is my experience.

                    During visit of your representatives, I have been promised to provide membership for 15yrs for an amount of Rs.211000/- (after adjusting our previous paid amount with Country Inn Holidays).
                    I have been promised that after payment of above amount, I will receive 4 membership cards (Club Mahindra, RCA and some other gift voucher card with loaded amount) in 15days which didn’t received.

                    After persuasion (on WhattsApp as no one was picking calls) with Club Mahindra directly and your team members, atlast I received only Club Mahindra member ID card almost after 2 months mentioning Member ID as 2918563.

                    Also, I have been promised that holiday bookings in Club Mahindra is just a call away and will provide all help and regret to say that I have been trying to book from November'20 and no one is helping.

                    Two representatives who visited my home and given long promises have sent me msg (that too after 3month follow up) that they left Club Mahindra and they are not responsible.

                    When I contacted toll free no, SURPRISINGLY I was told that payment is not done for 2EMIs and was informed that due to this reason they cannot book the holidays and suggested me to send payment done to Club Mahindra.

                    Also, during follow up with your team members as there was almost no response, I downloaded your app and tried to login which is also not accepting for my member ID or Phone no and showing as Invalid member.

                    Didn’t understand the reason what went wrong with Club Mahindra and with profound grief, am writing this mail to return my amount of Rs.211000/- (paid through my Credit Cards and statements of CC sent on mail to [protected]@mahindraholidays.com) with interest @ 12% annum.

                    Am fully dis-appointed with Club Mahindra and lost trust with all such Organizations who take money and give lot of promises while booking membership and vanish away.

                    Regret to say, your two sales persons who visited and given commitments and took money on the spot disappeared now. I have been chasing them badly with no responses.

                    Twice discussed on toll free no with no much help.

                    Everyone says don’t worry, we will call you in one hour to 30minutes and we have to wait like fools.

                    I doubt whether my amount is in safe hands or no.

                    I have strong belief that my amount has been taken by your respresentatives as member ID allotted to me has all false details like wrong mobile no and email ID updated.

                              I am an importer. I often got out of station, so as I got a call from club mahindra for meeting for free gift voucher & membership offers i went there.We paid 10k for trial membership. They gave me 12 nights offer for 3 years. They also told me we can book for as many days we require within 12 nights. But at the time of booking he said we can take only 2nights 3 days. They told many offers and payment was done. But at the time of booking they are not standing on the words which they said during payment. Lot of false promise made by mr. Prabhu and Mr. Ramkumar/[protected]. We are not satisfied with the booking itself. We dont have other way as we paid we are utilizing the days. We are not interested to take membership. I lost trust on club mahindra. I[censored] solve this issue i will think about the membership. let the right person contact me at [protected]. My friend is also coming along with me to check the stay. I[censored] can solve pls refund my money.

                                I am member of club mahindra since 2018. My userid is 2785402. As i have talked with customer care and explained about not paying the pending EMIs as my medical condition is very serious. I am lying on death bed and every penny matters for me now a days. Not getting salary from my department and medical expenses are so much high that they have exhausted all my savings.
                                I request you to please refund my amount on humanitarian ground as i am in dire need of money.
                                Please help me out. Me and my whole family will be highly obliged. i beg you to please reund my amount as this amount is small but if it helps in saving my life i will be forever in your debt and will never forget this goodwill gesture

                                  I Ravinder Pal singh recently got membership of club mahindra
                                  On 6/02/2021 at evening near about 6 pm I have paid membership fee.
                                  But after reaching home when I discussed with my family due to some reason I took decision not to proceed further
                                  In the morning I had a conversation with the sales person Mr. Sahid and told him not to process my application
                                  But after sending email not to process my application but they made my membership id.
                                  I called their member experience management centre and told them about my decision. I was told i would be contacted from their cancellation department.
                                  After 2 reminder they are not taking action. Still they are sending sms and their welcome kit to my address

                                    It seems that Gift voucher is a cheating plan and Club mahindra deliberately irritating and wasting the common people time by calling their promotion program.

                                      My wife & I are senior citizens.I am a Defence Pensioner.On 21.1.21 we received a call from a GoZest Sales Manager (Madhav) congratulating us for being a NEXON owner, and, stating that they have a tie-up with Tata Motors, and, are offering special 3 yr holiday packages!On 22.1.21, Madhav & Napoleon visited our residence and assured us of maximum hastle-free enjoyment in Club Mahindra Resorts for 9 Nights, 10 Days per year for 3 yrs, with Rs.5000+2000 Food Vouchers, etc., all for Rs.93010/-.Since we normally go on Cruises abroad, we thought it'll be worthwhile to travel by car in Maharastra, Goa, Gujarat resorts, and, remitted Rs.93010/- through my Debit Card, on Madhav's assurance that he'll book Varca Resort from 18-24 Feb 21 positively.Thereafter, there was no communication either from Madhav or Napoleon (RM). As we had to make in-transit reservations for one night, we called [protected] on 27.1.21 to query about the Varca reservation.Idan Fernandes checked and clarified that no such reservation was done, and, neither was any room available except for 24/25 Feb 21 thereafter!Disappointed with the commitment/assurance given by Madhav, I requested that my Membership be cancelled & a full REFUND be precipitated immediately.There is a cooling-off/First look period of 10 days wherein immediate refunds are to be given.The Complaint details were also conveyed to the Senior Officers of Club Mahindra-ie Sh.Sujit Paul & Sh.Kavinder Singh, MD, requesting them to escalate action.
                                      On 2.2.21, I'm now told by their Support Staff that the Complaint is in hand, and, that they'll revert within a day or two.Club Mahindra collects money swiftly, but, tries to delay refunds on petty grounds-un-concerned with the Customer's conveniences.I request that the full REFUND of Rs.93010.00 be got expedited-without further escalation to the Statutory Authoritees.

                                      Jessie Arosha ([protected]) called on 3.2.21 stating that our refund request was submitted within the coolin off/trial period, we'll get full refund by 90 days.We responded by saying that Club Mahindra collects cash on the spot with a card-swipe & that holding up an amount of over Rs.93000 for three months is not acceptable to an elderly pensioner, unless interest @ 18% per annum is paid on it!Club Mahindra Holidays cannot hold Customer's at ransom like this when the fault is solely of their own staff.I am 76 yrs old.Will I live for another 3 months.Who knows?

                                        I took membership by paying some amount of down payment online
                                        And within 10 days i applied for cancellation of membership

                                        After that i came to know that agent from MHIL put my incorrect mail id. after lots of mail and telephonic communication i received mail on my mail id that my cancellation req. Is approved and refund will given within 90 days
                                        But till date MHIL didn't approch me for inform of mode of refund...
