Compliant in changing the name of booking voucher
U have provided me a voucher for 2n 3 d
In name of raman dhall and u have issused me cionfirmation voucher in the name of khatri raman as ur system has picked the name from my emai id
But my name is raman dhall i have a conversation with ur call center as wellas ur resort but the are not doing anything so i want to support from u to change my name
Club Mahindra Holidays customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Plan was taken back on July and 90 days was time for return of my plan.Still waiting for my funds to be credited back.
i have been following up with customer care but still no resolution by anyone.
No one is taking any responsibility.I have written so many mails to team but no one respond to them.

    I am a member of club mahindra since last more than 24 months but not able to utilise a single holiday due to lot of constraint in getting booking of a desired resort.
    I was promised by your sales representative at the time of taking my membership that i will never find a difficulty in booking as;

    1. They i. E. The sales representative (Mr. Pinkesh) and his superior (Mr. Hriday solanki) are always available on phone and they will definitely get booking done as and when i want.
    But now none of them are even picking my phone calls nor responding to my sms / what'sapp messages.

    2. Booking can be done online with higher season / higher unit and accordingly holidays will be debited.
    But system is not allowing me to book in higher season even though units are available.

    Now i am tired of calling your representative and his superior. I am worried and fed up that how i can continue for 25 years in this situation.

    I therefore request you to guide me for cancellation of my membership for member id: 2782254. And its refund too.

    Expecting a favorable reply immediately from you.

      From prior to enrolling for club mahindra membership, i faced issues with false promises and worst customer experience.

      Club mahindra member id: 2848344

      At the time of the first meeting with club mahindra executive, whatever we ask, he replied in yes.

      Me: can i gift a holiday to my friend?
      Cm executive: yes, they just have to pay around 400-500 inr as an extra charges.
      Reality: they have to pay[protected] + gst) per day

      Me (10 december 2018): come and explain the plan to my parents
      Cm executive (Manish sinha): will come next week.
      Me (After 20 days): when will you come to surat?
      Cm executive (Manish sinha): i am at rajkot. I will come and meet you.
      Reality: today it is after a year (17 december 2019), he's never come to meet me and explain about club mahindra to my parents.
      Now, i get the idea after reading so many complaints on this website that they just delay first 10 days so that you are bound to their norm of no refund after 10 days. (I have screenshots of this conversation)

      They ask for referrals but do not provide enough points they promise at the time of collecting references.

      After my friend enrolled for club mahindra membership.
      Cm executive (Priti): sir, your friend is now member of club mahindra and you will get 10000 points, which is worth 10000 rs.
      After few days of follow up with priti, she finally told me that you will get it after 2 months (Which was not mentioned ever).
      After 2 months i got 5000 points and priti (Cm executive) also denied that she told me about 10000 points.
      (I have email and chat conversation proofs regarding this)

      Worst experience ever

      For my monthly emi due for october 2019, aftab from club mahidra, asked me to deposit the cheque i have given in advance to club mahindra.
      I strictly said no to him due to low funds in my account. However, he still deposited the cheque and i got the message from bank that your cheque has been returned.

      I don't want club mahindra to spoil my bank credit records and go against my permission.

      After this i have decided to withdraw the membership and demand full refund of the amount i have paid to club mahindra till now. I have also initiated email chain using [protected]@mahindraholidays.com but they are denying for the refund.

      I want the refund of below amount as i have not used a single service of club mahindra. Rather i have given them a new member as a referral. I want my hard earned money.

      Down payment = 44, 000.00
      Emis (Feb to nov 2019 except oct[protected].00 * 9 = 1, 01, 781.00
      *total = 1, 45, 781.00*

          Dear sir,

          Please be informed that have not get confirmation of booking in povar in the month of january from 22nd to 24th january, 2020. I am trying to book my holiday against my paid 3.8 days (Total 17.8 days).
          Please be note this is not first ty one all the time facing problem 9f confirmation some times no rooms, some time you are not eligible in this period etc.

          We have paid handsome amount for comfort not pains.

          We request to look into the matter and inform.
          I want booking vb in the month of january from 22nd to 26th january 2020 in varma goa or povar.

              Despite my cancellation request the club Mahindra Delhi branch have debited my savings bank account twice with Rs11309 each in the months of August and September 2019.
              The customer care department is not interested in serving the customers but shields the fraud committed by sales and accounts officials.
              Eight months have already passed but no refund is made till date.

                Hello,
                I mailed you many times for cancellation and full refund of mine due to fake promises of your sale staff they traped me to take membership with promise to give 5 complimentary nights family holiday in dubai on new year, after all payments they are not picking my calls and replying me from last 10 days. I booked hotel now in dubai with my own expense on higher price due to non reply of your team. I made this holiday plan and purchased non refundable air tickets after there promise to me. Mr raman thakur and mr bhanu thakur both cheated me and took 3 advance emi's too.in this all episode me and my family is the big sufferers with monetory loss and mentally.

                If i cancle my program then air ticket loss so i booked my hotels 2 days back because ur company was not replied me properly and also your dealing sales staff was not replying n picking my calls too.

                So i requested you one more time to refund my all paid amount with advance emi's which i paid for availing complimentary nights on new year to dubai.
                I have all proofs with me like recording and messages of there fake promises.

                If i will not get my full refund then will go to consumer court for my all damages due to club mahindra sales team fake promises.

                  Myself rajkumar from pondicherry and i was invited by club mahindra on the basis of providing me a voucher for 3 days stay for absolutely free and i was forced to attend the meeting with my wife at hotel accord pondicherry and later they said i will receive the voucher in my mail and i was waiting for more than 10 days and i did not receive any voucher and later i contacted club mahindra regarding the same but those irresponsible people did not answer my call and they just ignored it. Later i called the person who invited me and her name is reshma and she was keep on calling me and asked me to attend the meeting later i called her and told that i did not receive the voucher but she suddenly blocked my number. Never expected this from clubmahindra and i need a proper resolution from club mahindra and i need the voucher as they commited.

                    I have availed a club mahindra membership (Deo161236). I am a business man and my schedules are little busy.. I tried to avail my first holiday to through teena twice and first time it got cancelled in the eleventh hour and second time though she promised she kept on delaying matters and stopped picking up phone. At last i booked my holiday through my father in law's sterling account in no time. Just imagine how disgraceful it is for me. I am not expecting customer delight but a customer care.. I also messaged to the message centre (Fhp) and expected to get the call but failed. Is there any option to opt out..

                      I am contacting customer care daily to sort out my issue and refund me the money but club mahindra who dont even spend few minutes to force customers to join us now telling me it will take 90 days to cancel the membership. It's my humble request that be alert before joining to this fraud company and better enjoy holidays with OYO or some other source. After snatching money club mahindra don't bother anything.
                      Why club mahindra is taking this much time to cancel the membership it's more than one week since i Registered my complain for cancellation of policy. Everyday some body is calling me from club Mahindra and convincing me to continue the membership. I don't know what's wrong with club Mahindra and why club mahindra is not active enough in cancellation as it was active during joining. I will post on social media if this will not be sorted out immediately.

                          It's horrible experience at club mahindra membership. I request the any customer who wish to join the club mahindra any type of membership to think 100 times and check all reviews. Its worst experience with club mahindra call centre as well the representative handling your request and holiday consultant. Escalation matrix seems to be even worse. They don't respond to your emails as well. Inspite paying very high amount and being member you are not allowed to book the resort of your choice. Specialy this gozest membership is low cost so he'll lot of problems in booking. There is no user-friendly app. Nor their website seems to be working. Call center are very slow nor the holidays consultant response to it.

                              Mid: 2859263. I applied for cancellation in may 2019, still i have not received refund of about rs. 500000. U people are not even bother to reply the email nor even picking phone.
                              Below email was received on 29-oct.
                              "we regret for the inconvenience caused, this is to inform you that we are working on your request of cancellation and within 20 to 25 working days refund will be processed against your membership."

                                Itna bada process hota hai kya kabhi...! Jab membership sale karni thi to sab active the sab fatafat karna tha aapko..? Aur payment aane k baad sab ultaa..? Yeh behave hai aapka customers k sath...? This is totaly wrong...? This is worst experience in my life...?

                                  Myself mitesh soni,

                                  I am working in reputed company as a hr person. I received called from mahindra club date on 15/11/2019, at that time he told me we provide gift voucher 2nights & 3 days holidays. So, please come and take your free voucher.
                                  After that i go with my family for collect free gift voucher from mahindra club's person. His employee very misbehavior with my family.
                                  So, we are personally suggest to all do not take membership of mahindra club. His employee behavior are not good.

                                    Its regarding a club mahindra gift voucher,
                                    I have been called at club mahindra office on 16/11/19 at ghatkopar office r city mall saying i am a lucky person to receive a 3 days stay at any of clubmahindra resort. When i went there it was nothing but a marketing strategy to call people at office and convenience them to be a clubmahindra member. When i was not convinced by them they have committed to provide me a gift voucher by mail on 18/11/19 but they provide mail after my several reminders after 4 days & they clearly told us you need not to pay any single paisa for gift voucher but i was surprise when top of the voucher they mentioned to pay rs.2000 at the time of check in is compulsory & non refundable & we can use the same for fun dining, a la carte, beverage etc, but at the time of presentation they didn't single time told us for this money they hide this from us, even i was asking twice or thrice that we no need to pay any single money? & they confidently said not to pay any single money.

                                    Request all of you reader to never put your effort and time when you hear a call from club mahindra and never plan your vacations with club mahindra. Its not my frustation but its the story of most of the people who deal with club mahindra. If you google you will get lot many reviews more or less like mine.

                                    I have a complaint about sales person mr. Javed & mr. Anand who has cheated us not told us regarding rs.2000 & wasted our 2.15 hrs.

                                    Hi had email on 14 nov to club member to not block my amount they told me it just inial process your amount would be refunded if you dont want membership. they are not replying to my email sales person mr. vinod is not answering and my amount of 58600 is blocked

                                      This is to inform you that on last october 2017 i had taken a membership from club mahindra, abu dhabi representative. I paid 50% of the total membership fee as a down payment when i joined the club and the balance amount paid by monthly emi of 8100 rupees for 24 months.
                                      During these 3 years, i couldnt use any of the provided 7 holiday stay at their any of resorts. Now i would like to cancel my membership and get refund.
                                      When i i requested them to refund the money and cancel my membership. But now they are refusing to provide refund and saying that they dont have any refund policy as per their company policy and says maximum they can give 40% of total membership fee but that is unfair. Now they forcing me to continue with the membership. As i didn't use any sort of holiday package and offered facilities from club mahindra, i strongly request you to consider my complaint and do the needful to get me justice on the subjected matter.
