Maybe the business relationship is not working in my case, as i’ve not been able to book a holiday till now.
I’ve paid my full membership within 6 months, and was not skeptical to purchase the membership.
However due to reasons best known to your business model, and my restrictions, i think it is better to discontinue the membership.
As you can see from my membership details, i have totally unused membership since the time i bought it, along with complimentary nights that were offered.
The executive who sold us the membership is too no longer with club mahindra, and so his promise of “call me whenever you want to go for holiday” doesn’t hold true.
I’ve already paid asf for two years.
The cancellation consists of non refundable 60% admission fees, which i came to know only when asking for cancellation details.
I haven't even stepped in a single property of cm, so am unsure who got admission!
Every time the executives try to call and cajole like members are kids, and ask to give them a chance and show their concern in writing.
3 years and still unable to use the membership. I've realized that i would be able to utilize the membership only at their preferred location and their preferred time.

    We nitu panwar (Applicant) and naveen lohar (Co applicant) filled the application form of your membership on 5 september 2019 at hotel rajmahal, bikaner after downpayment of 31530 rs by sbi debit card and also gave 3 post dated cheques to clubmahindra sales executive praveen singh shekawat.

    I mailed to their customer email ([protected]@mahindraholidays.com)
    On 6 sept 2019 regarding cancellation and refund of money. My interaction id is mhil[protected]. I also sent fax to the head office at chennai on the same day. I sent 3 applications for cancellation to jaipur, chennai and mumbai at their concerned offices on 7 sept, 2019 by speed post. I called many times to their customer care and jaipur branch office but no satisfactory answer was given.
    Despite so may calls and application from my side regarding cancellation their team sent mail and message congratulating us for membershiup on 10 sept 2019.
    I again sent email to customer email id for cancellation on 10 sept 2019. My inteaction id for the same is mhil[protected].
    We are undergoing mental stress due to non reply from your side. Kindly cancel our membership and refund our money and post dated cheques.
    Despite so many applications they even drawing money from cheques. Sir they are not replying at all. I m on the verge of suicide due to this.
    Kindly look into the matter immediately

    The sales executive Mr. Tushar pandey not attending me after filing a complaint. He make commitment to meet tommorow, next day to tommorow, but he not attend me. The Sales team make fraud commitment to complete their target . After make a payment, he never attend the customer. The sales team is totally fraud and shameless.

      Dear sir/madam

      I anita roy id[protected] had recently opted for club mahindra membership and wanted to cancel my membership, i ahd contacted the agent who gave me the membership naved khan i have already paid the down-payment of rs 39920 and had issued 3 cheques of ₹11000 for the same. The agent had told me if i pay my 3 instalments he will give me full refund of the amount paid by new, and now after the cheques are cleared he isnt picking the call, other agents say that he left the job
      I am very much unhappy with club mahindras service and will take this matter to social media platforms for sure
      All your agents are just behind fulfilment of the targets and nothing else.
      Club mahindra doesn't value its members at all and only want membership fees from them

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        There has been a series of incidents that have compelled me to cancel this bondage forever.
        Communication of insufficient information about the Membership, rude behavior and stereotype attitude of the Sales Executive, Seniors, bunch of misleadings and lack of communication of the officials between themselves are the main reasons of why I seek this withdrawal.
        I have a sincere request that the company should take some measure against those that harm the reputation this way and also ensure that people stepping out of their offices have got all the information they need to have and not get startled or surprised wrongly after they opt for a leisure time only to find that they have added more trouble to their lives.
        My series of ‘bad to worst’ experiences with the Club Mahindra.
        I got many phone calls from the Mahindra Club backoffice and was told about free offers under any circumstances – just my presence was enough they said to avail these offers- to which I responded by attending their so called 30-minute introduction which lavishly took 3 hours to communicate the product details. Though we were not happy with the attitude of the Sales Executive, we paid the amount and were happy that at least we had invested in a good company and there would be value for the money paid. But this happiness was over within a week when the ground realities were surfaced.
        The form filling was without even offering us to read the terms and conditions, it seems the Club Mahindra personnel gets the details filled within three minutes so getting time to read any of the clauses to the customers was not really a practice followed.
        A lot many promises and misleadings were made towards building the ‘customer’s trust’ as usual by the big branded company officials.
        The EMIs – another tension added:Another blow occurred when I get to know that without my knowledge they ask me to sign for the deducting of EMI throgh credit card. I called up the Credit Card office to cancel the further EMIs, only to found that the Club Mahindra had a standing instruction from their side, which . The only option left was to cancel her Credit card.

        Its really surprising to find not a single personnel knowledgeable about the product offers, details and terms and conditions involved in the membership. It’s a disgusting experience and a bitter memory I ever had.
        For any company there are competitors, but if the product offered is a guarantee, it surely does well. But sorry to say, the feeling we had was that it’s only the money count of the customer and not the concern or bother of the value of the money given. Pls do not treat your customers like this.
        I look for a reimbursement of my amount in full from the company.

        Since last 4 emi they deducted from my credit card when I ask them to cancell my membership...and also they are saying that we will not refund any amount.

          We got a call regarding meeting for club mahindra from nexa showroom on 15.9.2019 (Sunday). We were given information regarding the membership details by an executive named ' yogesh'. We selected the blue membership paying an initial amount of rs.31, 530. Yogesh promised us with 4 sets of holiday for booking the membership. We asked for the accessibility of booking rooms which is always a problem for us, coz we are already members in sterling resorts. We told him all the issues that we were facing him in sterling resorts and he promised quality of work from club mahindra.. He said every little detail is accessible via app itself. He said every member is given a personal executive to clarify our queries. But all were false. We asked him to book us 4 nights room in madikeri, coorg on 28.10.2019 on 15.9.2019 itself that is we prior booked, coz he told us about the availability issue. He told us he will confirm about the availability in few days. But it has been 15 days and he is not answering the phone calls and there is no response. We activated the app in one week but there were no 4 sets of holiday for us as promised and we couldn't book any rooms in app too. It just showed 0 days. I don't want to continue the membership plan anymore, so please cancel the membership and refund the amount.             This is about club mahindra
            Every one or two months they call and call for ameeting in our area in a good restaurant saying u have won these much vouchers please come and do collect and they used to call u repeatedly 15 times a day till u not attend that

            Once after so many calls and many months we went just to look out it was nothing but their membership strategy we were not convinced by their plans and their manger was also too rude and in starting they said we will take ur 1 hour and give u 4 gift vouchers
            And in end they said we will whatsapp you
            But it was all fake we got only two gift vouchet but they also were fake and resr two till now we haven't got

            My issue is only u force the person to hell to follow ur meeting we gave u time and i[censored] did nt want to give gv then why did u make fool of people

              I purchased the membership of club Mahindra on 7 September 2018..but he gave me totally wrong information about his service and plans.. For my membership I paid 40000 rs. And then he filled up a e.c.s. form for remaining payment.. After few days I found that his orally fact was totally differ from his terms and conditions.. He filled my details wrong on service form so that I can't connect him.. And just one thing to connect the company was email address which was wrong and filled by their employee ..i called him many times but he deduct my 3 Emi of 10669 rs. more.. So at last I close my credit card.. I have not use their service till now.. And I want total refund.. Of 69337 rs.. Thanks... Ruchi Dwivedi

                  Maine club mahindera se 24/1/19 ko membership li thi & maine as a downpayment unko ₹41860 pay kiya tha aur unhone mujhse ek form sign karvaya jo mujhe unhone padhne tak nahi diya unhone kaha jo humne aapko jo samjhya hai wahi sab detail me likha hua hai & maine unpe sign kar diya aur maine us din ghar jake jab term & conditions detail me pade to mujhe sab galat laga jo unhone mujhe miss guide kiya.. Aur wo terms & conditions mujhe suitable nahi lage aur maine membership cancel karne ka soch liya... unke terms & conditions k hisab se koi agar 10days k andar membership cancel karta hai to wo refundabale hota hai but ab wo mujhe bhut ghuma rahe hai aur abi tak paise refund nahi kar rahe jab bhi call karo to rudly baat karte hai aur koi sahi se jawab nahi milta kabhi kehte hai 2days me paise account me aa jayenge kabhi kehte hai thoda time do system thoda problem hai.. kabhi kehte hai hai aapko mail nahi aaya humne to raise kar diya hai amount aa jayega aur yeh sab mere pass call records hai fir b koi wahan se response nahi de raha aur ab me thak gaya hu unko call karke & wo ab call tak receive nahi karte yeh paise mere mehnat k hai bhut matter karte hai yeh paise.. bilkul mujhe acha nahi lagta ese unko call karna khudko pareshan karna..plss help me

                  Jab se maine yeh complaint ki hai tab se me club mahindera k ahmedabad office call kar raha hu but wo mera call recive hi nahi karte agar wo call recive nahi karenge to mujhe mere refund process ka pata kaise chalega
                  & fir maine chennai call center call kiya aur wahan pe unhone hamesh ki tarah fir se mujhse thoda time manga jaise wo pichle 8month se maang rahe hai aur unke pass koi aur jawab nahi hota sirf bolte hi ek baat hai hum samjhte hai aapki pareshani... agar wo meri pareshani samjhte to is matter ko kab ka solve kar diya hota... roj unke ahmedabad office pe minimum 30times me call karta hai but response 0% koi call tak recive nahi karta...!

                    I purchased a membership from club Mahindra 3 months back. There executives are liers. They do not explain the membership clauses.
                    As per the membership documents, if a person cancel his membership within 10 days, he is eligible for a full refund.
                    All their clauses are shear lie to trap customers.
                    Even after submitting a cancellation request the very next day, my money is still not refunded.
                    Every now and then their executives call to activate the membership and behave as if they do not know about cancellation
                    I will take legal action against the company

They told i will get book my show vouched however till now i have not received same. It is matter of trust which mahindra team has failed to provide. Now i dont want to buy your membership, because i cant trust your company.

                          The sales girl who visited my house to sell the membership made a lot of false promises.
                          She collected four blank cheques. 3 for advanced emi and 1 for auto emi deduction after 3 months. However, i paid all the first three emi manually via net banking. I’m still at the risk of those cheques being misused.
                          Apart from this nuisance she promised to waive off the one year maintainence charge of an existing club mahindra member for which i promptly mentioned a family member who owns a membership too.
                          To my surprise she handed over a blank membership form to me and said she’ll fill the necessary details and email the filled up form. But it has been 6 months now, i’m yet to receive a filled up form copy and the existing member has not received the maintainence discount benefit and the customer experience has not responded to any of my 40 plus complaints.
                          They give a missed call and send a message stating they were unable to reach me.

                            Club mahindra makes false commitment to its customers. They have fraud me by showing varca beach property at the beginning of the contract for sake of their target completion, and later they have threatened me to save the trip by booking the stay at emerald palms. Later on, those people had even said that no booking has been done for me.
                            After this terrible experience, on july 16, 2018, i had requested them to cancel my association with them but till date, i haven't received a single call or mail. And they are taking advantage of ecs service. I am being looted by them.

                            Pls, help me in this regard.

                              I faced the very bad experience with club mahindra. One of the executive tushar pandey from delhi office had make a fraud with me.. He give me a package which contain 2n/3d x 5 stay+ amazon voucher worth rs 10000 +tanishq voucher worth rs 8000+ book my show tickets in rs 39840.. I paid the amount as discussed.. And he taken 3 cheques by me as sait it is formality.. He commited to me that he never use this cheque in club mahidra account. After that i memorize him please make the request for dont put the cheque in account.. But he put the cheque in july and august so my account is charged rs 590. So i intimate him. He said that he will make request to cancel that. After tha he put the september cheque, so my account is deducted by 11309. Please make my payment refund. And not his any commitment is completed like amazon voucher, tanishq voucher. He give me used book my show coupon. Related document is attches. Please make a positive response.

                                I faced the very bad experience with club mahindra. One of the executive tushar pandey from delhi ofgice had make a fraud with me.. He give me a package which contain 2n/3d x 5 stay+ amazon voucher worth rs 10000 +tanishq voucher worth rs 8000+ book my show tickets in rs 39840.. I paid the amount as discussed.. And he taken 3 cheques by me as said it is formality.. He commited to me that he never use this cheque in...

                                This complaint is regarding your executive mr. Sudeesh kumar and vinoth who fooled and made me club mahindra member. They said they will help out in all type of booking and service, but they never respond to phone calls and they never reply back, during my first complimentary booking they promised till last day they will book and at last moment they cancelled saying booking is full. And now also they are not responding to my call and not booking me my package, to become a member they fool us to all the extent.
                                I am hereby canceling the membership by not paying my emi and blocking it. This is the worst experience i have faced

                                  withdrawal of gozest club mahindra membership and refund

                                  Dear sir/madam,

                                  I wish to cancel my gozest club mahindra membership due to following reasons:

                                  (A) i had taken the membership considering i can visit most resorts as per my wish. Hence, i had taken gozest premium membership plan on 30th june 2019 by spending an amount of rs. 1, 18, 500. I cannot book the holiday trough online website to certain premium abroad destinations, however i was not aware of this fact...

                                  I have requested for membership application withdrawal on 26th august 2019, tracking id[protected] and been sending mails, calling to customer care but no one is helping me with the withdrawal process or even provide an update on the request. It feels being cheated and club mahindra deliberately doing this so that they don't refund the down payment of rs 39, 840/-.
                                  Please escalate this and help me get refund.

                                    Sir, intially incorrect infomation told us that the year w get will avail will have to deposit 5700 annual amount but as per the mail we get will have to deposit 15700 amount every year... Now we have to do withdraw so be given correct information wich we talked about is not picking phon... Mr arvind singh udaipur should be act on he give wrong info to the people bad the club image is trust break.
