Sir, intially incorrect infomation told us that the year w get will avail will have to deposit 5700 annual amount but as per the mail we get will have to deposit 15700 amount every year... Now we have to do withdraw so be given correct information wich we talked about is not picking phon... Mr arvind singh udaipur should be act on he give wrong info to the people bad the club image is trust break.

    Cancel my membership 2861270
    Dear club mahindra team,

    It started when i satish sharma received a call made from company clubmahindra asking me and my wife to come to hotel suvidha in una to collect gift as ours name has been shortlisted in a lucky draw. When you & your wife come to collect the prize please give us some time approx. 30-45 minutes so that we can tell you something that is beneficial without knowing the actual story behind this we both went to the hotel at their designated time.

    The company representative name mr. Vivek chauhan and mr. Puneet sharma from pitampura branch delhi attended us & show some plans we both didn’t noticed much and said “no” in answer that we didn’t need this right now. He anyhow convinced us and i must say he has a nice convincing power. We got convinced and agreed to purchase the “clubmahindra” membership he took rs.28000 as advance at same time and collected cheque from my residence next day and at that time they didint give me any documents. I am senior citizen near by age of 68 they contionusly harrasing me i am patient of hypertension they harrase me contiously
    After some days i got a welcome call which stated everything that is different than what my sales executive told me i called him to ask whether whatever i am being told is true and if it is so you should tell this to me before selling this to me. He didn’t tell me anything and disconnected by saying we are in this hotel you come and meet us for any doubts.

    I called him this month so that my emi should be stopped but your employee (Mr. Sourabh - [protected]) didn’t bothered to answer instead he rejected and then blocked me. He is harassing me so badly everywhere leaving me to no conclusion else than – cancel my membership right now.

    Total paid = rs.45000

      I would like to terminate my club mahindra membership as i am not using it anymore. The unused days are getting lapsed year after year and i unnecessarily have to pay the asf dues.
      I contacted them regarding my termination of membership. They replied assuring that one of their officers will contact me soon but there was no response. I want to discontinue my membership and receive my hard earned money without any further delay.

        I went to tanshiq showroom for buying a engagement diamond ring at that time i came across a representative named anand in ghaziyabad of club mahindra holidays who was trying to convince me for buying the membership of club mahindra holidays for which i was not interested. Then he offered me a voucher for 2 nights and 3 days for experiencing the club mahindra facilities which was a good option for me so that before buying membership i could explore the facilities. I did all the the things to redeem voucher but it is showing always unavailable for the chosen dates. I experienced it as a marketing propaganda which is completely wrong. People should not trust club mahindra and don’t go for membership because they makes ya fool and give various voucher which are of no worth because u can’t redeem them

          Dear sir/madam;

          We hereby request you to refund our money rs.5840 immediately as this amount was transferred from our card by one of your executive without asking us. We were told that he will just check balance in our account. Within a second we saw he transferred as much money as available in account. Later he said you must know with his model of machine nobody can check balance it is used for transferring not for checking machine. This is really cheating by your executive. We totally trust club mahindra; we wanted to be member of respected organization. But with behavior its not possible to go further. We heard good name and reference of your esteemed organization. Since last ten days we have been following up for our money but there is no proper response from him. You may be aware this is digital world we can share one bad experience with social media.. But we do not want to spoil name of company due to an irresponsible executive. If somebody comes to you who is unaware of your machine your executive will transfer clients whole balance….

          We once again request you to do needful.. Details of transaction are given blow.

            Hi Team Club Mahindra,
            Greeting.
            My name is Amarjit singh, I am ludhiana based businessman. I was invited by you to Park Plaza hotel ludhiana on 25th of August 2019 to collect a free gift voucher worth 3 nights and 2 days.
            I went there and your staff there attended me and gave me the presentation. I was impressed watching all the beautiful and lavish resorts you have across the county and abroad as well. I made up mind to purchase it, not on the spot but later. So they handed over the free voucher to me.
            I express my intention to the staff. Everyone over there was ok with it. But one of your employee named ELA who was leading there, behaved very rudely with me in-front of your other staff members. I felt very insulted. So i teared the voucher in-front of her and put it in the dustbin.
            Her words was "dont waste our time next time if you can't by it on the spot"
            She repeated it 3-4 times during the last 10 mins of the presentation.
            So please let me know if you call the people to insult them? I believe you are not, but your staff did it. I need a proper action should be taken against her.
            I request your response on this.
            I dont want to spread this over the internet, thats why i fairly felt to inform you about the incident.

              I was contacted by sales team, mr. Fiaz (Sales executive club mahindra) to buy club mahindra membership. Just to fulfill his target, he sold the product without understanding my actual requirement. Also he did not explain the plan in detail and insist us to fix the deal on the spot without giving us enough time to know about the product, moreover he committed us various lucrative offers, which we never received and availed. Before december vacations, when we contacted him for booking, we came to know that we are not eligible for booking during peak season. Definition of peak season was never explained. After knowing all the facts, i asked him to refund my amount and since than he started to ignore my calls. We wrote multiple time to mail id mentioned on club mahindra webpage, but never received response.

                I really appreciate you if you can sort out my concern as soon as possible
                Was mailing continuously from last 8 months for the cancellation and refund of my amount which i had paid to club mahindra for a membership which was promised
                And as you can’t fulfill ur promises was not want to continue with you.

                As if till now i had not use any of your services.
                You send me a gold voucher which was not accepted by the merchant and had write about that before.
                You guys here running a fraud business by manipulating peoples and lotted them.

                Was really in a bad mood and bad time and i need my money back.
                Was also ready to bear a loss of 10-20% if you want to charge me your processing fees.
                I never get my reply from the club mahindra.
                And i really appreciate if you revert me back with my cocern else
                It will be a huge problem.

                  I joined club mahindra membership on 13th aug. 2019 at udaipur, rajasthan. I made half down payment of rs 7805. I paid down payment via debit card.

                  As i feel "not to continue" club mahindra membership due to price and family constraint, i want to withdraw my membership application.

                  I have communicated the same on 19 aug 2019 to miss. Sakshi saxena (Holiday consultant, sales) and mr. Prakash dhami as i have applied club mahendra membership through them. They have acknowledge the same.

                  Till now i haven't get any committed date for my refund from their side. They are not taking the matter seriously. Such kind of non ethical behavior was certainly not expected from a mahindra group company.

                  Please help me in getting my refund back from club mahindra.

                    I joined the club mahindra membership this year and after availing the membership, that its for off-peak season and unable to book during my kids holiday.

                    Now i found it useless and have been raising request for cancellation. The guy mr syed, who sold didn't give me the details that i can't be able to book for vacations during my kids vacation. Now he is not responding to my call nor messages.

                    Their management is saying i cant cancel and keep paying for the service i don't want.

                    I have not availed the benefits of this membership and the complementary package that was given.

                    I am requesting the management to kindly cancel the membership and settle the payment

                      We had dropped an enquiry for a joining as a member of club mahindra.
                      We did not have any idea about the membership procedure so was expecting a sales executive to come and explain us the details for the same.
                      Sales executive came to us and explained us the process and the scheme, so we asked a days time from the executive so that can speak to the remaining family member and then get the membership fees paid.
                      Once all this was updated to the manager (Sunil tiwari), he started abusing us that we wasted the time of sales executive and started shouting on us.
                      Sunil tiwari also abused my father which is unacceptable.
                      Whenever we buy any product we need the details and we should be satisfied with the product.
                      You can not expect everytime the opposite person will be convinced with the service and the product you provide.
                      We were planning to be the member of club mahindra, but after this event we have changed our mind also will never recommend anyone to choose club mahindra.

                        I had taken club mahindra membership and they had promised me things which had hidden costs and e.m.i. clearances...soon i came to know that they had made many false statements just to sell thier membership and i decided to cancel my i.d within a week of issue...
                        i was told to wait for 90 working days for my refund which turned out to be 6 months but till date have not been credited with the amount...
                        have been harassed a lot ... a cheat company... dont go for it... they keep giving you dates bit never work on it... once they receive the payment they dont bother to entertain or help... money is al they want... no ethics... worst experience...

                          It is through your esteemed columns i wish to report the pathetic customer service on offer & the dishonest, deceitful manner of luring clients by “club mahindra holidays” of mahindra holidays & resorts india limited (Mhil).

                          A) it all started with an invitation to attend a presentation of “club mahindra holidays” at noida. However at the presentation, i was told to buy the membership then & there as it would not be available later. – a clear case o[censored]nfair trade practice being followed by mhil.
                          B) after having being urged into buying the membership, with a promise of 7days international holidays & domestic can be availed free in one year time line from the date of contract.
                          C) i have been told to pay onetime fee of 22700 & rest in emi’s for min 3months & once you experience your free holidays any time in one year you can continue the membership basis your experience. If not, no need to pay emi’s.

                          D) i paid 4 emi’s all on time and then planned for free international holiday in the month jan or feb 2016. But when i approached mhil for bookings they said that they need to continue the emi’s irrespective you take the free international holiday or no.
                          E) on various attempts to contact mhil, i found out to my dismay that the telephones at noida office were unattended. Calls to cell phone were not answered & the assured ‘call back’ also did not happen. I called up the corporate office at chennai regarding the above matter and i was told that they would revert back soon about the matter. But again i had to be disappointed as earlier since there was no response from chennai office of mhil.
                          F) when no action was in the offing against above matter, i got disillusioned with this kind of treatment from mhil. Therefore i decided to cancel my membership and instructed mhil to make a full refund immediately. On this i was told by mhil staff that a full refund is only possible if cancellation is made within 10 days of application of membership. This is a clear case of cheating & dishonesty by mhil as they had enticed me into buying the membership without apprising me of the rules & regulations, something which was obligatory on their part.

                          G) i have not avail any service from mhil till date & my funds apprx 70k still with them

                          Now on what basis mhil is going ahead in this relationship & demanding balance due when they have not yet come clear & resolved past issues. Even after so many discussion & request no action has been taken.
                          It is disgusting to know that “mahindra holidays & resorts india limited”, part of the reputed mahindra group can be so insensitive to its members & hopes to build its business over unsatisfied customers.

                          I am seeking refund for the money paid by my father to club Mahindra in 2009. It has been 11 years and we have not been able to take a single holiday because of this flawed business model.

                          I am seeking a refund for the money, but the company is paying back only 10% of the money.

                            I he have failed to encash a free holiday voucher coupon from club mahindra

                            I got the voucher on 24th august, on 25th august 2019 i tried booking

                            I was told that there were no rooms available in any of the resorts in any destination. 44 resorts and no room available for the next 4 months!!

                            Its useless gift from radio mirchi (Mirchi love) a times group

                            I will not recommend to trust both these groups

                            I had attended your sales workshop. They asked me to pay 2, 000 rs to block the discount membership. They gave me the brochure and requested to make a final decision the next day.
                            I went to your andheri office to ask my refund. They manupalated me by giving gift voucher. Till today I am not able to redeem the voucher.

                              can't book 2 studios

                              Club mahindra doesn’t allow purple studio members to book two studios. This is ridiculous and a case of cheating. I was asked to upgrade from red 1 br to purple studio and this benefit has been downgraded. So anyone wanting to upgrade from red 1br to a purple studio - simply don’t do it. It doesn’t help in anyways. Your asf reduces but you anyways pay different amount. So not worth it.in fact with every passing year, overall quality...

                                I had paid token amount of ₹10, 000 on jun 16, 2019 towards red plan of mahindra holidays to block a particular customer offer available on that day. I did the booking with a confirmation from the sales agent nilesh that the same can be cancelled in 7 days time in case i choose to not go ahead with the membership. On june 19, 2019 itself i called nilesh and asked him to cancel. He said refund will come in 1 or 2 weeks time.
                                I have again started getting calls from club mahindra sales team pushing me for a membership. But refund of ₹10, 000 has not happened yet.

                                    I purchased mahindra holiday membership in november 2018. I made the downpayment of 38000 and paid 11700 monthly instalments till march 2019.
                                    After that, i requested the company to cancel my membership. For that, i sent them an email and personally visited chandigarh office. Also requested to their sales representative. But they did not take any action and still taking money from my account via direct debit. Which is harassing me a lot.

                                      Communication of insufficient information about the membership, stereotype attitutude and rude behaviour of the sales executive mr naval makkar is the reason forwriting this complaint.
                                      I, dr manisha verma was called by club mahindra sales person to attend meeting seminar at tanishq showroom, on 20.03.2019, ambala, haryana was mis - stated (Frauded) that there is two year short trail membership plan of rs. 66, 000.00 in which you have to pay 3 instalments which is 11, 309/- each and have to pay down payment rs. 32840/- immediately as it was anniversary offer of the club mahindra.
                                      After 3 instalments you will be eligible for 16nights including one week international, that your plan is for 2 years, and you would have to pay total rs. 66000.00
                                      Later on the amount was made 32840 as down payment and additional3emi of 11309 to be paid which were made by debit card by me.
                                      They get the form signed at night in hurry from my home. The form filling was without even offering us to read the terms and conditions. I made payment partly through my credit card and partly by cash.
                                      Later on when iasked for free holiday vouchers from the executive, as promised by him, the reply was he will upload whenever required which have still not been uploaded in account.
                                      Now when i planned to book dubai as international holiday, i was given rci number and was asked to call them for booking and i got response that holiday is not possible in dubai. He did not mentioned anything about rci at that time and i am still clueless about this organisation. Moreover, when i asked them to book domestic holiday instead of international, the response was negative.
                                      We were promised 16nights and nothing was mentioned one week international a must. Now the executive has stopped replying to the phone calls and messages and showing an arrogant behaviour.
                                      I even called up customer relations office and had vonversation with mr ashish and he said he has arranged a call back from the specified person but no response has been recived so far.
                                      I have utilsed 3nights.
                                      I want either the promises should be fulfilled or my hard earned money
                                      Should be refunded asap.
                                      Club mahindra is very reputated company world wide., kindly stop such type of practices in long term interest of such esteemed mahindra group. I was interested in to your membership which is 2 years as per your sales representative but as per your policy record there is is 25 years plan.
                                      The sales executives are misguiding and delivering false informaton.
                                      I hope to recieve a positive feedback from the reputed group.

                                      I have recently bought the club mahindra membership. Sales person had offered list of complimentary offers and fell prey to it. Now they are either denying the offers or putting conditions that were not disclosed to us before. We haven't availed any service of the membership and we need the refund of the amount paid.
