I got no response for my cancellation mail as well as for my calls to almost all the numbers listed in your site regarding the membership cancellation which i took just a day before. I respect your deals and your resorts are good but it doesn't suit me. I need to cancel and need a refund for my payment. Also don't start any ecs debit.

Member id received on - 14th nov 2019
Cancellation request sent - 15th nov 2019

No response from your team when comes to cancellation. Please expedite on the cancellation and refund.
Below is the mail sent to the grievance mail i'd of yours.

Dear club mahindra team,

I got the membership on 14th nov 2019 for white studio and not interested to continue the membership.

My membership details are as follows,
Membership number - 2894556
Member name - arunkumar rathinavelu

Reason for cancellation,
1. Though i bought it with interest, i am not financially equipped to handle the emis for the next 48 months
2. I also didn't feel comfortable with the booking system and terms and conditions in the website which were not known to me before signing up for the membership.

Kindly request you to cancel my membership and provide a full refund of inr 40, 360.00 paid on 13th nov 2019 at 21h 28min (Transaction reference - 74585199318021060837292). Attached the reference in statement.

Also attached by disagreement for the product in the webpage. E-vc attached

    I am really shocked to find that how the customers like me are being cheated by your salesmen. I have already given details in the feedback column in your web sight but i know that will never be seen or responded so i do not want to repeat every thing.
    I therefore only using this form to register a complaint for cancellation of membership if any proposed to me on 09/11/2019 by your visiting salesmen at ajmer. I am hereby asking for cancellation and also demand for refund of the amount of rs.28500/-. This may be treated as request made within ten days as stipulated by you for cancellation and refund of the amount.

    Refer to may email, I have not received any reply from your side.Is your company not supposed to respond to customers' grievances.
    I have not been given any membership ID till date so I cannot give you membership ID number, this appears to me nothing else but a delay tactics on your part which is very very bad for the company like yours.Further you want me to give my contact number via Direct Message, but you have not mentioned to whom or to which number or which link I have to send the Direct Message.When my contact number, email address and mail address have already been given in the complaint itself, then why you are making mockery of every thing by asking contact number etc.
    Anyhow give me the address where I can send my contact number via Direct Message.

      I have asked for cancellation of the application within 10 days with interaction id 14171584. But mr. Raj dodia from member experience replied only once asking all the details. Thereafter there is no communication from their side, even after my repeated emails asking the status of the cancellation request. This is a very unprofessional attitude of them. Also, the customer number says it's invalid. How come you are running such a big name with not even a number to contact. This is damn ridiculous.

        A proposal was explained to us during the event organised by your company at hotel radisson blu, dwarka on 28.07.18.

        The proposal/ presentation made/explained to us by one of the employee of the pitampura branch (Rahul chauhan mob :[protected]

        Broadly in the presentation it was explained that we can join (As a special offer applicable on that day) after paying 10% + 3 emi for which we will get 12n/13d local holidays in india & 7n/8d holidays abroad, which are to be availed within 2 years.

        It was further explained that initially we have to pay around rs.70k, against which we are getting approx 19n/20d holidays which are to be utilised within a period of 2 years. After availing the total holidays, if we don't feel like joining then there is no issue as the net value of holidays is much more than the amount paid of 70k.in case we wish to continue, we can pay the balance amount (50% of memebership cost - amount already paid) & convert the rest of 50% in 24 emi (0%). It was further explained that the offer is a win win situation, as we were getting 19n/20d holidays in approx rs.70k.

        However during the telephonic conversation with mahindra hq it has now come to notice that no such arrangements exist.

        Subsequently my spouse has also called one of the employee/ business development manager from the pitampura branch and he also explained the same plan. The conversation has been recorded for legal purposes
        Subsequently request was raised for refund of the amount paid as advance towards the membership, which was to start from 01-05-19, as i have neither availed of any of the services (Which may be confirmed by you from your record) nor i intend to do so in the near future.

        However nothing positive has been received from club mahindra and it appears that the management of club mahindra is also part of this organised unethical business practices being employed by their business developers/managers (Of pitampura branch). I do hope that they shall suitably instruct their field staff to not indulge is such unethical business development practices, which not only creates a negative image of company in general and branch in particular and opens gates for unnecessary judicial scrutiny.
        Further i once again request to refund my total deposited amount, immediately.

          I have purchased the membership of club mahindra on 16th june 2019. After due analysis, on 18th june 2019 i have officially communicated to club mahindra rep to cancel my membership and after putting much efforts, i got final confirmation mail on cancellation of membership on 1st july 2019.

          It was agreed to refund as per company policy for cancellation in recession period which is 15 days. I have been entitled for getting complete refund of payment i. E. 32, 840rs.

          Till that date to today, i am getting many promises from various people of club mahindra but as on date after 132 days, i have not received my payment back.

          Many people kept promises and i escalate the issue to all the possible levels right upto md & ceo of club mahindra kavinder singh. Unfortunately, this company is having no system, no tracking mechanism and no clarity of their roles.

          I am also working in corporate and we do not harass the customer like mahindra. I have requested to the person who has sold me the membership i. E. Harshad vaghela to intervene many a times. I also contacted many a times to ahmedabad office mr amandeep for refund process. Nothing is happening, only and only commitments are being done.

          I have lost the faith in this company and really disappointment of the behavior which is being demonstrated to customer.

          I would request to give me refund 32840 at the earliest. Non-receipt of this amount may lead to force me for legal proceedings.

            The company takes money well in advance and has poor quality service as well as complaint resolution when you take the membership they make false claims and take your hard earned money and cheat you with poor quality hopeless service. They have taken total of 1 lakh from me and still i cannot take holiday or room bookings and still asking for annual fee

              Hi,
              This is to bring to your notice how your sales executives gives false promises to people to make them join club mahindra holidays!!! The sales executives ask you to say yes to all the questions during the verification call.
              Once you get into the membership that’s it... You will be robbed of your bank balance and you would not even be going to a single holiday. On top of that it’s being practically impossible to cancel my membership because they wouldn’t answer any of my calls and even by chance they pick up they are telling refund is not possible and if we ask why they will tell you they will contact you back but they won’t. My sales executive mani muthu said if we don’t like the services we can cancel anytime and there will 100% refund if we have not been to a vacation.
              My membership id is 2889273.
              My payment details are as follows:
              Down payment - rs.25000/-
              Emi - rs.29721/-
              Extra payment to upgrade from blue to red package - rs.4000/-
              I would like you to address the issue and refund the payment as soon as possible

                    I have recently taken a club mahindra package and paid the asked emi ‘s in advance with a committmnt frm there end assuring resevations for my 1st holiday. Bt after constant reminders from our end they failed their commitment just 1 week before my departure! Their executive, karan refuses to pick our calls and now after constant badgering he finally picked and refused saying there is no availability in any of our 4 destinations asked for! Please help as he made commitment at the time of selling package full of promises and did not live up to a single one of them

                      I have been a member of club mahindra holidays for last three years. (Membership id 2761903). Since my enrollment, i have never been able to avail any holidays as the resorts are not available when i want to avail a vacation. I have regularly paid all the dues which includes the membership fees & the annual asf. This year's asf invoice was raised on 9th sep 2019 with a due date of 22nd sep 2019. When they sold me the membership, they never told me about the due date for asf invoices. They had clearly said that the asf has to be paid within the year.
                      Now i want to avail holidays against my previous credited nights, but club mahindra is denying the holidays stating reason - overdue asf for current year. This is absolutely unjust. I have invested more than inr 4.5 lacs so far in this membership, but they deny holidays for current year dues of inr 15507.
                      Now if i want to cancel the membership, they would only refund 40% amount paid which means a total loss to me.
                      I would urge people not to opt for club mahindra holidays ever due to following reasons:

                      1) they never keep the promises they make while selling the membership
                      2) they do not value their customers, once the membership is bought
                      3) you will never get to holiday when you want - the resorts will not be available
                      4) the membership experience team is extremely arrogant & non friendly to customers
                      5) the policies of organization are once sided and very much against the customer interest

                        Hello,
                        I am writing this email to express my concern and grievance on the new membership i bought from club mahindra. My membership id is 2891731.

                        Mr. Shailesh ayyagari (Club mahindra sales person) visited my home on 20th october 2019 at my home to explain/sell me the membership. From here on i believe that he is representing the company and what he said was coming from club mahindra. I trusted the brand name and thus club mahindra sales person what he mentioned. I will go ahead and mention the sequence of events from here on. My payments details are as follows:

                        - on 20th october 2019 i paid 1 lakh on the spot via my icici debit card. I signed the application form, which i do not have the copy yet with me.
                        - on 21st october 2019, i paid another 2 lakhs via imps transfer to club mahindra account.
                        - on 22nd october 2019, i received another 1, 84, 740 to the club mahindra account.

                        On 20th october, here is what i was promised (In addition to the discounts in membership cost), which mr. Shailesh wrote everything in his handwriting on a piece of paper (Attached picture of the paper).

                        - i will get 1 night in addition to 7n/8d package every year (That is for all 25 years). This will also reflect in my membership profile.
                        - i will get additional 7n/8d for first 5 years from club mahindra.
                        - i will get discounts on partner hotels bookings (Club m select) for all 25 years.
                        - i was never explained that i was being told the prices for studio accommodation, i clearly mentioned to mr. Shailesh that we usually go for holidays with my sister's family (2 adults and 2 children). My family has 2 adults and 1 child. I was told this is not a problem and upto 8 adults there is no problem at any point of time, i can redeem full 7n with both families. I also disagreed to the same on e-verification link i received (I am attaching the pdf from that verification). No one has approached me asking why i disagree.
                        - during verification call, i objected to the caller (Please ask your caller, she had to call me twice because of this) that i was promised 8n for all 25 years, mr. Shailesh called me in between two calls and told me that please say "yes" for now, 1n will be added later on when he will come to my place for demo (Which has never happened) and it will show 8n each year in my account.
                        - today, i spoke to mr raghu (Mr. Shailesh's supervisor), i asked if these promises are not fulfilled, i will need my money back. He mentioned that the locking period is 10 days, beyond which the refund is not possible. I was never explained about 10 days period plus i do not have signed copy of application yet, where i could read the terms and condition in details. Your sales representative took original and the copy along with him after getting it signed.
                        - in my conversation with mr. Raghu he mentioned that additional 7n/8d for 5 years and 1n for each year (25 years) is not possible.in my understanding, this is a cheating and false promise from a big brand like club mahindra.

                        Given, i do not have the signed application form yet and since the promises are not fulfilled, i would like to request for refund and cancellation of the membership. It's been 12 days only since i bought the membership.

                          Hi team,
                          This is to bring to your kind notice, that i took my membership through maruti nexa and club mahindra joint membership[2880960]
                          Mani muthu from cm promised us fake amount and believing him i took the membership which was
                          1) 31500 per year
                          2) 10, 000 every year
                          3) voucher for 12 days
                          When i got the call from head office, initially they said the original amount and it was totally different from what manimuthu promised.
                          So i said iam not taking the membership.
                          But manimuthu from cm called again and said, these are un-official promises and the head office does not know about this and persuaded me to take the membership.
                          Without knowing the trap, i took the membership.
                          Now, all i request you is to cancel the cm membership immediately and pls pls stop sending me the monthly emi.

                          Regarding this even if i call multiple times, the concerned cm member is not picking up the call.
                          Since the maruti dealer is also involved, i have to give a heads up on this.

                            I am rakesh from provogue events panchkula and a vendor with club mahindra chd club mahindra executive participated with my event in ambala to collect data for which bill has been given to executive named parmeet he has credited my bill to his account rs 10000 and daily saying sir will give u in a day or two but beside reminders he is not giving my money i have bill copy with me telephonic conversation and chat with me what a corrupt staff is having club mahindra

                              I have paid dp and 4 installments, still no nights credited. Also there is fradulant things happening within company is there any fraud act in their company against fraud or whistle blower. Sales staff does false commitment and doing frauds and white collar robbery. Mahindra brand is now well known for frauds.

                              How can i get my refund back as still i have not received any nights or not taken holidays.

                                Want to cancel my club mahindra membership with immediate effect and get the refund. No proper reply provided by customer care.

                                It is my sincere desire to surrender the membership and get the refund in this respect. I also desire to resolve the matter amicably failing which i may decide my future course of action including legal recourse against the company in an appropriate forum.

                                Revert as soon as possible.

                                  As per the response from club mahindra holidays below... That my membership 'mhril=[protected]' stand canceled and i suppose to receive full refund within 2 weeks and now its more than month.

                                  I would like to take legal action against club mahindra holidays.

Due to childrenseducation, exams and financial crisis, we couldn't utilize a single holiday it and we haven't paid annual membership since last 5years. Still having loss and financial crisis. I would like to sell my membership and get back rest of the payment. If in future my financial condition improves i will buy it back.                                       I, umesh balubhai patel, had purchased the club mahindra membership by paying an amount of 39, 840 inr on july 7, 2019. I had sent a request to terminate this membership effective immediately on 13 july 2019. This request was sent within a span of 10 days. According to their policy if the customer cancels within 10 days, then they get a full refund of the amount. Even after my request to terminate this membership, multiple emis were deducted from my bank. The team never notified me about these deductions neither have they processed my cancellation. Their team member, johnson kalar, replied to my mail stating that the team is aligned to my request. But till date, they have never called me nor have they processed my cancellation or refund. I have lost more than 60k because of their incompetence. I have called their customer care multiple times but have never been given accurate updates about my cancellation request. I am totally exhausted now. Its been three months and i havent received a penny back. Nobody is handling my queries. The team is just beating around the bush. I have not been given a date of my refund. It has been the worst experience of my life.

                                        My id membership 2857405.
                                        I enrolled 10 moths back almost and within a week i requested for cancellation for some resons. I havn, t use any day from cm holidays. Upon repeated requests, still cm gave no response and every month sending emi messages. Even by nach mendate they are trying to autocut emi. For that i have to keep balance below the emi amount.

                                        Total unprofessional response-support from cm vadodara office staff. (Deepak pathak/darshan mahajan).

                                        My 4 emis are with cm and no sign to get back my own hard earned money. Also they are still trying to cut every month.

                                        Can i have any support?
