Maybe the business relationship is not working in my case, as i’ve not been able to book a holiday till now.
I’ve paid my full membership within 6 months, and was not skeptical to purchase the membership.
However due to reasons best known to your business model, and my restrictions, i think it is better to discontinue the membership.
As you can see from my membership details, i have totally unused membership since the time i bought it, along with complimentary nights that were offered.
The executive who sold us the membership is too no longer with club mahindra, and so his promise of “call me whenever you want to go for holiday” doesn’t hold true.
I’ve already paid asf for two years.
The cancellation consists of non refundable 60% admission fees, which i came to know only when asking for cancellation details.
I haven't even stepped in a single property of cm, so am unsure who got admission!
Every time the executives try to call and cajole like members are kids, and ask to give them a chance and show their concern in writing.
3 years and still unable to use the membership. I've realized that i would be able to utilize the membership only at their preferred location and their preferred time.

1. cancellation request : May 7, 2019
2. first response May 8 indicating there would be a telephone call
3. No call received for 4 days and we wrote back on May 12
4. Acknowledgement received on May 16 indicating 90 days for refund (not sure where the 90 days started for them)
5. July 4, we asked for status and indicated our expectation of refund by end August
6. July 25, received acknowledgement and arithmetic explaining that it was only 51 days and we needed to wait 90 days
7. Oct 6, sent a reminder ; response indicated there would be a response in 2 days; none received
8. Sent more reminders on Oct 13, Oct 16
9. escalated to Ms Meghna Desai, Mr. Abhishek Khadtare as suggested in the club mahindra grievance redressal page and sent reminders on Oct 16, 18, 22
