I, umesh balubhai patel, had purchased the club mahindra membership by paying an amount of 39, 840 inr on july 7, 2019. I had sent a request to terminate this membership effective immediately on 13 july 2019. This request was sent within a span of 10 days. According to their policy if the customer cancels within 10 days, then they get a full refund of the amount. Even after my request to terminate this membership, multiple emis were deducted from my bank. The team never notified me about these deductions neither have they processed my cancellation. Their team member, johnson kalar, replied to my mail stating that the team is aligned to my request. But till date, they have never called me nor have they processed my cancellation or refund. I have lost more than 60k because of their incompetence. I have called their customer care multiple times but have never been given accurate updates about my cancellation request. I am totally exhausted now. Its been three months and i havent received a penny back. Nobody is handling my queries. The team is just beating around the bush. I have not been given a date of my refund. It has been the worst experience of my life.

1. cancellation request : May 7, 2019
2. first response May 8 indicating there would be a telephone call
3. No call received for 4 days and we wrote back on May 12
4. Acknowledgement received on May 16 indicating 90 days for refund (not sure where the 90 days started for them)
5. July 4, we asked for status and indicated our expectation of refund by end August
6. July 25, received acknowledgement and arithmetic explaining that it was only 51 days and we needed to wait 90 days
7. Oct 6, sent a reminder ; response indicated there would be a response in 2 days; none received
8. Sent more reminders on Oct 13, Oct 16
9. escalated to Ms Meghna Desai, Mr. Abhishek Khadtare as suggested in the club mahindra grievance redressal page and sent reminders on Oct 16, 18, 22
