This is to inform you that like other people, i also suffered from club mahindra group by taking this membership and i also cancelled it immediately after 2days. And i also got mail from from their side regarding refund of my money within 90 days but still they didn’t refund my amount. And contacted them so many times but they are not responding back to me. And saying otherwise excuses. So kindly help me out regarding my money. My member i’d is 2876749.

    We have signed the contract on 5th june and immediately in 24 hrs we cancelled the contract and the person who visited our home for the contract signing he informed us that refund will be proceeded in 90 working days. I have cancelled my contract on 6th june and its 23rd oct more than 90 days i am not getting my refund. We are continuously mailing them and calling them for the status of the refund but they are not replying on it and even they told me that they cant help because they are not having exact details. Internal branch people are also not helping us out for the same.

    I have the exact same issue; we joined in late Nov 2018 with about 28, 500/- paid (MAF NOV/2018/25yrs/246289);

    1. cancellation request : May 7, 2019
    2. first response May 8 indicating there would be a telephone call
    3. No call received for 4 days and we wrote back on May 12
    4. Acknowledgement received on May 16 indicating 90 days for refund (not sure where the 90 days started for them)
    5. July 4, we asked for status and indicated our expectation of refund by end August
    6. July 25, received acknowledgement and arithmetic explaining that it was only 51 days and we needed to wait 90 days
    7. Oct 6, sent a reminder ; response indicated there would be a response in 2 days; none received
    8. Sent more reminders on Oct 13, Oct 16
    9. escalated to Ms Meghna Desai, Mr. Abhishek Khadtare as suggested in the club mahindra grievance redressal page and sent reminders on Oct 16, 18, 22

    THIS IS DEFINITELY A FRAUD


    when we followed up on refund, the executives started claiming that the refund would happen in 90days only, but as soon as the period expired, they stopped responding;

    I am facing the exact same issue! I cancelled within 10 days. As per policy I am supoosed to get full refund. But, I didnt get that and on top of that they have also started deducting EMIs. I have been sending multiple mails plus calling the team also. No one is giving me any kind of definite answers. The local sales representatives are also of zero help.

      Club mahindra sales executive is not told about asf. He told me only if you use then and then you can pay asf. But one of my friends told me it is not correct its an compulsory so i asked to sales executive name is saurav shukla and contact no is +91 [protected]. Wrong commitment and also not describe asf rate is increase. I have paid down payment 39, 840/- using credit card. And i am cancel my membership and refund money on mail, i have send mail on this email id but not responding my email only auto generated mail has sent always. Please help me. I personally meet to club mahindra office in vastrapur ahmedabad suraj thakkar is head of gujarat cancelation.

        Hello sir
        I m shivrajsinh zala i have registered for club mahindra membership but after getting validation call i came to know that some information regarding charges were given wrong by their relationship manager mr. Rajat mathur. So i immediately call then and mail them on 8th october 2019 to cancel my membership.

        But till today now one is replying or taking call even that relationship manager didn't reply and till today cancellation process isnot done

        I paid 30000/- by my credit card
        My membership i'd 2889641.

        Please do needful as they have not cancel it and i m sure that they are welling to charge more through e. M. I

          Hi,

          I did a payment of rs.31, 530 to club mahindra on 05-mar-2019. During online signup, i found that the details given to me was wrong. I immediately i cancelled my account. Also official cancellation request accepted on 17th march 2019.

          Till now i didnt get any proper response from my agent or customer care or through email. During registration, agent informed me that with 3 months of cancellation amount will be refund. Till now i didnt get any refund.

          Please take action immediately and refund my amount asap.

            Club mahindra holidays — membership cancellation amount not received

            I m rajendra patel my membership i'd is 2871092. I was cancelled my membership 19th jun, 2019. I also called the agent but he also not giving proper answerd and i paid amount 28000. Some amount paid by credit card nd some amount paid on cash bt not received any kind of amount... I send mails bt customer care not giving proper answerd solve my problem and return my money back...

              I am member of club mahindra and I love thier service and hospitality they provide everytime.But when i booked club mahindra vijayshree resort hospet the resort was good but the service was hopeless literally hopeless no hot water was available no good food room service was very late as 3 to 4 hours still no response not getting a plate for 3 hours it worst service and as i booked for 4 person in one room ther was no sofa cum bed as ther is always in club mahindra my son in law was sleeping on floor cos he didn't wanted me to sleep this is cheap service i am very very disappointed from club mahindra and but no support was ther by them also the resort staff didn't care of anything if this is happening i will not refer club mahindra to anyone as if have referred to 4 family's

                I signed for membership and cancelled within time so i should get all the refunds.

                After 6 months i got response that follow the link to get your refund but i was not able to find anything so i asked for a help of club mahindra agent under whom i joined but she didn't do anything and again i am getting message on my phone that my membership is activated. I didn't do anything. Agent name is bhavna and she works in ahmedabad office.
                I am too much frustrated because i am not getting my money.

                  Yeh company customer ko fool samjhti hai customer ki koi value nahi hai jab bhi call karo refund ki baat sunte hi inka behaviour change ho jata hai.. Har baar ek naya refrence number de dete hai aur pehle wale ka process kuch pata nahi aur na hi wo batate hai itna mental toucher lagta hai ab to bas ek bar mere paise ₹41860 mil jaye to meri is club mahindera se jaan shute itna to mujhe kisine aaj tak irited nahi kiya.. Yeh paise kab kaise milenge kuch samjh nahi aa raha.. Jab b call pe baat karo yahi kahete hai bas yeh detail de do ho jayega wo detail de do transfer ho jayega bas 10day ka wait karo account me paise aa jayenge fir baat karo to bolenge sir me dekh k aapko call back karta hu but fir wahan se koi call nahi aayega kyunki paise jo dene padenge unko kya tention... Tention to humko hai paise humare phase huye hai unko kya faraq padta hai iam very disapointed of this club behaviour like this...?

                      I am swapnil patel. I have paid 39340rs to club mahindra agent mr dharmesh dhabhi on 6th september 2019. After payment he never picked up my callls. I found some fishy things and behaviour of him. I finally decided to stop my membership. As oer rules of club mahindra if i cancel my membership, within 10 days of purchase i am eligible for 100 percent refund with in 1 month. I have cancellation mail on 13th september 2019 to club mahindra. They make me assure for 100 percent refund within 1 month. Now no one is picking up my calls and no one is replying it tomy emails.

                          I requested for a cancellation of my membership which i took on may 20, 2019. Member id: 2870512.

                          The support staff contacted me on july 6 and said the membership cancellation is under process and the amount paid by you would get refunded through the same credit card in the next 90 working days.

                          90 days has been passed but there is no refund from them yet. I paid rs. 31, 530 as an initial amount.

                          I called them last week and they said, i will get call back from the concerned team. But i haven't received any calls from them yet till now. This gives me lot of headache.

                          This is my sincere request to do needful and refund my amount of rs.31, 530/- asap.

                            I was given false information about the terms of membership and asked for refund of membership amount on 12th. March. Ref:2859058.
                            On 13th. March, vikrant wadikar said he would get back within 3-5 working days. Re:mhril[protected]. No reply received.
                            29th. June. Vikrant stated that it would take 90 days for refund to be processed. (50-50 working days) ref. Mhril=[protected].
                            5th. Sept. Vikrant stated that i will get call within 6-8 working days. No reply.
                            23rd. Sept. Vikrant apologised for not sending refund. Team will get back with 2-3 working days.
                            5th. October. Vidya padaya says she will process refund within 20-25 working days.
                            6th. October. Sent mail to vidya and mr. Sujit paul for unprofessional behaviour.

                            On 24th. October, I was told by Ms. Vidya Padaya that I would get the refund within 2 weeks. It is over 3 weeks but I have not received my refund.

                            Their behaviour is most shocking and unprofessional.

                            Guess I will have to take the matter to the Consumer Court and the Media.

                                I am red studio member. Each year we are expected to pay asf so called yearly maintenance charges and get 7 holidays added to our list. I have been paying this since inception of this membership and noticed i am not able to consume all 7 days and moreover this asf is ever increasing (Which was not what was told to me while buying it).
                                I have total 21 holidays pending on my membership and due to ever increasing asf i am not paying asf this year.
                                So what's the result??
                                1. I won't be getting 7 holidays of this year. — understandable
                                2. I won't be able to use my pending 21 holidays for which i already paid my asf — just "unethical".

                                  1. To start with initial presentation, i have been promised to get a complementary voucher of two nights @ club mahindra resort which i haven't received.
                                  2. After several forces i opened a membership by july 31 and since that day was resort's anniversary i have been offered for 10k worth kalyan gold voucher which i didn't get that too.
                                  3. I have been informed that i can cancel the membership and get the refund of 50% and that too did not work out when i cancelled the membership prior to first emi.
                                  The person from whom i joined cheated for the past one month that cancellation is in process but got the second emi alert msg too..
                                  4. After the doubt occurred i approached the customer care and they say i can not get the single penny of 40k which i have availed.
                                  Really bad ethics which they follow.

                                    Maybe the business relationship is not working in my case, as i’ve not been able to book a holiday till now.
                                    I’ve paid my full membership within 6 months, and was not skeptical to purchase the membership.
                                    However due to reasons best known to your business model, and my restrictions, i think it is better to discontinue the membership.
                                    As you can see from my membership details, i have totally unused membership since the time i bought it, along with complimentary nights that were offered.
                                    The executive who sold us the membership is too no longer with club mahindra, and so his promise of “call me whenever you want to go for holiday” doesn’t hold true.
                                    I’ve already paid asf for two years.
                                    The cancellation consists of non refundable 60% admission fees, which i came to know only when asking for cancellation details.
                                    I haven't even stepped in a single property of cm, so am unsure who got admission!
                                    Every time the executives try to call and cajole like members are kids, and ask to give them a chance and show their concern in writing.
                                    3 years and still unable to use the membership. I've realized that i would be able to utilize the membership only at their preferred location and their preferred time.

                                      We nitu panwar (Applicant) and naveen lohar (Co applicant) filled the application form of your membership on 5 september 2019 at hotel rajmahal, bikaner after downpayment of 31530 rs by sbi debit card and also gave 3 post dated cheques to clubmahindra sales executive praveen singh shekawat.

                                      I mailed to their customer email ([protected]@mahindraholidays.com)
                                      On 6 sept 2019 regarding cancellation and refund of money. My interaction id is mhil[protected]. I also sent fax to the head office at chennai on the same day. I sent 3 applications for cancellation to jaipur, chennai and mumbai at their concerned offices on 7 sept, 2019 by speed post. I called many times to their customer care and jaipur branch office but no satisfactory answer was given.
                                      Despite so may calls and application from my side regarding cancellation their team sent mail and message congratulating us for membershiup on 10 sept 2019.
                                      I again sent email to customer email id for cancellation on 10 sept 2019. My inteaction id for the same is mhil[protected].
                                      We are undergoing mental stress due to non reply from your side. Kindly cancel our membership and refund our money and post dated cheques.
                                      Despite so many applications they even drawing money from cheques. Sir they are not replying at all. I m on the verge of suicide due to this.
                                      Kindly look into the matter immediately

                                      Club Mahindra Holidays customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      The sales executive Mr. Tushar pandey not attending me after filing a complaint. He make commitment to meet tommorow, next day to tommorow, but he not attend me. The Sales team make fraud commitment to complete their target . After make a payment, he never attend the customer. The sales team is totally fraud and shameless.

                                        Dear sir/madam

                                        I anita roy id[protected] had recently opted for club mahindra membership and wanted to cancel my membership, i ahd contacted the agent who gave me the membership naved khan i have already paid the down-payment of rs 39920 and had issued 3 cheques of ₹11000 for the same. The agent had told me if i pay my 3 instalments he will give me full refund of the amount paid by new, and now after the cheques are cleared he isnt picking the call, other agents say that he left the job
                                        I am very much unhappy with club mahindras service and will take this matter to social media platforms for sure
                                        All your agents are just behind fulfilment of the targets and nothing else.
                                        Club mahindra doesn't value its members at all and only want membership fees from them
                                        Club Mahindra Holidays customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        The following complaint is now about 2 months old and we are not seeing any resolution.

                                        Repeated follow ups, given wrong information and just not wanting to resolve. Very frustrating experience.
