My membership i'd is 1436454
I have taken this membership as i was misguided by an agent but after continuous trial for refund i was forced to continue this. They charge a fees called asf every year which is increasing every single year this is to be paid if you want to use your 7 nights of entitled holidays but i am not able to use my asf paid holidays due to my pending asf of last two years. So what about my paid nights they will expire this september then what's the use of paying asf they are just looting hard earned money. I want my membership fees and my paid asf which i have not used back.
I wa t to teach them a lesson as they are ruining the name of mr anand mahindra and looting people by making false commitments and after they sell the membership they just call you to pay asf whether you use that or no. This has to be taken seriously now.

I paid for Club M Select membership because they claimed to give best offers.However better deals are available on other portals.

We are also victim. ASF fraud in 2019.

Already paid holidays also locked by the wonderful cheater Club mahindra. What are they thinking about others money? Pure Injustice and Fraud no:1

    I took a club mahindra white membership in 2013. The sales guy promised to upgrade it to red with some minimal charge, additional holidays etc. When i contacted him for upgrade, he sold another red membership with a promise to merge. I met with an accident and was bed-ridden for 1 year. During this period, i could not pay any emi for both memberships. When i came back to re-start the membership and merging both, the representative vanished and cm said, they will cancel both since i had not paid the emi for 1 year. Until now nothing has happened and my membership stands cancelled. I have paid 1, 90000/- to cm with zero holidays being used. Why do we have such organizations in india that cheat loyal/tax paying people like us? I am looking forward to continue the membership by paying the balance or a full refund. Else, want to take this up in consumer court.

      I had bought club mahindra membership for rs 3.32 lakhs.
      However, the compnay is cheating its customer by continously adding new customers and cheating all of them through bad quality of service-

      1. Its very bad service, they are increasing customers every month and existing customer never get option to book holiday
      2. They are increasing asf every year. It is really becoming unaffordable for common man. They even did not disclose asf at the time of sale.
      3. Their sales agent duping the customers and selling this membership.

        Unfortunately, i joined club mahindra on 06.02.19 as i was lured by false promises and tall claims by your representative mr prashant joshi and mr pandey at a camp in divine honda showroom, roorkee. After lots of persuasions, i could get a confirmatory call from club mahindra.

        On inquiring, i got to know about the unprofessional and all false claims by the duo mr joshi and mrpandey. I instantly, over phone, did convey my displeasure and requested for cancellation of the
        Membership proposal and demanded my money back along with penal interest. Interalia, i received email that "i would get my money back within 90 days". Though, it should be within 7 working days.

        As of now, more than 90 days have passed since i deposited money, i am still waiting for my money, which is very hard-earned and means a lot to me. So, i once again request you to look in to the matter on top priority and arrange for my money to be returned at the earliest.

          I would like to withdraw my membership due to given reasons - deficiency in customer services, biased information, no resolution of queries/issues.

          Thus, i need to claim full refund of the down payment inr 39, 840/- made on 20th july'19.

          Kindly take this request of withdrawal of membership application on priority and provide me the refund at earliest.

              I have been using my mobile number since last 10 years. But the club mahindra holiday people are calling me and asking for ramesh dayanda. I announced that i have been using this mobile number since last more than 5 years. Kindly update the correct number of ramesh dayanda and dont disturb me. I have been requesting the samething to each every executive and they saying they will rectify but they are doing the same mistake again and again. They are really making my life miserable now a day. I request you kindly update his correct number into your database.. Else i will file an official complain against you guy that you are disturbing my personal life.

                Your sell agent has misguided me about the holiday scheme.
                At time of selling ha has said that i have to pay only 3 installment and then i can get benefit of that three installment money. But actually after 3 installment still amount is deducted from my bank account as they have taken ecs permission.

                I want to immediately cancel my membership and please refund my amount.
                Also cancel ecs mandate form immediately.

                This is surely cheating from the company.

                  Dear club mahindra team,

                  I have received letter dated 19.07.2019 alongwith cheque for cancellation of my membership number 2815626. Please note that, i have never requested for cancellation of my membership from club mahindra. I have paid all my emis on date, suddenly i receive the letter for cancellation of my membership without even getting any call from your company. I want to know the reason for cancellation of member without taking any consent, even in case of all the emi were regular.

                  Also i have checked the total payments made by me to club mahindra, your refund is short by rs.15300/- (Which i had paid towards asf in the month of feb 2019). I have tried to call multiple times to your customer executives on numbers[protected]Chennai office), [protected] (Pune office) & other number[protected]. Also i tried to connect with your local guys at kolhapur office, but could not get any revert. Now, i am feeling cheated by club mahindra & wanted to claim for inconvenience to me alongwith my asf amount. Till date i never thought of cancellation of my membership with club mahindra.

                  Dear Club Mahindra Team, I have not received any reverts from your support team. I really upset with the customer support service. Really I never thought of cancellation of my membership from Club Mahindra & but now it seems that Club Mahindra don't want me as a member and don't value its me. Someone from your executives in last weeks told me that, my membership has been cancelled by your staff by mistake.

                  Now, I want refund of my ASF amount paid Rs.15300/- and interest @18% p.a. on all my amounts paid to you till date.

                    Still waiting for response refund
                    Never availed their services..
                    Now can't avail any services due to my disability.

                    I suffered a massive stroke and became paralyzed. I had called multiple times for cancellation of services for which I prepaid around 5L and never used their services even a bit due to my disability rather than listening laughed at my condition. Their response literally was - "so what you are on a wheelchair with left side paralyzed:_, Your family members can go to resorts and enjoy". I need to pay my heavy hospital expenses and also have to feed my family But this doesn't move their hearts Since when our businesses became so heartless? I didn't become disabled by choice!! At this time when 11 firms (9 of them LIS firms) have helped Here is our Indian firm shamelessly showing their "Indianism".

                      Dear sir
                      Cancellation of membership with club mahindra :
                      Joined on 28 feb 2019 and cancellation request sent on 3 may 2019-
                      On realizing misrepresentation of facts.
                      I wish to invite your kind attention to the following facts regarding club mahindra
                      Sir, on 28.2.2019 i have joined as a member (Membership no. 2857464) with club mahindra, based on the following promises made by their representative one mr. Vaibhav sharma :
                      (I) he said that no other payments other than one time payment and emis will be there;
                      (Ii) he has not mentioned about the annual maintenance to be paid i. E. Rs.15000 every year.
                      (Iii) he has mentioned that immediately on payment of three instalments i can start my foreign trip too.
                      However by first week of april 2019 (I. E. Within one and half month) i have realized that he has misrepresented and accordingly i have made a request for cancellation of my membership on 3 may 2019. No mention of annual maintenance fee has talked off ever.
                      It is very unfortunate that totally he has misrepresented and my hard earned amount of rs. 41437/- is lying with club mahindra. I have not availed any services so far. When i contacted the above officer for undertaking journey to finland, he said me “why not. You send a mail to me. I will forward and get the things done”. After sending the mail he has not replied me at all. When i contacted him through another telephone he has attended the mobile and informed me that finland journey will not be possible and in india you can travel. Sir, totally he has misrepresented and later when i enquired about rajasthan journey (Jodhpur) only i came to know about the annual maintenance. He has revealed the need to pay annual maintenance only on that day. Immediately i took a decision to withdrew from your scheme and written to your company for refund of the same.
                      My sms messages sent to him as well as mail for finland journey were enclosed in a letter sent to the chairman/md of the club mahindra.
                      Sir i am not at all interested in continuing with the membership with your esteemed company and request for refunding the amount paid by me (Rs.41437/-) as well as cancellation of my membership with you. I have not availed any services from your company. I don’t want to continue with your membership
                      Several mails i sent @ [protected]@mahindraholidays.com but they replied in negative for refund of money.
                      I request your kind office to refund me my hard earned money in the light of above.
                      Kindly consider my case as a special case in the light of not availing any services so far as well as making the request for cancellation immediately i. E within one and half months. Also consider the fact that just within such a short period i am requesting for cancellation. Accordingly you are requested to refund rs.41437/- and cancel my membership too.

                      In short, though i joined on 28.2.2019, immediately on realizing the misrepresentation of facts, i have made a request on 3 may 2019 for cancellation of my membership and reimbursement of rs. 41437/- to me. I have not availed any services from club mahindra. But the company is not at all replying positive to my request.

                        Dear sir
                        I had joined your organisation on date 21/05/18 by self visit to your ludhiana office. Mr vishwash has fulfilled all formalities and i had make the payment rs 41830 through credit card my customer i'd is 2819714
                        It was ok till they payment recieved after that no commitment fulfilled. So i called vishwash on regular basis for plan he has given but after 15 days he called me that he has left that company now you can join that which he joined but i refuse to do so. Now the twist the company the brad in which i had invested didn't care for his customer if a employee left then his customers should automatically assigned to another person but nothing. The after one and half month i visit your office again meet mr puneet sharma again same story same commitments which had not ownerd till date. I think company is training their employees to how to cheat the people's instead of selling your product. After waiting long time i had apply for cancellation and refund. After 10-15 recieved a call from ldh office only three queries 1. Are you yudhvir 2. Are you member of cm.3 cancellation is your final decision. I was shocked so i say yes he cut phone. This kind of services club mahindra is providing where is no pain if customer is leaving. After 15 days receive a call from your mumbai office she talked nicely and process. But surprisingly till date i have no information that to whom i could ask about my money. So today again i had visited your office but same answer your money will come but nobody can tell me when? Now it's on record that i had invested in club mahindra and i had not anything rather then harassment. So i need my money back quickly with compansation and interest. I feel that it can be done on priority.

                          Dear sir/madam

                          My wife, mrs anju aggarwal (Mobile number _) had received a call from ms. Mahi mobile number [protected] (Also used by ms. Somya as she picks up call sometimes) on 13th july 2019 that we have won 2n, 3d trip under club mahindra. All we need to do is to come and attend a short meeting of 30 min and the holiday voucher will be handed over to you there with 6 months validity. The meeting was scheduled at 4:30 pm dated 13th july 2019 at hotel jw marriott.
                          We came to there desired location at 4.30 pm and met this guy raman thakur another representative who had shown us the slides and explained us about the membership details. However, he said in the beginning that it will take not more than 45 min but instead took more than 2 hours of ours and finally we were free by 6.40 pm.
                          In this while, they were not at all hospitable and just offered some water in the beginning. Then as soon as they came to know that we are not interested in the membership they became very rude to us and ignored us like anything. Mr. Raman left our table for 15 min and came back just to say that they could not generate the holiday voucher as the person who generates the voucher is missing. Then we had to wait for another 10 min and finally they told us that they will whatsapp me the holiday voucher in half an hour.
                          After that we left the place assuming that we will receive the holiday voucher within half an hour. But since then we have been calling ms. Mahi daily that we have not yet received the voucher. Even she has stopped picking our calls now and forwarded the number of mr. Raman thakur as [protected]. However when i called from the other number ms. Mahi picked up my call. When i asked her about her employee id and her seniors name, number and employee id, she said she doesnt have any employee id as she is knew and refused to give her senior's name and employee id. At last she said she will call back in few minutes. Then she stopped answering my calls as well. Uptill today i. E. 16th july 2019, i have not received my voucher and i continue to be harrassed by these two executives of yours.
                          I also have all the call recordings of ms. Mahi just in case she refuses to accept all this.
                          I beleived that club mahindra was a well reputed company, who would actually value the time and cost of their customers. But this attitude of your company employees has shattered all hopes.
                          I am complaining this due to the ill behaviour and the casual attitude of your employees. They continue to fool people like this and does not give the gift voucher/holiday voucher. All this is a fraud and spam from the company end. I want strict action to be taken against both of these employees as they have failed to keep up their promise.

                            I joined club mahindra membership on november 3, 2018 at mahindra resort, cherai beach, kochi, kerala. I paid the down payment of rs. 31, 530. Afterwards, from january 2019 to june 2019, i paid the monthly installment of rs. 57, 456 (Rs. 9576 per month). The total amount i payed is rs. 88, 986.

                            Since i realized my mistake that i am not using my membership to its potential, and booking hotels directly (Rather than though membership) is a much cheaper and hassle free experience, i decided to cancel my membership - 2843861 on june 24, 2019.

                            I called their member experience management centre at[protected] and told them about my decision. I was told i would be contacted from their cancellation department.

                            After waiting for 6 days with no response from club mahindra, i decided to reach out to their "grievance redressal" by email on june 30 - "mhril=[protected]". The only reply i got from them was - "please reconsider your decision". When i made it clear that i wanted to proceed to cancel my membership, i didn't get any response.

                            To "grievance raddress" my "grievance redressal", i added ms. Meghana desai, head – grievance redressal - centralized customer service, at [protected]@mahindraholidays.com and mr. Sujit paul, chief - member experience management and business excellence, at [protected]@mahindraholidays.com.

                            After waiting for a total of 22 days with no sort of response from them, i threatened them that i will raise a complaint in consumer court on july 14. I got a call back finally today, july 15 and i was told that i will get so sort of refund.

                            By delaying cancellation to its maximum, their only aim is to eat as much emi as possible from their customers. No clear cancellation policy is another clear sign of evil intentions.

                            I am worried that i lost my complete sum of rs. 88, 986 for nothing. Burning that amount of money would've at least given me the joy of watching the fire.

                            I have faith in this country's law enforcement, and i am sure that they will agree that this is a company designed to purely drain money from their customers' pockets.

                            I hope i get atleast a partial refund of my hard earned money.

                              Its regarding a club mahindra gift voucher,
                              In Month July 2019, I have been called at club mahindra office, Taj Vivanta saying I am a lucky person to receive a 3 days stay at any of club mahindra resort. When I went there it was nothing but a marketing strategy to call people at office and convenience them to be a club mahindra memeber. When I a was convinced by them, but i need some time to take decision, they have given me a gift voucher valid for 6 months starting from July to Dec.

                              I am just trying to book holidays and redeem vouchers. we are not able to book and not able to redeem voucher and not showing availability in any days in any month.

                              Its worst experience and suggest to everyone don't go for club mahindra.

                                    This is dr. Debapratim das from iit guwahati. I am writing this e-mail regarding the malpractice going on in the name of clubmahindra.

                                    This is to inform you that recently[protected] we were called by club mahindra people to meet at lily hotel, guwahati on 16th june to collect free vouchers for 2 days 3 nights at clubmahindra properties as we recently purchased a renault duster.

                                    On that specified day, we met your representative (Ph no. [protected], i do not remember his name) who explained us about the clubmahindra membership offers. However, at that moment we were unable to purchase the membership. As we were eligible for the gift voucher, the representative confirmed that he will send the voucher through whatsapp and indeed he sent us the coupon by whatsapp (Voucher no. Jhuy140hqy).

                                    On 7th july, we did try to book using the voucher sent to us and were surprised to see that the voucher was already used on 7th june by mr. Subodh saha (Note that the same voucher was sent to us on 16th june). We immediately called your representative and he confirmed that he will send a new voucher the next day (8th july 2019) by 10 am. I did try to contact him several times and he is not taking my call the entire day which clearly suggests that he is not willing to provide any new voucher.

                                    This is very unfortunate, unprofessional and unexpected from clubmahindra. This is very embarrassing as well. I consider this as a harassment and also believe that clubmahindra administratation does not approve such kind of malpractice. Under the circumstance, i request you to take necessary action against this representative and provide us the voucher for which we had to go through all these harassment.

                                      We were visited by a club mahindra representative on 22/12//18 at Agartala. We were about to leave for a vacation on that day itself. But we decided to hear him out in the morning. He gave us a demonstration about the holiday packages very nicely highlighting only the positive points. He made it sound like an easy affair. He promised us several gifts in the form of complimentary holidays, gift vouchers and cash backs. He also said that all these could be availed if we made the down payment on that day itself.
                                      We made the biggest mistake of our life that day by listening to him and gave the down payment of 38000 without even reading the documents .we left for our vacation and returned on 6/01/19. After coming back I got time to go through the reviews and other documents. I called him several times on whats app and voice call to clarify several doubts.Initially the agent had promised that he would take all care of our bookings but later I got the feeling that he was trying to slip away and divert me to some other whom I didnot know.I realized that all the promises came with a condition which the agent had cleverly not disclosed
                                      I called RCI for my complimentary vacation and was shuffled from here to there saying that RCI vacation needs booking 6-7 months early and most of the resorts are full.
                                      I decided to cancel the membership and sent message through mobile app of club mahindra as well as to the agent via whatsapp to which he replied OK.
                                      I also expressed my desire to not continue membership to the person who called me from club mahindra in response to my message sent from mobile app.
                                      I received a call from my agent requesting to avail the complimentary vacations before deciding to cancel or discontinue membership as he was sure I would change my mind after that. As per his suggestion I continued with the EMI for month feb, march, april and May and decided to avail the complimentary vacations.
                                      The nightmare started after that. I have not made so many phone calls to get just hotel booking ever in my life. After numerous phone calls and messages I got Rci complimentary vacation for 2 person only even though I am supposed to get for 3-4 person. Most of the popular spots are not available. For the club mahindra complimentary nights I had to pay an upgradation of 1200/night. So basically nothing was complimentary.
                                      The promise of food vouchers also failed
                                      The hotels that were provided were just ordinary 4 star property.
                                      Basically there was nothing to make us change our mind about cancellation. I sent message via mobile app of club mahindra requesting for cancellation of membership . I received a call from a person from their Kolkata office who was trying to ask for an explanation. He is the most arrogant person and deserves to be thrown out of office. They were trying to upgrade my vacation package saying better facilities are available in upper packages and I should pay 150000 to upgrade to which I said no. I have sent email also requesting cancellation to which no response is made.Even though I want to cancel still they are trying to deduct EMI from my account for which I am being Charged by my bank for mon ths of june and july
                                      Kindly cancel my membership and return my hard earned money back.also put an end to this trauma and mental agony . I have voice recordings as well as messages that I exchanged with their agents from time to time which will prove my point
