Till now i have not received mail nor phone call on the cancellation, till now i have raised 5 times call back request ..none of the call i have received ..

Today- 6 june 2019 i tried to book my holiday at Club mahindra Binsar Valley and denied because my new ASF bill in May has been raised and I already have ASF paid holidays left in my a/c, and even my membership is already fully paid, when i called Call centre they told now the rules has been changed, you have to clear all dues but its illegal as when i took membership the promise made to us was not like that it's a clear matter of cheating....

I have requested for cancellation of membership id 2839152 on 20 may 2019 and refund of the money because of non-utilisation but it is still not done and the company has asked to send a written application stating that ' i dont want a refund against the cancellation'.

Today i wanted to book a holiday for lonavala. My asf invoice was raised in may. I understand my asf is due. But thats not illegal. You cannot hold my booking rights for the paid part of my membership and holiday inventory. The company policy is illegal and when i became member 12 years back i was not told that if your asf is due you will not be able to holiday on the paid part.
