Hi,

This is regarding the membership cancellation request (Mi :2864780) which i raised on the 8th april via email and received email back from you on 9th with subject line "re:'mhril=[protected]' your club mahindra membership" mentioning that you have aligned the internal team on this matter.

Till this date, i have not received my refund. I have been asked to wait for 90 working days. This is very unfair.
Could you help to expedite this to get my refund

    This is dr. Debapratim das from iit guwahati. I am writing this e-mail regarding the malpractice going on in the name of clubmahindra.

    This is to inform you that recently[protected] we were called by club mahindra people to meet at lily hotel, guwahati on 16th june to collect free vouchers for 2 days 3 nights at clubmahindra properties as we recently purchased a renault duster.

    On that specified day, we met your representative (Ph no. [protected], i do not remember his name) who explained us about the clubmahindra membership offers. However, at that moment we were unable to purchase the membership. As we were eligible for the gift voucher, the representative confirmed that he will send the voucher through whatsapp and indeed he sent us the coupon by whatsapp (Voucher no. Jhuy140hqy).

    On 7th july, we did try to book using the voucher sent to us and were surprised to see that the voucher was already used on 7th june by mr. Subodh saha (Note that the same voucher was sent to us on 16th june). We immediately called your representative and he confirmed that he will send a new voucher the next day (8th july 2019) by 10 am. I did try to contact him several times and he is not taking my call the entire day which clearly suggests that he is not willing to provide any new voucher.

    This is very unfortunate, unprofessional and unexpected from clubmahindra. This is very embarrassing as well. I consider this as a harassment and also believe that clubmahindra administratation does not approve such kind of malpractice. Under the circumstance, i request you to take necessary action against this representative and provide us the voucher for which we had to go through all these harassment.

      We were visited by a club mahindra representative on 22/12//18 at Agartala. We were about to leave for a vacation on that day itself. But we decided to hear him out in the morning. He gave us a demonstration about the holiday packages very nicely highlighting only the positive points. He made it sound like an easy affair. He promised us several gifts in the form of complimentary holidays, gift vouchers and cash backs. He also said that all these could be availed if we made the down payment on that day itself.
      We made the biggest mistake of our life that day by listening to him and gave the down payment of 38000 without even reading the documents .we left for our vacation and returned on 6/01/19. After coming back I got time to go through the reviews and other documents. I called him several times on whats app and voice call to clarify several doubts.Initially the agent had promised that he would take all care of our bookings but later I got the feeling that he was trying to slip away and divert me to some other whom I didnot know.I realized that all the promises came with a condition which the agent had cleverly not disclosed
      I called RCI for my complimentary vacation and was shuffled from here to there saying that RCI vacation needs booking 6-7 months early and most of the resorts are full.
      I decided to cancel the membership and sent message through mobile app of club mahindra as well as to the agent via whatsapp to which he replied OK.
      I also expressed my desire to not continue membership to the person who called me from club mahindra in response to my message sent from mobile app.
      I received a call from my agent requesting to avail the complimentary vacations before deciding to cancel or discontinue membership as he was sure I would change my mind after that. As per his suggestion I continued with the EMI for month feb, march, april and May and decided to avail the complimentary vacations.
      The nightmare started after that. I have not made so many phone calls to get just hotel booking ever in my life. After numerous phone calls and messages I got Rci complimentary vacation for 2 person only even though I am supposed to get for 3-4 person. Most of the popular spots are not available. For the club mahindra complimentary nights I had to pay an upgradation of 1200/night. So basically nothing was complimentary.
      The promise of food vouchers also failed
      The hotels that were provided were just ordinary 4 star property.
      Basically there was nothing to make us change our mind about cancellation. I sent message via mobile app of club mahindra requesting for cancellation of membership . I received a call from a person from their Kolkata office who was trying to ask for an explanation. He is the most arrogant person and deserves to be thrown out of office. They were trying to upgrade my vacation package saying better facilities are available in upper packages and I should pay 150000 to upgrade to which I said no. I have sent email also requesting cancellation to which no response is made.Even though I want to cancel still they are trying to deduct EMI from my account for which I am being Charged by my bank for mon ths of june and july
      Kindly cancel my membership and return my hard earned money back.also put an end to this trauma and mental agony . I have voice recordings as well as messages that I exchanged with their agents from time to time which will prove my point

        I m holding id no. 2856064 from january last and i was not interested in holidays packages and asked the agent named kamal to hold the emi cutting from account, till further information..
        I asked to withdraw my membership but still company is cutting emi from my account, even i have lodged a complaint at email..
        I m very fed up with this system and wish to surrender my membership as soon as possible.. Without cutting any charges because i have informed in the month of march for this cancellation of membership..

        I am unable to use the membership. I was promised by Mr D Santosh of club Mahindra that if I call on 2nd July morning for my booking to Singapore. i will get it. I called at 9 30AM & I am told that ot is not available. D Santosh cannot be contacted thru call centre. I feel cheated & frustrated. Can someone help?
        I am upgraded my red studio to purple studio from Ms. Nidhi Kukshal after committed amount, but MC charged excess amount per EMI.

          After much pleading by an executive, i signed up for "mahindra bliss account" and soon the man took 5000 in cash and 51190 through credit card payment. Rest was to be paid in instalments. Soon, then and there after going into the details of the membership, i got really disappointed and wanted to cancel the membership immediately. The man said payment has already been made and to cancel it takes three months time. Despite my repeated enquiries, no effort has been mad to cancel the membership and refund the money so far. Every time verbal assurances are given as to things are being processed and refund being made soon. What step i should now take to get my money refunded

            I wish to bring into your kind knowledge that i am a 16 year old red studio member as i took membership in 2003, when club mahindra was having only 5/6 resorts including associate resorts but service at the resorts was exceptional those days.
            I checked in at verca resort on 16th june 2019 and there was a small issue at the time of checking in. I left a massage with the front desk manager for resort manager to speak to me whenever he gets
            Time. Again after 2 days i reminded the persons sitting at the reception to ask their resort manager to contact me as there was a small issue.
            But i am sorry to write that either the staff sitting on reception did not inform the resort manager or the resort manager did not take any interest in this matter. It is serious issue as it leads to deficiency of service at the reception.
            Further i wish to place on record here that when i visited verca beach resort in 2003 during those days resort manager use to meet members at his own to see the guests at resort. I still remember that the resort manager of that period ask me to tell him the deficiency (If any) at the resort.
            But nowadays things have changed and after sending a massage, no
            One bothers in that resort.
            Please look into the matter and i hope i will get a response from

              Club Mahindra's voucher no. JTBM8597OK, issued on 21st April 2019, could not be redeem despite of represent the matter to Mr. Gagan - Vadodara and even sent you number of e-mails.
              If you do not wish to provide facility, in that case why you are issuing vouchers??

              Being such a big brand image, they should honor their commitments and arrange to resolve such issues.

D-2836110, would like to state that i have taken the membership of your esteemed company by making payment of rs - 50620/- through credit card no.- [protected] as down payment on dated 07/09/2018 for membership period of 25 years and afterwards rs-25362/- has been deducted from my above stated credit card account for a period of 5 months till january 2019, it is worthwhile to note that afterwards due to my personal reason i have decided not to continue with the membership and when i called your executive for the same then the executive told me that my name and my member i. D was not matched with my actual email i. D and my phone number instead another phone no.- ([protected]) was shown, hence he could not help me out untill my member i. D and my actual i. D and phone no. Got matched, shocked to hear this i called mr.                   My self Abhinav Singh and my club mahindra holidays id is 2855072. I cancelled my membership on DATE : 9-FEB-2019 ( WITH IN 10 DAYS).

                  I cancelled my membership because at the time of buying it, the agent had not provided me complete information about the policies and terms, conditions which mislead me and my decision to opt the membership.

                  Now, after reading all the policies, I was completely unwilling to take the membership at that point of time i.e. 9th Feb 2019 12:31 A.M.

                  I disagreed for Membership Details in 2855072UserFilledDetails.

                  So, i cancelled my membership effective immediately, and asked for the refund of Rs 39840.00 into my account. But I haven't received my amount yet.

                  Also they promised me to refund my money by 10th june 2019 in written, screenshot is attached.

                  Please help me.

                    I have requested for the cancellation of my membership from the club mahindra on 28th june'19. The reason for this is misleading sale representations from your sales staff and intent of cheating the customers.

                    As, i was getting continuous calls from your local (Vadodara) club mahindra’s staff regarding the free holiday voucher since i have purchased my new maruti dzire car. On 23rd june 2019 i decided to attend the so called “seminar” which actually was a one to one – face to face interaction with your sales executive (Prannoy majumdar) – this was the first misleading information shared from your side.
                    After a one and half hour discussion (Which was supposed to be of 30 mins only to come and collect the free holiday voucher) your sale person forced us to become member through their misleading marketing representations. Giving free holiday voucher was nothing but a trap – which i could realize now. They didn’t allow us to have enough time to think over and decide and continuously pushed us to take a decision on the spot only.

                    Since i was not convinced, they tried to convince me by offering 7n/8d rci also
                    I made the payment of rs. 66, 767 through my credit card for a down payment of rs. 32, 840 and 3 emis of 33, 927 (11, 309 x 3) for white season.
                    The problem started when after a day i requested mr. Prannoy to book my holidays as i had already paid the down payment and three emis. He showed his inability to book the stay and then utilized my free voucher to book it – that too in hu (Hotel unit) which was never described in the whole plan. And i was told to pay rs 2, 000/- to hotel at the time of check in. Why should i pay more when i have already paid 67kinr.
                    Since my trust level was completely gone by this time, i thought of collecting more information regarding the cost of food & taxes and other chargeable things, i was shocked to know that the cost of buffet was too high than what they had informed us. Again – fraud marketing.
                    They had informed us that their resort are exclusively for the members only, but it is easily available on the sites / apps like make my trip and others, at a very cheap rates (Including complimentary meals) just looting the members with too much costly food at resorts.

                    I have not trust on the company who does its business in such an unethical way. Hence, i want to withdraw my membership immediately and want my entire money to be refunded back to me without any delay. Failing to which, i shall be forced to initiate legal actions against club mahindra and its management team.

                    Looking forward to get your reply.

                      I own cm holiday membership, membership id is 255334.
                      Based on my experience, getting holidays confirmed in cm resorts are not easy, therefore the i have so much holidays unused. Therefore, i started delay paying annual maintenance fees. Since beginning of this got many calls demanding the payment of fees in which cm promised prompt confirmation of holidays whenever i reserve. Now, after payment, i was looking for a holidays in varca during august, when contacted cm, they said to do online when the booking open in may. When booking opened in 01 may, the required dates in august is found as waiting list. I don’t know how this happens that rooms for members are on wait list, on the day reservation opened. Cm contacted, they promised to have the rooms confirmed by mid of june and i have made travel plans from dubai where i reside. Until now cm has not given the formal confirmation, and not responding and leaving me into a bad situation with my travel plan. I have requested several times to cm, in case if they can’t provide resort rooms for members, even 100 days in advance, to end my membership and to return my membership and annual maintenance fees paid with present values and the compensation for the loss of expenses of the travel plan and inconvenience costs

                      Club Mahindra might be thinking they are smart to collect the membership fees and maintenance fees in advance from members and ignore members when the holidays are required.

                      My booking was for mid August 2019, which I have start chasing the Club Mahindra since 01 May 2019, when the booking for August is opened. When the booking is opened for members on 01May 2019, booking website shows wait list, that is 105 days prior to when the room to be booked, since I am wasting my time chasing club Mahindra.

                      Now I am at a point that I do not wish to continue the membership just as an useless ornament, and would request club Mahindra to reimburse my membership fees and maintenance fees with reasonable profit at the earliest

                        My name is nileshkumar mehta and i am one of those frustrated club mahindra members. I have also been cheated like many bothers and have decided to take some action against them. But for that, i was thinking that if we all do it together then we can bring them to their knees. We have paid huge amounts of money to get these memberships and these people behave as if they have done us a favor.
                        I am in the process of collecting as many names as possible of club mahindra members who are frustrated so we can jointly file a case to get our money back along with interest and penalty. We can also go to the press.
                        I contact numbers of times at club mahindra channani and ahmedabad office for progress of my membership cancellation. They treat me like football. I submit my membership cancellation application with attached all required documents on 13th march 2019 but till now no result.

                          Club mahindra executive had done the fraud with me, they sell the membership with fake words and now he is not responding my calls.

                          And i had already paid 75000/- rs to the company and they had given me the complimentary nights to travel but now they are making fool of me and now the condition is if i want to use the complimentary nights i had to pay them 75000/- rs more.
                          Complete fraud company
                          Zero services
                          Promised a gold voucher which is not been isued yet
                          Promised a resort food voucher not issued yet.

                          I don’t want their membership after being a fool by them
                          Need 100% of my money refunded
                          Else will file a case against the company and the employee too

                            The voucher is having voucher no. But i couldn't register for it because the window is unavailable for any further registration.
                            The pop up window is opening by using voucher no. But it is asking for redemption no. And redemption no. Is not available until you register.
                            When i tried calling them, the paid call was on hold for half an hour.
                            If you have any suggestions, please let me know.

                              Hi,

                              I requested for cancellation and refund of my membership amount (Membership id 2874242 with club mahindra.

                              As per terms and condition i applied within 10 days only.

                              Refrence no from mahindra is 1378512.

                              After several reminder they are not listening to my request.
                              Such a pathetic service is not expected from a brand like mahindra.

                              Please help for quick solution of this.

                                Hi. This is lipika chaudhary and i took club mahindra membership in dec 22, 2018. My membership id is 2849675.
                                The gentleman who happens to be mycustomer relationship manager from club mahindra is mr ashu chaudhry (+[protected]. I cancelled my membership on jan 02, 2019 that i took on dec 22, 2018. This cancellation was due to personal reasons only. I requested them to return the money deducted from my account to club mahindra's..in amount of rs 38340.00. I was assured by them that i can expect the refund in 90 working days. It has been way more than the 90 working days and they are not returning my money and neither they are responding over the calls. They do not have any complaint number for registering this. And have not called me as yet. I have been calling them but no reason has been shared. No one calls back as well. My phone number is [protected]

                                  I was sold club mahindra membership with terms
                                  1. I will get 7 nights rci free anywhere in the world where rci exists
                                  2. I will get 5 nights complimentry
                                  All this will be available to me after paying 74000 rs. So i paid them.
                                  Now i asked for 7 rci nights of dubai but rci people say it is not in the list, instead they are giving me for us and europe only, which i can not afford to go.
                                  So i asked to mr. Arvind (My agenet), he promised me to get converted this 7 rci nights in 3 club mahindra nights which is fraud. I had no recourse so i agreed with broken and cheated heart. He asked me for a period of 7 days to get it converted into mahindra nights, still no progress. And he also is not picking my phone.
                                  I had also written initially to cancel my membership and also had sent a mail but they are not calling back or refunding my money.
                                  Pl. Refund my money or i will have to go police station for 420.

                                    Dear ms/mr.

                                    I would like to request for the cancellation of my membership from the club mahindra. I am forced to cancel the membership due to inconvenience i am suffering.

                                    As i received a call from chandigarh club mahindra on 26th of april 2019 asking me and my wife to come sagar ratna restaurant on delhi chandigarh highway situated at karnal to collect 2 nights 3 days gift voucher as my name is shortlisted in a lucky draw after that without knowing the actual story behind this on same day at evening me and my wife with kids were going to collect the gift voucher at restaurant.

                                    We met your company representative ms. Shefali thakur (Mob no - [protected] & [protected]) and her senior mr. Bhanu thakur (Mob no - [protected]) they attend us & show some plans we both did not noticed much and said no in answer that we do not need this right now anyhow they were very convincing and so we took the plunge and agree to purchase the club mahindra white membership they took rs 39840 in advance through hdfc debit card but after taking payment of rs 39840 they tell you will get your 1st holiday when you give rest of installment (Rs 11309 x 3 = rs 33927) for 1st year before september 2019 anyhow i gave rest of 3 installments of rs 11309 x 3 = rs 33927 on same day through hdfc debit card to avail the holiday on time and they promised me a cash back of 4500 & 3500 of food vouchers.

                                    As ms shefali aslo convinced me when u get the welcome call from club mahindra chennai u say yes only and any doubt will be clear later on.

                                    The problem started once we decide to plan our very first vacation with the club but it was quite disappointing because where we want to go that was not available for us. The promises we were made by your team was vanished. What is the use of having membership when we can not be availed for the place and duration we want.
                                    After being in service family we have to see our official work schedule as well as our family requirements and that was cleared to your team also and they told us that you will not face problem. The word your team as well as your membership offers is useless as the relationship manager was not even able to avail us the voucher, so how we can think about future with your club.
                                    I was so excite for my family that they will be happy with your club, that i have paid all the three installments on the same day of making the down payment as i was told i can take benefit and spend holidays only after paying all three installment so i did it the same day but at the time of booking all the true colors of the team as well as the club was revealed.
                                    As i was promised buffet to be cheap for my whole family where i came to know from my relatives later on that you have soo much expensive food system also and the range of buffet carries for individual only.
                                    After taking membership i asked your team several times about the cancellation procedure they told we do not have any procedure, after getting fed up from all this thing i would request a cancellation of membership along with refund of my money as i have not used even a single day with your club.
                                    This is the time i am requesting and the next time i will take a legal action against your club.
                                    I am expecting a quick reply & action from your team, as i would like to see how much active your team is with your customers.

                                      Dear sir/madam,

                                      This is with reference to the above mentioned subject. I had made a down payment of ₹ 39, 840 on 22-feb-2019, for your white season membership. Your executive Mr. Bilal Sheikh had come over to my place to explain the membership.

                                      However it has come to my attention from various of your members that they are not happy with the services provided by you, and that the 5 star amenities you claim is not true and many more such things. Also various information has been withheld from me, example (RCI membership terms) and have been miss guided by your executive into taking this membership.
                                      (Mr. Bilal sheikh) this name is all over the internet where he has used mal practices to attain members for the club on the pretext of free holidays and food vouchers, and so far as using members holidays, also after the down-payment was made, he stopped answering my calls all together.

                                      I have written two letters and courierd the same to their headoffice in Mumbai and Chennai for cancelation and refund but have not got any written confirmation regarding the same.

                                      And when I got through to Mr. Rajesh who promised to help asked me for time till the end of March'19 to finish his pending job as it was the financial year end.

                                      And in the following month in April'19 hoping that things will be resolved I called him, and the reason he gave me for no refund is that

                                      "since my membership was processed in 5 days I was not eligible for refund?...

                                      Your company has a 10 day policy to withdraw the membership, so you have give me those 10 days. You are going against your own policies for your own gain. This is nothing but fraud

                                      Whatever said and done it has been a mistake letting thugs into your home and being robbed rather on the pretext of enrolling into your program.

                                      I kindly request you to refund full the down payment of ₹39, 840 which was made to you, in return of cancelation of my membership.

                                      I have been following up by emails to the club Mahindra team, but they fail to give me any reason for not providing me a refund towards the services I have not received.

                                      I would urge all of you reading this, to not be misguided by sales executives who the company supports in using Malpractice to gain membership and God forbid i[censored] have made payments regarding membership, they will give you all sorts of reasons not to reply and refrain from returning you the money.

                                        I had sent my resort credit vouchers worth Rs. 6000 to Club Mahindra NSP office for renewal in the name of the club mahindra employee with whom I was in touch with. However, even after 1 month I haven't received the renewal vouchers and the guy is telling me that his colleague had received the courier and the vouchers were only worth Rs. 2000. Such level of irresponsible people. They have lost the other vouchers or are lying. I had kept a proof with myself and took pictures of all the vouchers I had sent for renewal as I know how big cheaters the club MH guys are. Now everyday he's telling me that it will be done today, tomorrow and asap. I have shown enough patience towards the club MH team but now this is heights of cheating.
