Today- 6 june 2019 i tried to book my holiday at Club mahindra Binsar Valley and denied because my new ASF bill in May has been raised and I already have ASF paid holidays left in my a/c, and even my membership is already fully paid, when i called Call centre they told now the rules has been changed, you have to clear all dues but its illegal as when i took membership the promise made to us was not like that it's a clear matter of cheating. I request the higher official of the company to look in to the matter and provide solution asap.

    I have requested for cancellation of membership id 2839152 on 20 may 2019 and refund of the money because of non-utilisation but it is still not done and the company has asked to send a written application stating that ' i dont want a refund against the cancellation'.

    There was no response for 9 days even after sending cancellation mail and the emi is still scheduled

      I want you to know that it’s been like half a year that i’m trying to connect with club mahindra so that i can cancel my membership (Because of some reasons) and get back my deposited money. But i’m not finding any solution or support from your side for the same.
      No one is coming to access me, no one is calling, and they have started ignoring me.
      I’ll be really thankful if you look into this matter.

        Hello,

        Today i wanted to book a holiday for lonavala. My asf invoice was raised in may. I understand my asf is due. But thats not illegal. You cannot hold my booking rights for the paid part of my membership and holiday inventory. The company policy is illegal and when i became member 12 years back i was not told that if your asf is due you will not be able to holiday on the paid part. This illogical way to suppress clients just bcoz now you have taken our money into your pocket is just not done. I just visited hathgad in may and was not restricted to get the booking. This new rule has come up in last month. Food has lost all the variety and tastes same at all resorts and now the membership department is also losing the right to serve your customer. Just bcoz you are growing does not mean you start dictating your illogical terms to the members.

          I have cancelled club mahindra membership on january 27, 2019 and i am expecting refund amount of rs 44350

          As per the mail given by club mahindra, i would be receivng refund amount within 90 working days
          As today's date is 01/06/2019, above mentioned 90 days is over but still i didn't get any refund amount

          I need a reply with immediate effect otherwise i may be forced to take the matter legally

            On 25 march, 2019 your co. Executives came to us and made us join your company by paying initially rs.52190.00 as joining fee plus rs. 6357.00 as one installment.

            Before joining, they told us so many good things that we can enjoy 14 holidays in a year and they will book 5 star resorts for us anywhere in world and air tickets, if booked through them, will be 25% cheaper from market rate.

            But after giving payment, nobody bothers to either call us or listens our phone call properly. Whenever we called them, their general reply was – sir we are busy right now and will call you later but that later never came. And when (In 3-4 days) they received our call, every time they were in hurry and never listens what the client wants to convey. And air tickets from where your executive told us to purchase are quite expensive than from the market price. We don't know whether they have their cut in the price of air tickets if purchased from them.

            Leave executive aside, even manager won't bother to listen our problem.

            After doing so many efforts which went in vain, on may 11, 2019, we have sent mail to you for surrendering / cancellation of our membership & for reimbursement of our amount which we have deposited to you so far (Rs. 58547.00) and got confirmatory mail from your side that our mail has been acknowledged and we will get concerned branch official will get back to us in 2-3 working days - interaction id[protected].

            Now around 20 days have passed and still nobody from your concerned dept. Has either called us or sent any mail so that we can come to know that our case has been pursued or not and when shall we get our money back.

            We are still trying our level best so that we can come in contact with some reliable person or person from your concerned department who can help us to get refund of our amount. For this we have dropped mails also to you at - "bliss. [protected]@mahindraholidays.com" and bliss. [protected]@mahindraholidays.com but haven’t got any suitable / satisfactory reply so far.

            Now we request you -

            Firstly – (As they have taken our consent that 2 installments of rs.6357.00 will be deducted from my credit card, and first installment has already been deducted), please ensure that second installment of rs. 6367.00 will not get deducted from our credit card.

            Secondly – please refund our total amount – (Rs. 58547.00) which we have paid to you so far, as early as possible.

            Hoping an positive and prompt action from your good side.

              A person claiming to be from club mahindra calls me from[protected], to ask another banks debit card details, for refunding and i refused to provide the debit card details (To an unknown person, and that too on phone, i think iam justified in being careful),, then goes to say that i posted a complaint on the consumer forum that the company is not responding to my cancellation request within the freelook period, and becoz i posted complaint, they refuse to give refund.., bluffs further saying that they cant refund on private bank cards.., before i asked him if there is any other way.., he just hung the phone on his end, dint even give me time to know if there is any other better way, and i called back number of times, no response.., no one from company told me that i cant complain, or that i wont get refund if i post a complaint and ask for justice.., is it there in the fine print?? If so, why dint anyone tell me about it before they could swipe my card? And why did they login my application in such a hurry? Even after i requested for stopping the application process itself?? And now telling all funny stories..?
              And the best joke is., they never communicate any matter by emails., why cant they convey the same by email to me?
              If atall if this number belongs to clubmahindra?? I requested you many times, to communicate to me by email, u never respond to my emails, except an occasional one!

              Club mahindra is not a trust worthy company, looking the way they operate.., entire function is like a string operation, just to trap the customers and leave them high and dry, there is no one who responds, on the phone lines, they dont do any front end communication through emails, some mysterious persons call us, and just cut off the phones before we can speak anything, their agents, tell all busy stories, out of station stories, to attend our requirement., they have no intentions to resolve any issue, no committment to attend to any problem, they have no intention of whatsoever to do service to the customer.., they come with big bag of lies and try to steal your personal sensitive, card and bank details.. Etc.,,

              Dear consumers.., please beware..!! This is my personal experience! Please save yourself!!

              I have sent all the documents for cancellation, within the stipulated time period, and also communicated the same by emails and phone also., now they started trying to threaten me, saying that becoz i complained, etc etc, give us your debit card detail., etc etc, we cant refund on private bank cards, etc etc.., that too not through email communication, all off channel few seconds, call drops, they dont even confirm their identities, when u cross question or ask any logical question, they cleverly hang up the phone call (The very few times, that they hardly attend) on you, no courtesies, no manners.., nothing for which a club memebrship can be taken!
              I think people, whoever reads this experience will use their discrimination.., whether or not to associate with club mahindra.., dear consumers, do not fall prey to this company!

              i want a proper email communication from the company, not some off handed mysterious phone calls, on which you hardly allow any discussion by the customer ! iam asking my refund for which a customer is entitled by the very clause that you printed on the application., your approach is not transparent, not genuine., the way you avoid, taking calls and non availability for any service request, and non response to any email, giving mysterious phone numbers, which are switched off any time we call., your agents always perpetually travelling out of stations, but when a customer is ready to pay, they land on their wings from out of station, immediately, or send some one else to collect money, you wont explain any procedural matters, u wont give any communucation channels that are genuine, all your agents are single point contacts, .., all this looks very suspicious and leads anyone to doubt your intentions.

              Do resolve my issue and please revert the payment that you received from me to the same card otherwise please issue me a credit note, at the earliest, anyone is bound to get rattled on their nerves, when there is no proper transparency., on the other end.! When there is no response and the agenta dont tell us the procedure, maintain some secrecy., which appears like some underhanded behaviour !! Leaving the customer no choice but to raise their voice on the consumer forum !! If there was an answer and timely positive or atleast an empathic response from the company !! Customer can wait, but they cant wait for the company to take its own time right ! They have a very limited 10 days free look period, before which they need confirmation from the company that the customers concern is being heard ! But there was no such sign from the companies end ! I had to call so many times, even to establish a minimum communication, and when expressed my withdrawl plans to the agent, he still tried to conceal the procedure, and i felt that my 10 days free look period is just being wasted, so that i can be locked inside the membership ! Which iam not conveinced looking at the first hand experience of the poor customer care !!

I dint expect this type of experience form you club mahindra, Iam posting all this on social media, becoz the company is refusing to listen to the customers phones, mails, and proper channel communication ! Which they are supposed to, as a matter of fact !

              Iam only asking for the full refund for which iam entitled according to the clause ! And iam asking for the company to give me proper communication through email, and give me a cancellation confirmation through the email ., i dont think iam asking too much from the company ! I want an empathic response from the company !!

                Sir, i got the information about club mahindra since few years. But as we knew about the yrly maintainance, we were away from it. Two marketing girls came, name akanksha anand and shreya, told us that they will give us 50000points so that there will be no problem of paying maintainance for five years. And also shown us dreams of more points and free, concession. Now they are not taking our phone calls or cooperating us in any way. We are been mentally harassed by the msgs of paying maintainance, even we did not go anywhere to club mahindra destination. We want to stop this and want our amount of rs 7, 24, 650/-back.

                  Received a call from 91-[protected], saying he is from club mahindra, he did not say his name, but asked me how much i paid, and through which bank credit card, i said the amount and the bank name, then he asked me to provide any government bank debit card details, i asked him! How can anyone provide the debit card details and why should i reveal my another bank debit card details for refund? The person quickly retaliated saying, becoz u complained, they wont refund on private bank cards, and so i cant get any refund, and quickly hung up the phone!
                  Now two questions, if that is a scammer, then the consumer forum is unsafe and so dear fellow consumers, be careful
                  And if that is club mahindra, then people please open your eyes and then have your own conclusions., and look before you leap
                  This consumer forum and club mahindra must investigate and find out if the number is from a scammer or from club mahindra.. Becoz apart from risk to consumers, even club mahindras reputation is also at risk

                  Wrote a mail to club mahindra about the same ! Got a reply that the call is not from club mahindra, and that their agents are not authorised to ask any bank details on phone., however when i checked the above number on true caller ! And the number belongs to “ resolution team “ ( as i found on true caller ) however onus is on the part of both the consumer forum and club mahindra to further investigate on this number and who are calling on behalf of club mahindra from this number and take adequate measures and also request consumer forum also to look deep in to the matter and take proper security measures for the sensitive personal information on this forum !
                  You are correct, this moron emailed me and asked to call back on above number saying he can help and then i searched his number on google and here i am on your review.

                  How sad and ridiculous to see such inhuman acts. Be Careful guys.

                    Dear sir,
                    Myself is birenkumar b. Patel and am residing at ahmedabad - gujarat. This is regarding membership of club mahindra. I had the worst ever experience with your organization and/or officials. Details are as below:
                    On 31st march, 2019, sunday i had a call regarding session for club mahindra membership at hotel ramada, ahmedabad along with my wife. We were welcomed with tea and biscuits and been gone through your resorts presentation on paper and brochure.
                    Mr. Aniruddh singh (Contact no.: [protected]) one of your channel partners has explained your scheme and shown big big dreams during the session. According to his explanation, i decided to become member and paid rs.28500/- through debit card. While becoming member he has assured that if i want to change my decision and withdraw my membership, i can do the same within 10 days as per the agreement letter.
                    After reaching home and discussion with family and other existing club mahindra members, i decided to withdraw my membership and informed to mr. Aniruddh singh about the same. After 3 reminder calls he had sent one of his representatives named mr. Pintesh rana (Contact no.: [protected]) at my home, where he (Mr. Pintesh rana) has filled cancellation form and took 02 no. Of cheques each amount of rs. 5638/- drawn in favour of “mahindra holidays & resort india ltd.” against emi for the membership asking that those cheques are for formalities only and i (Biren patel) can do stop payment for the same. This was done on @ 07th april, 2019. After some days i received membership kit (With card and member ship no: xxxxxxx).
                    Now situation is that, it is going to complete 2nd month and still i have not received refund of my amount of rs.28500/-. So i called mr. Aniruddh singh on 11th may, 2019 asking the status of refund of my money. He replied that he would check and inform. But till today he has not approached me and not even picking up my phone. Neither mr. Aniruddh singh nor mr. Pintesh rana pick up my phone and reply.
                    So i decided to contact club mahindra customer care and informed the whole situation to the representative available there on date: 13th may, 2019. During discussion with your representative i came to know that even after more than one month still my membership cancellation request has not been registered by mr. Aniruddh singh as per his committment. I asked for the complaint no./request no. For the same. But the representative denied to give or to register. But after finishing the telephonic discussion, that representative had done forward call to me and given the complaint /request no.:[protected]. He had assured me to do needful about the same and inform me. But still there is no any communication from your side.
                    Further on 28th & 29th may, 2019 consecutively i called customer care number asking the status of my complaint/request no.: 01366544. Both the times i was given commitment that they would arrange a call from channel partners either from mr. Aniruddh shingh or from mr. Rajat nayak. But no one had called me and informed me the status. Today on 30th may, 2019 also i had a discussion with customer care and as per him today there was no any request for revert call. This is just disgusting. It is totally wrong statement. You can even check my call recording.
                    I had never assumed about the worst services of club mahindra. Is this your service? Is this your commitment? If you people are doing such kind of fraud, how the public/customer will trust you and invest in your property. I had a plan to suggest my office staff to take membership, but now i realized that i had done a big mistake.
                    This is my sincere request you to do needful and refund my amount of rs.28500/- asap and don’t force me to publish this case in leading local news papers, national news papers, whatsapp, facebook, youtube or cnbc awaaz or can even take help of consumer forum of india.

                      Just by contacting, are you just showing off?? What is the use when you dont respond to my emails and posted hard copies of all the necessary documents to the concerned offices, inspite of that, till date there is no solid confirmation by the company that they are solving my concern, i have sent all the documents and emails, well within the stipulated free look period and also having all the proofs with me that i have informed, by phone, by email and aswell as through post in witten to the company that too well within the freelook period, and inspite of that, the company shows no signs of addressing the issue and refunding my payment., what should one conclude from this??. Dear fellow customers, please do not get fooled or mislead by this club mahindra scam, they are the least responsible team i have ever come across, they do not care for their customers, neither do they solve any concern or do justice to the customers, from my side, i have come to a proper inference as on today, after giving 6 solid days for the company to resolve the issue or atleast respond positively to solve and refund my money, i have clearly decided that from my side i will make sure that i will prevent any one i come across me from joining this club mahindra scam.! This is a promise from my side to the company that they will be loosing a big size business from potential elite group!! Its their loss forever! And i wont stop here if they do not address my concern soon and return my money!! This is my promise! Anyone else, who have suffered similarly can join your voice, lets take the necessary steps! So that club mahindra will not cheat any one like this in future.,
                      Pls write to me on [protected]@yahoo.com, stating your problem and reason and lets form a group against club mahindra, we should not allow them to cheat and loot people of their hard earned money like this, they have no right to do this injustice! From my side, i have already filed against them in consumer commission, iam only waiting for the company to show atleast some positive response and giving me full refund, as i have communicated through proper channel and also through written, telephonic, and email communication, well within the freelook period!                       received a call from 91-[protected], saying he is from club mahindra, he did not say his name, but asked me how much i paid, and through which bank credit card, i said the amount and the bank name, then he asked me to provide any government bank debit card details, i asked him ! how can anyone provide the debit card details and why should i reveal my bank debit card details for refund ? the person quickly retaliated saying, becoz u complained, they wont refund on private bank cards, and so i cant get any refund, and quickly hung up the phone!
                      now two questions, if that is a scammer, then the consumer forum is unsafe and so dear fellow consumers, be careful
                      and if that is club mahindra, then people please open your eyes and then have your own conclusions., and look before you leap
                      this consumer forum and club mahindra must investigate and find out if the number is from a scammer or from club mahindra..becoz apart from risk to consumers, even club mahindras reputation is also at risk

                        I would like to make bookings but by company site it is bookings has already been done in the name of sunny sial katni.

                        When vouchers are issued by our name, how can someone else make a booking??

                          With ref. to the subject id, mail was given for cancellation on 27.12.18 . Club mahindra processed my request on 08.01.19 and it was informed that with in 90 days i will get the refund. After 90 days Menezes Kevin gave me mail that i will get my refund with in 21 days.
                          In the signed document it was mentioned as with in 30 days i will get my full refund.
                          Club mahindra should refund my amount with the interest charge.
                          Please Expedite the case .

                            I, sourabh suran, made the downpayment of inr 39, 840 towards 25 years white studio membership with club mahindra in bangalore on 12th may. Due to certain bad reviews from friends and family we decided not to go ahead with the membership and put in a request to cancel the membership on 17th may (Which is within the 10 day period which mahindra holidays t&c documents mentions). We are yet to receive any kind of information from the mahindra customer experience team nor the cancellation team. From the member experience team, they are mentioning it can take upto 90 working days for the refund to be given back and are saying it is upto the branch team to give an update.

                            As per clause 8.1 in the t&c of mahindra holidays membership, it mentions maximum of 30 working days. Please help us getting a resolution as soon as possible.

                            We had sent multiple e-mails to the [protected]@mahindraholidays.com
                            [protected]@clubmahindra.com all cc-ing the executives who sold the membership to us, all to no avail.

                              मैंने क्लब महिंद्रा की मेंबरशिप ली थी उस वक्त मुझे पूरी जानकारी नहीं दी गई सिर्फ मुझे लुभावने सपने दिखाएंगे और इनकी मीठी मीठी बातें सुनकर मैंने मेंबरशिप प्लान ले लिया प्लान लेने के लगभग 5 से 6 महीने मैं काफी व्यस्त रहा कोई होलीडे प्लान नहीं कर पाया जब मैंने कोई प्लान करना चाहता तो मुझे पता चला की मैं इस पैकेज अपनी मर्जी की तारीख पर कहीं घूमने नहीं जा सकता तो भला फिर मेरे यह पैकेज किस काम का

                              मैंने लगभग 244000 दे चुका हूं और इतना पैसा देने के बाद हर साल 15300 के लगभग सर्विस चार्ज और देना है जबकि मैंने अभी तक एक ही टूर नहीं कर पाया
                              मैं कंपनी से रिक्वेस्ट भी की मेंबरशिप कैंसिलेशन के बारे में परंतु उन्होंने मुझे घुमा फिरा कर मना कर दिया

                              महोदय आपसे निवेदन है कि मैं इस प्लान से बिल्कुल भी संतुष्ट नहीं अतः कंपनी भले ही 10 य 20 परसेंट जो भी काटना चाहे काटकर बाकी की रकम मुझे लौटा दे

                                  I took the club mahindra membership in sep 2018.in nov 2018, i requested a holiday booking for dec but denied citing non availability. After many telephonic conversations, i finally made a written complaint to club mahindra on dated 22nd dec 2018 as below :

                                  My membership id is 2832914.

                                  I bought the membership in september 2018 & paid four emis till date of 10, 669.00 each totalling rs. 42, 676.00 apart from down payment of rs. 35, 00000 approx. I was promised 7 days of complimentary stay at any of the cm property in the first year. When i tried to book through app it was not accepting as the offer was not showing there. I called up mr. Anup tiwari who proposed the membership to me & requested to book jaipur & udaipur property for dated 22-26th dec. This request was made more than month ago. He said we have ample time & will confirm you 20 days before the date of check in. No call or confirmation till 9th dec. When i sent him a reminder message, he wrote back - will check & confirm tomorrow. Two days passed. I called him up again to enquire the status & he said the availability is not showing & expressed his helplessness. I told him this should have been communicated to me earlier so that i had time to book elsewhere. He said, give me one more chance & i will try to get a gift booking. I again waited for two days. Again, no response. After two three days when i called him again, he responded that i will confirm latest by 16th evening. Again as usual no call or confirmation message for next two days. I called him up again on 18th, he did not picked up neither responded. I again called him up on 21st, no response. I called up his deputy sahil & explained everything. Sahil came & met me in the evening itself & confirmed that there is no possibility o[censored]daipur now & offered me to choose another date & venue for my holidays. Two days before our actual planned holiday & just imagine he was asking me to choose my holidays as per his property availability & dates. Our family was quite excited for our first holiday plan with club mahindra property & look at the experience what we got.

                                  Simply disgusting!!!

                                  I am quite disappointed with all this & your guys has surely screwed our holidays. We have been a regular holidayer for past 20 years (Domestic & international both) & this time it left a bad taste in the mouth. Certainly not expected from mahindra brand name.

                                  I therefor request you to return all my paid money immediately & stop charging further on my credit card for further emis. I am not at all interested in continuing the relationship any more.

                                  After this mail several mails sent but bore no result (Mail sent on 9th jan 2019, 13 jan, 15 feb, 16 feb, 19 feb, 26 feb, 27 feb, 7 march & numerous whatsapp exchanges & phone calls.

                                  Even after my dec 22nd mail, still the card was charged for jan 19 emi.

                                  Thrice i was refused the accommodation in a span of four months & now i am fed up of this. It seems your team was just trying to delay the process so that they have ground for the refusal for cancellation. It reflect poorly on a company like mahindra where most of the business is through word of mouth. Even my repeated request for escalation matrix was also not addressed. I have the proof of all these.

                                  I view of all these, i request you to return all my paid money immediately.

                                    Hi i have sent mails within 3 hours and again within 1 day to clubmahindra, on customer care after nearly trying for 10 times, a voice answered and she had cut off my phone as soon as i started speaking, and again i called, but there was phone picked up, as asoon as i said hello the other side was cut off deliberately
                                    Now i feel cheated and looted,. I am convinced that my decision to withdraw my application is 200 % justified.., this is the worst customer care, forget the headach for next 25 years..,! And the agent who enrolled me, promising all #, is refusing to provide me proper contact and mailing details alos, he took my credit card photo against my willingness and now refusing to even give me proper details for cancelling my application

                                    Now if they keep on wailing away the time.., when will the customer gets justice??

                                    I have sent mail and sent hard copies of the request for cancellation of membership id 2870934 and issue full refund UNDER THE CLAUSE PART C, 8.1., OF THE AGREEMENT and sent hard copies of the same to their respective, local branch(visakhapatnam), regional (hyderabad) zonal office (chennai) and also to corporate office ( mumbai) too..! I have not received any communication from the company regarding my concern, the only message i got is that my payment has been realized today ie 25th may 2019 and apart from that, not one mention of the mail concerning my request for cancellation of my member id 2870934

At visakhapatnam., and the sales agent, dint even give me the transaction slip for my down payment. Of rs 39, 840/-., and my membership id hasnt been generated yet, due to some reasons iam not convinced in becoming a member any more., so i wanted to withdraw membership application the same day since the sales agent has switched off his mobile after 9 pm.., i couldnt reach him), so, and at around 11 pm i communicated my request to the company, on (1) [protected]@clubmahindra.com (2) [protected]@clubmahindra.com (3) [protected]@mahindraholidays.com.., however iam not sure of how and where to complain, to which office address?., can u help me in what address do i need to communicate and the process for refund i need to follow? I understand that there is a freelook period of 10 days from the date of downpayment, for full refund.., please help me in this regard about the procedure and the communication address for the same

                                      just by contacting, are you just showing off ?? what is the use when you dont respond to my emails and posted hard copies of all the necessary documents to the concerned offices, inspite of that, till date there is no solid confirmation by the company that they are solving my concern, i have sent all the documents and emails, well within the stipulated free look period and also having all the proofs with me that i have informed, by phone, by email and aswell as through post in witten to the company that too well within the freelook period, and inspite of that, the company shows no signs of addressing the issue and refunding my payment., what should one conclude from this ??. dear fellow customers, please do not get fooled or mislead by this club mahindra scam, they are the least responsible team i have ever come across, they do not care for their customers, neither do they solve any concern or do justice to the customers, from my side, i have come to a proper inference as on today, after giving 6 solid days for the company to resolve the issue or atleast respond positively to solve and refund my money, i have clearly decided that from my side i will make sure that i will prevent any one i come across me from joining this club mahindra scam.! this is a promise from my side to the company that they will be loosing a big size business from potential elite group!! its their loss forever ! and i wont stop here if they do not address my concern soon and return my money ! ! this is my promise ! anyone else, who have suffered similarly can join your voice, lets take the necessary steps ! so that club mahindra will not cheat any one like this in future.,

                                      this is the current update..,
                                      now my request to the consumer forum is if possible, can you please verify the above phone number and confirm if it is a spammer or truly club mahindra ?? if it is a spammer, then there is no protection to any personal data, posted on here..!!
                                      so dear consumers, please take care.., if it is club mahindra.., nothing can be as rude an experience !! with club mahindra, to buy the suffering is the least welcome experience !!

                                        no body picks up the phone on the customer care, inspite of number of calls..! and even the calls are cut off deliberately, the agents dont give us any proper details to whom to contact or communicate., the agent says he is the only point of contact, after a long to and fro arguement, he gave me emails of the company, from which there is no proper response too.., they say details are not complete, i forwarded my mail with all the member copy and payment slip images, now they will take hell of the time and wail away the 10 days period of the customer.., this is a deliberate fraud if not what else ?? the customer care is the dirtest of all, and if it is ;like this just in the beginning ? imagine 25 years of helll.. iam not prepared for that, and now i believe the bad feed back that such a reputed organization have managed to achieve.., really shame, iam sorry for the brand, these intermedieries are tarnishing the brand name mahindra, i hope the organization will open their eyes soon before it rots its name and fame, if that happens, thats just the self destruction .

I must have sent nearly 6-7 emails with in a day and tried on your customer care number ?! I[censored] dont attend on the email addresses and customer care numbers that you provide / provided by your agents on your own website, then what meaning does it convey !? You just provide 10 days free look period and within that 10 days, you do not want to attend or respond to any communication of whatsoever of the customer, instead of loosing business by such off handed behaviour ! Why Not you be transparent and develop your business ?? Isnt it Sad ?!!
