I joined club mahindra and paid an advance of 25000 inr, but did not use their facility till now and asked them to cancel my membership. When i asked them about the refund of money, no money was refunded and till now i am receiving mails asking to pay their annual subscription fees.

This is to inform you that i am really disappointed with experience of booking the holidays at club mahindra. It is total harassment if you want to book a holiday. Even if you paid the entire lump some huge amount and have your paid days in your account.

You are always on mercy of the company to book the holidays. You changes the policy sop without informing the member and getting the consent...
