Sub: cancellation of club mahindra membership and refund thereof reg.-
Ref: name of applicant: sachin mundada (Payment made on 23.02.19)
This is with reference to application made for proposed membership and subsequent cancellation of same.
I was willing to take membership and swap my card for rs.5000/ on machine brought by your representative. But after various reviews and feedback from close relatives and friends, i have decided to cancel my membership and communicated to your representative about the same.
Following are some brief facts, sequence of events in relation to my experience with your esteemed company: -
· when your person wanted to sell the proposed plan he was chasing me like anything and making 10-15 calls in day for meeting and convincing me about buying of plan
· he informed that after cancallation within 10 days refund amount will be credited.
· now, when i informed him that i do not want to continue with the plans, he made all the efforts possible to convince me and insisted me to continue with plan and explain me various benefits associated with the plan. Once, he realised that i am not interested, he changed drastically and his earlier sober /polite behaviour changed completely. Now, he was not picking up phone and not bother to respond to my mails also. Only when i threatened him that i will lodge compliant, then he responded and told that due to his personal reason he was not able to respond.
Now, i am chasing him for my refund but they are telling that atleaast 20 days will be required when more than 45 days has already over
I have never expected this type of rude/shocking behavior from mahindra. Till date i have very high regards for your brand but after seeing your services i think i have done good job by not continuing with your plan.
Following are my concerns with your people/plans:
Your representative are not telling customer all the conditions and mis-selling the plans to customer very aggressively
Your loosing trust among customer due to no response or very poor response from your executive once the cancellation has been done by customer
· no definite plan/deadline about refund of amount after cancellation
