I was asked to cancel my 2 rooms/3nights booking (As i wanted to modify my booking to only 1 room for 3 nights). I was told that fee of rs 24000 will be refunded and new booking of 1 room, i need to pay rs 12000 which i did. This cancelation was done on 11th march 19 (Booking ref # 386537. Later on with followup i was told that i will get refund in 20 working days. Despite several follow up mails and calls to call centre today even after 37 days, i have not got the refund. Every time they make a promise of a few more days but none of the promises have been kept.

Its shameful that a company belonging to a reputed business house is adopting such unethical business practices.

Please help me getting the refund.

    I have been invited for seminar and promised that i will get 2 nights 3 days vocuher, as i am hvaing very hectic and buay schedule i have confirmed at 3pm that yes i will be there at 3:30 - 3:35 and will be having short time.

    When i reached there at sarovar portico hotel, i have received call again and asked me that have i reached there! I said yes, he said give phone to executive. I gone inside and asked to talk, as he (Executive) was on call he didn't bother as i said that your collegue want to talk to you.. Call was on hold and i came back in lobby (Don't forget to mention that they make us wait in hotel lobby and not inside the hall where they allowed decent looking couple to sit inside ac hall who even came after us! I mean ehat the hell! I and my wife was in causual dress and that couple was nicely dressed you behave as per clothes and looks!) why the hell you invite us if you want to be harsh/ misbehave with us?

    We waited for 15 mins approx and they took other couple who came after us for presentation. And then we left. I called up mr. Rohit patel who was calling me and said about it.. But to my surprise who cares?? Even when i said him that i will complaint to director/ceo and anand mahindra, he was like do whatever you like. Rahul patel : [protected] / [protected]

      Sir/madam
      1. I applied for club mahindra membership on 31dec 18. I was given membership id 2850957 on 04 jan 19.
      2. I requested online for cancellation of my membership on 07 jan 19 & as per your policy in vogue requested for refund of initial payment made towards the membership charges.
      3. After making number of calls for enquiring about my cancellation request i finally got a email on 19 jan 19 (Sent by madam tannistha ganguly), mentioning that my request is ubder process & refund will be issued within 90 days.
      4. On 11 apr 19, again i received a email (Sent by mr jhonsan kalar), mentioning that refund will be intiated within 90 working days.
      5. This is a matter o[censored]tter disregard & irresponsible act of keeping the member in dark & updating the applicant with a new time period every time for the refund related issues.in this electronic era when neft transactions are completed in hours,
      Your office has yet not able to refund the amount by any means & despite giving new dates of refund.
      6. I am sure you will understand my concern & act at the earliest.

        I attend your marketing event in karnal.in that ms bhawna chadha from delhi your marketing representative explained the policy of mahindra holidays and resorts india ltd. She got signed some papers without letting me to read the terms and conditions. Then i read all the papers and come to know that ms bhawna chadha got signed papers for 25 years membership. I went back to your event spot at tanishq sale centre karnal and requested to return my bank cheques and down payment amount r s. 39840/- (Thirty nine thousand and eight hundred forty) and three cheques for rs. 11309/- (Rs. Eleven thousand three hundred nine) each. Ms bhawna chadha told us that i will be given in membership for 2 years only during which i shall be given 14 nights/16 days accommodation facility i. E.7 nights /8days with in india in club mahindra resorts in different cities and 7 nights 8 days residential facility in abroad. On such terms and conditions i agreed to take the membership for 2 years as told me by ms bhawna chadha and she told me that after 3 (Three) emi nothing shall be deducted from the a/c,
        Now i received a membership card showing the membership period from 01.01.2020 to 31.12.2044 means a membership period of 25 years. I did not receive any confirmation call from the company. Being a senior citizen i don’t need such a long membership.
        Stating all the facts, i feel cheated by your sales representative and don’t want to continue the membership of mahindra holidays & resorts india ltd. Moreover my banker, oriental bank of commerce, informed me that club mahindra have uploaded an ecs command in the bank account of my husband for deducting the emi for my membership fee. This is again a cheating done to me because i did not agree for such type of transactions from the account of my husband bank account. So i request you to cancel my membership and return me cheques (Three cheques having no. 077889, 077890 and 077892 for rs. 11309/- each) and return me the amount rs.39840/- paid as down payment. Also you are requested o cancel the ecs command upload by your company in the account of my husband.

          Hi, i am nitin jain from dubai uae staying in dubai since 2005. Recently, in nov 2017 i have opted for club mahindra membership and i was promised to provide free international vacation as part of package but when i planned to go on an international vacation club mahindra put me on rci which is their counterpart in foreign countries to check the property with them. I have been put hanging between rci and club mahindra. Moreover i was told that you will be getting free food voucher which i have not received till date. Now when i call club mahindra executive mr. Anand pagare who sold me the membership he doesnt bother to help... I asked them to cancel my membership and refund my money then they told me you didnt complete 60% of membership so you will not get any refund. Please help me to get my money back.

          I will wait for Club Mahindra executive calls, usually this is the problem with Club Mahindra they never call back...If payment is due then Club Mahindra people dont forget to call but if customer is in pain they dont bother...

          Still its not resolved and I got a call from Mahindra holidays office India and it was promised to have a concall between Sales Executive, Mahindra Holidays India & me but then again no one turned up even though time was scheduled and fix for conference call...I got call from local office as well and had conveyed message to call me back in an hour time but again they failed and never called back. I am sick of their services...Why Mahindra Holidays runs a service if they can not help their customer...To get you membership they followup every minutes but once you are member then no one in Mahindra Holidays bothers...

          Its about 3 weeks now and my complaint is still not resolved. Dubai Mahindra office even doesnt bother to call..I beg you to cancel my membership and return my money...as I started getting calls from RCI India regularly which is of no use as they can not help me in any case...what mahindra did is they put everything on RCI and they are sitting quietly...

          I urge everyone who is planning to take membership from Mahindra, please do not go for it..its a honey trap...
          I will wait for Club Mahindra executive calls, usually this is the problem with Club Mahindra they never call back...If payment is due then Club Mahindra people dont forget to call but if customer is in pain they dont bother...

            On saturday 13/04/19 i met mr puneet sharma, a executive at club mahindra holidays, at sky wok - park inn by radisson, at patparganj, ip extension, new delhi regarding possible memebership at club mahindra. I was not sure of joining and so as advised by the aforementioned representative deposited inr 10, 000 fro my debit card as token advance so as keep the offer for the day valid. I declined to take up the member ship on sunday at around 4pm and asked for my refund. Mr puneet said he will get back to me. However its been 24 hours and he has not done so. Moreover during this time i have called him four times without nay response.

            I am hopeful the matter will be sorted out soon and my money refunded soon.

            It's been two weeks since the incident happened. All I have recieved is a phone call from the representative of club Mahindra and false assurances that the matter will be resolved soon.

            I have furnished details to the representative as asked .
            I have lost all hope. These guys are real scumbags who just will fool you of your money. Really very unprofessional.

              I joined club mahindra and paid an advance of 25000 inr, but did not use their facility till now and asked them to cancel my membership. When i asked them about the refund of money, no money was refunded and till now i am receiving mails asking to pay their annual subscription fees.
              As i haven't used their facility or any of their vouchers, would request to refund the money in full with interest, as they are holding it from 2016, october.
              The persona who dealt with my membership was mr. Vishal dzouza, from their dubai office.

                I have been cheated, because when i was given membership i was told that i will get out of country holiday through rci.
                When i asked heena who had booked my membership to book for australia, she has stopped picking my phone.

                When i contacted rci, they said i will have to pay rs. 50, 000/- or something. Then what is the use of rci membership.
                I have also not been given complimentary holidays so far, one in india and one outside.
                Please refund my entire amount with interest.

                  My name is kirit rangani and my membership id is 2817821. I have joined club mahindra on may 28, 2018 and i was paying emi regularly and i have not taken any single holiday, but now a days my health is not good because of there are too much debt on me and now i cant afford to pay further emi, my doctor advised me to stop all unnecessary expenses and take rest and pay debt, so i contacted club mahindra team via regarding this but one replied, they are just telling "we are looking on your problem", i am getting same reply over and over, since last 20 days, no one contacted me. When i was paying regularly they all replied whenever we call but now a days no one care what i am suffering. Please cancel my membership and stop ecs and give my money back so i can use this fund to other debt resolution.

                    I was allotted this membership on 1st feb 2019, till then called many times but did not get any support for login. Today also checked and got message that log in id or mail id is incorrect.
                    Logged complaint through tweeter but no positive response.
                    I need to lodge complaint for harassing me by making false promises at the time of selling membership to me. Help me to get my refund 190000 plus compensation rs 5 lac for harassment.

                      I have applied for club mahindra membership on 24 march 2019, applied for cancellation on 31st march 2019 both through mail and application through hard copy, got aknowlegement that my case has been reffered but till today no one is responding to my calls and mail. Amount i had given was 30 percent of amount for white membership 25 years plan, started to feeling cheated by company, hope this compliant will get addressed.

                        We have not yet received any satisfactory response to the issue related to our membership plan. Executives of your office are not ready to provide any kind of assistance. Neither our refund is being processed nor any holiday services provided till date. Who will give rs.80000/- to somebody and just keep quite without receiving any services from your side. This kind of service is not appreciable at all. We want our refund at the earliest or a suitable resolution plan must be brought in from you people.

                        We were promised by your executive that first holiday will be provided free of cost and we have right to continue our membership or not based upon our first experience. But we have not been offered any holiday till date. Moreover attitude of your executives are ridiculous. Your executives provided false information at the time of taking membership. We want our refund immediately since no services provided by your co till date and money has been kept on hold for no reasons.

                          I have number of times requested for refund of my payment made towards membership of club mahindra on 12 december 2018. Within 3 days of my signing the application i have intimated the team club mahindra for the cancellation of my application and to refund the entire amount rs.39840/paid by me through registered post and email to chennai, mumbai, delhi and chandigarh office. But only response i got was our team is working hard to revert to you. Whenever i call or mail in this regard i just got the same response and i was just assured to finalize the matter within two day's but it is regretted to point out that after lapse of almost four months still same words are being repeated. I never thought that company like club mahindra can come to such low level activity. It is really pathetic. Still i am patiently waiting for the refund. And hoping for the speedy redressal otherwise i have only legal remedy left with me.

                            This is to bring to your notice, 2006 is since when i am a member and club mahindra staff is very curtious.

                            As of now i am staying at club mahindra verca beach room no 2109

                            Dryden joe rodrigues this is the most arrogant and misbehaved staff.. He has no decency, arragont, misbehaving, rude, uncultured,

                            When i told i will complain he gave me his card and said go do what you want

                            Krishna and a lot of other staff tried to convince him to apologise but he just turned his face and walked off

                            Amazing staff bonding, they really appolized on his behalf, but this person dryden joe rodrigues so attitude packed and arrogant just turned his face and walked off

                            Is this the kind of people who are employed at club mahindra property??

                            Is this the behaviour of you staff (Dryden joe rodrigues) correct??

                            I need to take this to it’s last level..!!

                            I need a reply on the mail at the earliest and action to be taken towards this staff. I am in goa till sunday morning.

                            Me krishna the duty manager is along with me and he is aware of everything what has happened

                            Mr krishna tried calling him, also a lot of people but he refused everyone call

                            I am forced to write this mail as this person dryden joe rodrigues told me do what i can.. This behaviour..!! God so arrogance have not seen in any human.. Club mahindra staff no way, can never except this from anyone

                            Dryden joe rodrigues has spoilt my holiday

                            If no action is taken against him immediately, i will have to share this mail with more senior members and social media pages

                            And i mean it

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              This is to inform you that i am really disappointed with experience of booking the holidays at club mahindra. It is total harassment if you want to book a holiday. Even if you paid the entire lump some huge amount and have your paid days in your account.

                              You are always on mercy of the company to book the holidays. You changes the policy sop without informing the member and getting the consent with the member.

                              Please share with me the copy of contract which i signed where it is mentioned that you cannot book your holidays when your paid days are available in your account.

                              I am unhappy with the way you are dealing & never recommend club mahindra to my friends and family.

                                Respected sir, madam
                                The club was a member of mahindra but the promises made against me were false and the people of the company had made a wrong promise. Because of this, i want to quit the membership and withdraw the deductions for the month of april with the effect of cutting off my account with immediate effect and please give back whatever money the company has given to you. Otherwise i will have to resort to legal proceedings thanks

                                  Hi, i recently enrolled for the membership of club mahindra holidays. But due to some unforeseen circumstances, i wanted to cancel the membership, as i was facing a serious financial crunch and couldn't afford it anymore. I tried reaching out to their contact e-mail id [protected]@mahnidraholidays.com, but i have received only one communication so far to update a few details. It has been more than 15 days now since that mail, i still haven't received any communication from them so far. The terms and conditions on the offer document states that the intimation to cancellation should be within "10 calendar days" for a full refund, i sent a request for cancellation on the 5th calendar day. All their autogenerated response have timelines in working days though. So i have been asked to make sure i respond in calendar days, however, the people at mahindra holidays would take more 10 working days to respond. How is that fair?

                                  Is there any way through which i can get them to respond to my request?

                                  This lack of response is really worrisome and only adds to our list of challenges.

                                    I had taken a club membership on 07th Oct 18 only after confirmation from agent that I can apply for cancellation within 10 days If I don't find relevant.
                                    I had cancelled my membership on 14th Oct 18 but till date could not find any positive response. Even they have created my member ID without my confirmation(ID No 2843446). and cancellation request was also created No. 079792 but I don't know who is responsible and how am I going to get my refund.

                                    I had called customer care and also dropped mail many times but every time I have been given assurance that it will be refunded but no one is giving any time line. This is very unprofessional approach of Mahindra group where there is no one to give any response to my concerns.

                                    Kindly resolve my issue.

                                      Dear team,
                                      My membership id is:2855072,
                                      In reference to cancellation of my membership with in 10 days after purchasing club mahindra membership, i have raised cancelation of this membership on 9th february 2019 (Within 10 days), but still there is not a valid respond come from club associates of jasola club mahindra branch.
                                      As now 2 month passes (Approx.) and club mahindra staff are still giving us a false commitments and not picking up phones, we have tried with many different different numbers.

                                      We are please to say that kindly look into this issue, as we are suffering to refund of my money back i. E around 40 k.

                                        I took club mahindra membership after seen all there beutifull promises. They ask to pay 50% of membership and i will get extra benefits. As well the offer is only available that day so they force to pay amount on same day. I trusted and mahindra brand i know. After paying amount they gives document and left. I read all documents then i get to know i have to pay 15000 per year as annual maintenance and that amount suppose to be increased by 15% per year. As well if i do not avail the stay then also i have to pay maintenance amount. If i am. Not use my stays then it will loss days if it goes beyond the 30 or 45 days. I imidiately ask for cancellation. He said please wait for 2-3 days i am out of city, he just try to pass 10 days period so i am not cancel my membership. But luckily i searched and i found, i cancelled my membership by sent mail as they communicate on call. I tooked membership on 26 december 2018 and i cancelled in 3 days. Then they took 17 days to cancel my membership. Then they comes with another rules i have to wait 90 working days, when you check it go's almost 6 month, because they not consider saturday and sunday as working day, but they can sale membership on saturday.                                         This is completely cheating, they never share 90days refund amount rules.
