We are having red studio membership of club Mahindra and regularly pay Annual ASF. We mostly uses one vacation in a year, but all time faces a cumbersome task of booking at club mahindra. If seems they are alloting rooms to direct customer at cost of club mahindra member. So we and many more in our circle to protest against Club Mahindra by way of Consumer Court.

    I am a member with club mahindra since last 20 years for very strong/valid reasons couldn't use my initial weeks... Had paid all amc charges timely and fully... Requested for recrediting my lapsed week's (Which in past had been recredited also) but this time with no convincing reason... Only a no no statement. Its unfair if a member with a genuine reason can't use his weeks lapsed even after paying timely and fully amc charges year after year... Undone should be such rules of club mahindra asap

        I had received a call from Club Mahindra Executive ( Priya) asking myself and wife to attend a 45 minutes season on Club Mahindra membership and properties. If we attend they will give us 3 days 2 nights complimentary stay for 2 adult and 2 kids. When we took our time to attend the season in Hilton Hotel in Guindy Chennai on 27.07.18. I also got a message that your voucher is confirmed but till date i have not received the same. Now i am trying to reach her and sending SM i had not recd the same. Please arrange for voucher .

          On 4th of july in which it was written that you will get your money refund in 15 to 20 working days but still i have not received as on date 17aug it's more than 40 days of the confirmation mail and its my final warning for you and i need my money back in 5 days at any cost so please take this one carefully or i will report an case on you.

            Dear sir, madam
            My name is amrita bhandari, member 2799883.
            It is maybe the 10th mail i have sent to the member relation email and mrs aishwarya s, if she dares take the time to answer to my email, always answer something i am not asking for. I have received a letter with a 30000 inr vouchers for paying my club fees all at a time and for enrolling people with you... Which i regret... I have received only 15000 inr and i want to receive the 15000 inr missing. I have even given a phone call on saturday at around 4-5pm and nitesh replied. Mrs aishwarya was supposed to call me on monday the 13th which she didn’t.
            I am though willing you to check all the emails i have sent, check the answer given too (A shame! For a company like ours) and my phone calls. Then please change my relation contact i do not want mrs aishwarya to represent me anymore and i want to receive the 15000/ inr missing.
            Do the necessary asap.

                This is regarding my voucher of club mahindra mvkq620dqa. We bought voucher with our xuv.

                We bought car in 15th january 2018, and voucher validity till july 20th 2018

                I have registered but i am not able to book any rooms since 3-4 months.

                I have tried using application, also 1 st & 2nd of every month starting but it could not happen. I also tried different booking timings as suggested by mahindra help centre. No one was successful.

                I have checked all resort in india, no continuous 3 days are available in any resort.

                Now my voucher will expire so kindly redeem money or extend my voucher or book on behalf of me.

                I request to reissue voucher or reimbursement.

                And kindly request to stop this fake offers.

                  We took membership of club mahindra on 31 march 2018 and submitted down payment of 28930 rupees. But next day we changed our mind and didn't want membership. So we called the executive abhishek ([protected]) to cancellation and refund. But he told to submit more EMI for cancellation process.
                  Today after 5 months we didn't get refund, the executive abhishek making us fool, I called him 5-6 times between these months but he didn't give proper solution.

                    I have applied for club mahindra membership on 17-dec-17 at employees club, panipat refinery township, panipat vide application no oct/2017/25yrs/190370. They offered 10% discount, add on 5nights/6days and additional vocher of 2nights/3days as a gifts and thus i have paid full membership amount of rs. 3, 61, 980.0 at the time of application vide atm card & cheque. I already paid annual subscription fee around rs. 14700/-

                    During the discussion on 17-dec-17, mr. Akshaya (Mob no. [protected] / [protected]), sales executive of club mahindra explained that as i am paying full membership amount at the time of joining, i shall get discount of 10% with other benefits and also the yearly maintenance charges shall be varied (Plus/minus approx.. Rs 200-300 per year) for next 25 years which is around rs.14, 700.00. Now they increase asf more than rs. 800/=
                    I try to avail my offer gifted coupen for 2nights/3days in march as well as may 2018. But online site showing non-availability, i told to club mahindra sale executive. He assured me that he will confirm it for me, but till now i have got no-bookings, even in mussoorie, naukuchital, corbett national park and finally jaipur. One coupen got expire after six month due to their poor services, and they offer me a second coupon which is now around to expire. I was assured a lot during these days but no booking confirmation till now.
                    Another add on 5nights/6days, which were given, still not added in my account even after many reminders to club mahindra sale executive as well as mailed to company. The offer is valid for one year only and more than 50% time has been passed.
                    I applied for cancel my membership due to highly headache from their services. After all i have paid money for services not to increase myself tension. A single booking create such a headache to me, how a person can stay with club mahindra for 25 years.in this situation i mentally disturbed, and would not like to continue my membership with such a fake assurance provider.
                    Now club mahindra said that 60% amount will be deducted, if you cancel membership. This is big harassment to me and my family. I am in depression as our money is not refunded in totality. Kindly arrange to process my total refund request including asf.

                    Club Mahindra is irresponsible towards members in all respect. Refund offered only Rs.63096/= against payment of Rs.361980 plus AMC amount Rs 15000/= approx.on dated 11 Oct 2018. This is not acceptable to me and i have to bound with them and bear their worst services.

                    The Team member will again be offered fake assurance which will never be fulfilled. How you have time for us? when we want to talk call on customer care number, it has only one option for call back for member, but for a Non-Member, customer care executive pick up call at once. it means that customer are not important to you. You are interested in new customers only. If you are not able to provide services for which you have handsome amount, then why you make people fool and empties their pocket. You are saying that your sales executive are not right person to contact, then why the came here???????

                    Refund offer only Rs.63096/=, on 11th OCT, 2018, which is not acceptable, and I have to forced now with situation to bear loss. Even after a numerous communication from my side, their response is negligible.

                    No effect for complaining in this forum. Club Mahindra services are still wrost.

                      Have never seen such an unprofessional organisation which runs on false commitments.

                      Initially i paid around rs. 37200 for enrolling the membership in club on date 31 december 2017.. Mahindra holidays. The sales person showed me all rosy picture about the holiday package and did not disclose the conditions that applies in this membership.

                      The condition which i did not like is the holiday
                      After a 10 days i quit the membership company mail me and told u will get ur money in one week but till now they did not give me the money... I am very frustrated with this... Please help me solve this issue

                          Your team invited me for a presentation and said that they will give a complimentary voucher which i can use in club mahindra resorts... On 5-8-18..4.30 pm.. I attended the presentation on taj gateway ernakulam.
                          Iam busy at that day and changed my plans and travelled 60 kilometers with my family only for that
                          But they give me fraud voucher. I checked with all availability... Even a single room is not available.. Then why are you cheating people like me by giving this type of voucher.. If you can't provide satisfactory.. Things please don't invite us and please don't spoil my time.
                          Iam very ashamed of this because i never expect this from a firm like yours.. Since i uses an xuv 500 of you family.. When i purchased my car i got a gift voucher.. And i enjoyed a good vacation... I felt very sad and

                            redeem of the free coupon not accessible since a long time

                            Having a free coupon but not get redeem due to non availability, what to do if its expiry date comes closure.. And coupon is not used.
                            In each resort or hotel booking available for single day. Each available booking is single day.. Like for today and the day after is available. Since message pop up is two countinou days can be availed. Please guide...

                            I had signed in to Club mahindra membership (white) on 29th July 2018 with a 10 percent down-payment of Rs.36, 830. My membership ID generated i received today is 2830267. I put a mail on August 1st for closure of the account and got a call 2nd for closure. I told them it needs to be done immediately and the executive took the request and said money would be refunded by 90 days. But the application which i signed said 30 days!! Ur executive started to argue this saying I'll send u the copy of application u signed and it has 90 days!! When i purchased the membership ur executives told about 10 days cooling period and return of deposit within 30 days of cancellation and confirmed on the application it said 30 days from the day of cancellation. From that date I've not received any call nor calls to your call centre are connecting. Im a little bit worried about my investment by way ur executive spoke to me. Though the executives who sold me are saying they will help close the issue ASAP im in a doubt.

                              We have applied for club mahindra membership and paid down payment of rs. 27675 during a promotional event at saffron kiran faridabad. Same day we informed sales executive, customer experience email and feedback id.
                              We have not used any of the promotional vouchers and would like to cancel my membership because of my financial priorities. Requested to cancel the membership and refund the amount in same credit card no.

                                My membership no 2799488 taken 30 jan 2018. At the time of first meeting cub mahindra person give false information that you take membership and get free 5 complement night and when take membership says first clear 3 emi then avail offer. After giving 3 emi 10229 he said u can book after nov 2018 and no slot vacant when you want to book aways making fool so not avail any holiday till date. False information about package. I have deposited 67997 rupees til date. Please cancelled my membership and give refund

                                  I am vimal kant goyal id - 2765241, mail - [protected]@gmail.com, registered mobile no. [protected].
                                  My feed back - last week i visited bangkok via the booking at your resort, mac boutique suites bangkok. My first outing since i booked a year back.
                                  The condition of this resort was so pathetic i cant describe, not even the 3 star facilities, even soap & other toiletries were not provided in the room.
                                  No mineral water bottle in the room (Only self filled, capped old rusted bottles)
                                  Cleanliness of the hotel was not up to mark.

                                    Club Mahindra member experience management employee Vidya Padaya give a such a non sense reason for refund, already 126 days (4 month) are completed and now she tell me your refund is release from our side according to RBI policy you get refund your amount on your credit card within 15 working days. Branch office, head office, customer care employee always fool to us and give unreachable answer.
