Since i have taken membership i never got confirm booking in my own holiday seasons at choice of my resorts,
the same has been reported to Club Mahindra many times, but they always give me assurance that it will not happen in future

This time again same problem of non-availability of room at Mansing Tower (Jaipur) happened so i tried to book room from travelling web site and i was surprise to see that the same Club Mahindra resort was available their, i reported the matter to club mahindra and requested them to confirm my booking so i can book my flight tickets but club Mahindra refused to do that.

so, finally i requested them to cancel my booking and stop my future EMI,
hearing this from me all of a sudden club mahindra approched me with confirmed booking on dates which i requested.

when i requested club mahindra to cancel my membership then how they got confirm booking which was not possible before.

at the time giving membership, club mahindra sales executive told that all their properties are 5-stars but after taking membership when i asked them the list of the same they refused and latter told me that their resorts are either Gold Crown/silver crown.

Club Mahindra is using unfair trade practice which includes advertising a product by misleading or false advertisement.

    Many times I have called at customer care no[protected] for cancellation of membership, every time it was assured to me that cancellation team will call me back but till date I haven’t received any phone calls regarding this.

    Please cancel my membership,
    reasons for cancellation- Cancel of membership due to false promisi have already mailed, but again u can go through the below details-

    To sell the product, sales executives have false/fraud promised to me, according to them my membership details are-
    Duration - 10 Years
    Room Type - Studio
    Season Card - Blue* (*But i can go on holiday anytime except "super-peak season" without any terms & conditions.)
    Membership Price - 1, 84, 500/- Rs
    Annual Subscription Fee - NIL (for whole 10 years)

    Following benefits seems to be fraud_
    01) There is no any strict rule of season cards; I can go anytime on the vacation without any extra charges or terms-condition.
    02) My Annual Subscription fee is exempted i.e I need not to pay any AFS charges. For AFS exemption my 8D/7N holidays tour is converted to 6D/5N in a year.
    03) All indoor/outdoor activities, SPA, Gym, Pools etc facilities can be availed at free of cost at any CMR.

        We have been club Mahindra members for about 12 yrs or so and upto a last couple of years we have been very happy with the service & amenities provided.

        But Since the past year we have been facing problem in lot of aspects

        Issue no.1 : Bookings available through agents to a non member but not available through the website to members.

        We don't get booking for the properties even if we book on day 1 in the first few hours. But at the same time when we book through agents the same property is available for the same dates.

        To elaborate on the issue there are many agents who give out bookings for the same property for rs 3000 to 5000 a night . We being members I believe should have the first right to bookings instead of guests of such agents . We have paid a huge amount as membership fees and also pay yearly ASF charges. But instead it's the non members who get the benifit out of the same by getting instant bookings for any property of course at charge but then whats the whole point of the membership fees we paid.

        On complaining the same to club Mahindra, the staff back answered saying collate and give us numbers of such agents. Is that our job really?

        Issue no.2 Services/Amenities of the club Mahindra holidays degrading

        Issues faced at Trip mahabaleshwar

        We recently booked mahabaleshwar club Mahindra to celebrate our anniversary in May where in we clearly asked for 2 studios since there were 4 adults which according to the so called policies wat not accepted by the bookings team

        We accepted the same even though unhappy about such a policy, if you travel are you always expected to travel as a 2 members only? Does club Mahindra propagate travelling only for a couple ? When usually in our country it's a usual practice to travel with friends and family!

        but when we reached there we only realised the room had several issues ..

        1) the bathroom was only attached to the bedroom, there were four adults members who had to stay in one BR room, then how can one logically be given a room which has a bathroom attached to the bedroom. This defys the common sense to be applied which assigning rooms.

        2) the living room dint have AC. Usually if the climate was good we would have not bothered, but in this heat how does it work out to.be comfortable, u cant expect every one to manage sitting in the bedroom. And how do u even manage sleeping at night without for the adults who's sleep outside?

        3) the living room dint have tv, instead the same was in the bedroom

        One would usually expect to sit in the living room and watch TV together , it's not comfortable sitting in the bedroom for 4 adults to watch tv.

        I really don't understand whether any thoughts go behind deciding on which room is alloted to which guest. At the same time i[censored] are expecting 4 guests to stay in together in a one BR then isn't ac required in the living room?

        Also on the second day we had been informed that we would get an extra room by 11.30 am which we instead received at 6 in the evening only after getting annoyed . Very shocked to see this kind of casual attitude we don't have any interest in getting things done after raising our voices . Vacations are meant to be pleasant and happy. But here it's more about managing things spoilt and given to us.

        On the third day we were informed we mite have to change our room again, to which we got really upset and had to raise our voice about it.. and so then somehow we dint receive a call to change the room. But every day managing and talking to the staff only spoils the mood of the trip.

        We wrote a mail from.the resort which the staff responded after 10 days saying ur feedback will be taken in to considereration. But no calls to discuss and to make up for the difficulty faced at the resort.

        Issues faced at club Mahindra mashobra

        This is by far the worst club Mahindra property we have visited. Infact this does not fall in the standards set by the club Mahindra holidays.

        I would list down the main issue now-
        Before I checked in I had called at least twice to confirm I get a good view room. I was given a room on the ground floor, yes it was valley view but from where all we could we could see was the cars parked and few trees. To top it all there were no windows very low ceilings and a typical odour which was very irritable to tolerate. Any ways since we had planned we to travel to Shimla for the day we asked the reception staff to change our room to a better view room.

        On returning back in the evening we were given one more room on a half floor above the floor already given before again a valley view but all we could again see was the cars parked and a few trees. We were so tired we just accepted what we were given.
        But after 15 minutes I realised the AC was not working and I was feeling extremely claustrophobic, later to realise since the AC dint work and there were these really small windows and low ceilings and the same irritable smell which made me feel really claustrophobic.

        So although extremely tired I went down to check other available rooms, out of which I finally shifted into a hotel unit although I paid for a studio unit which at least dint have tht irritable smell and low ceilings again only to realise that the AC s don't work here either. Supposedly there is No ac in this resort since supposedly the temperatures are pretty low on a day to day basis. But when we reached there it was quite hot and hence We had to use two fans so we don't feel suffocated in the room.

        This was about the initial experience we faced, but even if we forget the inconveniences we are facing in the room. This property does not qualify by any means upto club Mahindra standards.

        We have visited several properties till yet and none have been so pathetic .there is no vibe of club Mahindra in this resort. The property ends where it starts, some of the reception staff are rude. the quality of the amenities in the room is par below standards. ( Special mention to the dirty uncleant dustbins in the room)

        . Is that what we are paying for. ? It's a shame to say that club Mahindra quality has degraded to a another level. We spend our hard earned money to have a good trip and is this what we get ?

        On the very first night we wrote a complain mail to club Mahindra, but it has been 15 days that we have not even received a revert leave alone a call apologizing or making up for the genuine difficulty faced at the resort

        I am growing tired of making complaints which are unheard or rather turned a blind eye to. It's very sad that after all these mails that I send to club Mahindra holidays they have not even cared enough to revert or call back leave alone help us resolve the issue.

        I[censored] ask about returning back the membership we are told that as per their so called policies all we are eligible to receive a maximum sum of few thousands which would surely not exceed the last ASF charges paid by us. Its such a shame that club Mahindra is thugging us after paying a sum as expected by them.

        We don't intend to make such complains but since a past few times the problems faced by us has compelled us to write to the consumer complain forum.
        Hope this helps find us a solution for every penny we spend we believe in making it worth while and this to us seems a clear waste.

          As per discussions still I am confusing for the waiting period which you mentioned not sure why it’s taking more time for refund the amount ; hope you aware I have raised cancelation request immediately within in week after membership ; but Customer care team taken or cancellation request registered on[protected]Cancellation Request no: 74607). I have taken continuously follows up from my side to register the cancelation request even waited for more than 120 days for refund after the cancelation request ; and still you asking me wait more days ; here I observed every time new person assist me asking for wait few days will revert ;after that waiting period no revert or calls.

          Here I am requesting please refund the amount ASAP by 30th June ; share me update .

            I have booked my membership in February 2018, they sold me membership on false commitment, i have written emails several times for cancellation of membership and refund of money, but every time i got reply email that they will contact me within 2-3 working days, today almost 3 months passed away, not received refund money nor response. Now their sales executive not pick up phone nor reply.

            I think they are trying to get me convinced and again i continue their membership, but i am firm in my decision, so cancel my membership and refund all amount what i have paid.

              Hi! My membership number is 2486432, I have requested manager of Avlon Mussorie, to give us rooms on ground floor, (one month prior to the booking) . We have a reason for such request, my grandmother is 80+ and unable to walk properly . This is not the 1st time they are ignoring my request by saying that it’s not their policy to block rooms like this.
              My friend have booked the room by online website (make my trip) and asked for the same room, they got the preference .
              With this incidence what should I conclude that it is just waste of money to take the membership. Because this kind of service is provided by club Mahindra to its members .
              Please think once again before buying the membership and read the terms and conditions properly . The treatment for members and guest who are paying on reception are completely different .

                I am very disappointed about club Mahindra I don't know how they got my details I didn't purchased car from Mahindra but I received a call in that they said they select my family along with 60families for free vacation trip over India but when I visit them they asked me to pay 300000 in that they will provide only for resort not for food and transportation I didn't asked them vacation trip they call for free vacation trip and when I went to meet them they asked money how stupid this is .it's fully cheating they wasted my time.i explained them everything that I am a farmer I don't want this free vacation everything but they call me for more than 29 times today for meet them so I went there and u realized their cheating behaviors they try to brain wash my whole family they wasted my time and my money I spend today I wanna aware my Tamil people please don't attend a call from following number [protected], [protected] name sakthi this is guy called me for cheat my family be aware of this

                  I have requested for cancellation of membership and refund the amonts paid by me after deducting charges if any. The first mail was dated 30.06.17 and subsequent mails dated 13.07.17, 12.09.17, 06.10.17, 22.10.17 and 10.03.18.
                  Neither I have received any valid reply nor got the refund.
                  Further I have requested my bankers to dishoner the ECS as I have requested for cancellation of the membership. However, the club is sending ECS request every month. So my credit rating is being hampered due to return of ECS.

                  So I request you to take up the issue with the company.

                    My membership I'd 2808591. My down payment amount is 34830 rs. I have registered complained for refund and told to wait three months to get full refund but after three month completion these guys didn't refund anything. Now they don't reply of any email since last 4 day. I already have complaint regarding refund on this forum but it shows resolved I don't know how without refund it is solved.

                        Club Mahindra Holidays - Bliss Classic Section specially rolled out for senior citizens is rather Misery and Sorrow.
                        I have booked for membership in January 2017. But till date am only renewing the membership without being to avail of the facility. Every time that I have tried to book, the online facility either is unavailable or is invalid applied or says payment overdue.
                        I have visited your Pune office on 3 occasions but the representatives there have failed to resolve the issue. Moreover I have tried to get in touch with the Mumbai office but they are also unable to resolve the issue.
                        Now, I am not interested in continuing with the membership and want full refund of the membership amount paid by me alongwith annual renewal fees paid twice.

                          I want to register my case of cheating and duping me by offering club Mahindra membership by Ritika Bajaj. I raised this issue long back at the time of getting issues my membership and Mr. Pawan got assigned to resolve this.
                          It's more than a year, M.r Pawan, working on my issue, Every time I talk to Ritika or Pawan I get so many promises but in reality no timeline.
                          I wanted to cancel my membership as I was sold it wrongly by showing that I can book anytime any holiday except few exceptions like year-end and Christmas holiday. So I was offered free Membership upgrade to next level so that so that I can book my holidays as I was promised.
                          Again it was denied and given false promise that uses some special offer holiday while they will sort out this issue.

                          I like to escalate this issue to Club Mahindra higher management before I go to consumer court or legal way. This case is definitely big dent to Mahindra brand and given a bad name.
                          My 4 lakh rupees are stuck with Club Mahindra and I will not mind paying 5000 rs more to hire a lawyer and go legal.
                          However, I am still looking to resolve this mutually by getting my full money back with interest as I don't have any more trust on club Mahindra.

                          Consider this email my last notice to Club Mahindra.

                            I have been completely pestered by CLUB MAHINDRA ‘s highly unprofessional way of functioning. The staff at the company has a very negelective
                            approach to their customers. MR. RAKESH OBHAN, had met me when I visited the Club Mahindra office in Andheri east on 6th June and had assured me that he had recorded all my grievances and was working on them. He had asked for a time leniency till 20th June through a mail, but has been unable to fulfil his commitment. He then expected an extension in the time he had asked for. This is highly unacceptable and disrespectful to the my time and commitment. Following that Ms.SUPRIYA MAHESH called on behalf of Club Mahindra and she also asked for time till 4th July. And as expected even she was unable to keep her word. The hopeless staff of Club Mahindra Is least interested in helping the members and are more keen on harassing them. Till date I have not received a single mail, call or message. I’m am dejected by the service of the pathetic company. I’m am not interested in any phone conversations and expect all conversations through mail. I’m expecting an reply from an employee who can solve problems and not just make false promises and disappear.

                              i am member of club mahindra my id is 2748747, i was been to diu with my family to spend some good time at club mahindra resort but unfortunately they completely ruined everything. instead of giving studio flat which they promised for they provided us hotel unit. the person who attended us behaved so rudely. we complaint for the same through mail and spoke to call center of club mahindra but everytime they tell us our team member will connect to you and will do further regarding the same. this is my conversation id with mahindra club MHRIL[protected]. i request you to take action against this as they take money while membership n for maintenance too then why dont they provide facilities? and if they cant do then refund our money n cancel our membership too.

                              i m very much irritated dealing with club mahindra. as they do not care about their customers once they receive money.
                              i had a worst experience as i already said in my earlier mails n posts. now, i just want to cancel my membership with club mahindra without any more deduction of amount from my bank n along with that i want my money back. as they said they will provide service for money n didnt provide so better they return it. its my humble request to indian complaint board to help me cancel my membership from this fraud club mahindra.

As I require booking for 4 nights in Gangtok but they confirmed room for 2 night. When I had done check out after 2 nights & searching for hotel through make my trip the CM room was available for 24 to 26 May @6500/-

                                        Hi, I am narender singh rawat who had shown interest in club mahindra membership and applied for the membership on 20th june 2018. enrollment number feb/2018/25yrs/203967. i was lied to when i was called by club mahindra to meet them for the first time. i was told im only person who has been chosen to be awarded a free holiday and 6 month movie ticket subscription. i was told that i will be given membership of club mahindra holidays for the cost of Rs.418300, and the first three EMIs will be taken in one go. which was quoted as a sum of rs. 36830. which after the payment of money was told to me is the enrollment fee and has nothing to do with EMIs. the totatl cost of the package is coming to be must higher than what i was promised rs 10669x12x4=512112+ 36830(slyly taken enrollment fee).

                                        I was also told that i can stop and start my EMIs as per my wish. which is not the case as per the terms. The annual fee apart from EMIs was also not told to me by the Rep of Club mahindra (Mr. Anmol Tripathi). Even after applying for termination through e-mail send to club mahindra, i was not contacted by anyone from club mahindra after 5-6 e mails some one from club mahindra mumbai branch called me and told me that she will call back with update in 3-4 days. no one has ever contacted us and no one is telling us how and when our refund will be processed. a e-mail was recieved a few days back which says my refund will be done after 90 days. there is no justification why are the saying 90 days and wince they are holding my money for so long ther should be interest paid to me. however there is no mention of that as well.
                                        Today (03 jul 18) i have recieved a SMS message saying that i have been enrolled and i will get welcome call soon. Club Mahindra is not honouring their 10 day cooling period clause, even though i had shown my disinterest on the very next day of signing the contract papers.
                                        It is to force upon club mahindra that they should pay my mney back to me as soon as possible and if delayed they will have to pay interest. according to borrowing and lending norms.
