Sir,
I submitted my complaint regarding full refund of registration money after cancelling bliss classic membership (bliss /2018/ Mar /006364). I paid 56190/- Rs through debit card n cash money. I got 36190 /- deposited in my account on 16 July 2018.
But I am still waiting for 20000 cheque as promised by team of club mahindra members relations department at chandigarh branch!!
Kindly look into the matter!! 6 weeks have passed since cancellation request. I want my money back at earliest.

    This has reference to club mahindra member id 279712 in which i have deposited rs. 43, 801/- (Forty three thousand eight hundred and one only)

    Club mahindra holiday representative mr. Abhishek kumar tiwari met me on 21.12.2017 and he explained the plan on mahindra holidays. I have deposited rs. 5680 through debit card on 21.12.2017 in the account of club mahindra.

    At the same time my husband has fallen ill. This was also communicated to mr abhishek & i request him, to withdrawal my name from the mahindra holidays.

    Then mr. Abhishek told me that you can avail 11+02 free night = 13 nights holidays package after depositing rupees 45000 (Apprx.) in 05 instalments because if you will not deposit rs. 40000 your rs. 5680 will be forfeited by the company. So i was forced to deposit more 40000 in company account and one cancelled cheque on his advice.

    Club mahindra not give me 13 nights or not return my money as i have made many calls, messages through phone and whatsapp to mr abhishek but he has not responded and not turn up till date.

    I complain to club mahindra and they told me that the amount is non-refundable. Now, it is requested to return my money as representative of club mahindra misguided and mis-communicated the undersigned.

    This Complain is not resolve by Club Mahindra Holidays till date. Mr Saurabh representative of Club Mahindra contacted me but does not resolved my problem. He also cheated me and when I mail to him he does not respond properly.

      Club mahindra called on my mobile and a meeting was scheduled in the month of february. After the executive visited, payment was made immediately after checking the package details and a hefty amount of rs. 144650.00 was paid with an assurance that if not interested can cancel the contract with a call in the next ten days. Having cancelled the contract the next day itself, the executive guaranteed amount to be credited within 3 months and no amount has been credit till date. The executive does not pick up the call now. After having made several calls when told that complaint will be filed, the executive says he has done everything possible and that complaint should be filed. It is ridiculous how company employees are asking to file complaints against their own company in a vehemant manner. We are now demanding the amount along with interest and delay charges.

        Regarding complaint about benefits offered during enrolment of the membership. Membership id is 2797022

        Offered given by them are (Sales executives name : patrick yelve :- ‭+[protected]‬
        & dipak sir:- +[protected]‬)

        1) 3 bonus week every year,
        2) rci membership any time in 25 years

        I had made so many phone calls regarding to clarify initial offers given to me during enrolment and many more as register in complaints number[protected]

        Now, nobody from club mahindra responding against this complaint number and when i talk to customer care the use to say we will call back and they never call back.

        Kindly look into the said matter and help to resolve the complaint as early as possible.

          The problem with club mahindra holidays is that they have more members and less rooms. Everytime i block rooms they are never confirmed. I have highest grade membership, even then i never get rooms in my choice of resorts and on times that i need. Every time i complaint, the have a taperecorded answer - sir you can plan to go somewhere else or go sometime else when we have availability!

          How stupid.

          They have no clue on how to service the customers.

            I had purchased club mahindra membership from Mr. Uday your agent and commitments made by you are not full filled and its more than 2 years they are just misleading me.My membership id is 275669The commitments were:-
            1)7 Days RCI Commitment
            2)7500 free food vouchers in my welcome kit
            These two commitments are not fulfilled yet.They just call me in month of may in 2017 and said that they have credited to me and no pending mail was send to me and now they are we could not provide you because in your form it was canceled but the form was filled by your agent and after I get to know about these I had mail you and given all the required documents to your member relations but not taken any measures till now.I was also given referral scheme that was 1-10000 points, 2-30000 points and 3-55000 points and I had given him 3 referrals in two days of my joining but he adjusted two of them in other account saying he would give me another two account so that he will get more consumer but now he left the job and not picking phone. I made many mails but now it was said that we could not help I was having all the required documents and you can confirm all of the member who had referral them.Your team is just misleading every time by giving different commitments first in May 2017 i was said it would b credited but know they are just saying no.My other members had received 7500 food vouchers but I haven't received it.From now i would not suggest anyone to take club mahindra as it is just fraud.

                I took club mahindra membership from Andheri (Mumbai) office of club mahindra (Agent Name : Ritesh Pandey). He never spoke me about annual ASF charges at the time of sales call. When I took the membership, I started receiving an email about ASF charges. I contacted Mr Ritesh Pandey, he told me to get 4 references so that my complete 25 years ASF charges will get waived off (Second lie). I contacted customer care they denied it because for each referral several number of points gets added approx 55000(equivalent to 3-4 years ASF waive off) for 4 referrals.

                So basically these sales persons are liers. Please help me in getting refund from Club Mahindra.

                  Dear Sir /Madam, Below letter dated 24/07/2018 handed over to Club Mahindra representative yesterday 25th July 2018 . Attached is the acknowledged copy of the same. I would like to withdraw my membership application under the clause Part C, 8.1 of the agreement. I would like to claim FULL REFUND of the down payment Rs. 39, 691/-(Rupees Thirty Nine Thousand Six Hundred Ninety One Only) under above mentioned clause. My member ID 131998 is already generated and I request you to cancel this ID. Please take this request of withdrawal of the membership application on priority and provide me the refund at the earliest.Sincerely,

                  It was really painful to get the refund. When ever someone don't want the product then the process of the refund should be done immediately. When ever you call the customer care they say they will arrange a call back but no one calls any way i finally got my money back thanks to the helpful lady prinka verma for sorting out my application promptly thanks once again for your help

                    Hi,

                    This is with reference to my pathetic experience with club mahindra kandaghat shimla property during my stay in room no 1502 and 1504 for 2 days 1st to 3rd july'18. My makemytrip booking id is

                    I got married on 29th of june and planned my honeymoon at shimla wherein i made a reservation with makemytrip for 2 rooms at the club mahindra kandaghat property for 2 days. I faced numerous issues during my stay some of which were a clear case of infringement of privacy. The details of the same are as under -

                    1. Additional charge - the reservation included breakfast, however when i reached the property, i was asked for an additional payment of 720+taxes per person per day incase i wanted to avail the breakfast for which i had already paid. Since i was not allowed to avail the facilities for which i had paid, i want a refund of 720*2 (For 2 days)*4 (For 4 people) + taxes which i had already paid. Both makemytrip and club mahindra refused to take onus and blamed each other for the error rectification, however none of them resolved the issue. Mr nishant, honey and alok were the point of contact at makemytrip who co-ordinated with kuldeep at club mahindra. Mr alok was supposed to revert on the same who was highly unprofessional and didn't bother calling back even after committing the same.

                    2. Infringement of privacy - this is my biggest and major concern. While it was made clear to the staff that i was on my honeymoon with my wife, one of the staff members entered the room early morning without my permission while i was inappropriately dressed with my wife. That incident was justified by the staff on the grounds that they entered the room for cleaning. If my checkout is scheduled at 12 pm, then why will the staff enter in the morning for cleaning which neither me or my wife asked for. Besides the staff entered the room without any intimation and misused the master key to enter with out my permission. The action of the staff is unacceptable and highly inappropriate, causing me and my wife alot of mental trauma. Such mal practices were least expected from a group of certain standing like yours.

                    3. Lack of adequate facilities - during the stay, the staff ensured that the stay was uncomfortable in every possible way. We were refused fresh towels, glasses which were the basic requirements.

                    4. Ill-mannered and unprofessional staff - once we raised the concern about the privacy infringement mr vikas bhatia was of the mindset that the action of the staff was appropriate. They couldn't handle the complaint and when i got furious, instead of tackling the situation, he mentioned that there were recordings of the discussion and threatened us to use it. That makes me wonder that if there were cameras installed then there is a possibility of the same being installed at other private places as well and hence the action of the staff was found justified and we were being blackmailed instead of the staff being trained well. We received a call from mumbai from mr jerson who spoke differently and apologetically at first however during the second call, he changed his stance. He promised to connect us with his superior mr javed akhtar to ensure that the issue was raised, however we never received a call back from either of them. Besides they refused to provide the email id as well.

                    Our first stay during our honeymoon has been highly unpleasant and humiliating and both makemytrip and club mahindra ensured the same. If such are the regular practices at club mahindra then these are highly punishable under law and i shall ensure that the same is escalated till we get justice for the actions.

                        Worst experieance with club mahindra (Mhril).in requested to cancel my membership (Member id:2807767) on 21 march 2018 after that they tried me to convince to stay with them, finally on 18th april 2018 i got confirmation email saying that it will take 60 days to cancel the membership and i will get refund (Full amount) within the same time. On 18th june i emailed to know status of refund and again i got their reply saying its 44 working days only so process will take another 15-20 days. On 12 july when i wrote them again saying now its 60 days completed whats the status, they sent me auto generated email saying represntative contact me in 2 days. But no one replied on my email. I kept calling to mhril call centre but no one gave me proper answer. After my repetative calls they told me to arrange a call back, for which i never get call back for 4 days, during this i kept calling them, but again no answer. Finally they arrange the call back from vidhya whoi is handling my case. Vidhya told me your case will take another 1 month, when i kept saying i need refund on urgent basis and i need email for exact date. Vidhya commit me to send email by eod on 19th july and also commited me that i will get call back by 12 o'clock on 20th july. Now that call never came. I repetedly called their call centre but no one is serious about my issue.

                        I want full refund with some compensation.

Previously, Mr Satyajit of Mahindra & Mahindra Club, Baroda, Gujarat whose mobile no. is [protected] and Mr Aditya of Mahindra & Mahindra Club, Baroda, Gujarat whose mobile no. is [protected] were contacted and they had promised to refund as soon as possible but till date refund has not been received in my bank account.

                              I had taken membership of club mahindra on 18-March-2018 from Mrs. Alpa Patel from Surat. At the time of sales they are not explained about annual maintenance fees, which was around 14K. When I found she never explained about annual maintenance fees, I had send mail on [protected]@clubmahindra.com for cancellation membership on 28-March-2018. After repeating attempt with the customer care and local branch, they have agreed that my membership is canceled and I will get the refund. As per Registration form term condition payment will be refund within 90 days from the date of receipt of the request for cancellation. However, the refund is not receive after completed 115 days.

                              This is not good, already 117 days are completed and now you are say you get refund within 15 to 20 working day. 117 days are not enough for complete your internal process ?                               Your member experience management employee Vidya Padaya give a such a non sense reson for refund, already 125 days (4 month) are completed and now she tell me your refund is release from our side according to RBI policy you get refund your amount on your credit card within 15 working days. Please don’t give me this type of reson and refund my payment.

                                This is PAYAL SINGHAL ( [protected]) and I was lured into a membership for for 25 years by Club M representative Mr ANIL YADAV on 7th MARCH 2018.
                                I was told that the offer was only for the day and hence I should get into the agreement by making a down payment and 3 months EMI.
                                i dint have full amount that day so i paid 18000 and next day i said them i will not able to continue so please refund my money
                                so i paid the balance amount and then few days after i asked how i will get refund he said there will come phone call from company you accept that call and then membership card will arrive and then the process can be done and he assured that he is Rajasthan head and it is his word that your money is safe
                                and now after so much time he is ignoring me he do not pik the phone most time
                                and after few days he says the process is going on and i will update soon
                                but nothing is happning

                                Club Mahindra is a big name and they should care for their repute. These are unethical tactics adopted by their sales people which will bring down the name of the organization.

                                Please arrange to refund all my payments immediately

We were called by saying that our gift coupon had arrived which is 2days and 3 nights, and couple movie tickets.                                     This is Ramesh Wanage ( [protected]) and I was lured into a membership for White studio for 25 years by Clum M representative Mr Sawanpuli on 12th July 2018.
                                    I was told that the offer was only for the day and hence I should get into the agreement by making a downpayment and 3 months EMI.
                                    I was also further told that if I am unable to work out the economics and decide otherwise Clum M rep would help me with the cancellation and full refund,
                                    I was assured that all support would be extended.

                                    Now when I am trying to call bacl the representative his numbers are switched off and when he called me he told that refund of EMI is not possible.

                                    Club Mahindra is a big name and they should care for their repute. These are unethical tactics adopted by their sales people which will bring down the name of the organization.

                                      This is about a fraudlent registration of club m white studio where i was lured and forced into making a down payment and 3 months emi by a credit card payment by club m representative mr sawanpuli. I was told that this was the only day when membership was available and if i decide otherwise in 10 days i can cancel the policy and get a refund. I was forced to sign at 2 am in the morning on 12th july 2018

                                      Now when i contacted club m for cancellation first of all for last 3 days his phone was switched off. Today when he called me back he is saying refund for emi is Not possible.

                                      This unethical and dishonest practicess of clum m would definitely bring shame to the name and would impact ur image in the market.

                                      Can i have the refund of my payments immediately. While i would leave it to your discretion to deal with wrong practices followed by your atar sales reps please dont penalize a loyal taxpayer of the country for the trust placed at a wrong place

                                      This is ridiculous. After a months time my refund is still pending and call center now tells.me to call andheri branch directly.

                                      I think now only legal action may help club m to pay heed to my compaint number[protected]
                                      Pathetic response from.club mahindra holodays continues. My complaint[protected] still remains unresolved as my second refund has still not come through despite multiple follow ups and even after promised deadline is breached. I would request everyone not to fall pray to false promises and seventh heaven promises.

                                        Reference my mail forwarded on 06, 08 and 13 July 18 I have not received any call or mail from your side I again request My membership ID is 2814393 on name Shivendra Singh. Being in defense forces it is becoming very difficult to get leave at specified period hence can't avail/book in so advance and most of the time rooms are full. Second I didn't like the concept and facilities provided by you at your resorts where they are out of city and everything is on payment. Hence want to stop my membership. You are requested to terminate my membership from immediate effect and do not cut my EMI of ₹10669/ due on 07 Aug 18. Pl contact me on [protected] or mail me. Regards
