On 26-6-18 we visited hotel zone at bani park jaipur on invitation by club mahindra on a coupon filled on club mahindra's anniversary, where your executive took ₹2000/- from us and promised to refund us the amount on cancellation if we dont like the package given by them, within 10 days but now they are not doing the same. his name is subhash. kindly do needful.

    Hi There,

    I got a Club Mahindra Purple club voucher on purchase of XUV 500 top end. However, booking or rather I would say finding any suitable slot is difficult in the process when I requested to either give me booking or extend the expiry but the customer services executives were never able to give any solution while reaching them out several time.

    And was a bit fed up of not getting contact details or mail if on the website and hence found this portal while searching some consumer forum.

    Hope I get some resolve here.

    It was valid till feb this year but whenever I was reaching you to block dates, all rooms were full and same rooms I could see available on other sites (which was another frustration).

    Never thought redeeming these will be so hectic. The only problem I have is, it was all telephonic conversation no written or documented.

    So it's expired now. However, the delay in getting any available slots resulted into expiry of this and I have been following up on same via helpline but never get any proper response, neither they could help me speaking to any senior one to convey this and get some extension or avails.

    Understand the T&C but it's too much to follow up on my side and hence writing to you guys.

    I have been following up with dealer salesperson, With You Hamesha guys, and lately on FB and now here from past 6-8 months and I am still trying to get hold of someone senior into this matter. These additional things is what makes your top end model sell more but eventually, it's chaos to deal and redeem such things.

    Sadly disappointing experience. While checking with other my close friends who own XUV W10 (have 5 of those), they had the same experience and most of them left the matter and now it's quite old for them, but I won't lose it so easy since I have invested many hours of my life into follow up, calls etc.

      I had posted a complaint previously on this forum, which has not been closed by Club Mahindra. (https://www.consumercomplaints.in/club-mahindra-holidays-false-promises-during-...

      So now we have proof that important information regarding additional charges was hidden from us by their representatives. Still they are not giving us refund and forcing us to continue with the membership. Their ridiculous response is you confirmed the membership. I wonder why they don't understand that we confirmed because you hid the information. We would not have confirmed if you had told us all the facts.
      I recently read that your company's cashflow has increased. I think it's time to tell the world that your sudden increase in cash flow is through duping customers like this. I can see on this forum that even people who cancelled within 10 days have not received refund, which is your company policy!

      Shame on you Mahindra Group!

        i have email received from membership cancellation team on 28th Feb.2018 & inform to me 100 days working in received your card account but still not received. i again mail send cancellation team & reply to me on 21st jun.2018 in 2-3 days working refund my amount but after 8 days not receive & Ahmedabad branch club Mahindra holiday to Ms. Ayushi & Mr. Hemang 25th jun.2018 not proper answer. Ms. Ayushi ask 15 days in refund & Mr. Hemang 7 days refund. not correct answer & member suffer to this condition. i don't refer to club Mahindra holiday in membership purchase.

          Re : cancellation of our membership and refund of amount
          Of rs.93, 650/- - our membership no. 2818367

          On 9th may, 2018, mr. Arnab nandi and mr. Yahiya zain of “mahindra holiday resorts” approached us for taking bliss membership of their organization, “mahindra resorts”, which as we understood, is a brand name in the market and as such when somebody from this level and kind of organization approached us, we naturally had a feeling of trustworthiness. During discussions, we were offered various discounts, privileges and benefits including free 4 nights stay at your resorts through redeem vouchers for our family of 6 members provided we give the option of dates approximately 15 days in advance.
          I was asked by mr. Arnab nandi to contact mr. Yahiya zain for further assistance for redemption of redeem vouchers and as such after receiving the redeem vouchers, i immediately started calling mr. Yahiya zain in this regard. Unfortunately his attitude had totally changed and he started avoiding my telephonic calls. However, after repeated requests, he guided me for uploading the details of redeem vouchers online. As soon as i got the sms, i forwarded it to mr. Yahiya zain as per his advices and requested him to make arrangements for allotting 3 rooms for our family of 6 members for the dates of 14/7/18 to 17/7/18 and he assured that there is no problem and this will be done fast. That was the last conversation, i could have with mr. Yahiya zain who thereafter stopped responding to my telephonic calls.
          As such, i telephoned to mr. Arnab nandi who informed me that mr. Yahiya zain had resigned and therefore he will get my work done. But most unfortunately, here also despite my calling mr. Arnab nandi repeatedly, he also just kept on promising but did not do the work.
          Frustrated with this, i finally approached mr. Ronit arora who shown his inability to adjust 6 of our family members through redeem vouchers and as such we gave the option of making the arrangements for only two persons. Till today despite various telephonic conversations with mr. Ronit arora, we have not been able to get confirmation of booking against redeem vouchers.
          I fail to understand as to how and why representatives of “mahindra holiday resorts”, a company of such a high repute may humiliate and harass retired class i officers who are also senior citizens and ex-army personnel.
          Under the above circumstancs, we have requested them to cancel our membership and refund the full amount of rs.93, 650/-. They have also been requested to cancel our following cheques given to their representatives towards emi by us.
          A. Cheque no. 790106 dt.09/05/2018 for rs.7, 804/- being emi amount for the month of july, 2018.
          B. Cheque no. 790107 dt.09/05/2018 for rs.7, 804/- being emi amount for the month of august, 2018.
          We are awaiting for their reply and action taken by them in this regard and request for a strong persuation for immediate refund of our amount of rs.93, 650/-.

          No refund made till date despite my request mail dated 29th June, 2018. Rather they have vide their mail dated 30th June refused to refund. Mahindra Resorts are just harrassing us. Copies of my mail dated 29th June and Mahindra Resorts' mail dated 30th June are attached in JPG format.

            I had taken membership of club mahindra on 18-March-2018 from Mrs. Alpa Patel from Surat. At the time of sales they are not explained about annual maintenance fees, which was around 14K. When I found she never explained about annual maintenance fees, I had send mail on [protected]@clubmahindra.com for cancellation membership on 28-March-2018. After repeating attempt with the customer care and local branch, they have agreed that my membership is canceled and I will get the refund. As per Registration form term condition payment will be refund within 90 days from the date of receipt of the request for cancellation. However, the refund is not receive after completed 92 days.

            Your member experience management employee Vidya Padaya give a such a non sense reson for refund, already 125 days (4 month) are completed and now she tell me your refund is release from our side according to RBI policy you get refund your amount on your credit card within 15 working days. Please don’t give me this type of reson and refund my payment.

              I was invited for an event on march 11th of 2018 and i had opted for membership on the same day. After that very next day i had requested for cancellation of membership.
              I was informed by adviser that 10 days is free trail where i can opt for cancellation which will take hardly 30 days to refund full money. So had opted for membership.

              I have sent message to adviser requesting to cancel my membership on 12-mar-2018. (Very next day of opting membership)
              I have sent mail on 14-mar-2018 to member relations for cancellation of membership as service adviser did not respond to my message or calls.

              After 3 to 4 days, adviser tried to convince by providing more offers but i did not change my decision. Also, he said it is target for him to complete as that was year end.

              After few days when i sent mail for cancellation, in one of the call they said account is not created and they will not be able to cancel it from their end and redirected to koramangala branch, bangalore. I spoke to them and get it done. `

              After so many follow ups with adviser, mail communications and phone calls with member relations they finally cancelled my membership on 12-apr-2018.

              After 12-apr-2018, i got mail confirmation for cancellation of membership.

              After this, they are telling it would take 90 working days to refund the amount. (I was informed that it will take max 30 days).

              I sent a mail to enquire the status of refund and got a reply saying with in 90 working days it would be processed.

              On 25-jun-2018 sent one more mail asking status of refund. Now they are telling the refund would be processed post completion of 90 bank working days.

              Sometimes they are telling within 90 working days sometimes they are telling after 90 days. I am scared that after 90 days means how much time it would take.

              As informed by Club Mahindra, 90 working days after cancellation from CM side over still I have not got any communication on refund.
              The worst service which I have ever come across in my life time.

              Simply they are closing the complaint saying share your details via FB inbox.
              Which is of no use. They are doing this just to mention their comment to be visible in this complaint. That's all.

              Sharing the details is not the solution to close the complaint.

                I had taken membership of club mahindra on 14-jan-2018 from Mr. Saurav Kumar Pandey and Mr. Ashwani kumar both are the sales representatives from Pritampura brach, delhi. At the time of sales they made me some tall promises of providing various things and benefits from club mahindra and did not fulfilled it later.

                In the beginning itself i had started facing lots of issues from the services provided by club mahindra and finally decided to cancel my membership and initiated my refund request which got confirmed on 13-march-2018. As per the mail received by club mahindra's members relation team they will going to refund my full payment within 60 days of receiving this confirmation mail of cancellation but even after 100 days and irrespective of repeated reminders to member relation team I haven't received any cheque yet. Even they are not responding to my mails now because of which I'm ultimately suffering from mental harassment and waste of my time and money.

                from last 100 days Mr. Amar from the Chennai corporate office fooling me around and every time ask for some more time to refund my money.

                I request club mahindra to refund my money as soon as possible.

                  I don't want club mahindra member ship further i want to refund my money back on immediate effect, i went to bollevourd 9 counselling session on 6th june-18 and paid down payment rs.36830/- for white studio membership, i ask your counselor ms. Sherlet to discontinue my membership very next day but still i don't get refund my money, also i visit again at club mahindra in city point anand on 21st june-18 and talk to your manager mr. Satyjeet and they promise to refund money within two days but still i not get my money back, even they don't pick my call, so kindly process this urgent base otherwise i need go to consumer court for further action

                    I visited one of their conferences in bangalore, and was coerced into taking a membership (By their representative - sachin - [protected]), with a promise that the money can be refunded within 7 days if i dont want to proceed.

                    I notified within 2 days (2nd jan'18) to their backend team that i dont wish to continue, however inspite of the more then 6 months passing, my account is still active, money is still...

                    We had met your club mahindra representative on 3rd june 2018 at renault showroom annasalai. The representative name is neelakash.

                    He sold a membership to us and we paid a initial amount of 29, 000/- (Dont remember exact amount) also he said if we dont want to take membership we have a cooling time to cancel within 10 days. The very next day i called up and said we dont want as our financials wont allow and also not happy with the offers. He said will get a call from mumbai office by 20th jun and so and we have state the same reason and the amount will be refunded to our credit card. But we didnt not get any call. Now when we asked, he says we have to submit our id proof so that the documentation would complete and we will get refund. I really dont understand should we wait to hear the same from him for 3 weeks and after i sent a mail he is saying this. I am so upset. Even before becoming a member you dont respect a customer what would be our fate after taking membership. Pls take a speedy action to credit our money back in our credit card. Customer name : m. G.                       I am a club mahindra member and find that this years asf has been increased. I had sent emails and called to cust care but to no avail.

                      At the time of taking the membership, i was told that the asf remains constant.

                      I feel cheated. This is highly unprofessional and unethical.

                      I get calls to pay the asf, but if i ask for the increase in asf, they say our different team will call you. This is not done.

                        I hv taken membership in june 2017 and paid 3 emi advance & 10% down payment.

                        At the time of joining, i hv been asked for 16000/- voucher which was not received after 6-7 months.

                        I hv raised my cancellation request in jan 2018. I hv been asked for 45 days tat which after 3-4 times follow up closed after 90 days without refund.

                        Many mail sent to them but no resolution.

                        It’s completely non fulilment is joining terms & condition and misselling of membership. They are even not ready to give any senior management mail id & details for escalation.

                        Sales team only know how to overcommit and missell, after 3 months member assign to relationship member who doesn’t know anything...only empathy @ misselling...

                        Complain Details :

                        1, At the time of joining, I hv been asked for 16000/- Voucher which was not received after 6-7 months of membership despite of so many follow with sales team ( Mr.Ravi Gorkha). All follow up communication already shared with mail.

                        My reason for cancellation is just because of None fulfilment of joining commitment and NO proper revert from Team...Everytime buy time and test my patience...

                        week of Jan 2018. I hv been asked for 45 Days TAT which again despite of 3-4 times follow up closed yesterday only. The revert is really surprised me that There is NO REFUND as well as Club Mahindra not ready to refund even EMI debited during dispute period...(Jan-Apr)...

                        Further to cancellation of membership. To stop EMI, Member relationship Executive asked me to cancel EMI from my end and asked to claim charge back to raise but not ready to refund.

                        3, During booking also it took 2-3 months time as Days are not showing on membership Page...You can check and confirm with Executive : Hardip about this experience as well...

                        I hv also asked to provide me details of Seniors to discuss & take matter forward as already so much delay happen...

                        But again NO RESPONSE...

                        I find that everytime, I need to follow up and company is least bother once membership has been taken to fulfill Commitment and members query-mail...

                        All chain mail and details are there in tailed mail if need any other details please contact me...

                        I hv all WhatsApp & Messgae communication with Mr. Ravi & Mr. Hardip (which I already shared earlier) regarding the complain.
                        No update...No revert...

                          I was assured of membership cancellation and complete refund on 7th april and got written mail also from member relation team on my registered email (From shreemathi) with cancellation request no also mentioned - 075174 (Membership id generated was 2811651 which member relation team is not able to find in their systems now) but after that i am constantly following but no body has clue on when refund will be processed. Don't expect such behaviour from reputed companies like club mahindra which is not able to honour timelines of written commitment given. Can somebody confirm me exact date of refund as on mail there is absurd response and on call back team says will check and call back where call never comes back.

                          I have again got mail that request for cancellation has been raised and full refund will be processed in 15-20 days.
                          No body is answering what happened to cancellation request raised in 1st week of april and shared with me. this is false promise of club mahindra. Can i get an answer?

                            I took bliss category membership at a downpayment of ₹ 122, 100 and 12 emi of ₹ 10, 925/- starting from 7th july. Since i had plans to travel to usa in july, i asked their representative sumit soni, for a list of accommodations available in the cities i was to visit. He failed to turn up inspite of my several calls and whatsapp messages (I have the complete history of our chats), i decided to cancel my membership through their call centre and on the same day i sent them an email. After that i received two phone calls assuring me of suitable action. But till now there is no sign for refund. Please advise what to do.

                              I want to my money back, i just register on 9th june during your counselling session at nadiad, bollewourd 9 resort, i paid rs.36830/- through credit card but i don't want to continue with this membership, i ask to ms. Sherlet who is the counsellor on that day on 10th june -18 but still i don't get my money back, kindly process for the same on priority basis.

                                My name is yaduveer singh chauhan taken membership on 20.03.2018 at udaipur and submit withdrawal request which was delivered from gati courier at mumbai office on 29.03.2018 within 10 days of joining so please refund my complete amount till date only telling than process in going on but they are not giving my amount earlier contacted on facebook they repair but from last 20 days they are not replying already 3 months passed how much longer i have to wait. Even after giving withdrawal request they generated my membership 2811997

                                  We were call for presentation from club mahindra holidays for 45 minutes but it went for 2hrs they promised me holiday vouchers for 2nights and 3days, movie ticket and food voucher but none of these are acceptable. For holiday they don't have any reservations in club mahindra holidays all are full from june to august for movie they don't have any slots and same for food vouchers. If they can't full feel there promises then why called us and waisted our time. If there resort are full then they no need of the new customers. Please help i have called there call centre they said we can't help you and disconnect the phone please help for awareness which they call us by lucy draw and show us just thumb very bad experience with club mahindra

                                    I have enrolled for club Mahindra membership on 30th of Dec – 2017 at Kochi, Club Mahindra Resort. The membership application form number is OCT/2017/25YRS/189453. I have also paid the down payment of Rupees 37, 200 through my credit card. My membership has got confirmed on 2nd Jan – 2018 and the membership id is 2796670. However, I canceled my enrollment and membership with Club Mahindra on 2nd Jan 2018. After repeating attempt with the customer care and local branch, they have agreed that my membership is canceled and I will get the refund. However, the refund is not done for the past 6 months.

                                    Note1: I have sent the cancellation request to the corporate office (Chennai and Mumbai) through Speed post.
                                    Note 2: Attached the credit card bill and the membership registration form copies.

                                    I am writing to follow up on this matter. Its been more than 8 months since I have made the request. I have got the confirmation 40 days back that my membership is canceled and I will get the refund in 20 days. I am not sure what it is taking you so long to complete the process. I have made more than 30 calls to the customer center so far, and no proper update. Can you please look into this?

                                      05.04.18 I have discussed to Mr Kundan Singh about membership ID, Kundan says -about 40 days is the time period for membership ID.

                                      04.05.18 Again I whatsapp to Mr Kundan for the same matter, Kundan No reply.

                                      15.05.18 I have received membership ID, But from the kit my mobile number is wrong, So I can't registered my login.
                                      ( from day one to 15.05.18 no call is come from your side(clubmahindra)

                                      I have so many time called for rectification of mobile number to your officer Mr.Kundan, Mr. Rohit, Mr. Pathak, and also your Lucknow branch [protected] and [protected], [protected], [protected], I have no found any responce.

                                      24.05.18 I mailled to [protected]@clubmahindra.com, reply from your side - please send mail to registered id

                                      25.06.18 againe same matter

                                      26.06.18 A phone call receive then I know my Email id is also wrong filled in your records ( mobile number and email id both were incorrect by your mistake, although at the time of enrolled I filled correct)
                                      So I can't complaint to registered email id.

                                      09.06.18 Mr. Sachin Pathak cooperate and rectify my mobile number and email id.

                                      14.06.18 I have complaint to memberrelation @clubmahindra.com

                                      (From 01.04.18 to 08.06.18 so long time consume for only rectification of mobile number and email.id, which was your officer's mistake)

                                      NOW I WANT TO REFUND MY DEPOSITED MONEY SO MANY REASON

                                      1:- If you deposit ten percent down payment, you are eligible to visit our club mahindra any point, then you pay rest amount in EMI.
                                      (at the time of tour you will not pay any charge ie transportation charges, fooding, local trevelling etc.).These are all wrong.

                                      2:- Your officer don't tells us about annual maintenance charges which are not affordable by me.
                                      3:- All so many wrong commitment (or hidden) I want to refund my deposited money.

                                      So I want to request you please do the needful action for the same.
