We are not satisfied from club mahindra after sales services.

As per trailing mail club mahindra person give a goa free trip and rs. 50k food voucher but the person will be not receive any call and not giving any answer. Also note the below mention verbally promiss by tejas darji.

1. 5 day of nadiad resort for 2 family
2. Yearly maintenance charge will be provided by club mahindra for 25 years
3. Goa trip with club mahindra car and driver
4. Bangkok trip for 6 night free


Pl. Solve the problem and refund the payment.

    This company is making fool from last 4.5 months. Not refunding the amount and every time increasing the tenure for refund.
    You can see in pictures that in 6th April I recieved a mail according to which I eill get the refund on 10th april as 60 days will be completed. Then they again send mail on 16th april for 30 days. Then another mail on 22 may.
    Making fool every time . Completely fraud company

      When i joined the club on the second day i requested for cancelling the membership. I got call from mr ravi and he told me to give one chance for managing my holiday.
      I told him many question and also for the breakfast charges. So he gave me the attached rate. You can check the same.
      Then i told him that i am planning for mahabaleshwar in may. He told me that he will plan the same in club mahindra property and i asked about that if i want to cancel this after that. He assured me that you will get 40% what i paid. Then i just convince for this.

      In near time of may i asked multiple time about the booking. Mr ravi/ dhyani told me "ho jayega". Then i just relax about that. Then i received mail for non confirmation of my booking. I again asked to mr ravi he assured me that it is just auto mail you just relax everything would be done.

      After reaching mahabaleshwar, there was no booking of me. So mr ravi discussed with nilesh and avail one room for this without knowing second day booking. So i checked in. On the next day one more surprise that breakfast rate is much higher side then the commitment. That was shocking for me. Because it was not expected.

      After completing my breakfast i got a call from reception for check out. I again called mr ravi and after 15 min i got a call from him. He told me that i have to pay 7000 rs then he would reverse the same. At that time i have no option so i paid the same. Then next day morning i got call from mr nilesh that now there is no room available in club mahindra nor in sherwood property. I was really shocked and very much regretting on my decision for joining the club mahindra.

      I was looking culprit in front of my family for ruining there holiday. I had to shift the luggage to other resort for one day.

      So this trip was very much pathetic for me. I joined on name of mahindra and i got this type of harassment.

      After this i mailed in your inbox and i didn't get any call. Now i discussed with ms aayushi from ahmedabad branch and she told me that i am not eligible for the refund of the amount. Here my query is that.

      1) if it was red season then why mr ravi has committed for the confirmation of room.
      2) why breakfast charges is not given as per the current one by mr ravi.
      3) if i have availed only one day room so why there is no refund policy.
      4) why it is not written black and white for cancellation of the policy?
      5) why you are not taking this issue seriously? I am not expecting the same from mahindra group.

      In strong word cancel the membership and refund the amount asap. I am expecting good reply from this group.

        As per email of mr. Ashraf ali he confirmed me that my booking is with inclusion of breakfast (Voucher no. 3347308) but when i confirmed from park royal hotel they refused and told me that my booking is for room only. No breakfast included, i want to know from club mahindra that will they able to provide me revised voucher and also inform to royal park hotel for inclusion of brakfast or i have to go to court with all the evidence i have against club mahindra to sue all of them in court.

        Poor service.

        Waste of money to buy membership of club mahindra, so much follow up required, even to talk with club mahindra guys, we need to post on social media then only they contact us.

        I prefer each and everyone to stay away from these fraud company.

        I dont need to listen your unwanted talks on telephone, i need my revised voucher.

        Please send my revised voucher (With inclusion of breakfast) or i will meet to you guys in court.

        You just called and say we are doing our best, we have already confirmed, we will send you revised voucher and bla bla bla...

        but after three to four months still you are not able to provide me revised voucher as committed in written to me.

        and moreover do not mark this complaint as resolved, otherwise i will also sue you for providing poor contact support.

          How much time it takes to cancel the membership? Serious unprofessional approach and lack of ethics is evident in the way you are just not processing the cancelation even after 20 days of initiating the cancelation. You also charged an emi even after cancelation request was raised. Whenever i call regarding the status of cancelation vague response is provided that it will be done in 5 days. God knows how long your 5days are?
          Do business ethically and show some professionalism.

          It has been a year and different club Mahindra sales people are trying to contact me for the membership renewal. In spite of giving assurance to cancel the membership more than a year back, the cancellation is still pending. A NO MEANS NO. Don't you Club Mahindra folks understand that. JUST CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP AND SAVE EVERYONE's USEFUL TIME.

            cheating, fake schemes and unauthorized transaction in my credit card

            My husband had purchased xvv5oo w10 on 30th sep 2016, we were called for club mahindra promotion meeting with entire family. There we enrolled into club mahindra red membership (Member id: 2728976) on 8th nov 2016 and started emis 13059.00 after paying the initial amount of rs.81315.00.

            We have tried to book a destination during the aug 2017 weekend with help of club mahindra employee saurabh siddarth kashyap. We had given him more than 45 days notice to help us avail the resort but he could not get us confirmed booking. According to him we should have tried much earlier as much as 4 months when the booking window opens, this is even after taking red membership.

            We then introspected that whether we can really plan our holidays such a long time in advance and came into conclusions that with our current professional and personal commitments its practically not possible to plan a long term trip. This is the reason we could not avail any free days that came along with the above car and neither i could avail free days that came with club mahindra membership. Its because of the car we bought from mahindra that club mahindra approached us which looked good at that time.

            I stopped paying emi immediately and tried to reach out to club mahindra via calls and mails to [protected]@clubmahindra.com to cancel our membership and refund the total amount of rs. Rs.1, 74, 700/- paid till july 2017.
            Unfortunately there were no serious attempt to reach back to us, there were couple calls trying to persuade us to stay with the membership but when we declined they promised to get back to us which never happened. There was once a mail telling us that they have tried to contact me on my registered number and that for cancellation face to face meeting with be required. We got back to them with alternative number via mail on 24/01/2018 but there was no call or follow up in this regard.

            Till today i have not available a single rupee of club mahindra services, all i want is the refund of the money paid to them in a professional manner. I had high regard of mahindra group of companies which is why my husband chose to buy a high end car from them. I also referred my brother who had also taken membership and by now has paid fully his membership amount.

            Looking forward to positive response from club mahindra team or i will have to escalate matters.

              The company advertises multiple offers. But there is not one single email which they respond to on time. Their sla is 2 days as soon as we register a query. But even after reminders they don't respond. There is no professionalism. I had a query on upgrading my membership for which i have called their call center twice and also sent 4 emails. They haven't had the courtesy to respond to emails. The call center folks informed me that it will be resolved within 1 day but after 72 hours its still not resolved. The first ticket was raised 7 business days ago

                1. On 30/12/2017, a stall was organized in dlf place mall, saket, new delhi by club mahindra to attract new members. Mr. Nakshtar kumar, executive-sales, came out with an offer costing rs. 67, 997.00 which had a series of inclusions like 12 club mahindra nights, food vouchers costing rs.8000.00, one week stay at rci, 2 nights/3 days stay 10 times i. E. 20 nights, 10 bookmyshow movie vouchers each costing rs. 200.00, gold vouchers worth rs. 7500.00 from, zozo day activity vouchers, on the spot offer for complimentary stay in club mahindra resort, shimla. All this was included in a one-time payment of rs. 67, 997/- (Rupees sixty seven thousand nine hundred ninety seven only) the only cost of the package and unlimited period to avail the offer and it was said that this is a promotional offer to make new members. The entire amount of rs. 67, 997/- was paid by using my american express supplementary credit card.
                2. After this, my incorrect e-mail address, mobile number and date of birth were deliberately entered in their records so that validation cannot be carried out. A fake e-mail id 'sima. [protected]@gmail.com', a different mobile no. [protected] and incorrect date of birth '18/05/1985' were entered in the records so that i cannot create my profile on club mahindra portal and access my account and also the verification process cannot be carried out by the club mahindra verification team with me.
                3. After contacting mr. Nakshtar kumar, he kept giving false promises and assurances that the vouchers will be sent in a day or two which was a lie. He kept blaming the back-end team for incorrect entry of data.
                4. To my shock, on 08/05/2018 an amount of rs. 10, 259/- was processed by mahindra holidays & resorts india limited against my american express supplementary credit card, which was used for making payment of rs. 67, 997.00 on 30/12/2017. It is clearly evident that the details of my credit card were captured without my consent. On further inquiry from club mahindra head office in chennai, i was told that i have a 25 years plan costing more than rs. 3 lakhs against my name for which emi of rs. 10, 295/- is being charged. This is again a fraud as the credit card which was used to make payment of rs. 67, 997/- on 30/12/2017 has been misused by using the privilege given to hotels and airlines that they can execute transactions using only card no. And cvv without pin. It has been a case of fraudulent transaction and unauthorized access to my card. Above all, i never purchased any package spanning 25 years, it was registered against my name in a fraudulent manner.
                5. All the points mentioned above indicate towards a series of crimes carried out by the company under the brand name of club mahindra.
                6. I have been complaining consistently against the above malpractices by phone and and a series of e-mails, but they all went unnoticed and only false promises are being made by their chennai office.
                Club mahindra is required to refund my entire amount of rs. 67, 997.00 which has been extracted from me under false and fraudulent scheme which does not exist, at the earliest. Also the amount of rs. 10, 295/-, which has been charged against my card needs to be refunded.
                I have been denied verification process by a systematic foul-play happening at your end and a package has been registered against my name which i never purchased.
                Based on my experience, i advice that please stay away from this company and do not risk your hard-earned money.

                I am doctor Anand Vinod nandu
                I took this member ship for my family for vacation for next 25 years initially everything was new and good, but gradually real color turned up from the brand club Mahindra . I had a very great and positive image about club Mahindra but they them self ruined it . Ever since I took membership I always had a poor communication to the company the CUSTOMER CARE is full dumb and fueled with ### who took 30 mins to answer one simple question . once I had a urgent enquiry I kept calling them for certain numbers for the whole day no one picked up the call, same continued for 3 continuous days [ was a working day ] after which I though to grap out other numbers from google or just Dial, after making an enquiry very next second I got a call from club Mahindra, but that was from sales / marketing department . hence proved they are best and real quick in sales only with there amazing tacks and ticks of offer, they gonna blast you with exciting offers and promises [ obviously to make you fool to buy membership ] for which they will never stand for since once you buy member ship you cannot cancel and get refunds as per there policy [ they don't even stand for there own policy ]and also on one is going to talk about the canceling and refunds while making a sales tack ticks .. I decided to surrender for number of reasons since I myself experienced the efficacy of club Mahindra so 1st week October 2017 I decided to surrender and asked for refunds since then I wrote several mails and calls to club Mahindra but they even failed to listen my request .I kept on writing mails and calls to CUSTOMER CARE with warning etc etc .. after such long verbal and written request to consumer care as well as a lead of club Mahindra they listen to request and reacted in 2nd week of January 2018 [ took 3 months to just react ] then I also had a meeting with relationship manager .[ mr Rohit khana ] but was of no use very unproductive meeting, waste of my time .
                again I kept sending them mails and made almost 15 to 20 calls warned them, they will just write back to you to wait for 2 to 4 working days / over phone with costumer care they will just ask for 2 days and they will revert back, they never will do so . since I never got any revert back . while all this EMI always hits my credit card .
                after club Mahindra considering cancelation also . today [ may 2018 ] also they don't reply productively as if they don't at all care, they just will show you there policy of non refund . since I am a doctor I hardly get time for my social life but gave this people load of time calling and writing mails . It took 8 months for them to take one simple request of cancelation and refund [ not yet completed ] They don't value your hard earned money, they don't value you, they even don't care after you take membership .
                Its my request to not to take any product from club Mahindra .
                My whole story and scam from club Mahindra will also be posted over social media and also 4 of the LEADING news paper of country.
                I will teach them a lesson for life time .
                since they took us as a customer granted for their policy/terms as a slavery.

                Their entire business model is based on trapping innocent people and extracting their hard-earned money. They are not even bothered about their own reputation. I hate myself for falling into their trap. Such type of companies should be declared fraud and illegal so that no innocent individual loses his money to them.

                  I had booed club mahindra coorg on 21st thr 18 make my trip. Id nh2p[protected]. The stay was from 25th april to 27th april. The voucher said the amout is payable on check out. But my credit card was debited twice on 23rd april even before checking out. I am still awaiting refund with interest of 24% for extra debit and early debit for the amount payable on check out of the hotel. I have complained to mmt. They said they have taken up with hotel.

                    Clubs executive forced me to attain presentation promised gift voucher and movie tickets. Venue far away from my house, anyhow, though having health issues, i with my wife went there, at rr city mall, ghatkoper, wasted my 6 hours and petrol and money, representative there took 21/2 hours explaining about company resorts, at end he said, he will send vouchers at my mail address, but till date i have not recieved it, i attended presentation on 7/05/2018 at rr city mall at 5/30, myself ramesh lalwani, rr city mall club mahindra holidays,

                      This is with reference to letter dated 06/06/2017 from club mahindra on the subject of gifts disbursement process – cash back enclosing cheque no. 85082 dated 31/05/2017 for rs.5000/-. This is towards cashback discount which is part of enrollment offer.

                      This cheque could not be deposited in time by the undersigned and it has become stale as three months have passed since the date of issue of the cheque i. E. 31/05/2017. Hence it is requested that a fresh cheque may be issued and sent to my new address in chennai given below.

                      It may be noted that the undersigned is working in indian oil corporation ltd and i have been transferred from delhi to chennai. My new address in chennai is given below. Kindly update the same in your records & confirm.

                          I got a call from one the executive from club mahindra stating that we have been selected for gift voucher from the club mahindra and called us to meet at their office to collect the voucher. Infact the executive told that if we will not come and collect, his hob will be in danger.
                          Firstly they explained all the things after that they forced us to take the membership on the spot and as we said that we need time to think before investing amt the executive their started talking in a very rude manner.

                          He just left us on the table and went without saying anything...

                          We were least interested in free gift but did not expected such a rude and rubbish behaviour which shows your status in hospitality...
                          No wonder if you did not wanted to issue the coupons why the hell you promoting yourself and making people fool...
                          Really saying club mahindra not a worth... Pls dont be cheated...

                              This is such a fake company. I canceled my membership within 2 days of taking it. And they saud that money will be refunded within 15-30 days as member id is not yet generated, but they delayed the process for a month. Deliberately created membership id although I have initiated cancel request and after that they said they will refund money in 60 days. After 60 days when I asked for refund they said it’ll take 30 days more and now its more than 4 months, they are neither refunding amount nor they are answering to the mails .
                              SUCH A FRAUD COMPANY THIS IS.

                                I am a member of club mahindra resorts and holidays. I have some problem on bookings which is normally done online. Club mahindra has only one customer care number, [protected]. And for last so many days it is unreachable. Mail is not responded too. And even if its done its done in a roundabout way with no solution. Can someone raise the matter with these cheats. My holiday plans are getting spoilt.

                                  I had been called to dil se restaurant on 31st march 2018 by a lady called komal (Mo. No. [protected]). She was from club mahindra. She used to call me 10 times a week to discuss about their holiday packages. When i visited dil se restaurant, surat on 31st march 2018 a man named dharmesh met us over there. He showed us the plan which was a bit attractive. I wish to take the plan as the brand name of club mahindra was attached with it. I told them that i will have to take the permission from my parents, so they told me to pay an installment of 29000/- inr and if i take the membership back in 10 days, all my money will be refunded. They also showed a clause in the membership papers defining the same refund policy of cancellation in 10 days. I agreed and paid the amount. On 2nd april, i whatsapp dharmesh that i dont want to take the membership and want to take the refund of my money. He kept his mobile off from then onwards. I tried calling club mahindra on their different numbers but no one is receiving the call. I have visited their office in rahulraj mall, surat. No one is responding. Please look on the matter as soon as possible.

                                  As I was shown on the membership rules and regulations, the refund amount should be processed in 30 Working days but you are telling me to wait for 100 Working days.
                                  This is against the terms that were shown to me and also against the terms that is explained by your member relation people in membership seminar.
                                  They told me that refund will be done in 30 Working days and now you are telling me that refund will be in 100 working days.
                                  Which means I have to wait to get my money for 6 months.
                                  Is this the customer service you are providing?? It is harassment by you people. Please reply me to get refund with in this month.
                                  All your holiday advisors are promising false statement while giving membership.
                                  At that time I was told that I will get refund in 30 days, then why are you telling me to take refund within 100 "Working days".
                                  100 Working days makes it almost 150 regular days. Means I have to wait 5 months more. what the hell is this??

                                    Hi club mahindra team,

                                    I tried various means to communicate & avail the services as committed to me before signing agreement. Attached one proof of discussion held with kasim.

                                    As per commitment, i was suppose to get 3 vouchers of 2n and 3 d each which i did not get. On asking i was told to pay first 6 months emi to avail. Vouchers are given to try out club mahindra services i suppose. Additional there are free holidays available in apps which for which 6 months emi needs to be paid which i agree but not for free vouchers.

                                    After waiting and no proper response from mahindra i regret joining and paying rs 50, 000. Request o pay back the money asap before i go legal and initial the compliant in police station. Voice recording of each conversion will be put as proof.

                                    Sorry but there is no other way to recover my hard earned money and cannot see going without any efforts.

                                      As per trailing mail, I am taking continuous follow-up for refund
                                      my money. But no response / No e-mail reply received from your end till
                                      today. As per discussion with your customer care representative, she told
                                      me refund will be initiated after 90 working days. I think 90 working
                                      days completed because my membership cancellation date was 04.12.2017. So
                                      it is once again requested to refund my money at an earliest.
