I bought white stu membership in nov 2017, my membership id is 2788276. When ever i plan any vacation then resorts are always unavailable even in white season. They always claim to plan my visit but when i ask them then they always told me to check their app for availability.in app the resorts are unavailable.in my recent conversation they promise to solve my concerns and plan my visit to north east but still i did not get any update from their part.in their emails they pretend that they are helping me but they are not. They want me to plan my vacation as per their schedule which is not possible. I already told them at time of buying membership that i used to travel a lot and they promised that i will get my booking but now that are not providing any service and also not ensuring any thing. I emailed them for cancellation policy but they did not consider that too. There customer support is always unreachable, they don't care about customer.
Looking at the past i don't want to continue with club mahindra. I want my money back as i haven't took any service or vacation thru club mahindra membership. I don't want to waste my money anymore. This is a fraud and need to be stoped.
I want to cancel my membership and need my money back.

I got a call from club mahindra chennai office on 9th June 2018, and we agreed that my membership cancellation request will get processed within 15 days but till date I haven't got any update and their executives are constantly forcing me to not withdraw it. This is height of double standards. Now they are forcing me to go on vacations which I dont need. I dont need any association with club mahindra, i only need my money back.

    not getting booking

    I have faced a scenario where at 9.30 am on the 1st day of start of booking to a Club Mahindra Hotel at Singapore, I did not get booking. To an extent my plans went topsy turvy. I am a red color member. When I took the membership in year 2005, it was the highest priority membership. Later purple was reintroduced and we stopped getting preferred bookings.     I purchased mahindra club membership by paying amount of rs 25815 on date 17/05/2017. After that i paid installment of rs 5107. Because of personal reason i needed to cancel this membership. I requested for so many times but i didn't get proper response. I got my installment back but still main amount of rs 25815 is left to take. They are ignoring me. Please help me to get my amount back. Thank you.

      A very intolerable and objectionable behaviour is performed by club mahindra. My preplanned and booked holiday at kandaghat for my esteemed guest mr. Miten shah has been cancelled without my consent and confirmation. My 3 day booking at kandaghat was terminated and it has created a shamefaced situation for me towards my guest.

      I want a confirmed restoration of my booking at kandaghat of a 1 br from 26/06/18 - 29/06/18.

      I expect an immediate reply within 24 hours.

      I would like to have a meeting with a senior authority bringing-to their notice the ‘ grievances and disservice by club mahindra in the last 13 years’.

      In 2013, June I visited Club Mahindra VARCA resort. And was appalled by the abhorrent state of the bathroom . The bathroom had clogged water and the drain was chocked up with dirt, hair and a dead cockroach. The photos are well explanatory.There is no level of hygiene and cleanliness and this is highly unacceptable. After travelling from Mumbai and checking in the rooms I have encountered these issues.

      The Pictures are of Club Mahindra Hatgad resort I visited in 2017. There was a mouse in my room in the night when I was sitting after dinner. It was near my the shoes and moved around the sofas where we were sitting for nearly ten minutes . It was a repugnant sight and was frightening for the kids . It was a disgusting holiday experience faced by me and my family.

        Facts were hidden when we were sold the membership. They said there were no hidden charges and most of their international resorts had extra charges. It's been less than a month that we took the membership and have not availed of any of their facilities. Based on the incorrect facts stated during their sales, we decided to cancel the membership. We have been calling, emailing and even escalating the complaint but no one is responding and they are not taking about our refund at all. We have to receive refund of around 2 lac inr, which is a big amount.
        I don't know why they are behaving so carelessly and inhumanly with us. Please help.

        Hello Ramnath, this is certainly not the experience we wanted you to have us. We have passed on your details to our Member Relations team, they will get in touch to address this.
        It has been 2 days now. No one from Club Mahindra reached out to me. When I called the marketing guy, he got me in touch with someone from payments team.

        The payment team person first said that they wanted to try to negotiate with us, hence they haven't processed our cancellation request placed a month ago! I'm wondering who were they negotiating with because I receive NO call from them.. @Club Mahindra: Were your team members negotiating with each other???

        Then he also said after verification call, zero refund is given. I have not used any Club Mahindra facilities and I'm cancelling because YOU lied to us. Despite asking at least twice to marketing person and verification call individual about any extra charges, we were not informed of access fee on Club Mahindra international resorts. You want to charge us 2 lac INR for THESE LIES??? Really??? May be you want this money to recruit more shameless liars in your company!

        Finally, after heated argument, the person said he'll process our cancellation request and send us an email. Now it's 24 hrs and I haven't received any response again.

        PLEASE ACT RESPONSIBLE AND GIVE OUR MONEY BACK.

          I applied for club mahindra membership after a presentation from the sales team. Given no much time to think, i was compelled to take their membership. I was told that i will be eligible for full refund if their services are not good within 7 working days. After seeing the reviews from many websites and friends, decided to cancel the application the very next day. Made the request through membership relations team but still they proceeded with my application. Even after multiple emails, no phone calls from the team. It seems they don't have a proper policy for cancellation of application before membership. I got to know from a close friend that it will take a quiet long time sometimes even 6 months to get the refund even after cancellation immediately. I feel it is an unethical business practice to have such a long duration for refund even after returning the documents within 1 or 2 days.

            Hi,
            This is regarding the call i received on 18th may 2018, asking wheather i have purchased a new hyundai i20 car recently, i said yes then that lady told me that i am lucky winner and i have won a gift voucher from club mahindra for a 2n/3d stay in any of their resorts in india. I was asked to come to crowne plaza, there it a marketing strategy to enroll customer for membership. At the end of the day i was given a coupon which i cannot even redeem all the resorts shows its full no rooms available. Its jus a trap, is club mahindra trying to fool people? Wasting our time giving a useless coupon which cannot be reedeem,

              Hi i am taken membership of club mahindra as a brand name, and during joining to club mahindra sales officer committed lots of things, which was never and ever fulfilled by them and money was wasted like anything by joining to club mahindra membership.
              At joining i have discussed and agreed that first i will see services and than go forward, if any solution on that please let me know or i am not interested to join in club mahindra, he has advised me to join and pay 25570 once than 6522 three installment and you enjoy 10 days stay at our best 45 report all over the india and also 7 rsi out side india in 1br. You tried once first trip if suitable other payment will be paid in installment after ward.
              I have agreed and to many more commitment i'phone once first installment debited you have received, not received yet so many follow up every time new new false reasons, that's not enough in booking lots of follow up and no booking get in 1br and from 2 months earlier booking confirmation ask but at end not given booking in nainital and total plan disturb, think that we take membership for comfort.

                A senior sales person of club mahindra through false promise of complimentary offers and free rci offer lured me into purchasing the club mahindra membership. After purchasing the membership< i found all claims and offers to be false.

                I raised the complained several times with the sales person, customer care, delhi office of club mahindra but did not get any response and instead club mahindra kept on sending ecs for deduction of emi, so i decided to keep my personal account out of balance to avoid their ecs as they were not listening to my grievances, after this i started getting calls from club mahindra requesting for emi to which i replied and made them aware of my outstanding and unaddressed grievance to which they assured to take action but no action has been taken till date and they have even deducted emi when ever i mistakenly left balance in my account.

                I request this forum to look into this matter as clum mahindra has looted my earned down payment and emi payments through cheating and fraud.

                  I was lured by a friend and the club mahindra sales person to apply for its membership, but little did i know of how disastrous it would be! I have a blue studio membership, and even if resorts are empty a few days before a higher studio season, they will not give them to you. While i knew it was an off-season package, i didn't expect to be fleecing money this way by offering rajasthan in april-may, sikkim in the rains, etc.! When i called to ask about cancellation of membership, i was told that i would get only 20-30k back!!! I tried calling after some months, and this time, a new rule! I cannot surrender my membership until 5 years! All this for paying more than 2 lakhs for it! Not to mention the exorbitant maintenance annual fees! Please help me surrender it and help me get at least a decent amount of refund.

                    I see that you have debited 1.5 nights from my account due to cancellation (. I would like to bring to your notice that i had booked the holiday by mistake from my user id to pondichery. The holiday was for my parents, mr satish k mishra, who have their own booking id.

                    Hence i have re-booked them on the same dates to the same resort with their booking id.

                        Dear sir/ madam

                        I was in the process of obtaining in cm membership. On 4th apr 2018, i requested for some corrections, which was replied back on 10th apr 2018.

                        On 11th apr, i received message for missing documents, in the absence of which my membership log in procedure is not being done. Same day i enquired about missing docs, but no reply from cm.

                        On 17th apr again same mail for missing docs was received and i asked the very same day about missing docs, but no reply again from club mahindra. Somehow during this period, i was also not satisfied with cm while planning family holiday.

                        On 18th apr i requested cm contact person, with whom i was dealing in vizag and informed over phone as well as through sms to cancel my membership. (I have record of the same)

                        On 21st apr, i sent email to member relation for the same. Got a message next day, that you will be contacting in 2-3 working days.

                        On 24th apr evening got a mail, informing that cm tried to contact me over phone, but couldn’t contact and asked me the convenient time to talk. Which i replied on 26th apr evening. I confirmed to call me back on 27th morning by 9 am.

                        I didn’t receive any call or message from cm after that.

                        I got surprised to find the deduction of emi from my credit card on 16th may 18, almost 25 days later from my cancellation request, without any notice to my requests.

                        Please take a look on the series of events and arrange to process complete refund of subscription made/ deducted so far.

                          I joined club mahindra corbet dhikhuli in 1st november 2016 to 24th april 2018. Your agreement with me 24000 thousand in 1 year completing my job they don't giving me my sevice charge and my one time payment 24000... I am waiting for my salary and everything. I won't clear satisfaction when i got my salary and all. Please i am waiting for your help. Thankyou

                            Till yesterday, my family details were available in my online account. I booked a resort on my spouse name yesterday.

                            Today to my shock, details of all family members are missing from my account. And i tried updating the same but club mahindra site won't allow me to do that.

                            Called call center to seek help to do the booking but they say unless family member details are updated, they cannot do a booking. They also confirmed that family member details are lost due to technical issues and they won't be able to restore them.

                            They asked me to send a screenshot of the issue i am facing and based on that they will try to help me further. Looks like club mahindra is upto some mischief but are not transparent on the same.

                              I am waiting for my refund amount from club Mahindra from last 5 months. After several commitments by club Mahindra verbal and written nothing happens. They are purposely harrassing their members who cancel their membership.
                              I requested for my membership cancellation on 4th of January 2018 by registered post and email.
                              They only replied to my request after posting this issue on social media. In this fast world how can it take more than 5 months to refund this amount.

                                I have paid 15% down payment of rs. 27675/- for my membership on 30.03.18
                                On the very second day i. E. 01.04.18, i have emailed for cancellation of my membership and asked for refund of rs. 27675/-

                                Then after i have emailed for the same for about 50 times and called to customer care and sales executives no. Of times. But there is no response for the same.

                                Till today i have not received refund of rs. 27675/-

                                  I want a refund of the money we paid for the club mahindra membership. I am unhappy, dissatisfied and fed up of calling your people in office. I request you to look into my complaint and refund the money or make any other arrangements. Hate this kind customer service. I am a club mahindra member from past 10 years. I haven’t used your service till date. Now when i wanted to book a hotel, you have told me to pay up extra. I don’t want to do it anymore. I request you to refund all the money i paid till now or make any other arrangements.

                                    I've cancelled my membership immediately on next day of taking it. And continuously mailing & calling them for refund of rs. 50620/- but still nothing is refunded and message & call for next emi cut is coming. After cancellation, not a single call or reply i received through that #.
                                    I don't know which language these animals are understanding???
