I was assured of membership cancellation and complete refund on 7th april and got written mail also from member relation team on my registered email (From shreemathi) with cancellation request no also mentioned - 075174 (Membership id generated was 2811651 which member relation team is not able to find in their systems now) but after that i am constantly following but no body has clue on when refund will be processed. Don't expect such behaviour from reputed companies like club mahindra which is not able to honour timelines of written commitment given. Can somebody confirm me exact date of refund as on mail there is absurd response and on call back team says will check and call back where call never comes back.

I have again got mail that request for cancellation has been raised and full refund will be processed in 15-20 days.
No body is answering what happened to cancellation request raised in 1st week of april and shared with me. this is false promise of club mahindra. Can i get an answer?

    I took bliss category membership at a downpayment of ₹ 122, 100 and 12 emi of ₹ 10, 925/- starting from 7th july. Since i had plans to travel to usa in july, i asked their representative sumit soni, for a list of accommodations available in the cities i was to visit. He failed to turn up inspite of my several calls and whatsapp messages (I have the complete history of our chats), i decided to cancel my membership through their call centre and on the same day i sent them an email. After that i received two phone calls assuring me of suitable action. But till now there is no sign for refund. Please advise what to do.

      I want to my money back, i just register on 9th june during your counselling session at nadiad, bollewourd 9 resort, i paid rs.36830/- through credit card but i don't want to continue with this membership, i ask to ms. Sherlet who is the counsellor on that day on 10th june -18 but still i don't get my money back, kindly process for the same on priority basis.

        My name is yaduveer singh chauhan taken membership on 20.03.2018 at udaipur and submit withdrawal request which was delivered from gati courier at mumbai office on 29.03.2018 within 10 days of joining so please refund my complete amount till date only telling than process in going on but they are not giving my amount earlier contacted on facebook they repair but from last 20 days they are not replying already 3 months passed how much longer i have to wait. Even after giving withdrawal request they generated my membership 2811997

          We were call for presentation from club mahindra holidays for 45 minutes but it went for 2hrs they promised me holiday vouchers for 2nights and 3days, movie ticket and food voucher but none of these are acceptable. For holiday they don't have any reservations in club mahindra holidays all are full from june to august for movie they don't have any slots and same for food vouchers. If they can't full feel there promises then why called us and waisted our time. If there resort are full then they no need of the new customers. Please help i have called there call centre they said we can't help you and disconnect the phone please help for awareness which they call us by lucy draw and show us just thumb very bad experience with club mahindra

            I have enrolled for club Mahindra membership on 30th of Dec – 2017 at Kochi, Club Mahindra Resort. The membership application form number is OCT/2017/25YRS/189453. I have also paid the down payment of Rupees 37, 200 through my credit card. My membership has got confirmed on 2nd Jan – 2018 and the membership id is 2796670. However, I canceled my enrollment and membership with Club Mahindra on 2nd Jan 2018. After repeating attempt with the customer care and local branch, they have agreed that my membership is canceled and I will get the refund. However, the refund is not done for the past 6 months.

            Note1: I have sent the cancellation request to the corporate office (Chennai and Mumbai) through Speed post.
            Note 2: Attached the credit card bill and the membership registration form copies.

            Hi, the issue is not yet resolved. Club Mahindra has reached out to me and the refund will be processed. However, it is more than 40 days, there is no resolution yet.

            Dear Support,

            I am writing to follow up on this matter. Its been more than 8 months since I have made the request. I have got the confirmation 40 days back that my membership is canceled and I will get the refund in 20 days. I am not sure what it is taking you so long to complete the process. I have made more than 30 calls to the customer center so far, and no proper update. Can you please look into this?

              01.04.18 I have joined club mahindra

              05.04.18 I have discussed to Mr Kundan Singh about membership ID, Kundan says -about 40 days is the time period for membership ID.

              04.05.18 Again I whatsapp to Mr Kundan for the same matter, Kundan No reply.

              15.05.18 I have received membership ID, But from the kit my mobile number is wrong, So I can't registered my login.
              ( from day one to 15.05.18 no call is come from your side(clubmahindra)

              I have so many time called for rectification of mobile number to your officer Mr.Kundan, Mr. Rohit, Mr. Pathak, and also your Lucknow branch [protected] and [protected], [protected], [protected], I have no found any responce.

              24.05.18 I mailled to [protected]@clubmahindra.com, reply from your side - please send mail to registered id

              25.06.18 againe same matter

              26.06.18 A phone call receive then I know my Email id is also wrong filled in your records ( mobile number and email id both were incorrect by your mistake, although at the time of enrolled I filled correct)
              So I can't complaint to registered email id.

              09.06.18 Mr. Sachin Pathak cooperate and rectify my mobile number and email id.

              14.06.18 I have complaint to memberrelation @clubmahindra.com

              (From 01.04.18 to 08.06.18 so long time consume for only rectification of mobile number and email.id, which was your officer's mistake)

              NOW I WANT TO REFUND MY DEPOSITED MONEY SO MANY REASON

              1:- If you deposit ten percent down payment, you are eligible to visit our club mahindra any point, then you pay rest amount in EMI.
              (at the time of tour you will not pay any charge ie transportation charges, fooding, local trevelling etc.).These are all wrong.

              2:- Your officer don't tells us about annual maintenance charges which are not affordable by me.
              3:- All so many wrong commitment (or hidden) I want to refund my deposited money.

              So I want to request you please do the needful action for the same.

                Don’t fall for club mahindra free holiday voucher scam. Remember there are no free lunches in life. I had gone for one such invitation plainly out of curiosity and was not surprised at the fraud that awaited me. What did surprise me was the new levels of low in rudeness and poor customer service that these people had stooped to and were in the process giving a bad name to the mahindra group. Wonder what anand mahindra would have to say about. Speaking of which maybe this feedback needs to reach him too!

                So here’s how it goes. A guy calls up to say you are among the lucky people chosen for a 3d2n stay at any of club mahindra’s ‘resorts’ anywhere in the country absolutely free. He emphasises the words ‘resorts’, ‘anywhere in india’ and ‘free’ several times in the call. He tells you there are no hidden charges whatsoever and all you need to do is come for a presentation at a 5star hotel in your city or an adjoining city.

                You ask to speak to his senior who also parrots the same lines and assures you that this is how it is. You come and attend a presentation at a 5 star, go back with the free voucher and immediately book a holiday wherever you want in india in any of club mahindra resorts. You wonder how bad can this be and decide to go of course with your spouse as that is a condition they have.

                From that time till the time you arrive at the presentation you get several calls from a guy from ‘operations’ who keeps asking whether all is going as planned and you are coming. He literally guides you to the hotel and tells you to call him the moment you reach.

                Once u reach there you find out that operations guy was never there but was calling from another city. You a greeted by complete strangers who scrutinse you from various angles to size up your credit worthiness.

                They ask you to fill out a long form and capture your data. Then a sleazy and upstart sales guy approaches you and gives a plateful of crap about how wonderful the mahindra holidays are.

                He seems unhappy to see that you don’t look impressed by his speech and that you’ve traveled abroad several times.

                He forces you to sign up for a 25 year holiday package and shell out close to 5 lacs on the spot as this offer is valid only on that day!!

                When you tell him that it’s not practical to take a decision like that when you hardly know these people, he looses interest and is angry that you’re not buying his package.

                So much so about the presentation. Now about the strings attached offer of the free holiday voucher. Turns out they had actually lied about the no hidden clauses thingy as this so called voucher is applicable in some 3 star hotels of mahindra and not the resorts all over india that was promised earlier! When you point out this lie to the sleazy sales guy he simply retorts that the person who called us made a mistake and he can’t do anything about that!

                When you point out that by doing this he is bringing a bad name to the mahindra group as this defeats the purpose of this brand building exercise since you will never forget this poor customer service experience and will recount it to your near and dear ones so they can be wary, mr sales guy will patronisingly look at your iphone and educate you that iphone is too big to be affected by a few bad customer reviews and that same is the case with the mahindra group and its holidays!!

                You swear never to go for such invitations even out of curiosity next time and return home.

                A few days later when you are about to trash the free voucher you decide to login to club mahindra website to see if you can still expect any honesty from what is left of the tarnished image of this group, not surpringly you find all club mahindra 3 star hotels already booked on all days throughout the year!!

                You decide to thank the operations guy who made you go through this wonderful experience but naturally he listens to your experience and then says he’s actually not that guy we spoke to but will try to arrange a call back that never comes!!

                Sure, as mentioned earlier all contact details are already available with Club Mahindra team. The registration number is 119QO419HU. Please feel free to contact. A copy of the review has also been shared with the customer care team at Club Mahindra as well as the GM complaints Mr Pramuch but am yet to hear from anyone.

                Thanks for the so-called acknowledgement and regret but it is of no help given the templated response that follows!

                Whether the booking window opens 4 months or 10 months before makes no difference because one can’t have a check-in date given that all days throughout the year show booked!

                And what about the lies told by Club Mahindra people at various stages (read the previous email) or is one supposed to treat this email as a general pardon granted to the erring employees to get on with their jobs of tricking more people into going through the same bad experience which now seems to be the norm looking at the huge number of similar reviews on various forums which incidentally has been made clear by these very representatives to be of little importance to them or to take the Club Mahindra brand.

                The fact that the rest of your email has nothing but instructions for us to go on another merry go round of the Club Mahindra website and the stuff written on the ‘GV itself’ and ends with a toll free number and a generic email ID instead of actually booking a holiday and coming back with a confirmation just goes to reinforce the templated and nonserious nature of your response which couldn’t care less what experience someone is carrying back. That, when the purpose of inviting us for the ‘presentation’ was to ensure ‘such an experience that it might prompt us to buy the membership later’!

                What now remains to be seen is whether anybody at club Mahindra thinks this is a serious enough matter to make a concerted attempt to provide a solution rather than responding with more ‘instructions to visit the website during particular times, more surprises like booking window opening 4 months prior to checkin date’ and what not.

                Please see that the next person who responds is a senior/responsible functionary who actually thinks this is an important enough matter for club Mahindra.

                I’ll of course be posting this exchange on various forums till the matter is taken to a closure.

Our booking window for October would also open on 01st July at 09:30 am, we would urge you to book a reservation at that time if your coupon is valid.

                This when I've made clear that I've had it with receiving misleading instructions and would like to hear from a 'responsible/senior' functionary who is serious about providing a solution. Let's not talk about undoing the damage as it is clearly beyond repair and Club Mahindra representatives are making it amply clear in this continuing email exchange that they care two hoots about providing bad customer experience!

                Despite making it clear in every email that the instructions being provided are not helping the situation (Just FYI, October again shows no bookings available!) these emails are continuing to beat around the bush with not one senior person coming forward to bring this to closure.

                Let me spell the requirement out once again: A functionary of the level of a General Manager (A GM is generally a person responsible for the P&L of a business unit and is likely to be more mature than a customer helpdesk person and is expected to see the adverse impact of providing a bad customer experience) needs to step in, read the entire mail trail (which is being posted in various public forums as well), understand the series of lies, deceits, harassment-causing & unhelpful nature of responses being provided so far and then tender an unconditional apology, followed by an official explanation of the behaviour of the employees encountered so far, proper assurance of what remedial action is being taken to prevent recurrence of these instances so that no one else has to go through the same experience in these 'free voucher' seminars being organized across the country. He is then expected to arrange for the appropriate booking to be made at the company's end 'without telling me to go to the website and do this and that' only to find out that nothing works and compensate for the harassment caused so far by making this 'pie-in-the-sky' free holiday arranged by the back office without springing up any more nasty surprises about fine print details deliberately hidden so far which make this free voucher in fact very costly, given the time, effort and anguish it causes. (Yes! This stepping-in by a responsible person happens in morally upright hospitality chains who understand the meaning of being in the 'hospitality' business and are careful about preserving their reputation and go the extra mile to undo any unintentional damage done by any employee. Not like Club Mahindra, where the initial sales people lie, cheat, behave unprofessionally, and then a customer service representative gets into a long email exchange writing templated responses providing platitudes instead of genuinely helping the customer!)

                Last but not the least: Why is Anand Mahindra not aware of these malpractices going on his group company and why should he not be made aware of them!!

                  We applied for club mahindra membership in bangalore on january 13th with application id maf:oct/2017/25yrs/194179
                  We paid rs. 53771 with debit card on same day.
                  After 7 days we saw that our application is not even getting processed and the contact manager also was not responding to our calls
                  Seeing this pathetic we wanted to withdraw our application and sent scanned copy of cancellation request signed by both applicants to club mahindra relationship mail id

                  As per the part c 8.1 in the membership agreement, we requested full refund of rs. 53771 as we withdrew application within 10 days

                  The club mahindra team (Arun from bangalore branch) convinced us that the application cannot be withdrawn until the membership id is created, and gave an assurance that the full refund will be initiated

                  So we permitted membership id to be created which is : 2799726
                  Membership team who gave us assurance that our cancellation process is initiated and will be done within 90 working days from february 03rd when the membership id got created in email as well

                  Now whenever we call the relationship care they ask us to wait until 90 working day which also have crossed (14th june, 2018) so that they can log a complaint to local cm team. Local cm team whenever called says its central cm relationship team that should do refund processing

                  Finally we dropped mail to club mahindra relationship team initimating them of the crossing of agreed 90 working days deadline on june 14th for which we didnt even get acknowledgement.

                  Can you please advise how to approach the consumer appellate and other actions that can be taken to start the refund process with penalty

                    They keep changing the seasons and corner you to upgrade ur membership. I have so many days lapsed coz of this sick policies. Wherever they see that bookings are more during a time period, they immediately put it to a higher season and when u raise concerns they stick to the word policy. A member for almost 10 years, i feel sorry and regret abt my decision i made almost 10 years ago now. These scammers just need your asf [ annual subscription fees which comes up to ~15k a year which the marketing team did tell after the membership was taken (Sorry i dont have evidence abt it)] and then they raise the band of all holidays cornering you to upgrade. So i[censored] decide to stay on the lower band, you end up lapsing your holidays. This is not the clubmahindra 5 years back where the team was great. The old teamis replaced by a team of soothsayers who just keep telling policy policy policy. Any robot could do that. Please help get the membership cancelled with a percentage as a refund as this seems more of a cornering to an upgrade else as a customer i would have to lapse the services tht i have paid for.

                    There were some apology related recrediting of holidays due to some atrocious act by the club mahindra Employees @Poovar. I have the mail concerning the same.

                    I was asking Amar about using those recreditable holidays for the booking requested. Still an egoistic no was the answer.

                    Anyways the blue membership is just to pay ASF and lapse the days.

                    Now if the same cannot be done by you guys then there apology stands void and then, is it a charge against IPC 140, 120A, 464, 500, 499 which should be taken both as a criminal offence and as a consumer offence.

                    Also on the criminal offence terms :: 354A against the club mahindra employee at poovar and the employees who tried to cover up for it.

                    This time he told he will be sending the cancellation policy details which I requested almost 2 weeks back.
                    Yeah Club Mahindra is happy to see anyone (who questions their tyrrany on customers ) go. But without proper refunds let the law of the land decide on issues, the stess and the humility that the customers suffer under Club Mahindra.

                    Compensation against the mental stress given by your folks :: 1 Lakh

                    Compensation against the false promises made about customer relations : 0.25 Lakhs

                    Compensation against the lapse policy of vacations for the nonavailability of rooms when the customer tries to book (fraud): 0.25 Lakh

                    Compensation against the verbal atrocity against my family at Poovar :: criminal case against the accused and whoever tried to cover up with false promises against it.

                    Along with this I demand a full refund of the initial amount. Where in I give back as a perk the huge variant ASF charges and the nearly begging stage each time when I tried for a booking.

                    Unfortunately this time the joy has crossed all limits to an ecstasy that as a customer I dont wish to beg anymore with any any representatives[ yes that is the real experience for any customer on a lower season as year after year you guys shrink the availability for lower customers forcing them to upgrade, or lapse his holidays purchased by hard earned money or leave with none of the amount that he payed with the tricks of mathematics] from ClubMahindra .
                    I have made my statements clear in my previous mails as Amar from ClubMahindra interacting for over a month has proved that he-representing clubmahindra bears no courtesy to the holidays of the customer and just corners them to upgrade and neither to the apology statements for mishaps from clubmahindra of the past.
                    Now that it has crossed limits, I dont wish to explain anymore on what all has happened again and again.

                    I am wiling to move it legally contacting the different government and judicial channels available for all the mental and monetary stress that clubmahindras has provided me at the time of holiday booking and via the staff of certain resorts covered up by the member relations with apology which they don mean at all.

                    Transfer of this kind of a membership with such a great back end team which literally makes the customer beg is the worst thing I would do to any enemy. Forget about my friends and family.

                    You can contact me back with reference to my last email and how better the refunds could be which on the other hand, we can talk in terms of the charges that I had explained in the last resort of an Indian citizen- the judiciary.

                    As mentioned by you before cancellations is really not going to be the motto which really benefits ClubMahindra and Myself.

                    The 27K out of the ~150K which tends up to 18% with

                    is obviously not acceptable as a Consumer of Clubmahindra Membership.

                    Also I did not recieve any call after you had spent my time replying with a convenient time. Anyways thats the wish of ClubMahindra on whether they want to contact me or not. It jsut shows the professionalism.

                    With the Consumer Rights of the consumer may I ask the below questions:: Infact from member Relations I expect a detailed reply to every point I raise.

                    Right to be informed::
                    1. Why do we have a vary in ASF every year ?
                    2. When a member tried booking, and it was not allowed, why do you guys breeda lapse of holiday policy ?

                    Right to choose ::
                    1. If Club Mahindra Changes the consumer seasons every year [ changing just weeks in middle to a higher season ] cornering the consumer to a higher season denying the consumer the right to choose, what conpensation is due on Clubmahindra against members who have fallen to the trap ?

                    Right to seek redressal ::
                    1. I am not happy with the product and the non-refundable policy of 84K and seek a redressal in this regards.

                    With the right of a Tax Paying Civilian Citizen of India may I ask ::
                    Do Club Mahindra reserve the rights to coverup for Criminal offences by giving false/fake promises to the consumers - member of Club Mahindra ?

                    Lets see if the law of the land favors consumers or the frauds.

                      I have been cheated by false information, given by sales executive of club mahindra,

                      I want to tell full detail in writing

                      Pl call me so that i can explain everything in detail. I had mailed them so many times. But i m not getting any satisfactory reply and they don;t want to refund my money.
                      I am writing all the incident from day one,
                      I had also mailed it to club mahindra.

                      Incident details:

                      On 1st april, i got a call that club mahindra executives has come in guest house of kribhco nagar, shahjahanpur (U. P.) so pl come to meet and collect your free voucher.
                      So i along with my wife went there at around 5 pm and talked to mr. Sachin tripathi and his team member mr. Kundan kumar (Mob no. [protected]). Kundan explained me that if i take club mahindra membership on 1 april, i will get much discount and this discount is available only that day.
                      He told me:

                      1. I have to deposit rs. 28930 only and i have to give two cheques of rs. 9090 against emi,
                      These cheques are for formality only. U just go to any resort, if you found resort satisfatory only then your emi will start.., otherwise you can cancel membership anytime and you will get full refund except rs.2250 (Processing fee).

                      2. When you come at any station, after then, club mahindra will take care of you. Club person will send a car with driver and that will remain with you till your tour is complete. Club mahindra will borne all the expenditure till that time. I have to pay only for meal and for that also, meal coupons (Free of cost) will be provided. So you have to pay nothing.

                      3. If you want to transfer membership, it can be done by a single mail without any cost and if you are not satisfy with club mahindra, then club mahindra will buyback your membership,

                      4. Rci is for 25 years

                      5. Two adults and two kids are allowed in one studio.. Without any cost while i had told him that my son is of 13 years and daughter is of 10 years.

                      6. I can gift my holidays to my relatives, free of cost.

                      7. Annual maintenance charges are there, for this year, it is around 14000 rs. And it will get decrease year after year as you will be a member of club mahindra for so long..

                      8. He will provide me 20000 rs. Fhrp within one month. Which i can use in shopping.

                      And many more things,

                      But when i received the brochure and go through it at my home in night, i come to know that most of the things, told to me, were false so i mailed him to cancel my membership at given mail id kundan. [protected]@mahindraholidays.com

                      But when i talked to him, he said that cancellation is allowed only after generation of club mahindra id so i have to answer positively in confirmation call..
                      When i received confirmation call, i come to know that charges are absolutely different to what i was told,, so i told this to kundan, he said, no problem sir, it is only for formality..

                      You say that i m ready. Only that my id will get generated and i can cancel my membership..

                      So i confirmed on call and my id was generated.
                      After my id generation, i asked him to cancel my membership. He said that mail me..
                      I mailed him but all the mail got bounced.

                      So i again asked him,, he said that some technical issues are there, so mails are getting bounce. Within one or two days, it will be solved..
                      So i said him to cancel my membership on 9 april on whatsapp also.

                      But he didnt do anything and after one/two week, his mail got correct as per him.
                      So i mailed him to cancel my membership.
                      He told me to mail him, then he will forward it to higher authorities,

                      When i asked him any email id of clubmahindra the he told me that this is the procedure. I can not mail directly to club mahindra.

                      So i mailed him. He told me that he has forwarded my mail and process is going on,

                      When i asked him to send that mail to me also or screenshot of the mail to me, he did not answer me.

                      On 7 may, i got a message from my bank that a cheque of rs. 9090 has come for clearing, i asked to contact mr kundan as he was saying that these cheques are only for formalities. These cheques will not be put into bank for clearing.

                      But rs. 9090 got deducted from my account.

                      Again on 7 jun, rs 9090 got deducted from my account then i enquired about office of club mahindra, bareilly (U. P.) on net.
                      Then i got contact number of mr sachin verma (Lucknow office).
                      I explained everything to him then he said,, yes, we are also very much
                      Angry with our sales team, and their wrong/false commitments.

                      But on cancellation of my membership, i will not get any refund.

                      So it is better to avail holidays for rs. 47000..

                      From him, i got the contact number of mr sachin pathak of bareilly office. (Mob. No.[protected])

                      I told him everything then he told me that mr kundan kumar has been expelled from office as he has deceived many persons.

                      I asked him thatit is ok. You have expelled him but what about my 47000 rs.???

                      He also told that he will try to refund but possibility is nearly zero. I should avail holidays.

                      Then i talked to customercare.

                      I told many thing to that lady, she said me to mail all the details to [protected]@mahindraholidays.com

                      So i mailed all this incident to [protected]@mahindraholidays.com

                      I have attached whatsapp chat with mr kundan kumar (Sales executive of club mahindra) in that mail.

                      I was going to lodge a fir in police station but after talking with your executives, i didnt lodge fir..

                      So pl help me.

                      It will be much better if a senior person of club mahindra call emand take all the details.

                      So that no another person got decieved by your sales executives and image of club mahindra reain good and more & more person join you.

                      If required, i can provide the emails which i had written to kundan. And also the mails which told me about mail bounce.

                      Pl tell me what to do, and arrange to refund me my whole amount as i have done a mail on very next day to clubmahindra executive to cancel my membership and also when he told me that it is possible only after id generation, i again asked him to cancel thsi by mail, but when mail got bounce then i whatsapp him to cancel my membership on 9 april (Within 10 days of taking membership).

                      So pl consider all the things and arrange to refund me my hardearned money,

                      I will be very thankful to you..

                        I am trying to book a stay in coorg - madikeri / virajpet for my family using a voucher i received from mahindra resorts team when i attended one of their presentations.

                        My voucher is valid till last week of august 2018.

                        The duration of my stay lies in white periods which means non peak seasons in the 1st week of july. When i tried making the booking to my shock not one room is available until 30th sept 2018.

                        I fail to understand the reason why mahindra issues such vouchers when they donot intend to let people make their bookings even in the non peak seasons.

                          Sir, now i want to know some commitment which was tells us to your officer, he says that

                          1- if pay ten percent of down payment, you can visit in our club mahindra any point. If you like it, you deposit rest amount (You deposit rest ammont with installment ie. Emi) otherwise you withdraw
                          (I deposited the down payment, but now your officer tells us, you pay minimum three emi then you are eligible for the same).

                          2. Your officer don't tells us about annual maintenance charges, which can't affordable by me.

                          All these reason i want to quite my membership, and be refund my deposited money.
                          So i request you to please do the needful action against the same.

                              I opted bliss classic membership on 7th june 2018. For some reason requested to cancel through email on 10 june 2018. 3 days passed, till now no response from executives of club mahindra. I have sent so many emails, my 10 days cancellation time will expire for full refund, n club mahindra then refuse to refund. My application for membership no ismar/2018/bliss /006364. Thanks if anything can be done in time!!

                                I had applied for club mahindra membership on 25 may2018 by making down payment of 10% then. Subsequently i received booking id no. 2820501 but due to personal reasons within a week i have sent email to memberexperience to cancel my membership and refund my down payment made. I have been out of country from 05 to 11 june 18. I have sent repeated mails requesting for my cancellation but there is no reply. I am a senior citizen and request your office to contact me at the earliest and resolve my issue.

                                  I took club mahindra member ship in 2017 vide membership i'd 2767663.
                                  I have sent an email regarding cancellation on 06/11/2017 and also visited to their office several times for cancellation but they are not giving me any confirmation mail or any receipt.
                                  Despite this email i am getting my installment messages to my bank account..
                                  I have no interest in continuing with club mahindra.
                                  Moreover company has denied any way out of membership.
                                  I had never such a bad experience in my life..

                                    I request you not to process my application which was handed over to mr satyendra yesterday 10.06.2018 evening at 9 pm for the membership at korba 495677. Kindly make arrangements to refund the down payment of rs. 27k with credit card made at yesterday. Kindly treat this mail as full and final instructions for not pursuing the membership. Kindly immediate stop at all processing in this regards as communicated over the phone to mr. Satyendra also.

                                    My login id is not generated yet because i have not given any documents, it was told me that if i wish to continue then i will send the details. Now, i dont want to take membership.

                                      I took club mahindra member ship in 2008 vide membership i'd 279883. Since then we have been cheated and fooled by the company. They charge hefty membership and annual upkeep charges however the entry to resorts is not restricted to members only. This is leading to members never getting holidays booked on preferred days and compulsory have to pay annual fees.
                                      Moreover company has denied any way out of membership. This amounts to fraud. This is my first attempt to get my dues. Next i plan to go legal with them.

                                        After persentation there is a person who persent taht tiwari he said we will give you voucher for 2d 3n for any club mahindra resort in india and 2 movie ticket but he still mail anything your team made us fool doing froaud with with who is not able to take you holiday pack.
