Dear sir/ madam
I was in the process of obtaining in cm membership. On 4th apr 2018, i requested for some corrections, which was replied back on 10th apr 2018.
On 11th apr, i received message for missing documents, in the absence of which my membership log in procedure is not being done. Same day i enquired about missing docs, but no reply from cm.
On 17th apr again same mail for missing docs was received and i asked the very same day about missing docs, but no reply again from club mahindra. Somehow during this period, i was also not satisfied with cm while planning family holiday.
On 18th apr i requested cm contact person, with whom i was dealing in vizag and informed over phone as well as through sms to cancel my membership. (I have record of the same)
On 21st apr, i sent email to member relation for the same. Got a message next day, that you will be contacting in 2-3 working days.
On 24th apr evening got a mail, informing that cm tried to contact me over phone, but couldn’t contact and asked me the convenient time to talk. Which i replied on 26th apr evening. I confirmed to call me back on 27th morning by 9 am.
I didn’t receive any call or message from cm after that.
I got surprised to find the deduction of emi from my credit card on 16th may 18, almost 25 days later from my cancellation request, without any notice to my requests.
Please take a look on the series of events and arrange to process complete refund of subscription made/ deducted so far.

Club Mahindra Holidays Customer Care's response We hear you, Mayank. Kindly share the membership ID and registered contact number via Facebook Inbox or Twitter DM so that our team can reach out to address this.
The payment team person first said that they wanted to try to negotiate with us, hence they haven't processed our cancellation request placed a month ago! I'm wondering who were they negotiating with because I receive NO call from them.. @Club Mahindra: Were your team members negotiating with each other???
Then he also said after verification call, zero refund is given. I have not used any Club Mahindra facilities and I'm cancelling because YOU lied to us. Despite asking at least twice to marketing person and verification call individual about any extra charges, we were not informed of access fee on Club Mahindra international resorts. You want to charge us 2 lac INR for THESE LIES??? Really??? May be you want this money to recruit more shameless liars in your company!
Finally, after heated argument, the person said he'll process our cancellation request and send us an email. Now it's 24 hrs and I haven't received any response again.
PLEASE ACT RESPONSIBLE AND GIVE OUR MONEY BACK.
