Dear sir,
I had been called to dil se restaurant on 31st march 2018 by a lady called komal (Mo. No. [protected]). She was from club mahindra. She used to call me 10 times a week to discuss about their holiday packages. When i visited dil se restaurant, surat on 31st march 2018 a man named dharmesh met us over there. He showed us the plan which was a bit attractive. I wish to take the plan as the brand name of club mahindra was attached with it. I told them that i will have to take the permission from my parents, so they told me to pay an installment of 29000/- inr and if i take the membership back in 10 days, all my money will be refunded. They also showed a clause in the membership papers defining the same refund policy of cancellation in 10 days. I agreed and paid the amount. On 2nd april, i whatsapp dharmesh that i dont want to take the membership and want to take the refund of my money. He kept his mobile off from then onwards. I tried calling club mahindra on their different numbers but no one is receiving the call. I have visited their office in rahulraj mall, surat. No one is responding. Please look on the matter as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,
As I was shown on the membership rules and regulations, the refund amount should be processed in 30 Working days but you are telling me to wait for 100 Working days.
This is against the terms that were shown to me and also against the terms that is explained by your member relation people in membership seminar.
They told me that refund will be done in 30 Working days and now you are telling me that refund will be in 100 working days.
Which means I have to wait to get my money for 6 months.
Is this the customer service you are providing?? It is harassment by you people. Please reply me to get refund with in this month.
All your holiday advisors are promising false statement while giving membership.
At that time I was told that I will get refund in 30 days, then why are you telling me to take refund within 100 "Working days".
100 Working days makes it almost 150 regular days. Means I have to wait 5 months more. what the hell is this??

    Hi club mahindra team,

    I tried various means to communicate & avail the services as committed to me before signing agreement. Attached one proof of discussion held with kasim.

    As per commitment, i was suppose to get 3 vouchers of 2n and 3 d each which i did not get. On asking i was told to pay first 6 months emi to avail. Vouchers are given to try out club mahindra services i suppose. Additional there are free holidays available in apps which for which 6 months emi needs to be paid which i agree but not for free vouchers.

    After waiting and no proper response from mahindra i regret joining and paying rs 50, 000. Request o pay back the money asap before i go legal and initial the compliant in police station. Voice recording of each conversion will be put as proof.

    Sorry but there is no other way to recover my hard earned money and cannot see going without any efforts.

      Dear Sir

      As per trailing mail, I am taking continuous follow-up for refund
      my money. But no response / No e-mail reply received from your end till
      today. As per discussion with your customer care representative, she told
      me refund will be initiated after 90 working days. I think 90 working
      days completed because my membership cancellation date was 04.12.2017. So
      it is once again requested to refund my money at an earliest.

        Sir mr bilal shaikh on 15.01.2018 has debited rs.166860/- from my credit card
        Towards membership of club mahindra. Due to some financial problem i am not in a position to continue the membership and sent cancellation letter
        And mail on 24.01.2018. Even spite of repeated reminders and requests till
        Date i have not received refund of the same. It is more than 100 days from
        Cancellation of membership. It is understood that to earn incentive by the representative refund is delayed. I earnestly request your goodself to look into
        The matter and arrange to release my amount on urgent basis since i have been
        Charged interest by the credit card more that 44% + gst.

        In Top gear complementary 2nights 3days stay i couldnt get voucher code . In the customer care there is no proper response . Last two weeks before they say the technical issue. Today i ring them they say same issue. Totally i called 15 times to ur customer care the same issue.Then why u have to give the complementary just for name and fame.
        I have tried many times to call club mahindra but no one answers the call. keep saying all the time that "member relation officer is busy" VERY POOR CONSUMER SERVICE .

          My father is a member of club mahindra, id - 2800941.

          We are facing a lot of issues with their customer service. Our point of contact is tushar malik and prashant joshi from the pitampur branch. Below are the issues we are facing:

          1. They promised us ipl tickets for 2018 season, two per match (Total four tickets), but are now denying the same
          2. They promised us events, such as movie screenings but in our 3-4 months with the club mahindra we have been invited for only one movie screening
          3. They told us they would get our bookings done for beijing but were of no help
          4. We contacted them for booking at amritsar but again they were of not much help
          5. We had referred one mr. Jatin atri but now they are denying us referral benefits, which were promised earlier
          6. They don't answer our calls
          7. Most of the time all the resorts are booked or waitlisted
          8.in our meeting, they said breakfast buffet would cost between inr 300-390 (India) but on our coorg trip we were charged more than inr 500 per person. When confronted, they said that the food prices have increased due to inflation in vegetable prices (Which is the most stupid excuse we have ever heard). Also, we have it in written that club mahindra is inflation free

          We want to cancel our membership and need a refund of the same. Let me know the procedure so that this can be done peacefully and we don't have to go to consumer court.

All of your executives told me that we are alll ready intimated our concerned person they are coordinating wit your shortly.               We were called fr a meeting from club mahindra - the big cheats - to discuss about membership and on the phone we were promised a free stay voucher if we attended it. - regardless of whether we take membership or not. It’s been more than 2 weeks and there’s no sign of the voucher. We were actually contemplating taking a time share, but looking at this cheating attitude what is the guarantee that ull not cheat me of the “so called offers” after i take membership too?? Why did you guys waste our precious time and promise us something which you were not going to fulfil

                I on apr 21 2018, i received a call from club mahindra sales representative regarding the 3 days gift vouchers by club mahindra and invited me and my family at renault showroom, bhikaji kama place, new delhi. There mr. Prashant and mr. Manik showed us some videos and photos of club mahindra resorts in india and asked is to get membership of the same for 1 year at rs. 28930.00.
                They never mentioned of emis and 25 yrs at that time. We paid rs 28930.00 on 21 apr 2018 and the very next day i came to know that i'll have to pay 36 emis of rs 9090.00. On hearing that i refused them to process my application and requested for the refund of paid amount. Mr prashant said refund is possible only after generation of member id. I also called at their customer service center for the same and they provided me email address of customer relations team. I forwarded my application of withdrawal and refund along with the copy of application form and payment receipt to [protected]@clubmahindra.com on 24 apr 2018. Till date i've not received any response from their end.
                I sent them reminder mails, called their office at jasola, new delhi, but no satisfactory response is given. On 29 apr 2018, i received an email from club mahindra regarding membership id and welcome kit. I informed mr prashant about the same but he still not giving me satisfactory answers. I have registered complaint on consumer forum with docket id 711613 on 01 may 2018.
                I am continuously calling them but no reply is being given. I have requested them to cancel my membership and refund the down-payment of rs 28, 930.00 because i will not be able to pay the 36 emis of rs 9090.00 each.

                  What is this nonsense, are we paying you for making us fool?
                  Everytime, if i am trying to book the resort, i am not able to book it as it is showing full. I have paid a huge amount to you and paying asf every year, is it just to make us fool? Booking is available on make my trip but not for members.

                      I have taken club Mahindra membership in last week of March-18. Before login I was confirmed for Amazon gift vouchers and gold vouchers till end of April by my sales manager Suthirtha and on pre-login call.
                      I have tried to contact Mumbai and Chennai head office. All of them are either pointing to call on some other number or disconnecting the call. Sales manager don't have any idea on this and as per him this is done by club Mahindra corporate office and he can't track it.
                      I have received call and SMS to pay my EMI but during this no one is responding properly on my vouchers.
                      Pathetic call center service (which was once upon a time of Reliance communication). No way to track.
                      I have taken this believing on Mahindra group but before I avail my first year holidays, I am finding frustrating responses.
                      I am finding no means of tracking voucher details after paying 50% down payment and EMI date is coming.

                          Please confirm the cancellation of my membership no 2810227 mailed to you on 4th april. Its almost 25 days no confirmation is given by the mahindra club yet. This was the reason of cancelling as the response system is very worst.
                          I got the response the next day from my friend i heard that mahindra club does not give any service the hotels which they say are not good at par and they charged heavily for the food and yearly maintenance increased every year. We don't get the expected dates even before four months of booking but at the same time a non member gets the same date in cheap rate than us. Then y don't we be the non member.

                            We have been trying to book park royal in kuala lumpur. This booking can only be done by calling the call centre. I am staying abroad and making this booking means we are making an international call. On 27 april and 28 april, calls have been made to the call centre. To complete the booking we need to make a payment via the ivr. However the ivr system does not accept international credit cards. We were told by the call centre staff on 27 april they will send me an email for neft transfer details. We called back on 28 april and were informed that neft cannot be used! However, i insisted they agreed that in two hours i will get an email from the so called team leader of the call centre on the neft details. For which now five hours have passed and the same has not been sent.
                            Exchange fee requires ivr payments, how come your asf payment system is so efficient and you accept online payments for the annual fees???

                              This is a complain regarding a cheater & fraud company so called club mahindra holidays,
                              Purple studio is the highest season membership of club mahindra, after becoming a member of the same season like purple studio, and almost paid amount more than 300000 rs or above, but still whenever i ask for holiday, the call centre team and their manager do not give proper response and also they treat their customer like a fool, they misbehaved with me. Also asked them if you can not provide holiday in your resort then please cancel my membership and refund my full paid amount.

                              Request you to please look into it, and help me to resolve my issue.

                                On account of march closing mahindra club executive from jaipur has forced me to do a transaction of rs 10000 as advance and told me that it would be refundable within a week if i don't take the membership.

                                  I purchased Club Mahindra Membership 2 yrs back and paid for 1 year, I must have paid Rs.1.55 lacs and not once also i utilized holidays I want to cancel my membership surprise to note that I will get refund of only ZERO Rupees.. This is something rally kind of cheating. I want to register case in consumer court can anyone guide me in this regard. Also to my surprise they did not inform me anything about the annual charges to be paid when...

                                  हम अभी तक 132000 डाउन पेमेंट (half of membership) और 2 क़िस्त 5190 की दे चुके है...कुल

                                  142380 rs

                                  आपके सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव ने भ्रामक, झूठी, जानकारी देके मेम्बरशिप बेचीं है.

                                  ये है वो जानकारी .

                                  १. अगर वो क्लब महिंद्रा के सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव है तो उनको खाने के ख़र्चे के बारे में कैसे नहीं पता ? कही भी खाने से पहले आदमी मेनू कार्ड मंगवाता है उसमे खाने के रेट्स देखने के लिए. 1500 रुपये 2 आदमी के खाने के पुरे दिन के है... ऐसा बताया गया था... जबकि सच ये है के 1250 रुपये में एक आदमी नाश्ता और डिनर या लंच कर सकता है.. इस हिसाब से 4 आदमी की फैमिली का एक दिन का 1, 250*4 = 5, 000, 7 दिन का 5000*7 = 35, 000….. 25 साल के हुए 35000*25 = 8, 75, 000 rs.

                                  २. एनुअल सब्सक्रिप्शन फीस (ASF) हमको बताया गया था की ASF 14700 rs पर ईयर फी होगी जो मैंटेनैंस के लिए ली जाती है.. और जिस साल वेकेशन नहीं गए उस साल का ASF पे नहीं करना है, जिसकी बात वाट्सप चैट में सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव ने की है.. फिर आपके द्वारा मेम्बरशिप फीस 3, 00, 000 rs क्यों ली जा रही है...जब मैंटेनैंस फीस हर साल ली जा रही है...मेम्बरशिप फीस लेने का हमको क्या फायदा है ? ३. 120 days पहले प्रायर बुकिंग अगर मै आपके क्लब का मेंबर हु तो मुझे किसी भी सीजन में बुकिंग मिलनी चाहिए..जो की है नहीं.. अगर मेंबर रहते हुए भी बुकिंग नहीं मिलती है तो मेंबरशिप फीस लेने का क्या मतलब ? और ऑफ सीजन मेम्बरशिप कोई क्यों लेगा इतने पैसे देके...मेम्बरशिप सेल करते टाइम ब्लू सीजन (ऑफ सीजन ) की जानकारी नहीं दी गयी.

                                  ४. ASF हर साल महंगाई दर से बढ़ेगा...इसकी जानकारी भी सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव द्वारा नहीं दी गयी थी...147000 rs हर साल 1% से बढ़ेगा तो ये होता है 14700*1%*25 year = 4, 11, 650 rs

                                  ५. इसके अलावा बाहर का कोई भी आदमी बिना मेंबर होते हुए भी रिसोर्ट मै ज्यादा पैसे देके बुकिंग करवा सकता है, अगर बाहर का आदमी बुकिंग करवाएगा तो मेंबर्स को बुकिंग कैसे मिलेगी ? न आपके पास ऐसा कोई सिस्टम है जिस से हमको पता चले के हमारी बुकिंग अगर किसी बाहरी आदमी के आने से कैंसिल हुए है तो हमको इसकी जानकारी हो.. फिर मेंबर बनाने का क्या फायदा हुआ...इतने पैसे देने के बाद.

                                  ६. आपके पास मेंबर ज्यादा है और रिसोर्ट कम, और दूसरा बाहर के आदमी भी बुकिंग करवा सकते है फिर भी आप मेंबर पे मेंबर जोड़ते जा रहे है...जिसकी वजह से बुकिंग नहीं मिलती, जिसकी जानकारी फेसबुक पे कई लोगो के कमेंट से हमको मिली...

                                  ७. आप क्लेम करते है के आपके सभी रिसोर्ट मै कोई भी मेंबर जा सकते है, जबकि आपकी प्राइम लोकेशन जगह जैसे गोवा पे ऑफ सीजन वाला मेंबर बुकिंग डालेगा तो वो कन्फर्म होगी ही नहीं... अगर आप किसी को ऑफ सीजन वाली मेम्बरशिप बेच रहे हो तो आप उसको उसी टाइम क्यों नहीं बताते हो के आप प्राइम लोकेशन वाली जगह पे बुकिंग नहीं करवा पाएंगे...अगर आप किसी से भी मेम्बरशिप का पैसा ले रहे हो तो आपकी जिम्मेदारी बनती है के आप उसको कन्फर्म बुकिंग दे...मेंबर बनाने का मतलब ही यही होता है, हम आपको मेंबरशिप का पैसा भी दे और वेटिंग चल रही है, थोड़ा लेट बुकिंग डालिये, क्यों सुनेगे ?

                                  ८. कुल मिला के मेम्बरशिप + ASF + फ़ूड = 3, 00, 000 + 4, 11, 650 + 8, 75, 000 = 15, 86, 650 rs in 25 years… ये अनुमानित कुल ख़र्चा सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव ने नहीं बताया था.. जबकि खर्चा इससे ज्यादा ही होगा.

                                  जिसमे आपके वही दिमाग से पैदल एग्जीक्यूटिव डांस सांग्स फन एक्टिविटीज को लक्ज़री बता रही थी...ऐसे लोगो को निकल क्यों देते...लाखो रुपए मेने ये करने के लिए दिए है...ऐसी लक्ज़री दोगे.
                                  और जब मेरे एक भी सवाल का जवाब नहीं दिया गया उससे, तो कहने लगी के आपको सोच के लेनी थी मेम्बरशिप...
                                  जब तक हम पैसे लुटाते रहे आप बड़े खुश होते हो देखो कैसा मुर्गा फसा है...और जब आपके मेम्बरशिप का सच सामने रख रहे है तो सुना नहीं जा रहा हैं आपसे...मेम्बरशिप देते टाइम बोलती न ऐसा फिर लेता में तुम्हारी सड़ी हुए मेम्बरशिप...उस टाइम तो सर इंस्टेंट डिसिशन लो...बेस्ट प्रोडक्ट है बोल रहे थे...अब क्या हुआ तुम्हारी जुबान को..ये असली चेहरा है तुम्हारा...

                                    I have already complained for this company where their agent ignored our request to cancel our membership and refund our amount of 40000, now that person has switched off his phone and is no longer the agent of this company.
                                    When called to these people they are saying that cancellation period of 45 days have lapsed and now we cannot refund,.
                                    If i have not availed your services and your agent is misconducting the deal i am not responsible for that!

                                      Basically we were planning for our honeymoon in Dec-2012 and it was explained to ClubM representative that we want to go on our honeymoon in the last week of December We were promised that Club Mahindra representative will contact us and will provide details regarding available destinations.

                                      We didn't receive any call other than welcome call. We on our own contacted representative and was again promised that we will get call regarding the destination.During this a precious 1 month was wasted, and atlast we visited your office at Vashi, Mumbai, Raghuleela mall.

                                      The locations that was available was Malaga, Spain and all other locations were booked/unavailable. A trip to Spain will cost @2.5 lac's which is way beyond our budget and finally we had to cancel the honeymoon plan.

                                      In 2014, we had received a call from ClubM representative that give us a chance and we will provide you best serivce along with special benefits.
                                      After lot of assurance from them we had again planned to visit shimla manali. Representative had asked us to book flight ticket and confirm the dates.
                                      I booked the flight ticket for Delhi and confirmed the dates;

                                      I tried to call him so many times and sent a messages for almost 10-15 days but he didn't reply. Even I sent message representative but
                                      he didn't also reply. This time we didn't want to depend on ClubM and spoil our plan. We had arranged Shimla Manali trip by ourself.

                                      Now my question is, even though we are having membership, we had to spend our own expenses on stay/meal, then what's the use of membership?

                                      All these could have been avoided if we could have got quick response as promised from Club Mahindra.

                                      My Club Mahindra ID is 2461317. I have all mails, messages, names of representative of ClubM that I have not mentioned in the mail.

                                      we are very unhappy with Club Mahindra and wanted to discontinue our membership and requested refund of Rs 30K. Instead of giving any service/refund, they have closed my account.
