    As per the club mahindra conditions if some one ask for refund within 10 days of payment, they will refund the amount within month but now they mailed us that amount will b refunded within 90days. Thus violating their own rules. Why is it so?

      I had purchased xuv 500 w9 on 27 may 2017 from president motor, udhna surat. I was given a purple club gift voucher for availing 3 nights and 4 days at certain resorts of club mahindra. I have been trying to book resorts, but none is available for any dates. What is the point giving voucher when you can't avail it anytime in whole year. At the time of purchasing vehicle they say you can redeem 10k rs voucher. Now, i feel like cheated after buying premium vehicle.
      Please look into my complaint at the earliest as the last date to avail my voucher is 1 oct 2018

        Please find below mail sent from my end for cancellation of my membership id 2769939, which is self explanatory. Mail was followed up by telephonic conversation but no action has been taken on my request yet.

        Good day,

        This is to inform you that i became member of your club on 11 july 2017 (White class - studio), for which i was already reluctant by the word of mouth of few colleagues telling me that it is always overcrowded and there is no availability whenever the person needs it.

        I was finally convinced by your relationship executives and took the membership as i was ensured that i should inform them and they will get the booking done for me.

        Initially i asked them for a booking to mussoorie for which they were not able to book. After that, i asked them to book mansingh towers in jaipur for 3 nights, for which the executive tried and finally he told me that i can go to jaipur, and not to worry, he also had a word with lucknow office and i will get the desired room. Just to be sure on same, had a word with club mahindra rep in jaipur (Mansingh towers) and he told me that normally the rooms are available and will be allotted and i might come. Same was relayed to the executive that at present the room is not available. The executive ensured that it will be done and i should go to jaipur.

        On arrival, i was provided one studio and one hu. Next day afternoon, i received a call from hotel that i have to get back to hotel and change from studio to hotel unit. I had to leave the sightings in between and came back to hotel for same. 3rd day, i received a call from hotel that i have to vacate one room and have to manage in single room only. I was so annoyed that evening 1800 hrs, they are telling me to vacate one room and manage in one room only or look for another room somewhere else.

        In veiw of all this, i am not at all happy with my membership with club mahindra and would like to leave the membership. Maybe people had very good experiences with club, but this mail is just to inform you that same doesnt happen with others.

          This is shivani patel. My membership number is 2762711. I am from ahmedabad, gujarat.. I want to draw your attention regarding my membership issue. I have been completely misguided and mislead about your membership.
          In may 2017 your sales executive hardeep solanki came to my place to explain your membership policy.. At the end we ended up with the conclusion that we should experience club mahindra first before takin membership decision and he offered two trips for rs. 65000 that we had to complete in one year that is may 2018.
          Hardeep solanki clearly told us that we need to give our final decision after we finish our two trips.in our first trip we went to coorg on 4th october to 11th october and second trip was ooty 25th feb to 4th march. I was completely under the impression that i have to give confirmation about the membership once i finish my two trips.. I already paid around 65000 for both the trips.. Now the real problem: without my knowledge my 5 emis has need deducted from my bank account, starting october 2017! My first emi deducted when i didn’t even started my first trip. That is on 7th october.. Next 4 emis has been deducted without my knowledge on 7th november, december, january, february..
          On 7th march 2018 when i got a call from my bank regarding the emi and lack of bank balance i was shocked that how this happened. This is a fraud indeed.. I immediately called hardeep solanki and told whole issue, he asked me to wait as it was march ending. I waited for 15 days and when he didn’t come with any conclusion i approached mr ravi gorakha. He told me the same story that he is very busy as it’s march ending.. I also went to your ahmedabad office and met mr hardik who also ensured me best support for getting refund of wrongly deducted money and assured that my membership shall be cancelled soon but another 8 days have passed and there is no communication from any of these persons or anyone from club mahindra. I have been asking for atleast cancelling my membership since almost two months, submitted an application for the same, still my membership has not been terminated and until my membership got canceled further emis will be deducted from my bank account. I find this ridiculous and irritating. I have dropped email thrice for cancelling my membership, also asked for my refund for so many times. No one responded or gave any confirmation regarding the whole issue. This is completely unacceptable. I need you take this issue seriously and stop my membership and emis and give back my full refund for the funds that you have deducted thru misrepresenting and fraud.

              Dear club mahindra holiday,
              I took club mahindra mebership id 2776687 on 05 sept 2017 and requested to cancel my membership on 06 sept 2017 after one day, as mentioned in term and condition if i cancel membership within 10 days i will get my complete refund. Later on i was informed by email that i will get my refund within 45-90 days but its over than 7 months and still not received my refund. I also go on facebook account of club mahindra and when i saw complaint box there is huge customer who have registerd the same complain like me they also suffering from same pain which has been cheated by club mahindra holiday. So i request again plz refund my amound 27680 (Twenty seven thousand six hundred eighty rupees) at the earliest.

                I applied for club mahindra membership for white –std on 31 mar 18 by paying rs 66, 837/- in cash. The membership offers which was provided during the initial discussion on 31 mar 18 and signed off mutually by both the parties was not fully complied in the contract document which was sent to me by the member relations team. These discrepancies were immediately brought their notice and also to the membership team on 06 apr 18. The initial offer was as follows.
                A. 1 - week (S) complimentary holidays of cmr (Club mahindra resort) holidays. To be booked by cmr team for 15-31 may 18.
                B. Resort credit vouchers worth inr 3000.00
                C. Cashback worth inr 14, 000/- (For payment through yes bank debit card).
                D. Gold voucher worth rs 8000/-
                E. Bonus 1-week (Cmr) to start the holidays immediately (Within this year) after finish of complimentary holidays.

                During the initial discussions, it was clearly highlight that reasons on why i am applying for cmr membership. Also, i did raise my concerns on certain issues like availability of rooms, issues faced by new members and your support needed for booking the first holidays, for which they promised me the necessary will be done within a week.

                During the 10 days of “cooling off” period, i had raised all my concerns by login through cmr portal, with their membership team and the sales team. Then, i was conveyed that these things will be taken care. Having not received any positive response, i applied for cancellation as the offer which was initially made was not getting confirmed. Since then their sales team members and member relations team started avoiding my calls and till 18 apr 2018 i have not received any intimation or positive response from them despite having sent mail almost 5 times and spoken to their executives on toll free nos almost twice..

                In view of the above, i am really disappointed with the entire process of cmp membership and the fraudulent offers being made by the sales team to acquire new customers. I would request you to please cancel my membership application and expedite the full refund of my payments done.

                My member id 2811879. Contact no. [protected]. Your member relations team and sales team has been absconding and not responding to phones or emails for last 18 days. You must escalate this matter of sales team's fraudulent offers made to customers and locking the money paid by them. This is serious offence. If your team is unable to fulfill the commitments then they must immediately initiate the refund. Trust me, I will never ever come back and also propagate that how bad their sales and services are. Everyone is trying to protect others backside in your organisation by not coming up honestly.
                This is a fraud company. They have cheated me also. I don't know how such companies are flourishing in this country.

                  I have not received any call and any mail regarding this issue. I met with Akash at 11.00 am on dated 19.04.2018 in Jasola, New Delhi Club Mahindra Branch. He said that within one hour you will get an email regarding membership cancellation. But still i had not received any mail. I will complaint in police station if i not received my refund within a week. Akash said that you will get your refund within 45-60 days. I just want to know why the need 45-60 days for refund. On sunday 15.04.2018 the amount was deducted from my cc. and on 16.04.2018 i mail them to cancel the policy, then why they cannot refund the amount immediate.

                  Yesterday, 01.05.2018, Mr. Shashank ([protected])from Jasola Branch, New Delhi, called me several times to say without membership ID they cannot refund the amount and to generate the membership ID he arrange a call from Mumbai branch to confirm the membership and after that you will receive your membership ID. After generate of Membership ID they will further proceed for Membership Id cancellation and refund process.

                  Kindly arrange to send me a mail of Cancellation of My membership ID from Shashank. I always clearly mention In all my complaint for cancel my membership with immediate effect and refund the amount of Rs. 28930/-. from the first day I does not want to continue this Membership.

                  I need a confirmation mail of My membership Id cancellation from your side. Kindly arrange the same.

Mr. Pawan from Jasola New Delhi branch said that Ms. Vidya from mumbai Branch is looking my refund process and he gave me her contact number but the given number is always busy whenever i call her. why are you not replying my complaints. I need your reply in written and i need a fixed date of my refund without any excuse. already 120 days gone.

                    I am a member of club mahindra holidays my customer id is 2749960 and membership id no. 382868. We have called ahmedabad manager and their representative from last 20days for booking in mahindra club holidays. Hardly they receive call and when they receive the call they say they are not responsible to do our boooking you book it by yourself and he talks so rudely. We took this membership to enjoy and to get irritated, you are proving service for money which we pay as fees and maintanence, its not a freee service you are doing for us that you even dont do our booking and talk this much rudely with customers... If you cant provide service then why you sell membership and do fraud with the people. I want that entire team of ahmedabad area to apologise including mr. Aniruddh mob.                     They are just completely irresponsible kind of person who are spoiling club mahindra. Kindly take strict action against them because i am not the only one who suffers. Otherwise this matter will not take much time to take you to court.

                      I took club mahendra membership on 30th dec 2017 and requested to cancel my membership on 3rd january 2018 as mentioned in terms and conditions if i cancel membership within 10 days i will get complete refund. Later on i was informed that i will get my refund within 45-90 days but still i have not received my refund so i request to kind process my refund soon else i will need to take further action.

                        I was misled & misguided. All the facts were hidden from us while taking the membership. The sales person even hid the fact that there is a iphone worth 80000 with the membership. When we call him after making all the payment he refused and then when we showed hima mail regarding that then they had nothing to say and gave us the phone. We were told we can make any foreign trip booking within 2 months but when we tried to book it 6 months before they refused us. Now even after knowing all there faults and we have written 10-20 mails, all thay are trying to do is stall us. Please this is my hard earned money kindly help me get it back. Also i would like someone to take strict action against this company for making fraud promises to sell their product. Please help.

                          Had purchased club mahindra membership (Membership id :[protected] months back, had paid 10% down payment of inr 37500/-, 6 emi till date of inr 12316/- each and inr 14000/- of yearly maintenance amounting to total payment of inr 125396/-.
                          At the time of the purchase the sales manager (Mr. Sumedh srivastva) promised me the joining discounts like:

                          1. 5 days complimentary from club mahindra at any club mahindra resorts
                          2. 2 years complimentary membership of rci (Rci which has 4000 hotels around the world under its roof).
                          3. 7 days national / international complimentary from rci.

                          The manager calculated the hotels rates of the complimentary days of club mahindra & rci, rci membership amount & (14 days) 2 years of club mahindra days and insured that i will get the benefit of the membership amount of inr 3.5 lacs in just 2 years of the membership. Hence according to him will have 23 years ahead of fun and leisure without paying anything. I was fool, that i did not thought is a marketing gimmick.

                          Was initially very happy to purchase the membership, coz in the beginning the club mahindra team and sales manager were quite quick in responding for payment / and 5 days club mahindra complimentary hotel booking. I have only utilised the 5 days complimentary from club mahindra. Till here everything was good, but i didn’t know my nightmare was about to begin.
                          Since we had 7 days of rci, we had planned it to use it international. I called my sales manager to enquire about the booking of rci days, he said he will ask rci team to call me back. The day after rci representative call me and asked my dates/destination/hotel preferences. I informed her about europe & south-east asia. I thought would get a nice choice of destination and hotel since club mahindra sold their membership literally by luring me & hyping rci 2 years membership, 7 days complimentary international hotel stay from 4000 hotels with rci around the world, but to my surprise the rci offered me only 1 hotel in the whole europe and that to at the top of the mountain in switzerland, which require 3 hours commuting time one way and this means you are going to stay at the resort and not to explore the country. If i want to stay at the resort i’ll better go to lonavala and stay, why to spend thousands of rupees in airfare and food.

                          I escalated the matter to the club mahindra sales manager and to customer care through email. The customer care representative who called me was so rude, unprofessional & insulting to me and asking me to pay the pending emi, he said the problem is with rci then why stop club mahindra payments. I felt like, i paid club mahindra inr 1, 25, 396/- to get insulted by their employees and their team. Still i kept myself calm. I informed about the matter to my sales manager, he assured me that he will look into the matter and will also try to provide me another joining offer in exchange of rci. It’s been more than a month i haven’t received any positive reply from them, whenever i message him, he replies saying it’s in the approval process. I really wonder they take so much time to solve a problem.

                          Since my experience with club mahindra has become from good to worst and getting being insulted by their employees, i don’t feel like continuing my relationship with such an organization who’s value are unprofessional, money grabber, unethical and zero customer oriented. Hence, i want my hard-earned money refunded after adjusting the 5 complimentary days i have utilized. I really don’t care what there refund policy is, i am not spending my money to pay such people who don’t know the value of their customer.
                          I hope this forum helps me to get my money back from the thieves!!!

                          There was no communication from club mahindra. They just replied in a comment, that they will forward the matter to the concerned team. However, its been a month and i have not received any calls or email from them. Over that how can my complaint been shown as resolved.

                          Really did not know.. Club mahindra had such a good customer service...

                          Club Mahindra's marketing person given false commitments
                          ask us to wave off 1st year maintains fee plus the food charges will be reverted but it didn't happened.
                          Want to cancel the membership as false commitments bookings are normally full made tie up with small resorts and fooling us as its there property
                          You guys called repeatedly to attend the program and gave a voucher in blue, but you do not allow it to book for the last 2 months. Always it shows X for blue category and it is already booked for Red for the period you have given the passes. What is the point in keeping the voucher and unable to book it?

                              You guys called repeatedly to attend the program and gave a voucher in blue, but you do not allow it to book for the last 2 months.

                              Always it shows X for blue category and it is already booked for Red for the period you have given the passes. What is the point in keeping the voucher and unable to book it?

                              When we call your customer care, there was no proper response from the caller and it is totally waste to attend the program and get the passes and waste our time to book it.

                                One mr sandeep nanagiri (Your dubai branch was dealing with me)

                                I paid him cash of 2000 aed and told him to wait before i proceed.. He any way said he will. But went ahead and proceeded with processing the membership.
                                And he also did not inform me about your yearly fee.. Which was a big no no for.. And i told him to return my advance..

                                Its been 10 months and he keeps tell me we are working on it.. And now keeps dodging my phone call..

                                I am very unsatisfied with your company and people who work.. As i have call you branch several times.. And i have to repeat my self.. With no out come..

                                  cancellation of club mahindra membership and refund of amount

                                  Taken the membership on 25 march 18. And applied for cancellation on 30.03.18.

                                  We got a mail from club mahindra

                                  Member id 2812801. Got the membership on 4th april. Submitted withdrawal from membership on 5th of april because of lies told by the sales representative. Emailed club mahindra and its 10th april today - haven't got any response. The sales person said i will get 100% refund but has not been responding after that. Nobody answers the call center number, nobody replied to my emails. Not sure if company is at fault or sales people employed are scammers. I simply need my cancellation to be processed and refund to be made immediately.

                                  I have complained to club Mahinda and requested cancellation on 5th April. I have emailed them, sent Facebook messages, added a complaint on this forum.however, I have got no response. A standard response that we have lodged a complaint is only thing I hear without any further reply. It’s one if the biggest scam, they don’t give a refund even when it’s in their policy.

                                    Club mahindra sell us their membership by inviting us to radison hotel paschim vihar as they tie up with hyundai to provide special discount & services to its customers who buy new cars.

                                    I along with my wife went their & after discussing of plan they swipe 37220.00 from my credit card & balance they have to come to my place & do the necessary formalities & requirements but after my many reminders & calls they never turned up so i immediately cancelled my membership on 01-01-18 by informing them on phone & by sending them an email. After submitting my cancellation request they sent their representivr to my place he request me not to cancel the membership & offer some more benefits but when i try to book as he committed that he will arrange a good family holiday for us on 06th feb on occasion of my birthday at their jim corbett resort but again 2-3days passed but no positive response from anybody from member relation team & club mahindra local office at nsp pitampura. I proceed with my cancellation request & on 08th jan 2018 i got an email stating that my cancellation is processed & the same will take maximum of 60 days but after so many reminders & call i didn’t get any refund till date.

                                    It is very bad practice on part of club mahindra such a big organisation who are cheating people with their hard earned money.

                                    I request your good self to kindly help out & get my refund along with interest at the earliest.
