Sir... My complaint is not resolved... Only they phoned and send me mail in 15 mts, and then no response so far... This is how they are showing 80% cases resolved...
I am a club mahendra member (Id 287561) and have following views on club mahendra based on my 10 years with them...
Vide clause 1.5 r/w 2.3...... They are charging for goodwill, reputation and brand of company as 60% as admission fee which is a good example o[censored]nfair trade practice and estopeble in courts.

Club mahendra states that one must satisfy about quality of their services before joining, and later admission fee will not be refunded under any circumstances... Now question is which product in the world says you satisfy about service of product before using it... Most products allow refunds if not satisfied after trial using it... So even clause 2.3 is unfair and estopeable under law as example of continuiing with unfair trade.
2) rule 5.1 says asf (Annual subscription fees) must be paid in advance and rule 5.2 says if asf is not paid in advance club facilities are not provided... Now question arises if any payment is demanded and is charged in advance only then how question of asf arreares due can arrise... But club mahendra keeps sending arrears notices even though the services are not being provided if asf not given in advance.
So again they are following and ocontinuining with unfair trade with people and must estoppee under ;aw to continue.
Another thing noticeable is rules 5.4 rw 5.5 which nullify use of giving their rule 5.2... By saying that asf has to be paid even if services are not offerred and availed... Really bad set of rules framed by their someone...!!
3) lastly when a member has not availed the 7 days in a week and has not consumed consumables such as 7 days electrcal charges,.. Which must be a minimum rs 500 per day for one or two ac in resort... How can they even think of asking money for that.
Club mahendra must correct on above and avoid member unfriendly terms and notices which annoys its elite members who feel hurt the way they treat members as if they are beggars who have been trapped by them... That is why they are only trying to trap people... They are a fit example o[censored]nfair trade running to trap innocent consumers... Once trapped they can not escape and no refunds... Let club mahendra give a data in last 10 years how many refunds they gave when refind asked??? And how many refund cases are piling up?? Wake up,
Sorry to say... But club mahendra may have difficulty is answer one day.. Once authorities wake up against the unfair trade practices flourishing and going on unabated so far... But one day has to come for every thing going wrong...
Imp note... One more complaint here... They do not resolve complaints, only one of them calls that we will resolve and never comes back... So i have put the complaint again...

    We have taken the white member ship of club mahindra vide member ship no.2785811, we are planning 2 times to spend my holidays but due to inability shows by club mahindra team we are not avail the services. My only point of view if you are not able to provide the services as you committed to the customer then why you showed rosy pictures about holiday packages and cheated to the customer. We have deposited 67997 amount and we required whole amount in my account. Regards vishal kumra

      I received a call from club mahendra on 24.3.18 just 15 mts back that they will respond by sending a mail regarding my termination request and refunds ...i told them to make refunds since i requested in 2008/2009...which they have delayed...but as usual they will be silent after this...pls more consumers write about their experiences and share on social media what happened with thwm...only sharing on mass media will make things known to more and more people to be safe guarded from them...it is like people share that on such a such routes there are pick pockets flourishing...then people and police get alert and wake up to correct wrongs...

      I RECEIVED A MAIL FROM CLUB MAHENDRA TODAY 24.3.18...QUOTE..Further to our telephonic conversation in regards to your social media query, we would like to acknowledge that your cancellation request is registered with us, Cancellation Request no: 050373...UNQUOTE.
      I WAS TOLD VERBALLY TODAY ON PHONE BY THEM THAT MY CANCELLATION WAS ALREADY DONE IN 2014 on my request...which one is more correct...?????

        When i opted for membership, commitments offers by sales executive and one confirmed by company were totally different. I immediately after 3 days of payment i requested to cancel my membership. I also had face to face discussion with there executive in jaipur office name bhoomika. She told that she will process my application for cancellation and mail me the details. I also called customer care, they said that my money will be refund in 30 days where as bhoomika says it will refund in 90 days. Same company employee are not sure about their policy. This is just a fraud. I made payments through credit card now who will pay interest for 90 days? I payed 75k approx to them. For this they dnt have nay answer. Still i dnt have any communication for my cancellation where exactly my application is? This is like they are just taking money from customers and blocking money for certain time period. This is totally fraud

          One month before i received a call from [protected], mr satish from club mahindra, he told me to attend a meeting with wife in hotel crown plaza in chennai, he told me that after 45 minutes meeting u received a voucher for 2 night 3 days holiday for free, i ask him if they ask for member ship than what i do, he say no u told them no, this voucher is free for who attend meeting. on 25 feb i attened meeting but they not give me voucher, i ask for voucher than they say we sent it to your mail ID, ([protected]@GMAIL.COM) but i not received voucher, after 2 days i call to mr satish, he told me that some network issue so u received voucher in 2 days, after that he block my cell no ([protected]), when i call from other cell no some one pickup call and i compalint about this, next they block that number also, i also complaint to Mr Kayum ( with i meeting in crown plaza) but that person also told that they told higher authorities, . but i not received holiday voucher. this show that marketing person of mahindra club doing fraud with customer, they have target to send customer to meeting point, so they give false infomation to customer and make them fool. what is your action send me a mail [protected]@GMAIL.COM

            club mahindra told me to share membership id and contact number on Facebook and i provided same to them, i also make contacted to their Chennai based customer care and one of their executive told me that we are sending your request to higher authority and they will contact u, i am continuously sending messages in their facebook account and the only reply is our team with contact you.

              I am a member of club mahindra holidays and due to some error which can be rectified just by mere attention of this company, for which they are not responding me properly and not changing my name and membership status. Because of which i am not able to utilise my days in lieu of benefit to he availed for my money paid for membership.
              I think club mahindra should pay more attention in resolving issues of existing members rather than coming on just one call for new membership.
              I am highly disappointed as my days are waste from last two years, i want those to be redeemed further or refund my money.

              It has been around a month since I filed my complaint for just getting an upgrade!
              Many of club mahindra executives called but no one got the job done.
              Now I need to enjoy ny holidays and if I dont get my rooms it will be totally your fault.
              And if so happens I will surely drag you to the consumer court. And will see that you will be charged severly for this.
              Complete fraud company sales people promise the moon and then company does not respond. bought a membership in delhi and till today didnt get my refund of 2, 65, 000.

                Hello club mahindra holiday team,

                I was continuously keep reining the call from your marketing team regarding the mahindra's grand family holiday festival to be held at hotel taj vivanta 11th march 2018 sunday.

                I have clearly told her that, my present situation is not fit to buy a membership. But she told me that there will not any force you to be a member, since i am mahindra customer my name is selected for this event as i have referred my friend for mahindra vehicle.

                And also she offered 2n & 3d holiday package and it will be issued during this event.

                With all busy schedule during the weekends we visited the event, felt good with all the new features of club mahindra holiday and also explanation about the new mobile app etc.

                Nobody talked about the holiday voucher which was promised and even they not ready to offer glass of water.

                Today is the 6th day still waiting, even tried to call twice but no response, in between she promised that end of the day they sent voucher but so far no response.

                I suggest mahindra holiday team that at least you take history of customer (Who referred the minimum 5 new customers for mahindra vehicle).

                Very disappointed with over all behavior of your marketing team, you should come with some other ideas instead of spoiling your image in the corporate network.

                  I have deposited 40, 000 inr to club mahindra holidays to avail for membership in their holidays package, but due to some contingency i was not able to continue the payment of further amount and asked to stop the registration process in advance. The amount which was deposited by me is not refund even when i have not taken any services by them.
                  They never pick up our calls or never reply to our emails.
                  This is an utter fraud and should be resolved as soon as possible, i want my
                  Rs.40, 000 back!

                    My name is aman deep and my reference number for club mahindra membership is dec/2017/25yrs/195890. I was invited to join club mahindra on 10th mar 2018.
                    The executive told me they are offering discounted amount and benefits only to invited members. This is an offer on the table only.
                    Somehow i agree to join and paid down payment but when i came back home i checked all details on their website and other user reviews.
                    I found that all benefits and cost is same which offered to me then why i was pressured to join on the table. It was their marketing strategy.
                    I reviewed other user reviews and find out that hundreds o[censored]sers have complaints about their services. Then why we should pay a heavy amount to avail their services?
                    I decided to withdraw my application. I wrote an email to [protected]@clubmahindra.com to withdraw and stop to process the application further.
                    I got a call to confirm membership details where i confirmed the same that i am not interested and please don't process further. I thought everything is resolved.
                    Today i find out that they charged my credit card. How they can charge the credit card when i withdraw my application and not used their any service.
                    Please refund the charged amount and note down i am not interested.

                      This company is a complete cheat, from the way their employees persuade to buy membership to the inattentive support from the staff about cancelling the membership. Initially, i was approached by sales person, she literally persuaded me to buy the membership and somehow was in urgency to sign me up for it, this was during the month of october, 2016 there are yearly maintenance charges to the membership, and i was promised there would be no maintenance charge for me in jan 2017. But still they levied that charge and now upon talking to representatives i was told that in no way it is voided, it has to be paid. After, such incidence i wished to cancel my membership, i have never had a single booking and my membership was totally unused. These club mahindra people do not have a clear cancellation policy and its like they have designed such a system to loot the hard earned money of people. Now its 2018 and i am constantly being told that i need to pay the amount in full, in order to sell the membership. The salesperson is also very hesitant when i ask her for the procedure to sell or transfer membership if not cancel. I have paid more than 1.5 lc and these fraud people are neither responding nor taking any step to resolve any issue. Please stay away. Turn down any request or approach from the sales person, they sell lies and take away your hard earned money, unless you have tons of money to blow around, it wouldn't matter otherwise.

                        I have been waiting for an update on my membership cancellation and refund of rs. 10, 000 since last year.

                        Is this a way of your company to get customers by hook or crook.
                        I had paid the advance in faith via mr. Rahul that if we do not like the plan we may cancel the membership within one week. Which we had done that week itself.
                        It is not our concern that the said mr rahul has now left the company.

                        The payment was made on 4th june 2017 via online transfer. The transaction id is othpos[protected].

                        Kindly revert the advance payment at once or else i will be forced to take legal action.

                            We have been trapped in club mahindra membership, where we have paid advance amount of 28930/- on 28feb2017 via credit card. The very next day we have learnt about many hidden charges like annual subscription fees, which wasn't explained by the sales representative. Immediately on 1st march2017 we have sent a cancellation mail to [protected]@clubmahindra.com. No response at all till date 10-march2017. Even after many repeated request mails.
                            When we call customer care they pass the accountability to bangalore branch. We are frustrated, it is our hard earned money. Kindly help to get back our money.

                              Hello, i wants to inform you that when we want membership then there are daily calls coming from your side while after taking membership i need to call you twice a day but not a called receive and second thing i recently bought membership but due to some finance issue so i cancelled on next day as i paid rs 38k well i need refund at any cost as i got all call records and please mail me as fast as possible my member id is not issued as i cancelled on next day of registration my membership was on named:- gajendra kumar chhipa

                                Had purchased club mahindra membership (Membership id :[protected] months back, had paid 10% down payment of inr 37500/-, 6 emi till date of inr 12316/- each and inr 14000/- of yearly maintenance amounting to total payment of inr 125396/-.
                                At the time of the purchase the sales manager (Mr. Sumedh srivastva) promised me the joining discounts like:

                                1. 5 days complimentary from club mahindra at any club mahindra resorts
                                2. 2 years complimentary membership of rci (Rci which has 4000 hotels around the world under its roof).
                                3. 7 days national / international complimentary from rci.

                                The manager calculated the hotels rates of the complimentary days of club mahindra & rci, rci membership amount & (14 days) 2 years of club mahindra days and insured that i will get the benefit of the membership amount of inr 3.5 lacs in just 2 years of the membership. Hence according to him will have 23 years ahead of fun and leisure without paying anything. I was fool, that i did not thought is a marketing gimmick.

                                Was initially very happy to purchase the membership, coz in the beginning the club mahindra team and sales manager were quite quick in responding for payment / and 5 days club mahindra complimentary hotel booking. I have only utilised the 5 days complimentary from club mahindra. Till here everything was good, but i didn’t know my nightmare was about to begin.
                                Since we had 7 days of rci, we had planned it to use it international. I called my sales manager to enquire about the booking of rci days, he said he will ask rci team to call me back. The day after rci representative call me and asked my dates/destination/hotel preferences. I informed her about europe & south-east asia. I thought would get a nice choice of destination and hotel since club mahindra sold their membership literally by luring me & hyping rci 2 years membership, 7 days complimentary international hotel stay from 4000 hotels with rci around the world, but to my surprise the rci offered me only 1 hotel in the whole europe and that to at the top of the mountain in switzerland, which require 3 hours commuting time one way and this means you are going to stay at the resort and not to explore the country. If i want to stay at the resort i’ll better go to lonavala and stay, why to spend thousands of rupees in airfare and food.

                                I escalated the matter to the club mahindra sales manager and to customer care through email. The customer care representative who called me was so rude, unprofessional & insulting to me and asking me to pay the pending emi, he said the problem is with rci then why stop club mahindra payments. I felt like, i paid club mahindra inr 1, 25, 396/- to get insulted by their employees and their team. Still i kept myself calm. I informed about the matter to my sales manager, he assured me that he will look into the matter and will also try to provide me another joining offer in exchange of rci. It’s been more than a month i haven’t received any positive reply from them, whenever i message him, he replies saying it’s in the approval process. I really wonder they take so much time to solve a problem.

                                Since my experience with club mahindra has become from good to worst and getting being insulted by their employees, i don’t feel like continuing my relationship with such an organization who’s value are unprofessional, money grabber, unethical and zero customer oriented. Hence, i want my hard-earned money refunded after adjusting the 5 complimentary days i have utilized. I really don’t care what there refund policy is, i am not spending my money to pay such people who don’t know the value of their customer.
                                I hope this forum helps me to get my money back from the thieves!!!

Its been a week today I have posted the complaint still no email, no call, seems like you are least worried about your customers. Why would you worry, you guys already have INR 1, 25, 000 with you and that to without any service provided.

                                    Dear Sir, Madam, My club mahindra membership id is : 2767141. During Sales discussion of my membership, i was not told the Hidden and False terms in the contract. There were so many clauses to avail a holiday and complimentary nights. I would request my Hard Earned money of close to 1 LAKH INR which was looted by Club Mahindra Sales Representative and others. Please request your kind attention and action on this.

                                    Even with several emails, requests, i never got REFUND of my money and there is HIDDEN TERMS which was never told. I am pasting below the names and conversation as proof for my case. In case any further details required, please let me know.

                                    I fear and i am concerned that i was not at all told about all these hidden points during my membership enrolment.
                                    I would have never taken such a membership which has so many hidden clauses in it and it never has clear and transparent answers to a member.

                                    I have already undergone a very bad mental phase because of this, atleast i would expect clear cancellation Post on club mahindra letter head with authorized signatory at the earliest.

                                    Initial discussions i was not told that contract will have waiting period of 12 months for cancellation.

                                    So far i have not received the hard copy through post with Authorized signatory on Club Mahindra letter head on my membership cancellation. Please let me know on the same.

                                      Since 5 months we had paid for membership with club mahindra but till date the discrepancy in package offered and package updated in their system has not been resolved, the issue is between their sales and finance team and we as customer is suffering. We request for the refund of our total money paid and cancel our membership.

                                      Till date even though we had provided direct payment authorization for emi we are sked to in dubai through ouur credit card.

                                      Since 5 months we are just receiving calls and mails for payment.

                                        This is Vinay, deprived member of club mahindra (White Studio Member) and the co-applicant is my father.

                                        With deep pain and after a lot of failed attempt to reach in last 20 to 25 days with the member relations a of club mahindra and then with the concerned representative of club mahindra in mysore which was expected I am representing this very serious issue in this forum in writing on the issue of the membership number unknowingly availed by my father inspite being a coapplicant and is seriously regretting to withdraw the membership due to personal, the age old and health reasons on the market reviews.

                                        In the situation i hereby request your good self to please cancel the membership and refund the amount to the account as shared in the member relations email which has no response, yet again an anticipated one!

                                        Should you have any clarifications request you to please revert to the undersigned and request you to process the refund at the earliest considering the age of the senior citizen.
