This is to inform you that i took club mahindra membership in the month of july'17 but before the completion of one month my situation changed and i decided to cancel my membership. I immediately informed the company and requested to refund my money as i had not availed any of its facilities. The company is denying giving reason that its against its policy....

And tell all the things about their membership. They charge the initial amount with rs.12000/- with me and took my kyc on mail and fillup the membership form in front of me after that gave me copy of membership form and said that all membership kit will be deliver at may home...

Me club mahindra ka member hu mera membership no. He 2749960. Mene ye membership li taki hum log holiday njoy kar sake... Bt kaha se enjoy karenge jisne ye membership di woto phone hi nahi uthate naa wo hraday bhai uthate he or naahi wo parth bhai jinhone membership dete samay badi badi batein kar rakhi thi aapko plan karna ho muje phone karo ye kar dunga wo kar dunga sab arrange karva dunga... I joined club mahindra membership on 26 august 2017. My membership id 2776854.

Their representative misguide me and hide their asf charges, nothing told us about cancellation preocedure. I paid 40k down payment via credit card. Their representative fraudulently take mandate for emi deduction from credit card without explaining me.

On 7 september 2017 i received email from your side explaining membership charges....

Club mahindra executive mr. Tushar malik comes to pc jewellers yamuna nagar on 09.03.2017 and takes the amount of rs. 14200/- from my debit card for club mahindra's holiday membership but due to family problem i cannot able to pay the whole amount so i requested on 12.03.2017 to the executive for refund of the money. But no action has been taken till now & executive not picking my phone from last month....

I had raised a request for cancelling my membership id 2760200 in the first week of june and after repeated follow ups on phone and mails on this, i got a response club mahindra on 29th june that my refund would be processed and credited within 60 days i. I have been requesting for the cancellation of my membership 2652114 for a year now but there is no mail from club mahindra stating the cancellation.
Why do i receive mails regarding asf payments and other holiday mails from mahindra club even after requesting cancellation?
Why don't i receive a mail stating that your membership has been cancelled?
Also i have received no refund inspite of not using a single holidaybr...

My club mahindra membership 2107069 was cancelled without giving a single holiday. I kept on trying but could not use. Online booking use to show error and on calling customer care no response.
I stopped payment and asked for refund. They told me there is no refund done. I requested them that i am not earning and need money but still they stuck to their refund policy. It's poor than lynching on gun point. Imagine product not delivered...

Hello everyone
I have taken the membership of club mahindra membership with id 2768948.
After evaluating everything, i decided to cancel my membership within 7 days after its start... I have mailed a number of times to club mahindra email id but all goes in vein. No satisfactory reply from their side. Refund process takes only 40 to 45 days but in my case it has been more than 60 days.
No official revert back to solve...
