I had complained for the same reason on 18th sep'17 on this page which has been marked as resolved but actually the issue is not yet resolved for me.
The club mahindra is denying the refund of my money which is not acceptable to me.
I have not used any facility and had requested for the cancellation before the completion of one month.
So my request to the company is to refund my full money or at least the amount after deducting their processing charges and other expenses if any.

    I have registered for a membership by mistake. Their sales guy is trained to cheat us by giving false information. Their free vouchers are a joke. They just don't work. Rooms are always full.

    I have requested for a cancellation in one month after seeing the hopeless service. The sales guy tells you that he will give a full refund. Even after cancellation request mail has been sent they deduct emi. And slap clauses on you that they will only give you 60% of membership fees will be deducted. I'm sick and tired of following up with them for more than 2 months now.

    Please do not book club mahindra holidays. Even after you get membership you'll not be able to book any hotels using ur membership. They will have availability on other online websites. There membership plan is just a big scam. Do not get fooled like me

      Dear sir / madam,

      On call from club mahindra to visit their vashi office situated at raghuleela mall and get free offer of 2 movie tickets, 2 night /3 days family stay accommodation package at any club mahindra resort whether you become a member or not. We went to clum mahindra at vashi office in the evening of 05.06.2017. There we met with mr. Rohit mishra (Senior holiday consultant) and his senior mr. Zeeshan khot (Take over manager) of club mahindra. They gave one movie and meal voucher and another voucher of free 2 nights / 3 days stay at a club mahindra resort. They told that these vouchers are irrespective of you joining membership with club mahindra. Later they explained about the membership and upon their assurance that that club mahindra will provide me stay booking of my day of choice, i joined club mahindra instantly having member id 2764206 by paying down payment of rs. 35, 700/- instantly.

      Later bad days started when we tried to redeem movie and meal voucher on 07.06.2017 and it could not materialized as it was showing massage "booking not open". Then we tried for redeeming stay voucher but could not understand the process. Thereafter we decided to meet mr. Khot and on sunday, 18.06.2017 we met him and we explained our difficulties in redeeming the 2 vouchers. He told us to forget about the movie voucher. He activated the stay voucher. He told that you redeem 2 night / 3 days stay voucher at coorg and enjoy the resort of club mahindra. Since at that time i was not having my holiday calendar hence he told that now you can book from your home on any day of your choice and he will help in that. I came home dreaming and tried to book for 25, 26, 27 aug'17 but rooms were not available in the system hence could not materialized. I called mr. Khot on that day 18.06.2017 but call not answered. I tried on 19.06.2017 again call not answered. Then called on 21.06.2017 and we had conversation. I told mr. Khot that i am trying to redeem the stay voucher for coming 25, 26, 27 aug'17 but is not getting done. Mr. Khot replied to forget about the voucher and go for 5n/6days stay in september after paying 3 emis. I told that i do not want to have holidays in september and i want to first avail free stay voucher. Mr. Khot replied that i will ask my senior for availing free stay voucher for coming 25, 26, 27 aug'17and get back to you. Sad to state that till time mr. Khot not responded.

      I felt very dishearten that in-spite of taking the membership instantly and paying the down payment why there is no redemption and response. If this type of customer service happens in the beginning then what about 25 years which is a very long journey.

      I hereby wish to cancel my membership with club mahindra and request you to please refund my paid amount of rs. 35700/-.

      I wish to recall; it was sunday, 18.06.2017 when we approached mr. Khot for redeeming the 2 free vouchers and he told us to forget about the free movie voucher. For a moment i thought this is a trap of club mahindra and i should cancel my registration and take refund. As a result, i asked mr. Khot to cancel my registration and refund my amount. But again i fell in trap of club mahindra when mr. Khot fantasised us to redeem 2 night / 3 days free stay voucher at coorg and to enjoy the resort of club mahindra.
      It was mr. Khot’s, club mahindra tactics to misguide and procrastinate the matter to earn money by pushing the days ahead so that later club mahindra can state that refund is not possible.
      Herein it is imperative to mention that several times i have made request to pay my paid amount but till date i have not received my paid amount of rs. 35700/-.

      Please note that i took membership instantly by paying rs. 35700/- with a vision that i will have memorable holidays with club mahindra but now it has become miserable. Buy paying rs. 35700/- to club mahindra i have not got anything but breach of trust by club mahindra. Rs. 35700/- may be small amount for you but it is my hard money and big amount for me.

      I am sure you might have again trap of paying 3 emis and later harass me as per your notions.

      Please note that i do not have any trust on club mahindra.

      You are once again requested to look into the matter and reciprocate honesty by refunding my paid amount of rs. 35700/-.

        I was sold the membership by the company on 29th december, 2016.
        When i got the verification call, i came to know that some fake commitments were made to me while selling the membership. I immediately sent a mail to the company for the clarification on the same, but there was no response from their side. Everytime i had a conversation with the company, they took an appointment to meet me, but nobody came up to meet me for the clarification even once.
        Finally, after a long follow up of six months, when i got fed up, i asked club mahindra to refund my money.

        I got several commitment dates for the refund, but, it's been 4 months now and i have not yet received my refund amount.
        I am paying the interest for that money and club mahindra is using my money for their own profits.

        Is there any deciding authority listening to my issue here or should i take the legal route in order to get my hard earned money refunded along with the compensation for the harassment i'm going through.

        Now, on one side, you people are saying that you are from senior management and on the other other side you say that you do not have an authority to take a decision.

        What all is going on, can anyone explain me.

        Now again, you people are asking for more time till 20th November.What are you all trying to convey, i am not able to understand.

        I had a deep faith in Mahindra company being an Indian and that is the reason i waited patiently for the refund after your commitments everytime.But now, all my faith has shattered and it's not possible for me to bear the financial burden and the harassment being done by you.

        I request you to please stop harassing me and let me know how you are going to refund the interest and penalties i am going to pay tomorrow[protected] for my own money that you people are using for your own benefits.

        I again request you for the last time to provide me with the contact details of the higher authorities/CEO of your company, so that i can ask them directly for the refund alongwith the interest and the compensation as you people being the senior management do not have the authority to do the same.

        This is my last and final call to you for the solution.If i am not provided with the solution now, i will be compelled to knock the doors of the law.

        My card statement is enclosed (in the e mail sent to you) for your kind reference where the last date of payment and the amount is mentioned clearly.

          We r having the membership on 5th july and asked for cancellation on 11th july.. We r trying hard to get our refund of rs. 1, 62, 000 and (Rs. 11034 of one installment which club mahindra deducted from our credit card after giving us the cancellation id, and for this amount we hv to pay @4% annual charges) so from july onward we r regularly called but till time no one is proper replying. We cancelled our membership within 10 days (What is club mahindra policy for cancellation) because of my husband medical reasons and attached proper medical reports too... Then we got replied on 10 the august with the cancellation id 071310 that we will get refund within 60 days... But till date we have no confirmation. When we called to their customer care no... They put us i think on blocked no. So always their no. Are busy... We want urgently need this money back for my husband treatment.. This is really unfortunate that no-one is hearing

            Hello team,

            This is really frustrating to write an email about one of the worst company i have delt with till now.

            I had taken club mahindra membership (Blue) in oct 2015 and i had to move to australia in march 2016.

            Till today i have not been able to utilise any of the offer received as joining bonus (So called)

            I am regularly paying asf charges from last 2 yrs.

            I am regularly paying club mahindra emi's till date.

            I have no plans to come down to india in next 3-5 yrs and i am sure that i am wasting my money on such a bad product / company which was not even able to provide "ok" service to it;s customers.

            I would appriciate if you cancel my membership & refund my money after deducting "documentation" charges.

            If any of your company member has gut to speak to me;feel free to call me.

            I am in the process of filing customer suit againest you in the meanwhile to make people aware that how this bad company / product is fooling people.

              Dear sir/madam,

              I wish to cancel club mahindra membership because i am facing mistreatment. I have paid all the dues till date and never got a booking. I do not find any utility of taking such membership as resorts are never available when required, resorts are very far-off and compared to other such resorts available online through make my trip, fee charged is too much. I was misrepresented by club mahindra sales representative for the fact that i ll have booking according to my desire but i cannot go to holidays during my children school days.
              Policy adopted by club mahindra in making members is differential and unjust. Similarly policy by club mahindra in giving holidays is also unjust. For example, membership at pavana, lonavala is not offered online reason for which is beyond my understanding.

              It is my sincere desire to surrender the membership and get the refund in this respect. I also desire to resolve the matter amicably failing which i may decide my future course of action including legal recourse against the company in an appropriate forum.

                I got my top gear membership post buying my car - mahindra scorpio from jalandhar punjabu on 28/10 last year.
                I had registered the same by march this year and since august this year im trying to get a room in goa resorts but everyday it shows sold on the net and hence im not able to book.
                I than tried other locations like ooty or munnar but they also show the same thing sold-out.
                My question, how can all resorts be sold out till all further dates, than why give us these vouchers as we just cant book.

                Post this i called at member customer care and other numbers, just kept on getting directed to other numbers.

                Finally was told to post my complaint to [protected]@clubmahindra with even screen shots of my complaint, but first one was ignored so i sent reminder on 12/10, than was asked to write to acq. Marketing which i did on 12/10, sent reminder agian and final one today on 19/10.

                Just want to know why we are given cupons if we cant use them and worse why are we ignored like this - its not fair specially from big companies like this one.

                  We took membership of club mahindra in august 2017 and since then we have been following up to book holidays as was promised when the membership was taken. We have made multiple calls and follow ups but to no avail. They never give us positive response and now when we demanded to cancel the membership they refused to give back the money we paid of 26k. I want to raise a legal suit against them. And will take strong action if im not refunded the amount immediately.

                        I am opted full day food package at rs1495/- in your website at the time of booking check in date[protected] to[protected] at munnar. But they collected 1695 /- and charged me service charges also. But the government of india banned service charge and at resort they collected 200rupees extra per person (Till today also the offer is alive). I asked regarding this at restaurant, but they don't the offer and they will clarify from central office and intimate once approval, but till now there is no information. This is not fair

                            Before reading my issues and concerns i would like to request you all that pls go through my each line carefully and also read the attached mails carefully.in the attached mails pls read the chain mails till end.
                            Your companys representative mr anup tiwary, approched me and explained about the membership in sep 2016. I was not so prepared to take the membership so soon as both my kids were very small (2.3 yrs and 10 mths old resp at that time). So i denied taking the membership and asked mr anup to contact again after 1-1.5 yrs as my kids will be a bit big by then to plan any holidays. He started giving me options so that i can sign the membership and my kids will also not suffer.. He clearly told me that"mam you give the booking amount of rs 32160/- currently and sign the membership today because we are giving you 5+7 nights as an offer.. Under this offer you pay rs 32160/- now and whenever you are comfortable with kids and planning for holidays (Can be 3 mths, 6 mths 1 yrs or so on.. No time boundation), pay rs 28434 more and go for 5+7 nights. After availing 5+7 nights it will be entirely your choice to furthur avail the membership or not and give the remaining amount after availing this. He clearly said that you are not suppose to pay any amount apart from this 32160+ 28434.
                            Before signing the membership i clearly conveyed 3 things:
                            i will pay every amount in cash and not through account
                            i will not avail the offer of 5+7 nights so soon being my kids small, it may take 6 mths to 2 yrs in availing these nights. And when i will be prepared for these holiday, as per your saying, i will pay rs 28434 more and can go.
                            only after availing these nights i will decide wether to fully enter into the membership or not and if will be satisfied with services and hospitality of club mahindra resorts, i will pay the remaining entire amount in one go and in cash.. No account debit will be allowed.
                            Mr anup tiwari comfortably said okey on all above points and took booking amount of rs 32160/- in cash. I was satisfied as i was very sure that whenever i will plan for holidays, i will give rs 28434 more and can go anytime i want (As per mr anup).
                            Also while signing the documents he told me that you will get conformation call and say ok on everything they say, because being your relationship mgr i will take approvals for all your requirements and will manage evrthing.. These phone call is just a formality of conformation call.. But a big shock came to me when i got call for payments /emi's etc and one day an emi of rs 9478/- got debited from account. I called up mr anup and he said that it was by mistake and will get the refund.. And my debited amt was refunded. But still i kept on getting messages and phone calls for due emi which was very annoying for me and it seemed that i have taken loan from club mahindra and i am not paying emi's.. I called mr anup and told about all these and he said and requested me to pay 3 emi;s i. E rs 28434 (Which was required to be paid at the time of availing of hoildays). He assured me that after paying rs 28434/- nobody will be going to call me for payment. Again i paid 3 emi ie rs 28434 in cash. Then came the second shock, even after i paid rs 28434, i got messages and calls for payment. Then i started getting calls form call centre and ur collection deptt and then whole picture was clear when i got call from mr kunal and then i realized that mr anup tiwary has done a big cheating with me and all he did was a clear cut fraud and misselling. Refer the attached mail (In name of anup tiwari), in which i clearly wrote all he said and he recived the mail and after evertime he recieved my mails, he use to call me up and said that"mam dont worry and avoid all phone calls and mails as things will be the same which i have disccussed with you and assured me evertime that he is right". If i or my understanding was wrong then mr anup tiwari must have replyied me back over my mail with the right policy. After recieving mail from mr kunal, i forwareded same mail to anup, and he asked me to avail the holidays to avoid all these. After repeted follow ups he assured us to give 6 nghts to kerela from 24 to 30th july (2 munnar, 2 allepay, 2 kumarkoram). He said he will give us booking conformation of kumarkoram once we reach munnar, but again he failed in his commitment and he did booking of 4 days only and we did booking of remaining 2 days from our own as our return flight from coachin was on 30th. All these is nothing but a mental harrassment..
                            Whenever i told mr anup tiwari that this is fraud he has done to me and i will go to police and court, he threatened me that consequences of this will b bad.
                            We have more trust and faith on name and goodwill of the organisation and your representative is the face of your organization.. Just for the sake of getting one membership signed, ur representatives do misselling and cheating with people and their hard earned money. Miscommittments, fake committments etc at their end should seriously be taken by the top mgmt..
                            My husband is a doctor.. He holds reputated position in indian medical association. Mr anup must have treated his client with sophistication and honesty.. One mail or message of my husband in ima group about the fraud by club mahindra may detoriate and harm the image and goodwill of your organisation.
                            Finally pls note: going forward, i should not recieve any msg or ph call from club mehindra holidays cancel my membership and return me my balance amount. i have paid rs 60594/- which is my hard earned money. I will definately take action against the fraud people who have no respect for my hard earned money.

                                We got a call from club mahindra executives after purchase of a car for an offer package of 2nights/3 days stay that was to be availed within 6 months.
                                On repeated calling from their side, me and my husband decided to visit their offer venue at radisson blu, dwarka, sector 13, on 30th september 2017.
                                Along with the offer, more stress was given by mr vinay sing (Holiday consultant-sales) and mr anand to apply for the club mahindra membership.
                                We were given lucrative offers and promises and were told that the offer is valid only for that day and should we wish to apply we have to make payment of 10% of the membership amount before leaving and that day itself.
                                At that time, me and my husband had clearly stated to them that we have an infant and would prefer staying in club mahindra resorts near to the airport which doesnt need much travelling.
                                Their hardcore marketing tactics made us fall into the trap and we ended up paying 10% of the membership amount of inr 37220.
                                They were not transparent in revealing the location of their resorts and after coming home we searched and realised that reaching club mahindra property would take a lot of travel from airports.
                                Also we had very clearly stated to them that we have already visited most of india and are more interested in availing the membership facilities for overseas travel.
                                At that time mr vinay and mr anand told us that club mahindra has acquired many properties worldwide, though their brochure has mention of properties at only 4 places — bangkok, dubai, austria, malaysia.
                                On enquiring about the same, mr vinay replied that these are old brochures and the newly acquired properties are put up for printing in the new brochures. He was asked to mail us the overseas properties which he did after multiple requests.

                                A verification call from mumbai was made to us, and the lady over the phone was also asked about the overseas properties for which she replied that club mahindra is spread worldwide, and that she will mail us the same, which never happened.
                                After all these developments, me and my husband decided to withdraw our application from club mahindra membership.
                                We wrote an application and mailed it to the concerned club mahindra executives to cancel our application and refund us the amount of inr 37220/ in full as per their clause 8.1 part c mentioned in their membership rules.
                                There after we have been recieving multiple call from different club mahindra executives stating vague reasons and refusing full refund.
                                There has been a series of exchange of mails between us and mr vinay sing, anand kumar, shubham rai, member relations club mahindra.

                                According to their withdrawal policy full refund is promised if we withdraw within 10 days of application.
                                Now they are coming up with vague resons like withdrawal application has to be sent from the 'registered' mail id, though they have both the applicants and the co-applicants mail id's with them, and have themselves previously contacted us on both.
                                Also, as per their telephonic conversation on 5th october 10.15 am, application cannot be withdrawn on personal grounds, which is no where mentioned in their membership rules.
                                We believe what they are trying to do is to buy more time by giving mails from different people so that the first 10 days are passed and after that they will simple refuse to refund stating delay in communication.
                                Also, i believe that the reasons stated by us to them are no where personal.
                                We want our money to be refunded to us at the earliest and also club mahindra should also be levied heavy fines for refusing to refund peoples hard earned and rightly due money,. Nothing can be said about them besides cheaters and would never recommend it to anyone.

                                I want to know the status of the full refund. It's my right to know about my money. How much time club mahindra will take to refund my own money. Inspite of my mails to Ms Anjali, I have not received any status update of the refund. Please process the refund at the earliest. It's been a month since confirmation of refund from club mahindra.

                                  I was sold membership on basis of certain conditions and those conditions where confirmed with me via mail... However after making payment.. No one is listening to me and the sales executives are not responding to my calls... The call center guys are hopeless and they dnt want to solve my problem... The member relations department asked me to cancel my membership and said that my money will be refunded in 90 days.. Now i am in a soup.. Where my money is taken and they will use my money for 90 working days and there is no response to my queries... I have approached a consumer lawyer and wish to initiate a consumer complaint for false commitments made on records by company executives and all the metal harassment me and my family had to go through... I have already launched a fir against company executive mr. Mohamad asif (Employee number - 21873) and mr. Pramod pandey.. His immediate senior... I am. Really disappointed with the company whose brand mahindra held huge respect in my family... It's a worst company to do business and most unprofessional company to hold stake in... I have sold all mahindra shares which i held in my and family's name... I cannot be shareholder of such shameless company.. I will raise this issue even in amg of mahindra holidays..in which i purposely hold few shares... My case will soon be heard in consumer court and i have all evidences of fraud by the company and i am very positive of getting justice

                                    I am experiencing the same thing as i also got my membership upgraded only a week ago and i was not informed about this draw back. I had got it upgraded to purple because i had to do a booking in goa and now i can not book more than 1 room. This is a very major draw back. I want back my capabilities to do multiple room bookings.

                                      I informed to club mahindra for cancellation of membership & refund my money, but they try to convince me that nothing will be refunded because i confirmed my membership on their phon call within seven days of first payment. But i am not eligible for availing any holiday home/resort till i pay the third emi, then how can i am a confirmed member till payment of 3rd emi?

                                        Dear Club Mahindra Team,
                                        Due to some reasons I am unable to continue my membership with Club Mahindra. So, please withdraw my membership ID which is 2733279 . In future don't deduct any amount from my account as well. And revert my paid amount, because I have yet not availed any Holiday Stay at Club Mahindra.As I have not availed any service then why Customer care denied to return my money and even what e mail address they told to mail my complain, that is also not valid.Do the needful so that I may not face any monitory loss .
