Sir,
I am rajesh kumawat was taken membership of club mahindra bt now i wann to cancel it and stop emi deduction of club mahindra. I maild company many times bt they do not respond or ignore to cancel it. Plz help me how can i stop payment and cancel it. I already paid 30 thousand down payment and three emi worth 9000 each.

Help me to resolved this issue

    I am sandip dharmadhikari. Member since 1 june 2012.
    My membership no is206146. The mr. Jamir shaikh from pune office is realy supporting very wel but he is also not able to do any thing.

    I have paid more them 3 lacs. When ever i tried to book vacation through your club mahindra. I have tried to book vacation i have been told some reson so i can not get the vacation through you people. Last year i tried to singapour but nothing has happned, this year i tried for manali and simla from 26 may + 7 days is only your person said itfis for red session person. Later i wrote the mail for cancalation.
    Please get me some solution and i need all my vacation or my money back.
    I have refred two people for that i have got food voucher also i have surrendred it that also i want back.

    Or please refund look in to this or refund my money.

      I got a call for attending 45session meeting for explaining details about their holiday homes and i won free gift voucher of pizza hut free 2 ntys accommodation voucher and 2 free voucher of movie ticosts... It was all fake they said me u will receive on your email is... But their is no email as such... Plss dnt attend such kinds of meetings...       I was many time ask to cancel my membership. Club Mahindra not cancelled membership and not refund my money. I was not getting any trip. I was also mailing in support id for many times.Without any confirmation he is deduct installment in my credit card. club Mahindra is fraud company.

        The agent of club mahindra jaipur office mr shahil has blocked my money rupees five thousand and credited club mahindra account dated on 11fab2017 on my credit card account i need my money refund as i am not club mahindra member.             This is a complaint against the sales person not club mahindra
            We are very dissappointed on the sales person mr. Kiran[protected] bangalore sales team from club mahindra.

            Firstly the membership was taken to celebrate my daughter birthday on may 5th 2017.

            So when i signed the membership on march 30th, it was very clear that the holiday is planned from may 1st till may 6th to kerala. This package was promised by him inline with his manager as a special package.

            After my payment was realised it was very clear there was no followups from the great sales person, myself when called on april 29th he gives a shock of our life that still your booking is not confirmed. And he didnt call us, the follow up was done by me & my wife. Later he told he is blocked in kerala ramada hotel allepy from 4th to 6th may.
            Sowhat we will do from 30th april sunday and waste our holiday.

            My daughter who is 5 years old will understand all these problems, she had dreamt of this trip from long time.

            He said will confirm on may 1st and told we have to wait.

            Then we told can we plan for goa, he told yes we will do the booking for you and wished safe journey.
            We started our journey on april 30th morning and reached goa late evening and booked our stay in kadamba ferns and next day when we called his replies was patetic. The replies he gave to me & my wife we were shocked are we safe with club mahindra. On may 2nd again stayed different hotel called regent in varca goa. We reached the mahindra property palm emeralds. There the staff made very clear there is no single room for us till may 6th in all three properties.. We were really zapped and the sales person cooly says you can stay in colanguate beach resorts on you expenses which is 35 kms far from mahindra property.

            On may 2nd when teh mahindra staff aparna confirmed us a room at 9.30am the great kiran took the entire day to do the proceedings.

            Then my wife had to talk to cheena mahindra headoffice to get a email confirmation.

            Its difficult to imagine that this person did like this.

            The worst part was we had to check out on birthday date of daughteron may 5th 2017 by 12 noon.. Again we were staying in different hotel.

            He spoiled our holiday.

            Now who will bear the expenses & the peace of mind who lost.

            Whether the sales person or club mahindra???

            Needless to stay he is no fit to stay in sales, who gives only wrong committments.

            My special thanks to palm emeraldsgoa team, chennai team who gave us an oppurtunityto stay for three days.

            Aprreciation to aparna, aqib from reception.

            I want the sales person kiran to be penalised because the worst part he never apologised for his act and wrong committment.

            Its a bad remark to club mahindra & want a senior sales person to call on the same.

            And take action on the sale person.

              One of my friend was called and given demonstration for 45 minutes on their product.. When he asked them about his free gift voucher. They gave him and got reservation also in one resort for july 2017. How is this possible??? Because as per the reviews i heard that club mahindra will never confirm booking for free vouchers. Is the booking confirmed or my friend is getting trapped

                Since last 40 days they are saying you will get refund but till now no refund received.

                On 31st March 2017 Mr.Rakesh Sahoo (Sales Executive, Bhubaneswar) and his boss Mr.Sanjeev Jha communicated to me around 10 pm night and with in 2 hour they convinced me and taken my credit card details and swiped it within 2 hours as in my credit card transaction date is 31st March 2017.
                They have done the transaction without CVV No. and OTP No. which is a crime as per RBI Regulations. They deducted from my credit card Rs.34, 200 credit card no. ending with 2262.

                Since last 40 days they are just saying the same story that you will get refund but without mentioning any specific time line.

                How such company is getting listed in BSE and NSE stock exchange. Soon I am going to write SEBI about this incident.

                It looks like it's a fraud company running through wrong practice.

                I simply want to know from the company official when you take the money from customer within 2 hour of meeting even that happened at night time then why it need so much time to refund those who are not interest to go for membership. I am waiting since last 40 days and now I am going to show them what consumer can do.

                No One from Club Mahindra Holidays called me till now but I received a message on my registered mobile mentioning a reference no. and requesting me to call me back on their toll free no. which no one replies as I was on hold for 30 mins and the message was repeating"Our Customer care Executives are busy with other customers please hold the line". I really feel disgusting and irritating by such type of behavior.

                  W.r.t the above mentioned membership no, please note that I had
                  asked for stoppage of EMI deduction thru my CITI bank account
                  sometime back & also wanted to terminate the membership due to
                  financial reasons,

                  However to my shock & surprise, I noticed that EMI of 8468/- is
                  getting debited to Mahindra Holidays every month thru my Citi bank
                  savings ac in Pune branch) every month.

                  I hereby again notify you to stop the EMI presentation in my Citi
                  account as I dont wish to continue the membership.

                  Please confirm with this request URGENTLY ...please forward it to
                  correct team in Club Mahindra in case you are not the concerned
                  team.

                    Please note that whenever we try in any season it's very difficult to get booking though we are Purple Studio Members so my question is what is the use of Purple Membership then? Incase you are unable to do anything for the confirmation of my waitlist then I would like to downgrade again from Purple to Red Studio and whatever extra money I have paid till now you are requested to please refund me along with interest as early as possible, if you won't give priority to Purple members then what is the use of Purple Membership? Why you people have less resorts and more members? Why always all the resorts are full? Though you can't increase the resorts then why do you people are not stopping to make more members? Looking at the number of membership you should have at least 3 resorts in Mahabhaleshwar itself as Mumbai and Pune people love to go to Mahabhaleshwar for vacation to relax, getting done booking in your Mahabhaleshwar is really tough and we have to keep struggling for booking and please note I want to really go and relax for 4 nights but doing booking and putting so much of efforts is killing relation and club mahindra has maximum number of members from Mumbai and Pune and if you won't come up with solution to all members then how we will be able to refer any family friend or relative about Club Mahindra? So it is my humble request to please either give me confirmation voucher or give me refund of amount from Purple To Red Studio along with interest and please don't give me this excuse that this booking is only generated by the system as I had received 1 week booking for Dubai Arabian Dreams for the month of January 2017 though it was overbooked and I know though the system shows any resort full but still there are extra rooms available and also I have seen many times though the rooms are available but your system shows full so I am expecting that you won't give me any false excuses.

                      Hello guys myself Arvind Agarwal few months ago I have taken Club Mahindra membership by salesman who had came at her home initially we were not in the condition to go for it because neither we go for long holidays but afterwards he started convincing us and giving us good new offers and attractive offers and then we changed our mind and thought we should take one's for experience so we took it but as we were signing the contract I thought to read it first but then he said sir please trust me I will guide you as my brother so you don't have to read it because from now onwards I will be remain in a contact of yours for 25 years so please trust me so I skip that thing and just started sighning the contract but after few months later I got to know that all the things and offers in the details he told us was fraud are you can say totally fake then I search the club Mahindra customer care number and talk to them but they were not ready to help us and they were not ready to refund as also either and they were just taking as a casual and 2 months has been passed but no reply from their site has been made so now I decided To file a case against them so that they won't cheat anybody else and guys I would like to tell you that please don't even think to buy Mahindra products because this company is a big cheater Atif nothing more than that so guys please be careful before purchasing any Mahindra product or services fomo queries you may contact at[protected] and my email ID is Arvind 274 @ gmail.com and if now I didn't get any reply from their site then then I am going to take action against them

                        I am ashish gupta, club mahindra membership id 2735611

                        I was suggested to take club mahindra membership over phone by my brother sanjeev gupta, to which i joined along with my friends - dr paras kharbanda and dr jitendre tewari three different membership for the same club mahindra.. After spending an hour with an marketing executive mr. Arpit (Mob no - [protected], [protected], [protected]) with so many mobile nos but none to take calls after my membership,, i was forced to convinced that i should take the membership. I asked him let us take a day to think over it and go through the product details and than we will take the decision. But, his aggressive marketing skills made us to take the membership on the spot, to my suprise he was from badaun and bareilly and he had managed to sent some one from lucknow zone with swapping machine and made 60, 000 rs payment from my credit card (27/12/[protected] rs, 27/12/[protected] rs, 27/12/[protected] rs, 27/12/[protected] rs)
                        He promised me so many things while taking membership but none worked. He promised me 10, 000 rs food coupons but didnt recived them on time, and now no utilization of them. He promised me 3 days and 2 night stay at ramnagar resort of clum mahindra, but all was false he did not takes my call... Kindly make him ones call me so that i can confirm him why i want to leave club mahindra membership. I am highly disappointed by his behavior, he is taking calls of my freinds whom i suggested to take membership.. And did not gave me refferal benefit and given to some one else.. He has cheated me all through possible ways. Please take strict action against this person.

                        At the time of phone call he have falsely committed that he will give us 8 movie tickets, i claimed the same many times but not received any response for them

                        This is such a terrible experience, i will tell my friends that please do not choose club mahindra for spoiling your valuable vacations.

                        Please help me out of these fraud people & to get my money back.

                          These people loot hard earned money! Fake promises! Your refund is under process from where ministry? You dont have any protocols or policies its just gimmick and you have 1000 excuses ready for not returning the money!
                          I will make nobody suffers and you dont loot anyone else!
                          You want to deal like this lets do it on very platform and in every legal correspondance and authorities.

                          I will make sure nobody else suffer like me. Club mahindra fake promises and false excuses. I have cancelled membership within 10 days and according to their refund policy till date there is no refund despite of numerous calls emails social media posts. To club mahindra team - with due respect please refund my hard earned money, i have kept immense patience and waited long for my refund.

                          I am going through lot of mental pressure and stress. I have been contacting club mahindra team from a very long time for refund against cancellation of membership. Refund should process in 60 days but its more than 70 days there is no refund from their side. I have put a lot of mails social media posts and i have been calling them on daily basis. Only thing i get to hear is your refund is under process. I dont understand from where my refund is coming from? Is from world bank or mars? 70 days was not enough? So they are making up excuses of not refunding the money. Club mahindra team - i want my money asap now! You have tested my patience to the limits where i have no option left to tender legal notices to you.

                            I am a member of club mahindra since 2012 but have seldom had the opportunity to enjoy the holidays because of non availability of rooms. I was told the booking opens 90 days in advance.
                            As per the procedure i was doing online bookings for 4-6 adults from 12th to 15th aug 2017 at 9.35 a.M.On 1st may 2017 for varca beach goa but was shocked to see that no rooms are available. I was further exasperated when i learnt that even acacia property is all sold out within minutes.
                            Wonder how this is possible ? one is reminded of the railway reservations where all berths were shown as waitlisted in all rajdhanis as soon as the booking opened 90 days in advance. There the touts were involved in the racket. Surely i do not expect a reputed company like yours to stoop to that level though i know of incidents where members are unable to get the rooms but walk in clients get the bookings at exhorbitant prices.
                            If there is a mad rush for your bookings, why don't you open the booking 180 days in advance instead of harassing your clients. It is really frustrating to keep paying the amc and yet not enjoy the holidays even if we plan 90 days in advance.
                            I am really disappointed and regret taking the membership. Would like you to please let me know the formalities for rescinding the membership of club mahindra as i do not wish to waste any more money. I would rather enjoy the freedom and flexibility of enjoying a vacation at a venue of my choice rather than keep making plans to avail the holidays at a club mahindra property.

                              As I took membership no. 2629047 in 2015 April. We offer one free week from RCI by club Mahindra for any international destinations. Sestreir, Italy we family of five traveled from Mumbai to Milan by Air & Milan to Sestreir by train & car to palace residence 1 but it was shocking only one room occupied by us rest entire resorts empty. Reception open one hour in morning. Even entire village is empty no man on roads no market or restaurants were open. Entire town deserted. Because season of ice was over. For any activity or food we have to visit Torino. All in all we wasted hell lot of money only in traveling. Therefore we ask to cancel our membership & refund entire amount since we have not used anything, all lying as it is. But they sent calculation of refund only 29% Rs.100 only where as we paid Rs.332000+Rs.14000ASF=346000. Not acceptable. When they talk about company policy for refund what about their lapses and we lost hell lot of money, Are they not responsible?

                                  Hi two of your agents a junior & his boss came home to show mahindra holiday product. My son & family showed no interest & walked away however your persistent agent landed
                                  Up at my clinic & made me talk to his boss on the phone. I told them i needed some time to think however the boss wanted my credit card & thinking that nothing could happen if i did not give the otp, i got bullied into giving my card no. I was shocked to notice that the money transaction was made despite the otp this upset me a lot & i decided not to agree for the holiday
                                  I am attaching my letters sent to the boss a month has passed since & they keep giving me false promises that the money is refunded however my card statements do not show the refund money
                                  I am a 71 year old pathologist who is still working to make my families ends meet this refund will help me in my monthly expenses & will prevent me from resorting to break my fixed deposits
                                  Kindly look into the matter urgently i plead you

                                    Hi All,

                                    I have taken the membership of club mahindra on 2nd April'2017. But due to some personnel issue I thought to cancel it and written e-mail to club mahindra representative PRATEEK CHAUHAN on 6th of April'2017. (e-mail attached). But even after 20 days I am still waiting for their reply. I got a call from one of his colleague that they will meet me in person but no one turned up on date and time fixed for the appointment(24-Apr-2017).

                                    Kindly cancel my membership at the earliest and refund the initial amount paid Rs. 34200/- ASAP. Also cancel all future ECS given. An early reply will be highly appreciable.

                                      As I haven't heard anything from you since two weeks now on my request, I would like to terminate my membership, and request you to refund the amount that I have paid till date.

                                      I have gone through a lot of mental frustration by continuously calling in vain your sales representative Manishchandra Sinha with no proper walkthroughs.

                                      I have been sold the membership on false claims by Manishchandra Sinha by stating that I can suspend the monthly emi(s) and can re-continue later in the future.

                                      Please cancel my membership, and make sure no further EMI(s) get debited from my account from now onwards.

                                      As I have not taken any of your services till date, help me with the refund policy and time lines.
