Hi two of your agents a junior & his boss came home to show mahindra holiday product. My son & family showed no interest & walked away however your persistent agent landed
Up at my clinic & made me talk to his boss on the phone. I told them i needed some time to think however the boss wanted my credit card & thinking that nothing could happen if i did not give the otp, i got bullied into giving my card no. I was shocked to notice that the money transaction was made despite the otp this upset me a lot & i decided not to agree for the holiday
I am attaching my letters sent to the boss a month has passed since & they keep giving me false promises that the money is refunded however my card statements do not show the refund money
I am a 71 year old pathologist who is still working to make my families ends meet this refund will help me in my monthly expenses & will prevent me from resorting to break my fixed deposits
Kindly look into the matter urgently i plead you

    Hi All,

    I have taken the membership of club mahindra on 2nd April'2017. But due to some personnel issue I thought to cancel it and written e-mail to club mahindra representative PRATEEK CHAUHAN on 6th of April'2017. (e-mail attached). But even after 20 days I am still waiting for their reply. I got a call from one of his colleague that they will meet me in person but no one turned up on date and time fixed for the appointment(24-Apr-2017).

    Kindly cancel my membership at the earliest and refund the initial amount paid Rs. 34200/- ASAP. Also cancel all future ECS given. An early reply will be highly appreciable.

      Hello Team,

      As I haven't heard anything from you since two weeks now on my request, I would like to terminate my membership, and request you to refund the amount that I have paid till date.

      I have gone through a lot of mental frustration by continuously calling in vain your sales representative Manishchandra Sinha with no proper walkthroughs.

      I have been sold the membership on false claims by Manishchandra Sinha by stating that I can suspend the monthly emi(s) and can re-continue later in the future.

      Please cancel my membership, and make sure no further EMI(s) get debited from my account from now onwards.

      As I have not taken any of your services till date, help me with the refund policy and time lines.

            Please be very careful while signing the membership. Their Sales Executive Mr. Chanchal came to us with the club mahindra membership and ensured about the cancellation policy that any moment I can withdraw my membership and I will get my refund. Later on I get to know that this People do not have a clear policy of cancellation at. All you need to do is just keep calling them and they say they will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours. However they do not stick to what they say. I have asked them that I want to cancel my membership.

            I got a mail from them stating

            "Please be informed, as per the membership rules of clause 8, we would like to inform you that there is no refund applicable on your membership and would therefore urge you to reconsider your decision."

            How can a company simply give fake promises to fulfil their monthly sales target??

              Club Mahindra is definitely running a harassment centre for people who are not interested in memberships, they are dragged and pushed to limits to take up the plans on any terms and later on with 'no reversal policy' they keep the money and let you bleed.

              There were few terms that were discussed before taking up this membership, and they all were clearly discussed with the person who visited me.

              point no 1 - when this membership was taken, I was pushed for 30k which I gave upfront but I said clearly that the instalment must happen October onwards and that too once we discuss this again since I was not too convinced to take this membership.
              point no 2 - I was told that I can reverse this decision in Oct and 30K which I paid can be adjusted in some holiday in 2017
              point no 3 - I told clearly that I might select a different season and a different payment plan once we talk again in Oct

              Now, all these points are not adhered and you kept charging my credit card without my consent. Just giving you an imprint of credit card doesn't authorize you to charge it every month, why are you running this scam or charging customers without any authorization.

                We have been given Club Mahindra Holiday Voucher (Purple memebership) to be redemeed by 20-Jun-2017 on purchase of XUV 500.

                Trying to redeem it since it has been given always the resorts show unavailable have been trying for Ooty location. The same resorts are available in other hotel booking site for the dates and being sold at higher price.

                  I was called by someone from Club Mahindra that they are going to give me 3 night stay in their resort and me and my family went there. The representative, with their sweet talk convince us to purchase their plan.

                  When we came back, I have done some research on the internet and asked my friends and family they gave super negative feedback.

                  I have emailed them to cancel my membership on 27th Mar 2017.

                  It's been a month and they are not refunding my money.

                  That's why I thought to share my experience and warn others not to fall in their trap.

                  Iam purple member and the reservations never get confirmed . Services not upto the mark.always they say make reservations 120 days ahead ., then mahindra told me all the problems would resolved if you move to purple and give a short notice also for room reservations . nothing improved

                      The RM came from club mahindra and showed me the demo in month of Feb 2017 and comitted to arrange a 5 days complimentary stay in Puduchery (pondy) and i decided to enroll for the membership. he said i have to make payment of down payment immediately. i asked for a day to decide they said it doesnt happen like that. but insisted and at midnight he was calling me for my credit card details. and after sharing my card details and paying the down payment of 34700 they sent me the membership ID. after that i asked RM to block the rooms as committed. he said he'll block the rooms and i have to pay three EMIs together to get the rooms booked/blocked. i agreed. after that when i try contacting him he doesnt take the call and respond to my sms. i send a mail to him and his manager but no response. his manager had sopken to me at time to taking memebership talking bigs words to convince me to take the membership. now no response from him at all. i raised a request with the member relation and they too dont repond. please do the needful to refun my down payment.

                        I am Pankaj Gupta, Club Mahindra Membership ID 2737227.

                        I was invited to ClubMahindra Radisson Blue hotel Haipur over phone, to which I visited along with my family . After spending an hour with an marketing executive Mr. Lokesh, I was forced to convinced that I should take the membership. I asked him let us take a day to think over it and go through the product details and than we will take the decision. But, his aggressive marketing skills made us to take the membership on the spot, on 31 december 2016 by paying Rs.25000 on the spot by credit card. They filled the form .

                        After going through the document I came across clause that there is annual subscription fees and I got the feedback from friends that when you require you will not get the rooms in their property. After some days i.e. in 8 days I approached their office & emailed for cancellation & I was told that your refund will be paid in 90 days .I did not understand the reason for keeping my money for 90 days however I agreed with them but till date there is no refund has been received.

                        After crossing those 90 days period, I have contacted many times to their various departments and they are giving various excuses that they did not receieved email for headoffice.
                        This is such a mental trauma for me that inspite of cancelling within the said period these people are not releasing my payments

                        At the time of meeting they have falsely committed that they will give us 4 movie tickets, I claimed the same many times but not received any response for them

                        This is such a teribble experience, please do not choose Club Mahindra for spoiling your valuable vacations.

                        please help me out of these fraud people & to get my money back.

                          First they call me and told me i won free holiday voucher from club mahindra which i have to collect from club mahindra office in crystal palm mall. I visited there with my wife. We waited almost 15 min. There then they gave us a form to fill after that they inform us we to saw their 45min. Presentation for which they didn't intimate before. I told them i have no time for this because i already have plans. Then they let us leave from their office.
                          What a waste of time and money.

                              I am one of the first members of club mahindra . I had purchased the membership in 1997 and now all they want from a member who has refered
                              them to thousands of people is a yearly amount of about 10000 to 15000 rupees for "maintenance" . it does not matter to them if we are able to get a booking done or not .
                              In fact we have been folowing them up for over a year now because whenever we book a room it is never available . the esteem part is the fact that at the end of the year, they come up with "#great" deals and tell us to upgrade our season and even after upgrading it there service and quality remains just the same old
                              "3rd class way". i am really pissed and frustated of this membership and would be pleased to return this membership and get my money back.

                                I am very sad to feeling my emotion towards esteemed organisation like club mahindra holidays that i called up for sales meeting in hotal for demonstrate taking policy benefit by your employee in raipur with lucrative offer to give holiday voucher. Now i am trying to redeem that voucher it is showing another person name. I talked to call center and record the same conversation now i am feeling very sad you people are making fool for customer. Please provide proper solution about this matter.

                                  Its really very shocking state of affair from your mahindra representative side and was never expected from such a reputed club like mahindra. Your branch officer mr. Partush has done fake commitment during meeting around 35000/ (Already debited from my account much back) but still not a single commitment full fill by company.
                                  Hope you will look into the matter seriously failing which i will have no option than to forward this mail to higher authority and to consumer court, department of company affair, north block delhi. And any other authority as may be required.

                                  I have purchase club Mahindra membership ID 2579717I wanted to get cancelled and refund of money back that but it seems they are delaying and not taking actions. One month already gone but reply disgusting.

                                    I was provides false promises of complimentary 7N/8D oversees holidays for malaysia by club mahindra sales executive at rhe tine of sales. After payment and confirming membership details i kept following for next 11 days about booking the holiday and was told the booking will be done by next day. After doingg a bit of investigation i found rci donot have the stated properties at malaysia and in anycase have to booking availbility for any reasonable locations for next 6 months. The sales team had been completely misleading me.On contacting member relations for cancelling my membership and a full refund as i am in early lookout period they are stinewalling refund requests and have yet to start any formal action against their sales team. Worst my complaint is being handled by the same Branch (pitampura) that sold me the membership with lies

                                      Hie, we want to cancel the club mahindra membership.

                                      But no clear details are being provided as of now. They just keep calling and not reverting for the issue.

                                      One day they call and inform that the charges are xyz while on other day they said it cannot be sold rather be transferred. And the next day they say that the last cancellation price which was told was wrong and a new cancellation with 60-40 ratio is informed.

                                      How do i get resolve this as soon as possible.

                                        Dear team,

                                        I became the member on 2016. My id is 2701548. I am entitled for a seven nights free holiday in any rci resorts. But whenever i tried booking online, but no resort is vacant on may months. But we can go out only on holidays. I tried booking before one month, even then i did not get. I want it in the north zone preferably manali or any hill station. So please see to it i get a 01 studio on the last week of may from 22nd night to 28th night (In 22 to out 29). Otherwise please don't give us fake complimenteries. I am really fed up trying.

                                        If booking not possible, pls convert my all nights rci to club mahindra.

                                        Please help me to relive from these stresses.
