At the same time the manager is called mr arun cm the manager of the resot he comes and least bothered to listen and understand the situation he calles security to remove us from the resot

I want cancel my membership where religion and human feelings is least impoetant my membership no. Is 20757
Pls take this matter seriously it's matter for vegetarians

Club Mahindra is playing with religion and vegetarians feelings they r least bothered to look in matter rather accepting it the call security people to remove us from the resort

Hotel manager IN CHARGE mr ARUN calls the security and the security people push and brings the stick to hit the guest and he gives the order to do so

    Hi team,

    We have club mahindra holiday voucher, to collect this voucher we spent almost a day with club mahindra cam-paining and traveled very long distance to reach cam-paining location. Now we are trying to redeem the coupon, but no where no hotel has 2 nights vacancies is not available moreover 1 night also not accepting. How can we claim this option. Why you people are cheating the customers. If per suppose if we opt for club mahindra holidays plan, what is the guarantee to get the rooms?

    This is really bad experience with clubmahindra. Please take some strict actions against with this, they should not cheat the customers in future.

      Dear Sir,
      Please take this as my official complaint for hopeless service after sales.
      Paresh Walhe and his junior Mr.Paresh Shinde have given us all false promises of our holiday bookings in Varca beach property at Goa from 8th to 11th june i.e 4 nights.
      On logging in the official site, we were shocked to see the whole amount qe were asked to pay, on 29th may that we had paid shown as outstanding with a remark "long overdue". Two days later it is showing an amount of rs. 16266/- as over due.
      I am unable to book any holidays as amount paid by me is shown as due.
      I am in trauma. My calls are not received by their sales representatives and his junior. My whats app messages are seen but not answered...Reasons best known to them. I hereby ask club mahindra to show sufficient cause why legal action against their sales representative should not be initiated.
      Please treat this as an official notice served upon them.
      I am keeping this as records for my further course of action.

        Hi, i was invited for meeting on 26 May 2017, by sale team at Park inn in Delhi, i was told about the promotion, so i agreed to join CM my application was forwarded

        On 29 May 2017 I got a call from Cust care Mr.Karthick from[protected] at 12.15 pm for verification. And explained the offer and the plan, that was different from what I was told (wrong Promises) was asked so I asked him to turn down my application or I disagreed to continue
        But when the vefication process failed, I am getting a message on 1.06.2017 “welcome to club Mahindra thank you for enrolling. We are processing your application forward will soon get in touch with you.
        Second msg: HI your Member id is 2763436 this will be your unique ID for communication

        I don’t want to continue any process further, so refund the money as I was told If I don’t agree the with In 10 day my money will be refunded so REFUND ME WITHOUT PROCEECNG FURTHER
        If I don’t get any response or refund, I will be forced to take legal action,

          Hi i got redeemer voucher for my mahindra kuv100 i am trying to book hotel since last 9 month but ever time i found goa hotel not available. Today i found hotels are available but when i click k on confirm booking page is automatic redirecting to homepage. I am really frustrated. If you dont want to allow free vouchers to book then why your providing it. Dont make fool people. I am trying to book everyday. From last nine month. Every time same result. The hotel dates you keep like people will not able to book.

            I am naeem bagwan (Applicant) bearing member's id 2726118 hereby want to cancel my membership. We have deposited rs. 25570/- down payment in october, 2016 plus monthly emi till march 2017.

            I am tired of calling and mailing you guys, until the country level management, but haven't received any response from you.

            This kind of response and attitude shows your commitment to customer service.

            I do not want to be part of this sham.

            I want to cancel my membership and want a full refund back as per your employees commitment, who said if you do not utilize any services from cm 100% refund will be provided. You can check that i have not availed any service from your side yet.

                It is disappointing to see that the club mahindra staff at dehra dun uttarakhand is not prompt in giving service to me. For the cancellation of my membership the letter is not being acknowledge by the staff. Nor there is any correspondence on mail. They are delaying the matter unnecessarily. On 28th may 2017 they invited for the presentation for which they promised complimentary gift vouchers irrespective of the fact whether you take membership or not but the vochers were never kept ready. I have given a letter for refund of rs 26980/- for which i am not having any acknowledgment. The presentation was given to me by ms vishakah joseph at crossroad mall dehra dun 248001 uttarakhand

                  I Have purchased club Mahindra membership in Jan’17 & during selling the club Mahindra membership your executive hasn’t disclosed the yearly maintenance charges & also the guest fee charges to me.

                  When I called at club Mahindra customer care no and asked them to cancel the membership & hold the EMI cheque / ECS. The executive has committed that the EMI cheque / ECS will not be presented in my bank account but the cheque / ECS were presented in my account. After that I called club Mahindra Manager (Jaipur) Mr. Lokesh & Mr. Anil Kumar Yadav they both have committed that they have already informed member relation department for cancellation & 100% refund of membership fee paid by me as I haven’t availed the club Mahindra services yet. Now from last 30 days they both not responding my call. Hence I requested to cancel my membership but they are not responding now... feeling cheated ...

                      Sir,

                      Club mahindra executive mr. Ail yadav visited rajsamand district on 18.05.2017 and by making false and incomplete representation, took signed application for membership and taken 25815/- rs. By debit card.

                      After that i come to know the membership rules from somewhere, than i decided to cancel it immediately and mailed him, fro withdrawal.

                      As per the rules the company must have receive cancellation application within 10 days at their office, then only refund is made otherwise it is forfeited.

                      I am afraid that they will make my application in abeyance till 10 days and than as per rules i can not fget 25815/- my paid amount.

                        My membership id is 2386022 and i have been a faithful customer of club mahindra. I got a call from their executive sudhanshu ranjan rai (Rai. [protected]@gmail.com) regarding the new membership. I went to the club mahindra's raipur office, 492001. There on paying the initial payment of ₹27500 i got a 25 years membership and every month i had to payment a periodic amount every month. On completion of certain amount accumulating to ₹48500 i was told i can book a resort from their available list of resorts. I mailed sudhanshu rai, shivani khatri and also the official id for the resort booking but they failed to do so because o[censored]navailability. Next time i tried to book different resorts and i was given the same excuse. After a certain period of time my calls were not attended and in spite of mailing them i didn't get a response. Due to come mishap i was unable to take action on this for 5 years. Now when i tried getting some support from the customer care they failed to provide any support or refund of the security deposit. I have not availed the benefits of this membership for a single rupee and all my membership benefits have been cancelled.

                        I would request them to resolve the issue at their earliest or else i would be forced to take this to consumer court.

                          Good Evening Sir,

                          I have had a white season membership with you, I asked for the booking at Ooty for 20-21 June. I was suggested to upgrade the season by paying 15010/- in advance and rest in 11 instalments. I was assured of the booking at Ooty in lieu of that. As it was not materlising after paying the advance, I asked them to clarify. They invited me to the customer relation meet at Amritsar on 15th May. I was again promised or befooled of the booking of five HUs on 21st June at CM derby and three studios were shown blocked on 20th June at nearby Resort. After almost nine days, I received a WhatsApp message from your PRO Ms.Anuradha from Chandigarh that there are only two rooms available on each day. Moreover I have called the customer care number but received no call back. I have sent few emails to the customer relation site but received only system generated email only. Either it is received by your Chandigarh staff who are cheating and not replying or being forward to them by you which they are not resolving. To my utter surprise I even received a text message from them last time that your issue has been resolved, which is still pending.

                          Kindly help me as we are five families who have planned a ten days trip to Banglore-Mysore-ooty, We have made all other hotel bookings as well air tickets but our trip is being spoilt by Club Mahindra, are you people facilitators or spoilers.

                          Kindly revert back in least response time.

                            If you take the membership of club mahindra, please be very careful while signing the membership. They do not have a clear policy of cancellation at all. All you need to do is just keep calling them and they say they will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours. However they do not stick to what they say. I have asked them that i want to cancel my membership however the contact centre executives do not have any idea as what would be the amount that would be refunded. He told me that there have no refund policy in club mahindra. Company will not refunded you a single rupee.

                            Friends please do not take membership of club mahindra unless and until you have a lot of money to blow around.

                              Hello guys myself Arvind Agarwal and I am a club Mahindra member and this decision was my worst decision of my life Amit complain against them but I haven't received any call from their site they are just making fake promises and all and nothing more than that actually if you will take the club Mahindra membership once then you will be trapped for 25 years because they are not going to refund any amount anyhow so guys please don't ever tried to take Club Mahindra membership because they all are just fake and we will take Club Mahindra membership they are not going to listen you because you are being trapped by them means really it's disgusting Mahindra company shoes company so big company and the customer support service is really ridiculous means you can't think of that so horrible so disgusting not expected from you Club Mahindra you really are b******* and even from now onwards I am not going to buy any product of Mahindra and please guys you also I am telling please don't buy any product of Mahindra because they are just Cheetah nothing more than that cars buses drugs and all they are just Cheetah Club Mahindra is the Really real Cheetah they are extending the business day by day but they're not taking care of their old customer then what is the use of that extending business some of my friends your ready to take the club membership but after this so me in this situation they just raise your hands and said I am not going to take this Club Mahindra membership I will go myself but I won't take their Club Mahindra membership so cheater company really Anand Mahindra is really cheater cock I already submitted a complain against you but they were no response from your side so please take care of them now I am going to file a case against your company

                                Its a Fraud company altogether. They have no cancellation policy. Sales guys are misleading the consumers.

                                I have attended a presentation from Club Mahindra and I paid INR 35700 on 13th of May 2017 towards the membership. Later on I got to know that I will have to pay the ASF every year that was not informed by your sales team. They are misleading the customers. I am not satisfied with the ASF Clause and the clarification given by sales guys. I would like to cancel my membership No.2760200. I would request you to please cancel the same and refund the charged amount asap as its in look up period. I am continuously trying to call your sales team but they are deliberating not answering to my calls. I hope you guys will be able to help on this else I will have to take legal route

                                  Pratush g, sorry to say your all commitment fail which you have discussed during meeting. Need clarification on this immediate. Delay will be go in your bucket.

                                  Its really very shocking state of affair from your side and was never expected from such a reputed club like mahindra. Done fake commitment during meeting around 35000/ (Already debited from my account much back) but still not a single commitment full fill by company.
                                  Hope you will look into the matter seriously failing which i will have no option than to forward this mail to higher authority and to consumer court, department of company affair, north block delhi. And any other authority as may be required.

                                    T his is regarding not refunding my down payment money which i had given to club mahindra on 4-2 2017 at nashik through my hdfc credit card.
                                    I have already send many request for refund money through mail and also through telephonic call on toll free number [protected]
                                    But they are not taking seriously

                                    Request for cancellation was given within free lock period (I. E.
                                    Within 6 days only) when membership was taken from their executive
                                    Mr. Shinde and mr. Paresh ([protected]) branch manager nashik

                                    I am still waiting for this issue to be resolved from last three month.

                                    I took the membership on 4 feb 2017 and paid down payment of rs 31160.

                                      I am one of the club Mahindra member[protected] from last six years & I have recommend many of my staff members & 4 six persons are taken member ship after my satisfied report & confidence in Club Mahindra.
                                      1. Purpule Members ship Mr. Mugan from Jamnagar.
                                      2. Red Membership Mr. Siby Verghese from Jamnagar
                                      3. Blue Membership Mr. Subhash Parmanik. from Jamnagar
                                      4. Many other members I have given very much satisfied remarks on Club Mahindra.
                                      Your sales representative Mr.Suhil Bagade from Ahmadabad office taken lot of help from for getting membership in his account.
                                      As my son in twelfth std due the extra class we could use holiday.
                                      Mr.Suhil Bgade has taken around 15 days holidays from me & sold to other customer & assured me that he will pay ASF ( yearly maint fee of 10000& 3 years.)
                                      Now I am calling him, but not responding. He has cited me which is not good in such reputed origination.
                                      Now I want book the holiday during 18/07/2017 to 22/07/2017. Kumbulgarah Resort.

                                      I request yr help in clearing the ASF & booking the holiday.
                                      Also I have the gift coupon of 10 000. 00 already expired, revalidate the same.

                                      with 6 months validity but its just a fraud they arrange no holiday for me no response from staff even they were rude i had call recording of them so guys i wanna aware they are just making us fool such a shame for brand like this

                                        I had purchased an XUV 500 W8AT on 25 August 2016. Along with the purchase I was given an Club Mahindra Holiday voucher under the Purple Club benefit of Mahindra.

                                        Since then I have registered my voucher for redeeming my holiday voucher but have not been able to book any place across India as all the resorts always show booked and there are no rooms available.

                                        I have contacted the Club Mahindra Customer Care also but the executive said he will not be able to help in bookings as I am redeeming the gift vouchers & can only be booked online.

                                        Now after almost a year continuously trying to book a family trip I have come to think the vouchers of Club Mahindra are a scam. They will never be any rooms available.
