This is ravi bhagwani this is regarding for my membership which is issued by false commitments at the time of purchase your sales manager Mr. Rakesh Udeshi promise me to give gold crown card for 25 years free but when i received mail than only 2 YEARS free than after it will be chargeable. I want refund my amount.

This is a complaint against the sales person not club mahindra
We are very dissappointed on the sales person mr. Kiran[protected] bangalore sales team from club mahindra.

Firstly the membership was taken to celebrate my daughter birthday on may 5th 2017.

So when i signed the membership on march 30th, it was very clear that the holiday is planned from may 1st till may 6th to kerala. This package was promised...

One of my friend was called and given demonstration for 45 minutes on their product.. When he asked them about his free gift voucher. They gave him and got reservation also in one resort for july 2017. How is this possible??? Because as per the reviews i heard that club mahindra will never confirm booking for free vouchers. I am a member of club mahindra since 2012 but have seldom had the opportunity to enjoy the holidays because of non availability of rooms. I was told the booking opens 90 days in advance.

Please be very careful while signing the membership. Their Sales Executive Mr. Chanchal came to us with the club mahindra membership and ensured about the cancellation policy that any moment I can withdraw my membership and I will get my refund. Later on I get to know that this People do not have a clear policy of cancellation at. All you need to do is just keep calling them and they say they will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours. Club Mahindra is definitely running a harassment centre for people who are not interested in memberships, they are dragged and pushed to limits to take up the plans on any terms and later on with 'no reversal policy' they keep the money and let you bleed.

There were few terms that were discussed before taking up this membership, and they all were clearly discussed with the person who visited me.

We have been given Club Mahindra Holiday Voucher (Purple memebership) to be redemeed by 20-Jun-2017 on purchase of XUV 500.

Trying to redeem it since it has been given always the resorts show unavailable have been trying for Ooty location. The same resorts are available in other hotel booking site for the dates and being sold at higher price.
