Sir/madam

Myself ritupal singh, membership id 2739691 facing a lot of problems with club mahindra company and and their representatives.

Mr. Abhsihek tripathi sales representative of this company ie club mahindra (Mahindra holidays & resort india limited)
Given me the membership on 12/01/2017 with lots of attractive promises.

He promised that he will provide 12, 500/- rs food vouchers that he will send to my email id,
10 nights 14 days stay at different resorts with abroad outings as well.
2 nights 3 days stay as promotional.
Movie at dehradun with family and much more.

For all this, he told me to pay a down payment of rs 25570/- and three installments of 6522/- post dated cheques. Which i did.
He said after that i can avail all the benefits of the membership for one and half year. And after that period if i liked it, i can pursue further for remaining
Installments.

He told me that i will get membership card with in 15 days.
But i did not get my membership card almost three and half months.
In between i called mr. Abhishek a lot of times but he never responded and after talking to vishakha i got my membership card.

Three installments of rs 6522/- has been deducted from my account and after that one more installment of 6522/- was also
Deducted from my account, which was not supposed to be deducted.

Then again i called abhishek so many times but he again not responded and after that i called vishakha and told her my problem and asked her
To convey my message to abhishek. I also asked for the mobile number of senior persons or permanent address of abhishek, but she refused.
I said to vishakha that i will take legal action.

Then abhishek called me and said that he will talk to the company and the fourth installment will be revert back.

I said that i have got the message that 5th installment is due on 6/07.2017.

Abhishek said don't keep the sufficient fund in your bank account till 17/07/2017 as he has got n approval regarding revert back of 6522/-,
(This i also told to your accounts person "fatima"). When i asked him to e mail that approval to me, he said that it was telephonic.

Just because not keeping the sufficient funds in my account some of my cheques bounced and that effected my social and economical image.

He said that your amount of 6522/- will be given back to you till 25/07/2017 and vouchers of rs 12, 500/- as well, after that i will send u a termination of membership letter to your email id, so u don't have to pay any other installments.

Now another installment is due on 06/08/2017 and he is not responding.. To my call, message or whatsup.

So please tell me what to do.

I have not get anything from company till date, except the misconduct, misguidance, misbehavior and fake promises
From your company's representative especially abhsihek tiwari. Just because of such things i don't want to continue with your company.

So i ask you to please stop the emi immediately and return my ammount.

    आपकी withdrawal/close policy का क्या मतलब होता है जहा पर मैंने आपके फॉर्म में signed किये हुए है।कितना cheat करेगे आप लोग ।।

      I had paid the emi that was given by the club mahindra for upgrading my package from white to red stuidio which was amounting to 5022 for 36 months.

      After paying the 36 emis the last emi being on jul 2017, when i checked my payment details in august it was showing me to pay 5850 shown as differential gst. I called the customer care and their explanation was that, club mahindra used to pay additional 3 % tax on behalf of the customer for the whole period which they are collecting it now. I dont get it is why was they paying taxes on our behalf and why now they suddenly wants to collect it. Also the customer care lady told me that her system is showing a outstanding of 6k, where my login panel shows only 5850 now which to pay.

      Then some one told me it is the gst difference for the whole year, gst got applicable on from july 2017 how can you collect the gst for whole year emis.

      Can someone help me in getting some higher authorities contact details in
      Clubmahindra who can explain me that what is it that i am paying.

      My membership id. is 2790268 and interaction id. is 11640365. My EMIs for the membership were paid/completed in 2015. Some 10-15 days back I saw a pop up in my dashboard under payments stating that GST differential to be paid is INR 802.37. I didn't get it because how can you charge present tax on a transaction that was made in the past i.e.2015. It's completely illegal. I complaint about it on Dec 5, however, still the query remains unresolved. In between, I had also connected through Facebook by sending a direct message, in response to which I received a call, however, the executive only kept on repeating the same line i.e. as per his knowledge they are charging this differential to every member as Club Mahindra had to pay this extra amount on behalf of everyone. When I asked him the same question that why Club Mahindra had to pay this amount when the transaction took place in 2015, well before GST came to life? He said he doesn't have any idea. However, this logic seems bizzare. It is like you purchased a train ticket in 2015 and paid service tax and now Indian railways reaches out to you saying that pay extra for that ticket because GST is implemented OR like you bought a car in 2015 but now tax slab has changed so, now you again need to pay extra for the car. How ridiculous... The executive promised me that someone who has knowledge of accounting and law in CM will call me to explain why GST differential would be applicable. Still no call from them. I can understand if they apply GST on annual subscription fee (ASF) as it is collected every year but how can they apply GST on the membership value that was paid 2 years back...

        I had placed a request to cancel my membership at club mahindra. Still they went ahead and deducted the emi. When i asked then for the refund, i was told that there is no process of emi refund and since my account is now closed there will be no further deductions.
        However they went ahead and deducted the emi for the second month as well.

        I have called them multiple times and written countless emails but still they are not closing the issue.

        Everytime i am told that someone from mumbai vashi branch will call me. All i get is an email from manasi mane that we are looking into this issue. It has been 4 months now and i am not getting any proper response

          We had enrolled for club mahindra membership last year but till now we have not taken any benefit as every single time we could see the hotels prebooked even before 2-3 months. We could not find a single hotel to book as per our plans and this has happened everytime. Finally we decided to just cancel the membership as money was getting deducted every month and we had no benefit out of it. Till now we had invested around 80, 000 after that we informed the bank and club mahindra to cancel our membership. Since we have never used this membership we are expecting our money to be refunded. 80 thousand is not a small amount in exchange of literally nothing. Please help us in getting our money back. Thank you.

            We have been trying to get back the membership fees they have collected from me during the month of april 2017. We have addressed over phone, through representatives and email. But the company has maintained silent.

            The company has us to make a claim for refund of membership. We requested company to refund back the membership fees.

            As per the provisions the company replied that your claim will be settled within 60 days. But now that a consideration time has passed they have still not refunded the membership fees.

            Kindly help us in getting the refund back early. There are several such complaints from the members.

              This is the third complaint i am posting here. And every time i have to show the same story again and again. I pushed my first complaint on july 1st and second on july 18th. I get the response that they will soon attend to my complaints but till now nothing has happened. Why the hell are they doing like this? Cheating people off their money and patience. If people are reading this, if anyone approaches from club mahindra telling that you've won something, slap them and tell them to get lost. They will cheat you your money. They are the biggest fraud i've ever seen. The people who approached me are not picking up the phones. I think i will have to go to their offices and make a scene.

                This is with reference to club mahindra membership which i enrolled in the month of june - 2017 wherein i was assured that there will be flexibility in my payment schedule.

                As per the representative my installments would start as and when i will need it however they started their first installment from the month of july-17 for which i was not ready and hence had to ask for cancellation of the membership.

                Real shock was received when i made an application for cancellation "they told me that the total advance payment of rs 54210 would be forfeited" this is broad light cheating of consumers money.

                I suggest to all consumers to beware of "club mahindra holidays" as they are here to make business out of consumers hard earned money.

                First they will create rosy pictures and will agree to all your demands and the moment you are in the boat they will take you for a ride and the ride is going to be a very "costly ride".

                I feel that a very esteemed and respectable person like mr. Anand mahindra has to resort to such kind of cheap business practices, (Mr. Anandji am sorry to state but this is the state of your business partners.)

                After lot of follow ups with Mahindra holidays for about more than 2 months I should say that they have refunded me the total amount without any deductions. This was really a shocker to me as i had heard from my near and dear who had subscribed to Mahindra holidays and lost their signing amount. Thankful to you and other websites and the consumer forums where i registered my complaints which may have been instrumental in easy processing of my refund.

                  I received a free 2n / 3d voucher on 20/07/2017 09:00 pm - thursday, but am not able to redeem the same through the portal.

                  The name of the person was zeeshan and the manager was kritika.

                  I tried calling kunal - sales person from the team at mumbai, but still have not received any response.

                  I have also sent the scanned copy of voucher to memberrelations email id and awaiting for the response.

                    Expected an acknowledgement / reply on mail from you as a courtesy.
                    Till date the asf is still showing pending in my account of club mahindra, why??
                    When you had promised and assured that asf till 2020 is waived off, at the time of taking the club mahindra membership and you had also reconfirmed the same in the trail mail.

                    We have been calling you toclarify the same, but its very strange that you do not bother to receive our calls nor reply to sms.
                    But when you had to take the payments from us, you used to call up and could also come all the way to my office personally to collect the money.
                    Its very unprofessional to not respond to calls and not reply mails / sms.

                    Its seems its your business to collect money anyhow and fool people and not provide service.
                    We also still have not received the 2 nights 3 days club mahindra holiday vouchers, which you have mentioned in the trail mail.

                    It seems for everything, we need to beg before you after paying a hefty amount, for whatever you had promised.
                    At the time of taking membership you had all the time to convince us anyhow and take the payments from us,
                    This is a cheating / fraud by making false representation and assurances by you and other colleagues.

                    If i do not receive a reply from you of my previous mail and this mail, i would be compelled to take appropriate action in this regard.

                    Mr Tarsh Gaur and his team member gave us false commitment and assurances, like waving off of Annual Subscription fee till 2020 etc etc at the time of taking membership.

                    But once the substantial payment is made towards the membership. they don`t even bother to take your call.
                    At the time of taking membership they assure of providing personal assistance / service for booking of holidays etc, but soon after that we are harassed on various fronts.

                    We receive / calls / sms and emails asking us to make ASF payment against their written commitment and assurances.
                    i had logged a complaint in the past, soon after that we received calls from Taresh and he also came to meet us and again assured us that we would not be receiving such calls / mails for payment of ASF. This false assurance was also made by him, only not to persue our complaint against him and get a clean chit from us.

                    Once he received a clean chit from us, he behaves in the same unprofessional manner.
                    And we have been again receiving sms / calls/ mails asking us to make the payment of ASF against their commitment.

                    He confirmed / assured us for getting a confirmed booking in Kandaghat since last 15 days.
                    Every day since then he has been giving a new date of providing the confirmed vouchers .
                    But everytime he says on phone and sms that our booking is confirmed.

                    Our journey date is tomorrow, and till tonight he has still not provided the confirmed vouchers. Now he is again saying that he would provide the confirmed voucher tomorrow morning.
                    We have booked cab on the basis of his confirmation ( after asking him), made advance payment ( non refundable ) .

                    He is spoiling our holidays and is highly unprofessional on the part of club mahindra as we have made a substantial amount of payment of more than 2 lacs .

                    They just lure to take the membership, but club mahindra do not have enough resorts / rooms to accommodate members.
                    they take money but they do not provide any service,

                    I REQUEST ALL OF YOU WHOEVER READS THIS MESSAGE, NOT TO TAKE MEMBERSHIP OF CLUB MAHINDRA AS THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN TAKING MONEY AND GIVING FALSE ASSURANCES BUT NOT INTERESTED IN PROVIDING ANY SERVICE.
                    We have so far made a payment of more than Rs. 2 lacs, we have been at the receiving end, without enjoying a single Holiday as they are not able to provide any service.

                        I had withdrawn my club mahindra membership application within 24 hours of applying - member application form maf # jan/2017/25yrs/162224 booked in the names of akash kumar (Main applicant) & shruti sinha (Co-applicant) dated 18-mar-2017.
                        I had made a down payment of rs. 34, 200/-.
                        After numerous chase-ups and harassment by the sales reps and area sales manager, i had finally managed to receive an email from memberrelations (On 3rd apr 2017) team stating that my refund was under process and shall be dispatched within 60 working days. 3 months passed but the refund never happened. After going through the entire process of chasing up tirelessly with memberrelations team again, i got an assurance from them that the refund would take another 25 days to process (Email received on 16 jun).
                        I am deeply disappointed to see the refund not processed until now.
                        It's a shame to have had such a harrowing experience with club mahindra; a company that operates under the much respected mahindra group.

                          A sales rep come to me and commited one week complimentary nights and one week rci but after paying 25k and signed membership he was refused my phone calls and when visited their office they said there is no free rci week we offer and even sales rep was refused about commitment. And when i asked for cancel the membership they said u will not get any refund!!!???

                            I visited on 14th july 2017 to naukuchiyatal club mahindra resort with 7 members
                            But we had worst experience with f & b manager mr. Govind he forced us to buy food package we refused to take as it was too expensive so he offered us that he will adjust the members to 5 instead of 7.
                            They themselves cheat their work. We asked 2lts of sprite be said he will give in rs.880/- which was not at all justified
                            We offered him 250/- foe that bottle he was so rude and said "sir ji agar mujhe 200 lene hote toh mein main dhaba hi khol leta... Mere staff ki salary 12-12000/- rupees hai"
                            This was his behaviour with many more comments.
                            2nd day we went to mukteshwar on day tour we reached at 9pmi the moment i entered my room my jbl bluetooth speaker was missing wen i complaind and pointed the housekeeping staff the reaort manager mr. Abhishekh sharma refused to take any responsibility of it he didn't even let me meet as query with that staff shankar.

                            I asked him to adjust my final billing at the me of checkout he didn't bothered and behaved in a rude and irresponsible behaviour.
                            And suggested us... Aapko fir karni hai toh kar le hum kuch nhi kar sakte...

                            So pl never take club mahindra membership.

                              Representative came to my house and told me to take membership with the offer of 6n free holy day, 10000 points, 5000 rcv and iphone 7 with referral benefits...
                              I have taken blue colour and paid my membership charge of 27000.
                              But know after paying money they are not receiving my phone and not giving me membership id.
                              I have also got mail that iphone 7 will be deliver with in 45 days but nothing happen.

                                All resorts have purple season in diwali no red season means no booking in diwali so no use of this membership as full family cannot enjoy alltogether. Pathetic and useless response from club mahindra team. One cannot book 15 days prior in purple season as no flights will be available even then.                                   01. Got a stapler pin in our child's breakfast inside the idli. Thankfully child observed it, or it would have been a disaster.
                                  02. Breakfast is chargeable for members, not complimentary which they provide otherwise if purchased from Travel Sites
                                  03. No complimentary bottled water in room (and they consider to be 5 star)
                                  04. Room AC auto temperature setting was damaged leading to a mandatory chilled dripping wet room.
                                  05. Breakfast plates were soiled, no clean glasses available
                                  06. In room dining food is served in Paper Boxes as a standard practice (cost cutting or cutting corners)
                                  07. Plates provided were of cheap fragile plastic, i am not even saying melamine (cost cutting or cutting corners)
                                  08. Spoons/ Forks provided were again cheap plastic, all small, with no serving spoons. (cost cutting or cutting corners)
                                  09. Extra towels provided only if soiled exchanged ( i may take them away!)
                                  10. In all this ugly experience, we forgot an ID card inside room at checkout, but did not receive any call for the same till we called to check as we needed them before boarding the flight.
                                  11. If you want to travel outside the Resort, you will need to bend as per the terms of the Taxi Union. CM officials have no control over them and are forced without options. As there is no living being around the place to give you an alternate. If you get a vehicle from elsewhere, these guys will damage it. :(

                                    A harrowing experience.

                                    Yesterday (15-july-2017), my wife recieved a call from club mahindra inviting us to their outlet located at viviana mall, thane. The objective of this invitation was to exhibit their offerings to us.

                                    We were greeted by a lady who gave us a form which i duly filled. Then she asked me if i knew or heard about club mahindra. I didnt and i conveyed my polite response to her. She asked me the same question in active/passive voice (I thought i was attending a elementary grammar class) twice or thrice. Obviously my response budged to change.

                                    What came next was bit of a surprise. She curtly said, "why are you here? What are you expecting?". I bemusingly replied, "well, we were invited - so here we are - to know what your offerings are". Towards that she said, "ohh... So you are here just because you recieved a call from us?". I really was taken aback and was left astonished. "apparently..." was all i could manage. Whatever happened to mr. Porter's "customer intimacy and mangement" principles. Nevertheless, arent we used to this. But perhaps, certainly not if you are invited and your are visiting in the capacity of a guest.

                                    Well, then she left us on a ignorant note simply stating, "there will be another lady who would give you the presentation". Whatever happened to the gratitude and courtesy of the term "thank you". I did my part with the complementary of "pleasure" - was bit ironic though.

                                    Then came another lady - same questions - apparently time was of no essence. She was joined by her manager, at least that is how she introduced him. This gentleman had a brief look at the form which i filled few moments ago. Initially he started with few pertinent questions and as i was just getting the impression that finally we are getting somewhere - this gentleman disturbed the momentum. "so you dont visit resorts so much - club mahindra is just not for your likes". Now, bemusement would be a understatement here. This gentleman not only deduced what suits me but also got a firm grip of "my likes" in a matter of minutes. He must be an avid follower of "sherlock" seasons. I still pretended to maintain some sanity and curiously shrugged with a response, "well, maybe, but there is no harm in getting enlightened with your offerings now that we are here - as invited - anyways". This gentleman is in a capacity of a manager of his sales representatives. His representatives were curt, arrogant, ignorant and unthankful. But why am i not surprised - they are thriving under mr. Sherlock's guidance. Expecting anything else would be like trying to prove that the sun revolves round the earth.

                                    So, this was my and my wife's ordeal of 1.5 hrs. This was suppose to last 45 mins - atleast that is what was conveyed to us. So, this is what club mahindra is all about. If this is how they treat their prospects what would be the sequel once someone does sign up. I went through some of the posts on this page and not surprisingly bulk of them are really sorry for having signed up.

                                    I mean really - is this a scam?

                                      Company has FRAUDENLATLY Charged the Service Tax on EMI after 10 years and on complaining surprissingly not responding to the complaint or refunding the money.

                                      Not sure but may be some fraud going inside company to syphone innocent members money.

                                        Unfortunately i am member of club mahindra (Id – 2674036)
                                        When i took membership it was promised me to give 8 days complimentary. It was promised by so called regional manager mr. Juber.
                                        However when i got membership, i got only 4 days. Which can be utilized at any resort except lonavala
                                        After escalation to many places, i got vouchers for 4 days, so i was expecting the same service, that is voucher can be utilized at any resort except lonavala
                                        I used two days voucher & remaining 2 days i extended recently & i came to know recently that this voucher which i extended doesnt give flexibility to book any resort, i can book only 35 resorts.
                                        At first place promise was not kept, i got less days, second i got voucher but the resorts are limited.
                                        My question is, is this voucher was given to me as a charity? As a favor? My expectation is, i paid for this & it was promised to me, so i expect it.
                                        I see its complete lake of commitment from company like club mahindra. Lot of my time is wasted in escalation & explaining basic duties/expectations to your employees.

                                        I also want to check what actions club mahindra has taken against mr. Juber? The way he treated customer after taking membership is very surprising. Tier 3 hotels provide much better customer service & commitment than club mahindra sales team
