Dear sir/madam,
I am Vasudeo Haldankar / Neha Haldankar,
Recently applied for club Mahindra holiday membership, on 25th Dec.2016, Paid Rs.31160/-as
10% membership fees. after four days till that day our membership application was not processed,
And member ID was not created, I contact the sells person who contacted me and fill up my membership application form Mr. Shishir Shubham, tonot to process my application and due to
The expenses are very huge monthly EMI’S + Yearly fees are not affordable to me, I want to withdraw
The application before processing, but he continue the process and after 2 hrs on Thursday 29.12.16
I received the message of creating the membership ID, But any way I am not interested to continue this
I want the refund my money which I paid to Club Mahindra holiday. Rs .31160/-
And no any further EMI’S To be process to my bank,

    We received a call on 27th regarding we winning a free holiday package and movie ticket from Jaipur Crystal Palm office.
    Our intention to visit the office was to receive the price and also to take membership.
    The way we were treated when we said we will revert back on membership confirmation the other day after consulting with family they had become very rude.It was highly disappointing being treated like this .
    We were not given the vouchers as promised inspite of hearing the entire presentation.This sounded very unprofessional.
    This is not expected from a reputed company like Club Mahindra.

      As If We Were Interacting With Your Associate, One Of Senior One, Who didnt Had Atticates, How To Behave With A welcomed Customer And Sense To speak, And We Were Not Provided Redeem Voucher.

      Later Onward They Sent It To Us On Whats App, We Are Such Unsatisfied, While We Are Maked Fool, No Booking Is Available On Redeem Voucher In Any Of The Sites on the Said Dates, All Booking Showing Of Dates Which Are Not Acceptable of Redeem Voucher, .

      Requesting You, Not To Fool Innocent Customers as U Are A Highly Esteemed Brand.

        This is with reference to membership ID 2729174 which I have signed on 5 Nov 16. During negotiation, some of the commitments made to me by Holiday Consultant- Sales Mr Mohit Kumar are still not fulfilled
        1. 20 Free Nights
        2. Food Voucher worth Rs15, 000/-
        3. BMS Passes- 4 Nos

        I have first escalated this issue to their call center, but executive has advised me to send a mail to [protected]@clubmahindra.com. First mail was sent to them on 30 Nov 16 with all the supporting documents. After a week time, one executive Mr Pawan from Delhi office has contacted me & he has promised me to look into my issues.

        The problem is still unresolved & neither getting any response from Club Mahindra through mail or phone.

          It is indeed the most saddening and ill fate for us has been to join this most unfaithful organisation as a member. Being RED member of this oraganisation, we are always duped of booking nonavailability. Nothing clear is conveyed by your call centre agents and no alerts are received except for the payment dues. This complaint reference has not been reverted since past 35 days. Being a member for last 30 months, I am unable to get the dates as per my availability and more over I had several times requested over call to resolve my issues and it takes months to get resolution and with rigorous follow ups. Your agents at Vashi centre (Kamlesh Dubey and Asif Sheikh) are good for nothing people and have guts even to disconnect the call in between if at all they pick the call.

            Would like to address your representative as unprofessional and pushy, we received a call from your representatives saying that we won a lucky draw for 3days/2 nights and we have to collect it from their rave 3 office. We went there and there was a surprise for us that we have to listen 1 hr presentation before claiming the gift. What kind of promotional strategy is that? And then we were overstretched on argumentative conversation. We were actually thinking to take the membership but that meeting ruined it all. Also on completion of the presentation, we were not given the actual voucher but a photocopy, and told that we will receive the voucher via email, a complete month passed and we were continuously followed up for the email voucher, as we wanted to experience what club mahindra is providing to its customer before taking membership. But there is no response from your representative on our multiple follow-up. This is really unprofessional.! If you want to make customers for life, treat them likewise. No when i got the voucher, it is invalid and i spent 30 mins everytime and no one picked up my call at customer care. They dont even show availability and pinned us to till april bookings only. So much brain for a scam.!

            I am hoping to recieve any email with the voucher as i am planning to go on vacation in november. Let me know when it will be email to us.

              I bought club Mahindra holiday package and paid 32k in advance. Within 1st week I came to know many things which were not told to me by the sales team. I decided to cancel my package and raised cancellation within 10 days. Now according to Club Mahindra cancellation policy, one should get full return in 40 days. It's been more than 60 days and I am still hearing it will be done soon. There is no communication happening from Club Mahindra side and all this time I am following up and I get to hear the same thing - it's stuck on corporate side and It will come soon in my account.

                Product, I opted for "lifetime happiness" is haunting me. A very confusing product with zero level of after sales service. My concern on ASF miscalculations are not attended or are reverted by the great Mahindra team. It shows two years dues instead of 0ne. Least bothered to correct the mistake or satisfactorily resolve.                   When i visited club mahindra Jaipur branch in golden tulip, the branch manager Kalpash Triparthi was already drunk and abusing female employees, and visitors, Mr. Kalpash tipathi was using world with sale executive girls like" ya too chinese maal hai reject hai sara" and " 15 family ayi thi marwa lee deal nahi hua" so as an responsible person i am writing, please have query with staff they itself will provide feedback about him.
                  Please take corrective action against him, i visited on 10-12-16.

                    I have withdrawn my application of membership on 4th Dec 2016. Kindly make arrangements to refund the down payment of Rs. 31, 160/- with credit card transaction made at 5:37 PM on 03.12.2016. I have sent hard copies of withdrawal letter as well as send scan copies to Club Mahindra.I have the bluedart confirmation that these mails have been delivered to Chennai & Delhi office of Club Mahindra. Call centre of club mahindra is saying they did not have any information. Finally i received an automated email which said my case is trfd to Lucknow branch where as Sales people of Delhi branch sold me the holiday package.This is just to harass me & trying to get away with my money. Could you please look into this at the earliest?

                      An enrolment form was got singed by your representative Mr avinash Singh on22nd last month after promising a package of free 3n/2days holiday stay at any club mahindra resort in India of my choice.after receiving the amount(rs thirty one thousand one hundred sixty) along with three post dated cheques for rs nine thousand fore hundred seventy eight each l asked for a stay at Jaipur resort for 3n/2days after a week l was told that I am not entitled for the same and it cannot be arranged . therefore I am not interested in your membership due to such false offers made by the company.l am therefore with drawing my enrolment application form and demanding the sum received by you along with post dated cheques which I am going to block prompt response in this matter will oblige your's Yogesh kaul e mail I'd [protected]@gmail.com

                        Viewing this plight and fraud done by club mahindra

                        With my purchase of a new car xuv i was excited and to top my excitement i was offered a holiday voucher by club mahindra, now when i was registering towards redemption i am informed that it has been fraudulently given to someone else...

                        So poof now no vacation towards fraud and lies offered by m&m and its affiliated groups.

                          HI. I joined Club mahindra 3 years ago. Even though I paid, a downpayment and 2 emis worth around Rs60000/-, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to cancel the membership. I had sent a mail as well as placed a call to the Marketing Rep and he said he will take care of the issue.

                          Fast forward, 3 years. Now i have got a written statement from Club Mahindra that I need to pay around 60% of the total fees to get my refund of 60000/- That is, I need to pay another 5, 40, 000/- Rupees to get my 60, 000 back. My total package was around 10 lakhs. The worst part is I never used even 1 holiday from them.

                          So ladies and gentlemen, Be very careful about these crooks. Its my hard earned money which I spoilt in an emotional decision. To take my wife on holidays. I could have done without Mahindra Cheating me. I will never buy a Mahindra Product in my life. Keep my money. You deserve it. Not many companies can loot the public so smoothly.

                            I Pradip Kumar belongs from Allahabad, U.P, I want lodge complaint against Club Mahindra Holidays.In May 2015, on approach od Mahindra Holidays&Resorts India Ltd, Allahabad Franchise I was agree to take Club Mahindra Membership for 25 years with Member ID 2634983 given by them and thereby a relation of customer and service provider was established beetween club mahindra and me.
                            I had paid Rs.27200/-in cash following with ECS of Rs.8468/- on month of July nd august, 2015, total Rs.44136/-.
                            In August2015, I contacted to Alld unit of Club Mahindra Holidays&Resorts for a holiday trip at Nawalgarh and Udaipur between 22nd to 26th October 2015.They informed me orally that there is nothing to worry and as soon as the ECS amount of month of september, 2015 will be paid I shall proceed to book club mahindra resorts on the aforesaid spot.Thereafter, I obtained journey cum reservation tickets of Indian railways from Allahabad to udaipur, followed by Nawalgarh and returning to Allahabad.I also purchages many essiancial cloths, goods nd things for journey and holiday.Thereafter, I went to club mahindra alld franchise for normal enquiry and booking of the Resorts.But I got shocked to know that Nawalgarh Resort of club mahindra was not available by that time and the aforesaid information was also confirm by the circle head.Now I was little nervous b'coz as I am a member of Club Mahindra, there was no any email or call information about Nawalgarh resort to me by club mahidra.After thath I asked them to booked Udaipur resort for the due date bt they totelly refused my request.I was vry diappointed all about the wrong commetment.Indeed my believe was bursted that I had cheated by a reputed company and their empolyee.
                            Thereafter, I hand sent complaine by E-mails to club mahindra as on 02.10 15, 07.10.15, 06.12.15, 19.01.16, 03.02.16, & 14.09.16 to cancled my membership and refund my money.
                            Lastly I made a Legal Notice to club mahindra for all about unfair trade practice and deficiency in providing service(as defined under the consumer protection act, 1986).
                            Dear sir, I kindly request you to look after all the matter properly, so that no one can cheated by an company or person by wrong commitment.

                              I am a cmh member, membership # 2557330. I have been a member since 2 years + and have not been able to get any vacation going in their resorts due to non availability 365 days a year. They have over booked the member base and are short on properties.

                              I now want to cancel my membership after having paid the entire membership amount of almost rs. 2 lakhs + and they have no clear refund policy.

                              Whilst the intent may be good, there is extremely poor execution and acute scarcity of availability making the entire concept a sham to dupe customers.

                              I want to get my refund back or a proper resolution to avail the services

                                Last year Diwali I had enrolled in the Blue Membership by paying 22, 000 to Club Mahindra. Later after 3 installments I had to withdraw the membership due to financial problems. During this time, I had not even once used the complimentary or the 7 days which they provide for Blue membership. I never expected them to return back my 45, 000 Rs which I made till that time.

                                However, all that I requested them was to give me a package to compensate for my money which I had already paid. They called me and asked me to pay one more installment to avail any 4-5 days package which was not at all done as I had already given them 45k of my hard earned money. This is one of the worst organization which is only interested in extracting money from their customers and there is no refund policy.

                                I would suggest everyone not to fall into their trap as this company is here to just make money and not for customer satisfaction. Besides that whenever you try to make a reservation it always shows full. What is the use of taking such expensive membership if you cant get a booking when you want to.

                                PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE LOOTERS !!!

                                  Since the time I have converted my membership from red to purple I am not getting the same response from mahindra and as I was trying for booking I found that my relationship manager miss mugda had resigned from club mahindra and the changes had not been updated on my profile and had to do all hassle work of booking on own as while taking membership we were promised that just text a message to your officer and sit back and relax but nor miss mugda informed us and after that I complained thrice on emails to memberrelationship I'd bur no response ...let me know what is the duty of assign officer to our membership. ...and how this will be compensured.

                                    I, vivek maheshwari, purchased a white card membership from club mahindra in early septemeber. for almost two months i did not receive validation call and membership kit. i complained at this forum around 10 days back and i received a call from club mahindra in which they apologized for the distress caused. when i asked what is the company policy in such cases they asked time to revert back. after 3 days i was told that there was no distress as i could book my holidays even without validation call which i their internal process only. the called was not ready to listen that i was told that i cant book holidays till the completion of validation call and how could i book holidays without membership no. same called in his first call had told that call could not be made because my phone was unreachable for 2 months. at such behavior which is rude, discourteous and full of lies i wrote to mr. sujit paul but have not yet received any response. inn the meantime company has take first emi also from my credit card without even providing me membership no. now i want my money back but there is no way to contact club mahindra.

                                      I am so surprised that despite of raising my issues and concerns to certain consumer forums and other social sites, this Club Mahindra is unable to resolve the matter or even trying to reach out to the customer and provide the promised benefits.

                                      Not sure what is the role of MEMBER RELATIONS FOR MEMBER COMPLAINTS???????????????????? They behanve like one dead department if member has a complaint/concern but if you are a prospect then they will chase you like a cat over dead meat...pitty must say

                                      4 days back ...I did recieve an email and to my surprise the issue has been resolved from their end by just an email response. But no resolution has been given to the customer till now. Now Club Mahindra claims that the eMI is pending so no benefits can be relesed??? SO, WHY THIS WAS NOT THE CASE 4 MONTHS BACK WHEN MAHINDRA WAS MAKING SUCH COMMITMENTS. I WANT THE BENEFITS TO BE DELIVERED NOW????
