Dear Sir/Madam,

I wish to cancel Club Mahindra Membership due to following reasons:

(a) I had taken the membership considering I can visit most resorts as per my wish and as per my children's holidays. Hence, I had upgraded from White Studio to Red Studio by spending an extra amount of Rs. 1, 61, 831. However, even in the Red season membership, I find most of the resorts filled. I filled membership on 03 octomber 2016.
That time i informed that i can pay emi from december month only. Same i told to club mahindra person who called me to explain regarding my package.
Still i received message that my first emi due on 07/11/2016.
This is absolutely cheating with customer.
Even in tried to contact, but no reply.

    I took the Club Mahindra membership(membership no.2410689) in April 2012 by down payment of Rs. 27500 in Bharuch. At that time representative of club informed us that instalments will interest free and annual maintenance charges are to be paid only for that particular year in which holidays are availed. But after getting the welcome kit I came to know that both the promises were wrong. when I enquire about the same clear answer was not given by the representative. So I decided to cancel the membership and send the mail also for the same.But from there head office information was passed on to the same representative. He again called me and convinced me to give at least 3 instalments (Postdated check) to avail there scheme of SONY coloured LED TV and he will arrange to sell the same also to return my money.He also promised me that there is no need to pay now the balance EMI.Later on whenever I want I can start the EMI or can withdraw the money.
    Last month when I asked them the procedure for the same they clearly refused by informing me as EMI has not been paid so your membership has been cancelled and there will be no refund.
    Moreover there grievance cell is more havoc instead of resolving the issue they will not respond. This is applicable upto 3rd tier.

      Had requested club mahindra officials to cancel our membership and have also sent confirmation emails several times but they are still charging us monthly. We also received the call from them regarding the issue and we even confirmed on the phone but they still haven't cancelled our membership and charge us every month. We stay out of india, probably a reason they are taking advantage of the fact.

        I had enrolled for club mahindra membership on 14th of august in the name of j rituraj. Paid the intitial amount through my credit card. I requested for cancellation within 3 days (Over mail and well within the time frame of membership cancellation).
        I did not hear from club mahindra people for days and eventually called them up to know the status. I got to know, no action had been taken. After repeated calls the cancelled my membership after almost 25 days of my request and told me i will get my money within the span of 30 days.
        It is 3rd of november and all i have received till date is excuse from their reprentative. I have been charged twice on my credit card for interest against this payment.
        I have an entire series of mail i can produce where these just don't respond.
        This is a serious case of cheating guys.
        I saw a few other complaints and club mahindra answering that the member should contact them through the fb page. Is this the kind of transparency or service we are looking at?

        It would be great if i don't have to frustrate myself any further talking to any of club mahindra guys and just receive my money back!

            Club mahindra folks came to my home to explain the product and asked for credit card details in order to avail discounts (as they have merger with the banks). the very next day there were multiple transactions made on my credit card without my consent. request club mahindra to refund the deducted amount or this will be pulled to consumer court. can this be considered seriously and processed asap.

              The emailid [protected]@clubmahindra.com is useless, since no one responds and calls back.I had cancelled my membership on 1st June 2016.I haven't received refund on this.They say they have forwarded PoDetails to my emailid:[protected]@yahoo.com on 8 the Oct 2016 which I havent received till date.They also claim they have couriered some cheque on 20thsept, which I haven't received till date.This is extremely disappointing service worst than any government office. Guys please do not take membership in Club Mahindra, they cheat you.

                Hi,

                Myself kartheek reddy c, i had taken club mahindra membership on 16 october 2016 as they called me personally to their event which was conducted at jw marriot hotel, bellandur, bangalore. i had opted for 10 year blue studio plan amounting to rs.1, 63, 100/- and i had paid rs.24465.

                However the information which i have got from the sales representative and the information here is not matching.

                Because of some personal reasons ans financial issues i want to cancel this membership as this is not the correct time to go for this. this membership may not fit at this point of time and we will think of this in near future.

                I have not utilized any of the services or offers provided by club mahindra. request to refund the total amount rs.24465 via the same mode of payment, which relationship manager has agreed & committed to total amount will be refund if cancelled during 15 days looking period. below are the details of my membership

You will show interest only while taking the membership. This is the worst thing you have been doing. Try to listen the customer complaints first then only your business will grow.

                How can you guys mark the complaint as resolved without resolving the issue. I haven't received any refund or any update from your team on the same. Then how you guys can mark this as resolved??.

                First work on the queries of customers not on updating the comments over here. If you are not treating customer in a correct manner then how can you expect business?

                  I would like to raise a serious concern regarding the commitment that was made at the time of my club mahindra membership. I have been dealing with mr prakhar on this matter for almost 4 months now.

                  Firstly, i was convinced for your membership and provided further referrals as well. I became your member and also referred 5 more members. On this i was committed an i-phone 6 as per your web site. Now it has been almost 3-4 months and i have not yet received anything. I have been constantly following up over emails and also with mr prakhar but there has been no resolution.

                  After repeated reminders, i was then again falsely committed that instead of an i-phone 6, i will now be given i-phone 5s and the resort credit vouchers. But unfortunately, the same has also not been given as committed. I am highly disappointed with the functioning of the organisation and may this prompt to cancel my membership as well as cancel all the referrals provided.

                  Please let me know if this was a false promise been made just to attract the customer?? This incident has put forth a very bad impression of club mahindra in front of all o[censored]s.

                  I request you to please look into this and address it immediately, as such incidents jeopardise the reputation of an organisation prompting them to end their relations.

                  Looking forward for an early resolution or let me know an escalation matrix to be followed else this should be reported as fraud.

                      On 15th oct 2016 we got a call from Sunrise Hyundai(i bought i 20 sportz from the showroom) in association with club mahindra and they told us to collect our gift voucher for 2nights/3days for which we have filled a coupon. we went to Sunrise hyundai patparganj, delhi . meeting on 16th oct 2016. they told us that the coupon is absolutely free but they also wanted us to listen to their membership scheme. they took our 45 minutes and given us detail of their membership. we refused to join. they gave us the promised gift voucher. according to the process we check as online to redeem our voucher. but there is no available dates in the selected period. that proves that these schemes by club mahindra and sunrise hyundai are just to attract and nothing genuine. its is a fraud program. they wasted our time. we want that every one should be aware of their fraud scheme.

                      I am happy to not to be a member of club mahindra and lost trust on sunrise hyundai too.

                        Dear Club Mahindra

                        I just wanted to understand about my money which you have already committed to give me on 26th AUG 2016 that I will get my money another 30days but now it's almost three months now. Your company does have commonsence or business ethics to deliver the commitment.

                        This is why all my friends say Club Mahindra is a CHEATING company.

                        I am gonna file a case in consumer court enough is enough this is very high time.

                        This is my last email if you want to give back my money give back by next Monday on 17th October else my lawyer will talk to you on Tuesday that is on 18th October.

                        I request you please kindly do not call or send any kind of mails regarding the membership or meeting for this regards I am not interested to continue or deal with this company anymore.

During my bday (25th sep) and my husband's bday and our wedding anni (I. E. 25th and 28th nov resp). Accordingly mr. Rahul had sgstd us to go for white mbrshp out of (Purple, red, white and blue) all the categories they have. As explained by him purple category is the highest and was not available for sale that time hence no information was given about it. Red cat. Was specifically during peak seasons i. E. Summer (April, may), diwali and christmas however our travel date do not fall in this season and also being economically not suitable for us he suggested to go for white season which is as described by him is semi peak season i. E. January, march, september and november (Other than diwali days). Since our both months were falling in this white season and being economically suitable, we opted for the same. The total amount of membership was rs. 3, 55, 600.00 out of which we were asked to pay rs. 29, 560.00 immediately which we did thro' credit card towards the downpayment of membership and rest amount we opted to be paid on emi basis i. E. Rs. 9070.00 per month from may onwards. Along with this membership we were offered 2 year rci membership and 12 nights additional stay which includes 5n in club mahindra resorts except lonavala and 1 week in rci (India or international) and few more complimentory vouchers etc.. Mr. Rahul told us to sign the application form but we were hesitated to sign it without reading any terms and conditions but he said that they are all same as explained by him. T and c was long and it was very late. He also said that offer is only till today and if we dont go for it today then we may loose it hence we signed it. He told us that he will be our personal relationship manager and will be doing all the bookings for us and will be a one point contact. We had some query so we tried contacting him imm. Within half an hour since he left however he did not respond. He had given us his manager's land line no. So we contacted his manager who said that he must be busy with some other client and assured a call back from him next day since it was quite late. We awaited a call back for a day or 2 but no call received. So my husband tried contacting him but there was no response. We kept trying for almost a week but no response neither from mr. Rahul nor from his manager. We had no other no. To be contacted. Meanwhile we received membership confirmation and other related documents thru' courier. After that we received a call from club mahindra call centre to confirm whether we have received the kit, etc. Even that time i complained about no response from sales person to which i was told that action will be taken. But there was no action taken. Ultimately i contacted club mahindra at their toll free no. [protected]. Being a call centre i was connected with various people everytime i call. And i had to explain each and everything to every individual. Everytime the excuse was that their system is down and they are unable to retrive information so if i need solution i need to explain everything which i did. This has already made us think if our decision to take mebership was correct or no? I spoke to many executives and floor manager mr. Ram who assured me good services in future and informed us that mr. Rahul is on leave for a month for his marriage. So we decided to give a chance.
                          April, may, june, july 2016 : as infomred to us, we shall be able to plan our holidays only after 3 emi's are paid, we waited for 3 months. During these 3 months we paid total of rs. 27210.00 on 7th of every month from may till july. Since we wanted to travel on my birthday internationally to ensure we get the booking i contacted rci on their toll free no.[protected] in july itself. We wanted to utilize our additional international free days offered but we were told by the executive very rudely saying bookings at locations are full. We questioned them how it is possible since bookings are done only 1 month prior and i am calling almost 2 months in advance so the executive said that many customers do bookings almost a year in advance. I failed to understand this system hence contacted club mahindra call centre and informed about all this who assured me a call back and give solution. Each time i contacted rci for booking we were given same answer in a very rude manner. Here it was clear that club mahindra gave wrong/fake schemes to attract customers. After several calls to club mahindra call centre i was advised to utilize one of the international club mahindra property and booking for which would start in august. We thought of giving another and last chance and waited whole month.
                          August 2016 : on very 1st day of august i contacted club mahindra call centre to do my bookings for 25th sep. We were told that internationally club mahindra has only 4 properties namely bangkok, austria, dubai and kuala lumpur. Out which we had already been to bangkok and kuala lumpur, had no travelling budget to visit austria so we decided to go to dubai. Accordingly i informed call centre rep. To do my bookings for dubai 3/4 nights from 24th september onwards. After checking their system executive informed me that he can not take our bookings cause that period falls into red season and our membership is of white season. I told executive that as informed by your sales person this month falls under white season and not red so he said that seasons are different for different locations. So by now we were highly dis appointed. This was an epic and we decided to cancel our membership and ask for refund. During these 5-6 months period there was not a single call from sales person mr. Rahul in spite of our several complaintes at call centre. I spoke with several people in call centre explaining the false commitment by sales person and willingness to cancel membership. Eveyrtime i was assured return call in a day or 2 but there was no call received. So we decided to stop payment of monthly emi which goes on every 7th of the month. We blocked our credit card to avoid getting auto debited in august. Meanwhile one of the executive informed me that if i want to cancel my membership, i need to send email at their memberrelations i. D. And they shall take care of the further matter. So i sent an email on that id and also called on their no. On 5th of august explaining in short about the issue and stop payment of emi. I spoke with ms. Pallavi. To this email i received reply from club mahindra asking to send email from registred email id on 17th of august. It took them 12 days to respond to my 1st email so one can now really understand the level and quality of services given. As per their request i sent same email from my registered id. Meanwhile ms. Pallavi visited our residence to convince us for not cancelling the membership. We showed her all the documents which their sale person mr. Rahul has given in writing to us, that time she infomred us that mr. Rahul has already left the organisation. We said we even tried contacting his manager, ms. Pallavi confirmed that even he has left the organisation. After the visit, ms. Pallavi did our bookings for dubai but that was only for a day or 2 hence we were definitely not happy with it. We will not spend so much of our money travelling internationally just for a day or 2 we needed at least 4-5 nights but she could not manage the same. Then we kept sending reminders over reminders to her but there was no response. Then one day we received a call from another person named mr. Rohit[protected] who confirmed that our refund is approved and we shall get the amount within 30 working days. Since we had done payment thru' credit card i was little suspicious and asked him how will i get the refund since we did payment thro' credit card and they dont even have my bank acoount no. To which he said it will be done dont worry. So finally we were relieved. However he asked for the document which was shown to ms. Pallavi, to which my reply was i need in writing that i will get 100% refund only after that i shall provide the document copies.
                          September 2016 : its been over 6 months that our money was blocked and there was no response from club mahindra. I called mr. Rohit to enquire about the refund so he once again asked for the documents and said he needs it to submit it to thier management for suuporting the refund. So finally i had no option but to send copies of those documents to them.
                          13th october, 2016 : today we receive final mail from club mahindra saying they will not refund any money to me. Whatever i have mentioned above, everything is mentioned in my mails to club mahindra and hence i have a documentory evidence of the same. Few of their calls are also recorded by me. However all my calls recordings has to be available with club mahindra as their call centre calls are all recorded. I have clearly indicated club mahindra that if i have to go legal then i will need refund of all the money invested i. E. Rs. 29560.00 (Down payment) + rs.27210.00 (3 emi) = rs. 56770 plus the interest from august @ 10%, all legal charges and the harassment charges.
                          Company sales person has given wrong commitment and left the organisation, they gave wrong/fake offers to attrack customers and their service level is also very low. Even mr. Rohit who assured me 100% refund and then denied for it. All this clearly says that it is a complete case of fraud and we need our hard earned money return. Please help resolve.

                          After putting the post i have rcvd call from club mahindra social media team (Ms. Deepika) who assured me to plan a trip on the dates i wanted i.e. in the month of november (as per our membership season) however the no. of days offered are only 4 and check out day is our anniversary which was definitely not acceptable. In spite of repeated requests they could not do the booking on the desired dates so as a final option i gave them alternate dates for the month of Feb., 2017 the booking is done however it is not confirmed until and unless i pay my EMI due. I really dont understand whether club mahindra really wants to sustain customers or no? We have already paid almost 60, 000 Rs. and asking services against the same however they are continuously asking for further payment, who would invest more money in them in such situation? Also as per their cancellation policy they do not refund nor do they provide services against the paid money? I requested Ms. Deepika to take management approval and if we really like the property then we shall definitely give a thought of continuing the membership but this request is not considered at all and i have been repeatedly asked to pay money which is definitely not a correct approach for problem solving. As i can see on this site there has been almost 800 complaints against Club Mahindra all of them are almost similar saying about fake vouchers, fake commitments, poor services, etc.. Why Government not taking any action against such fake company? I strongly recommend to cancel their license until and unless they will not realise their mistake and change the sales strategies & improve services.

                          Below given is the latest mail rcvd from club mahindra reminding me about their cancellation policy (No Refund) & in a way threatening me to pay more amount to avoid loosing money.

                          Those who all are facing similar problem old or new, lets get together and fight against this company in a consumer court. Pls share your contact details so that i can get in touch with you and proceed further accordingly. I have already received 2-3 contacts.

                          After so much of followup i have received a call from new member of club mahindra asking me to pay one EMI worth 11218/- Rs. and one more EMI cheque with future date. I am also asked to sign ACH form. Against all these submission they will confirm my booking for 5 nights in Dubai from 12th Feb. to 16th Feb., checkout on 17th feb.
                          They continue to refuse return of payment leaving me no option but to accept above solution and investing further money. Hope finally this will resolve our issue. Below mail as received.

                          With mutual understanding i paid additional Rs. 11218/- against which i got my holiday confirmation. When i received the confirmation voucher, i was going thru' its terms and conditions to avoid any further mistakes and here we go again. The confirmation voucher says "It is a service apartment & additional access fee is applicable". For our holiday it is coming upto approx. 12000 additionally. No one absolutely no one at the time of booking the holiday has informed us about this. If I would not read the voucher it would have gone unnoticed and i would have no option left but to pay the amount after reaching the destination...

                          Today I am back to suare 1 where i had started with additional investment of 11218 Rs.?????

                            On 11th oct 2016 we got a call from club mahindra and they told us to collect our gift voucher for 2nights/3days for which we have filled a coupon. we went to club mahindra chandigarh meeting on 12th oct 2016. they told us that the coupon is absolutely free but they also wanted us to listen to their membership scheme. they took our 45 minutes and given us detail of their membership. we refused to join. they gave us the promised gift voucher. according to the process we check as online to redeem our voucher. but there is no available dates in the selected period. that proves that these schemes by club mahindra are just to attract and nothing genuine. its is a fraud program. they have wastes our time. we want that every one should be aware of their fraud scheme.

                              Dear sir, we take club mahindra membership (member id# 2716425) on 15.08.2016 and rs 32160/- was collected by club mahindra representatives from my husband credit card. after 4 days i. e on 19.08.2016, we send cancellation request to club mahindra through mail followed by registered post to club mahindra registered office at chennai and their delhi office. club mahindra intimate me through mail that i will get my refund within next 30 days. so i should have got my money back by 19.09.2016. now it will be approximately 2 months going to complete and i have not received my money. every time you call, a new date after 10 days will be given to you. on asking the reason for delay, only reply i receive - your refund is in progress. as per the company membership form, it is clearly mentioned that "any member who wish to withdraw from membership, should submit cancellation request within 10 days of making down-payment for seeking full refund. the same will be processed and amount will be refunded to member within 30 days". now even after 54 days, i have not received the refund, even after making lot of follow up.

                              Please intervene.

                                  I had purchased an XUV 500 W8AT on 25 August 2016. Along with the purchase I was given an Club Mahindra Holiday voucher under the Purple Club benefit of Mahindra.

                                  Since then I have registered my voucher for redeeming my holiday voucher but have not been able to book any place across India as all the resorts always show booked and there are no rooms available.

                                    I decided to take d club Mahindra membership
                                    So the executive reaches my residence in about 30 mins saying he's around
                                    After explaining the whole thing I asked for time to confirm of I wanted the membership or no..he told me that the offer will go if I delay..I did a down payment..its took me more then 30 days to recv the kit..
                                    While taking the membership the sales executive kept repeating its free i[censored] ever want to cancel
                                    They don't give u end time to read the documents n make u sign immediately
                                    Later due to some financial issues I chose to withdraw from this membership now I am being told I get absolutely no refund not even the 40/60 which is mentioned in their cancellation policy
                                    The member relations replies as once ur validation call is done u get no refund back not even the 40/60
                                    This is ridiculous I have not used any holiday n what do they need the down payment of 32000 for ..
                                    These guys r total cheats
                                    Then just to get the refund back I asked them if transfer is possible they said yes but even if the person to whom its being transferred needs a higher package they don't allow
                                    I opted for a studio whom I need to transfer to are a family of 5
                                    The sales person who sold the membership to me tells me that they cannot get a higher option they have to take the studio
                                    When I got the kit I was told I will receive the 1week RCI free holiday voucher in the welcome kit..nothing was there
                                    They jus give big talks
                                    WT d hell this is utter BS..
                                    I need my money back I don't see any point o[censored] guys holding the amount..

                                    the club mahindra exective vishal called on me on 10th october 2016 saying the same thing again that i will not get any refund back as the validation call is completed
                                    it is not mentioned anywhere in black and white on their forms that you do not receive your refund once validation call is completed
                                    when i told vishal that the sales executive vishu told me that 40-60 refund is possible he took vishnu on a conference call..mr vishnu did not have much to say as he knows they are at fault
                                    vishal keeps repeating that you will get no refund i told him i will take necessary action he said i can go ahead and take it
                                    and honestly these guys do not reply back on emails saying that you will get no refund back coz they do not have anything mentioned in their clauses too
                                    which means they are cheats and they hold on to customers money like this
                                    pls take strict action against them and refund my money back

                                      Hello,

                                      I would like to address your representative as unprofessional and pushy, We received a call from your representatives saying that we won a lucky draw for 3days/2 nights and we have to collect it from their Rave 3 office. We went there and there was a surprise for us that we have to listen 1 hr presentation before claiming the gift. What kind of promotional strategy is that? and then we were overstretched on argumentative conversation. We were actually thinking to take the membership but that meeting ruined it all. Also on completion of the presentation, we were not given the ACTUAL VOUCHER but a PHOTOCOPY, and told that we will receive the voucher via email, a complete month passed and we were continuously followed up for the email voucher, as we wanted to experience what Club mahindra is providing to its customer before taking membership. But there is no response from your representative on our multiple follow-up.This is really unprofessional.! If you want to make customers for life, treat them likewise.

                                      I am hoping to recieve any email with the voucher as i am planning to go on vacation in November.Let me know when it will be email to us.

                                      [protected], I would like to receive a call ASAP.
                                      This is really going on my nerves, After wasting so much time, when Club mahindra gave me the voucher code, its NOT VALID, they are showing that we can only book till April and there is no availability. Such a Scam.! They have a day vacant just before our anniversary. I cannot believe how you unprofessional such a name could be.
                                      I need some-one to call me. As i waited 30 mins on your customer care number, thrice today but no one picked my call.
