I had taken Club Mahindra membership in 2016 and I have paid almost 11 and I am not even availed a single day of their service. and they also failed to give the agreed service so I fed up with these guys. When I approached for the refund, they said that you can go for cancellation and none of my paid amount would be refunded. They are not willing to help and they asked me go for the cancellation. They don't have the professional approach to reply as well attend calls of the customer who wants to cancelled the service. When called, they reply that the member relationship officer will get in touch with u in next 2 hrs. They never called back till date to my messages. CLUB MAHINDRA is a big FRAUD & just want to cheat the money of people. Do not go for membership unless one has lot of many to blow ...

Please help me in getting my refund.

    After posting below complaint I got a call as well as an email from Club Mahindra and they assured me full refund in 15-20 working days but yesterday 20 working days have been completed & no refund is done.
    I have been listening to "your refund will be done in 15-20 days" statement so many times since Sep-2016.
    but every time the given period is lapsed.
    Below complaint already posted on 11th Jan[protected]
    I took club Mahindra membership on 17th Sep-2016 & paid Rs. 50000 thru credit card & Rs. 56800 by cheque as advance payment. But next day when I checked documents & realized that their representative Mr. Sumeet did not explain me about annual subscription fees (ASF) & I felt it is costly purchase. So I decided to get membership cancelled & sent an email regarding cancellation to them on 19th Sep-16.
    They replied on my request on 21st Sep-16 that your cancellation request has been accepted & you will get your refund in next 30-45 working days.
    Please find below details of amount which they took from me & accrued int.
    A) Rs. 50000 paid by SBI CC
    B) Rs. 4528.45 Accrued interest by CC company
    C) Rs. 56800 paid thru cheque
    D) Rs. 7742 EMI deducted from CC
    Total amount (A+B+C+D)= Rs. 119070.45
    Sumeet Mitra logged my membership in even after my cancellation request by email and by phone. whenever I tell him that I got SMS of ASF reminder, he reply this is system error, ignore it.
    I want, Stern action should be taken against Mr. Sumeet who misled me & give false information.
    I have been struggling to get my money back & suffering with mentally agony for last 3 months.
    I have all the email communication with club Mahindra for above marked details.
    Requesting you to help me out to get my money back & teach them a lesson.

      This is to inform you that when I bought a new Car (XUV 500), I have been provided a gift voucher bearing no. LTSH5Z574HE dated till 26 Feb 2017. While following the process for redemption of voucher in the mentioned id at the back of voucher i.e"www.clubmahindra.com/GiftCertificate.asp, the same has been accepted.

      I selected the room and checkin date as per the rooms availability. For instance, 23 Feb and room type 'STU':

      When proceeded with the process, in the next page got the below message. For all the possible selections only this message is displayed.

        Irrespective o[censored]mpteen number of requests of not wanting to be contacted unsolicited calls at very odd timings keep coming in.
        Club Mahindra has a funny policy of not offering packages for unmarried persons - and in case some one wants to buy one, they have to buy it through a married couple of their family. I don't want to buy any holiday services through any family member and hence I have strictly instructed Club Mahindra tele-callers to not call me. One of them even confirmed that a request has been taken online and been confirmed. But I still receive calls and the tele-callers keep selling me packages at odd timings.
        I tried hunting for DND registration on their website, but could not locate it easily. All tele-callers claim that they are not aware of any DND application facility through website. Please help resolve!

          Hi All,

          I have taken membership in month of Dec 2016 membership ID 2731492 (Membership, which I feel biggest finitial mistake I have made.

          The terms and conditions which was informed to us is totally different which was telling during confirmation call. I have refused and requested for cancellation of membership. As per telephone executive request will be forwarded for cancellation.

          After a week days no response from Clube Mahindra, so I have emailed to membership ([protected]@clubmahindra.com) even after 4 times reminder no response.
          The email which I sent to member relationship same email sent to agent (who was telling as employees of Mahindra) but no response from that guy.

          Cal center there is absolutely no response.

          Need help to how to get refund.

            Please note that I have paid Mahindra Club holidays the payment of 32000/- through e-payment to one of the Mahindra Representative. Some how due to personal reason I have to change the decision not to join Mahindra Club Membership. It is very next day of the payment and I informed the same to the Representative who visited my house. The matter is of during August- September 2016. Then after I got Membership confirmation call where also I informed that I don't Want to be Member Please pay my money back. But still no action taken by Mahindra team.After some time they deducted one EMI @10000 from my credit card. Now it crossed more than 5 month I have not returned money, no body is giving me proper answer from Mahindra. It is fraud case to Me. My reference no is MHRIL=[protected]. Now I want my money with Penealty Interest.

              I have tried to contact the bangalore office for over a month and have left messages at reception for call back but there has been absolutely no response.

              Subsequently emailed a member relations, got a call that they will call back asap however a week now

              dropped the same to twitter account of club mahindra - got a response they would call but it has been 3 days now no response.

              I think club mahindra staff mainly the ones mentioned in my mail think members are fools to keep calling and leaving a message and following them for a response- they have absolutely no courtesy.

              They do not bother to call back to atleast listen to the concern let aside addressing.

                I took the membership of White Studio on 23rd December 2016. However we faced unforeseen financial difficulties and are unable to continue paying for this membership. I had made a down payment of 30k and my EMI were to start in Feb 2017. I requested for a cancellation on 19th Jan and had no response from Club Mahindra for almost 6 days until I posted my concern on a social networking site which is when they started calling and responding to emails. They aren't concerned with why I am cancelling, even their communication emails are copy paste templates, because after explaining them the reason for cancellation they still came back with a reply of we are sorry you are not happy with our service. they refused to repay the down payment and have asked me to reconsider.
                I also want to know what happens after I have formally told them that I still want to cancel. Do they deduct EMIs?

                I was also told that I was benefitting from their 20th year anniversary celebration so would get a discount for the same and some additional benefit. Only recently I found out that a colleague of mine was sold the exact same membership with the same offer . So it wasn't really a offer. This is clearly misleading to a lot of people

                  I took a membership on 17 of December but later Requested for cancellation of club mahindra membership on 22nd december in free lock period . It was mentioned in the document that if you cancel the membership in free lock period(i.e within 10 days of membership registeration), you will get you booking amount refund approximately in 1 month . Now 1 month is already passed and even after multiple follow up not refunded the booking amount.

                    On 9th January 2017, we got a call from Club Mahindra Executive in Jaipur asking us to collect free voucher for 2 nights/3 days and 4 movie tickets. We received gift voucher for our stay but there are no properties available for next 6 months for which we are entitled to book our stay ( imagine all 46 resorts in India). Same properties if I check on MMT or Yatra then they are available.

                    And when we asked for Movie tickets from the contact person he said he will issue us the same shortly. Till date no response.

                    We were actually thinking to go for their membership but looking at their customer care departments & executives who do not know the know-how of the process and with no business ethics ( on Club Mahindra portal properties aren't available but same are available on other holiday portals)!!

                    Plus their customer care [protected] is always busy tried 4-5 times in different time windows.

                      I got a call from one the executive from club mahindra stating that we have been selected for gift voucher from the club mahindra and called us to meet at their office to collect the voucher.
                      Firstly they explained all the things after that they forced us to take the membership on the spot and as we said that we need time to think before investing amt the executive their started talking in a very rude manner.
                      As you are in hospitality sector you dont even know how to talk with the customersand secondly they did not even issued us the coupon saying that our printer is not working and did not even had the courtesy to say anything...
                      We were least interested in free gift but did not expected such a rude and rubbish behaviour which shows your status in hospitality...
                      No wonder if you did not wanted to issue the coupons why the hell you promoting yourself and making people fool...
                      Really saying club mahindra not a worth... Pls dont be cheated...

                        I want to cancel club mahindra membership due to financially problem as joined on 31/12/2016 & down payment is received from me amt 25570 on 2/01/2017 by club mahindrais. For this i have already informed on call to club mahindra representative sh kuldeepsing &branch manager ankur and application for cancellation membership has also been submitted to branch manager club mahindra office crystal palm 22 godam jaipur on 09/01/2017. After that i have called many time to representative but no satisfactory reply given to me for cancellation.. So pl. Cancel my club mahindra membership and refund my down payment 25570. 00 immidiately. My name seema devi meena w/o hemraj meen.

                        My husband (Mr. Hemraj meena) and I (Seema devi meena) requested cancellation of Club Mahindra Holidays and reimburse our down payment of Rs 25570 for the following reasons for cancellation:
                        The club Mahindra agent calls on 31/12/2016 and meet in Hotel Radiatioin’s blue tonk road Jaipur through a gift voucher given in Pink square mall rajapark Jaipur.The club Mahindra provided an overview of the membership following which we enrolled on the same day with a down payment of Rs 25570. No information /overview were given to us for cancellations the memberships. When we explained all these issues to your official we were told that everything is written in the documents and we should have read it before enrolling for the membership. We have invested extensively on bonds, insurances etc., and we trusted the agents who explained the features. We did not find discrepancies in the agent’s words and documents. We did the same for Club Mahindra, but there were lot of discrepancies in what was told and what is documented. We are extremely disappointed and feel let down and cheated after this.

                        We do not want to continue with this membership and request you to reimburse the amount and cause less pain and trauma for a decision that went totally wrong.

                        Pl. Cancel my club mahindra membership due to misunderstanding and finencial problems as joined on 31/12/16 . Please refund my down payment Rs 25570. 00 .I have already submitted the application for cancel the membership on 9-1-2017 at club Mahindra office crystal palm 22 godam to the branch manager but no action has been taken by club Mahindra for cancellation the membership & refund .So pl cancel the club mhindra membership and refund my down payment 25570.00 Pl. ensure to refund my down payment as early as possible .

                        The following message was received for EMI. "Hi, Please note your EMI payment of INR 6522.00 against your Club Mahindra Membership number 2737256 is due on 07/02/2017"". Whereas i have already requested for cancellation club mahindra member ship many time after that they are ready to get EMI. May i understand club mahindra as froad where are only false information, false registration for which amount received by club mahindra, and there is no any process for cancellation and refund . club mahindra causes much more pain and tension in my family. If possible take an action for club mahindra membership cancellation and refund otherwise something happens for totally club mahindra will responsile.

                          I took Club Mahindra membership on 26/12/2016, but due to some personal reason, i decided to cancel my membership just on the the next day. I call the concern agent Mr. Tejas as well as dropeed and email to club maindra to cancel my membership, but no one responded. After several reminder and follow up Mr. Tejas not resond as well as not take any action. I was even send register AD of my cancelation application to head office. Then I got call from customer care where I had a talk the issue.He said that your issue is forwarded to concern team, they will acknowledge in a day, But again no one responded.I again dropped a mail, but no response. Today Mr. Keyur (boss of Mr. Tejas said that you will not get refund for next six month as company per company policy better to you validate your appication.

                          Please help me for cancelation of my membership.

                            Its regarding a club Mahindra gift voucher, which I have got along with my XUV 500 in May 2016
                            In month of May 2016, I had purchase XUV 500 and along with I have received the club Mahindra gift voucher.
                            When I planned my holiday and followed the all required procedure to redeem gift voucher, they didn’t reply on time and my plan went in vein. When I called them they said we already replied you which was obviously a fake reason. Now from past more than 6 months I am tracing them but they don’t reply to mails and when I call to customer care[protected] they say we will do the needful and convey your message to concern person (which is again a lie).
                            So finally I am realised that Club Mahindra's Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed.

                            I request club Mahindra management, not to play with the people who trust you

                              We went to some promotional event of the company and were given a 2N3D free stay voucher, now when i am trying to redeem it and not getting the availability. one preferred location is available for one day. and i am ready to book it for a day instead of 2 days.. but again it cant be done! the same resorts are 100% available on other sites.. i Would BE grateful if i can avail the voucher atleast for a day.

                                We have taken the Membership on 25/12/2016 vide Member ship No. 2735652 through your Sales Executive Navdesh Thakur Mobile No. [protected]. Inspite of repeated requests still not received the membership kit. As the bookings are to be made well in advance, the 8 nights free offer is set be lapsed as the same is valid up to 25/12/2017 only.

                                Further I was told that the above stated offer is available in all seasons however the mail received from CMH says the same is valid in White or lower season only. Further we were told that we will get 90% discount on RCI bookings, but no mention is there in the mail received from CMH.

                                We want to proceed for cancellation of my membership. Please do the same and redund the amount paid to you i.e. Rs. 31, 160/-

                                  I'm appalled at the deliberate delay Club Mahindra is doing in refunding the amount that was collect to me through a clear mis-sale of the proposition. Here's a datewise flow of events:

                                  1. I had opted for Club Mahindra membership around June/July. However the sales representative had provided erroneous information which I had highlighted during the verification call.

                                  2. Post that I have had multiple discussions with various officials in Club Mahindra. But the issue remained unresolved. In the meanwhile I continued to pay the membership fees despite the same being in disputed state.

                                  3. When in Nov I finally called the customer care to cancel my membership I was told to visit Club Mahindra office. I visited the office, where I was advised to write a mail to member relations, which I did subsequently by reverting to the mail from member relations explaining the reasons for cancellation on 26th Nov 2016.

                                  4. You took 3 days to register this request and sent a confirmation to me on 30th Nov stating that it will take 45 days to refund the amount. 45th day got over on 14th Jan 2017

                                  5. Through my mails dated 14th, 18th and 20th Dec I enquired and sent reminders regarding the statement of accounts and mode of transfer which you all conveniently ignored!

                                  6. I even wrote to Anand Mahindra which went unanswered. Not too sure if the email which I found through my sources is correct or not!

                                  While I fail to understand why it should take 45 days to refund my money, i get a mail today which says it will take 7-8 working days!

                                  My questions are simple:

                                  1. Why should it take almost two months to refund my amount? The only reason that comes to my mind is Club Mahindra is delaying this to float my money and earn interest on that. This approach is completely unethical!

                                  2. Why were my subsequent mails unanswered?

                                  Here's what I want now:

                                  1. My money be refunded immediately and by immediately I mean tomorrow!

                                  2. I should be paid interest on the instalments that I have paid starting from the day each instalment was received by Club Mahindra, given that your sales executive mis-sold the package to me through erroneous information which I highlighted immediately!

                                  Failing to adhere to the above mentioned two requests I would be forced to take legal recourse now and also take to social media to highlight the malpractice you as an organisation resort to with a prospects money!

                                  By tomorrow eod if I don't get the refund I shall file this grievance with consumer forum and then let law take its due course!

                                  This delay is rediculous completely unacceptable. As an organization Club Mahindra has one of the worst customer service and no sensitivity whatsoever once they receive the money! Trust this mail is acted upon by someone responsible in the organization...

                                  received a mail confirming processing of partial refund Rs 32160/-! This refund probably is for I got the first installment which I paid through my credit card! I can only guess as the table they sent in a mail had no headers. For the remaining payment that I had made payment through my bank account amounting to Rs 111480/- there isn't any information available! They have also refused to pay any interest on the amount they collected from me by mis-sale through their sales executive! They also falsely closed this complaint as resolved without even contacting me! This is an extremely unethical and unprofessional organisation. I would request consumer complaints to also let me know I I need to hire a lawyer and contest this case in the court of law! Clearly they way Club Mahindra operates it's a complete scam and I would want to make this public and while I get my refund I also ensure that people do not fall prey to such scamsters!

                                    Firstly to begin with i showed interest in taking the membership
                                    within 15 mins i get a call from their sales team and the representative reaches my residence in less thn half and hour saying that he is around and will come asap
                                    after explaining the whole thing, i requested for time to think about it i was told mam offer will go u need to act on this soon and my down payment was taken with my consent
                                    later in a couple of weeks i lost my job and my financial status is bad so i requested them to deduct a amount and refund my down payment back as per cancellation process
                                    now i know as per the clauses ideally a decent amount should be refunded but these guys refused to refund the amount knowing my financial crises
                                    i have a widowed mother to take care of i have lost my job but it doesn't make any difference to club mahindra.
                                    after telling them to cancel my membership i started getting back to back calls from them to retain my membership
                                    i told them i am in no condition of paying any emi
                                    i also did a stop payment of the first 3 emi cheques with my bank which helped
                                    later after the first 3 cheques were done the 4th emi they debited directly from my bank account
                                    which is ridiculous
                                    now they are tellin me that they cant even refund that ..m in some kind of mental trauma its almost of loss of 45000 for me and these guys care a dam
                                    i send them so many emails saying refund my emi they have stopped replying to my emails
                                    i even said i will give a complaint in the consumer court and on all social media, newspaper they just dont care
                                    i have absolutely no financial back up and these guys r going on ripping me
                                    my mother is going thru sleepless nights bcoz of the financial crisis we are facing
                                    its a kind request if you guys can help me out coz club mahindra in only interested in fleecing people and their money
                                    im in major stress m unable to take care of my mother and household needs financially

                                      I had purchased membership fess for Club Mahindra 2687067 and paid Rs. 80000. Due to Bad experience while booking Club Mahindra Hotels. I took decision withdraw membership as I have not availed any single holidays with club Mahindra.

                                        Sir, I bought Club Mahindra membership plan ie. White Plan on 6th January, 2017. Their sales executive visited my place and demonstrated the various plans being provided by you a few of them seemed appealing to me so I chose your White plan. Their executive advised me Studio room as I have a family of four (all adults) he told me that our studio rooms accommodates 4 people but now when I was going through their website and reviews by various members of yours I came to know that studio rooms are for accommodating 3 persons only or 2 adult and 2 children. few other things which I came across were waiting time on booking, Extra Bedding charges, Inflation based Annual Subscription fees all these facts were not disclosed by their executive and now I am feeling very much deceived. I was not told about The annual subscription Fees which makes my plan cost almost double ie. 13500 per year. and now it is out of my budget. I have already paid 2 installments for the membership but now I do not wish to continue with my membership so I would like to request you to get my amount refunded which falls under their 10 days full refund policy. I shall be highly obliged for your piece of obligation.
