Despite of so much of complaints and misbehavior from the representatives why company do not take any actions against those people? Why company permits them to miss-sell the product, company do really lose the reputation. Never in future i will associate with it nor i will suggest. Despite if company recruit ethical persons or it promote ethical business promotions that this impression will not be created, this creates unnecessary stress for citizens.

To bring in business by way o[censored]nethical selling could be easy but to maintain the relations will become worst. Because 1 dissatisfied customer will tell not to opt for this to another 100 his/her near-ones for their safety.
Please improvise your sales strategy. Neither this will affect your one brand but others to i will not opt for single brand of mahindra - no banking, car, tractor, trucks, finance, two wheeler etc.

    Dear sir

    Please note that club mahindra executive mrs. Shikha approached me for membership in dec'15

    And i have taken membership based on whatever promises she made during selling

    My membership id is 2674708

    But i am struggling to get all benefits from day one even so many follow up by phone, what's app and mails with mrs. Shikha

    She promised me for following benefits as special offer

    1. Additional 3 days/nights free (Special offer)

    2. Additional 3000 rs. Vouchers

    3. 5000rs cash benefit for change of phone from 6 to 6s

    Till date, i availed only 3 days holiday plan in jan at shimla kandaghat

    Which you can refer in below image, for which i have shared my bad experience by mail with her to take action, but no response

    After then, i planned holidays in may month which could not be succeed because she did not added additional 3 days and gift voucher of 3000 rs - which lead to frustration in my family - no happiness

    Moreover, i followed with her for i phone for which she promised me to provide 6s but i received i 6 and get exchange by myself after she agreed to pay rs 5000 for same< i have attached all communications>
    But still she is delaying from last 6 months by making different excuses

    Meanwhile, i approached her senior mrs. Ritika for above matter.

    There is no clarity for all above benefits to plan my further holidays.

    Even i registered complaint about her and closing of membership through club mahindra web site which you can check

    My humble request is to look into matter immediately to resolve matter as i can not take such frustration and burden for long time of 25 years membership due to poor services and response from club mahindra

    It will be better if you can return my money paid till today to close this membership

      Respected sir/madam,

      I am writing this email just to bring you the information that after talking to mahindra clubs executive i was going get some holidays vouchers as well as some movie tickets. I got the holiday voucher and read the conditions. I would love to show you the 1st point of resgistration ie. Go to theclubmahindra site and register with a coupon numberon my holiday voucher. But the voucher they have provided me dosnt have any number at all. I know it was just to lure me as i didnt buy the club membership fees. But i want you to know that by providing me this you have told me how not to trust you people and i m gonna show this to all. If you cant trust me with a free thing how do you expect me to trust you with 25years spending my valuable money on you. This incidence has taken place in mulund. I am attaching the voucher along this mail.

      The sales executive have thugged us by giving false promises and now he is not recivein our call nd making call by his colleagues he just lied to us and now when we are getting to know that we will not get what he have told me!!

        Dear Club Mahindra Team,

        I am trying to reserve the below mentioned coupon from last 6 months and in your website there is no link there to register. Tried calling multiple time your call center but no response.

        Baby Oye had given me two free vouchers and none of them have been used – Kindly help me to register for atleast one as I am planning to buy club Mahindra membership next month and would like to experience the stay first hand before I commit to buy the membership.

        I also sent across email to [protected]@clubmahindra.com which was given to me by your call center executive but emails keeps bouncing back.

          I too got cheated by club mahindra and was. Never informed about the annual subscription fees.
          I have sparingly used the membership aince the resorts are never available and my days get lapsed which again was not told to me at the time of signing up.
          I have complained to them many times but people just hang up with the promise of getting a senior to call me and I am still waiting for a senior to call for more than 2 years.
          I do get a call for paying asf for last year and when I tell them the reason for not paying they hurriedly hang up.
          Wish I could raise this scam Ponzi scheme at any forum where I will be heard.my membership number is 50574.
          I actually wanted to pay right now since I was getting repeated calls which sound more like collection agent calls. Show less

                Hi,

                I had paid 25570 rupees as down payment on 28-aug-2016 for blue studio membership through credit card at club mahindra office in metro junction mall, kalyan, mumbai. However, later i decided to not to continue with the same. I called up to executive - mr. Dhananjay dixit on 04- sep-2016 and he said my money would not be refunded, if i cancel membership. I have that call recording with me as well.

                Again i approached him and he did not entertain my cancellation issue at all. I dropped mail on 18-sep-2016 to id - [protected]@clubmahindra.com, as was mentioned in their official website with cancellation request along with instructions to not to deduct any emi through my any credit card. It has already been 2 working days passed and no response from club mahindra. Their calls are not getting connected at all neither i am receiving any.

                Please cancel my membership immediately and return my hard earned money that i have given to you as down payment as i have not at all utilized any of your services and resorts. Refer below details:

                  Hi, I have enrolled myself in club mahindra blue membership this april. Your executive Mr. Navdesh Pratap mobile number +[protected] detailed about the membership at an event hosted by Maruti Nexa and has sold me the membership with following promises (all written and documented) :
                  1) i have to pay upfront 26K which is 10% of total membership (after all given discounts)
                  2) I have to pay monthly EMI of 9070 only for first three months which will activate following deals:
                  a) 7 RCI nights
                  b) 5 nights in club mahindra resort
                  c) cash back of third emi after 6 months
                  Once I avail these, if I like I can continue the membership else discontinue.
                  I have paid all three EMIs and since than I am getting calls from Club Mahindra that my EMI is due and without paying the same I cant avail any of above mentioned services. Mr. Navdesh is on complete ignorance mode and not even picking up my calls. Your call centres are not providing any information.
                  Is this the way Club Mahindra deals. I have given 3 references and have many people in my family who already are the members. With this done I feel noone should trust your services. Need to know just one thing, should I accept that i have been crooked by an Club Mahindra payroll employee and club mahindra wont do anything even after knowing all. If yes, than please be ready for a lawsuit

                    I have applied for new club mahindra membership on 15th August 2016 but the response have been so pathetic that I had applied for cancellation. I have already raised a request with the customer care having interaction ID 9820823 and 9810702 but am yet to get any response after almost 10 days. How can i get my money back now? Really unproffesional behaviour. The membership is in the name of Vandana Verma and have paid an amount of Rs 27870/- by my credit card. In view of the above its desirable that kindly refund my money.

                        I was called upon by your resort at kandaghat i. E destination for dinner, your staff took about more than 2 hours time to review details about the property of club mahindra.
                        They were forcefully convincing us to become a member of the group, they were so non-sence people that they even could not talk the right way in there aggression.
                        They were behaving as if we were not there guest, and had travelled so far to there place just to waste our time.
                        The staff at kandaghat and particularly there senior team member with a beared underneath his lips was a bastered.
                        Never wanted to use such a language but i am forced to do so, only because o[censored]r staff.

The Staff in Jaipur is also not very helpful.Its been 10 days since I brought the issue to their notice. I think I have done a mistake by becoming your member. In today's time people want promt service and here it is like, a very slow process.

                            My club mahindra membership no is 2676689.i had forwarded an e-mail on 08 and 09 sep 16 to member relationship for cancellation of my club mahindra membership with immediate effect and refund back the money to my bank account. a further follow up mail was given on 13 sep 16 to mr surajit, mr deepak kumar yadav and mr pranjaljal all from kolkata branch. further i received a mail from club mahindramember relationship that they have forwarded my case to kolkata branch office on 11 sep 16 to process the cancellation procedure.you are requested to do the needful at the earliest without any further delay. till date no call received from their end and all the calls were to be made from my side. interaction id no provided by club mahindra is 9813205.

                              I attended the presentation on 28th nov 15 with my family at baroda. My wife Mno is select for gift voucher and received call on 12 July. But we are busy so no appoint was set. I have confusion about second voucher. So I personally asked to Baroda office manager he said that it is impossible. If you avail one voucher than second times unable to issue. He also said that you told that I avail one voucher to booking appointment caller. I received call on 18 july from Dipak. I clearly said that i received one voucher previously and second could not generate. He said that it issued to you and this for our new update product and book appointment for 19 july at 8:00 pm. On arriving at club m. Manager said it is not possible to issue. It is 15 km from my house in raining we reach there. I got sock. Now, Dipak told that you have not said about previous voucher. I talked to his senior about that he check the recording and send to you. Dipak also said same. I called Dipak on 19 july for recording. He talked very roughly, misbehaviour and not accepting about previous voucher talk not in recording. I asked for recording to forward me. He told that I send all recording on 21 july to your email and what's up. Then after 21 to 27 July calling to him, but not picking up my called. Due to this incident i get irritated and loss respect in my family. I harsh and stress them for useless presentation in working days.

                                The clubmahindra website pr the mail does not have a link to make payment through credit card. Wasted lot of time browsing through the website for making payment, even on the helpline.
                                after giving all the credit card details the OTP did not showup. Wasted enough time on the interactive line for payment through credit card and the matter remains unresolved.

                                  On 8th March 2016, Mr. Sikander Vadadriya visited my office offering me Club Mahindra membership and luring me with lots of offers, Iphone etc. I was initially interested so I told him I would think about it and reply him in a couple of days, but he said that all the offers were valid only for that day and I would have to decide right then. So I said fine I'll still decide in 2 3 days. So then he said it would be okay if I just fill in the application form and pay an introductory fees of Rs 7800 then I could decide in a couple of days and if at all I didn't want to go through with it, he would cancel my application and refund my fees. So I paid him Rs. 7800 through my IDBI BANK debit card. Then I called him the very next day and told him that I wasn't interested for now. He assured me that there would be no problem, that he would cancel my membership and my money would be refunded within 15 to 20 days.

                                  IT'S BEEN 6 MONTHS AND NOT A SINGLE PENNY HAS BEEN REFUNDED!!

                                  Whenever I called Mr Vadrariya he would give me fake assurances and ask me for more days. After 3 months he started ignoring my calls and when I called multiple times he blocked my number but answered straightaway when I called from my father's number. He asked for more time yet again and after that blocked my father's number too.

                                  If this is the service you provide before taking your membership what can I expect afterwards?? And if today it's a matter of Rs. 7800 who knows tomorrow it might be 78000!!

                                  I feel really CHEATED and I think such FRAUDS should be stopped.

                                  Considering your fame and customer satisfaction I hope my money would be refunded soon.

                                    This company is one of the biggest fraud company. They don't stay on their commitment. They just tell you fake things so that you take their membership. The salesman work is to just make money and tell whatever lie they can tell. I am having a worst experience with them. They don't give your money back even at time of buying membership, they say that your this much amount of money will be returned.
                                    After calling the representative, the representative says that the person with whom you talked was the salesman, his work is just to give out membership. The salesman name is Prashant Joshi. This salesman said many things about money back. But they are true cheats. Beware of this company and especially the salesmen over there.

                                      I have been offered two weeks bonus holidays on payment of nominal amount of rs.7000 to rs.9000 per week. However, i find that it is to be based on rci membership and not by club mahindra. Hence, i have to take rci memebership. Further, complimentary holiday of 7 days for rci is at one place only. How can a prson stay at one place for 7 days and incur all expenses on food etc.

                                      This is nothing but a misselling of club membership only. My membership allotted is membership 2713280. I request for refund of rs.32, 670 at the earliest. Don't leave it to branch sales office as they would not be interested in cancellation.

                                      Inspite of my discussion and mail, club mahindra tried to recover monthly installment. This action needs to be reported at the highest management level as such thing are not expected from reputed organisation.

                                      Further, they insist that i pay three installment and go for cancellation after enjoying complimentary holidays i. E 5 days at cm and, 7 days from rci at one place.

                                      It is unfortunate that when i have not utilised any holidays what are the reasons for not refunding my hard earned money.

                                      Dear Sir / Madam,

                                      Further to below mail, I had meeting ( from 11 AM to 12.30 PM) with Ms. Alka on 16 Sept 2016 at Vashi Branch to discuss on cancellation. She asked for reasons in writing and I explained which is already there in my email. But she insisted that I shall give the same in writing ( this is nothing but wastage of time for both o[censored]s). Thereafter on continued insistence by her, I have submitted letter explaining reasons for cancellation and same is as under:

                                      a) My cancellation request initially was on 2 August 2016

                                      b) I refused to take membership till last moment but Manager ( likely name is Mr. Motwani) at R City Office came with offer of 2 weeks bonus every year on payment of Rs.9000 to Rs.12000 . Now, It is surprising to know that Club Mahindra is luring for membership by offering benefit on behalf of third party like two weeks bonus you can buy from RCI without telling RCI membership fees and other terms and condition of RCI. If company follows honesty policy then Club Mahindra should refund my down payment as I have not taken any benefit. b) Further, complimentary holidays offered comes with under carpet conditions and various strings which is not disclosed during sales process.

                                      c) In the verification call they give incomplete details and refused to give process for cancellation and try to force completion of membership. For cancellation they refuse to give details and asked me to contact sales person. Sales person will say that cancellation possible by paying three installment and enjoy complimentary offer. This is nothing but extracting money.

                                      d) Offer of one week of RCI comes with stupid condition of stay at one place only. This was neither disclosed by sales person not during verification call.

                                      e) One week of holiday from RCI comes with utility charges. This was neither disclosed by sales person not during verification call.

                                      f) Complimentary Offer of one week by Club Mahindra comes with condition that I can use during white season. This was neither disclosed by sales person not during verification call.

                                      g) Contract papers were signed at last moment in hurry and on the basis of Trust I had with Club Mahindra. You can check with sales person whether any body can read terms and conditions contained in 50 pages in 2 minutes.

                                      h) For cancellation request I received several calls from Club Mahindra asking repetitive question for reasons by different persons and there is no resolution except that matter will be referred to Branch. Now branch says matter will be referred back to corporate. This is nuisance of process for cancellation and has put stress on my health. As such, I have right to claim for compensation.

                                      i) In spite of cancellation request, Club Mahindra tries to recover EMI from credit card. This has put my reputation at stake before my banker as I have to stop payment. I have right to claim for compensation.

                                      j) Refer all my mail and I have right to make further submission.

                                      k) This is my hard earned money and by refunding Club Mahindra will not loose anything. I believe Club Mahindra do not wish to enrich itself by not refunding money where benefit is not utilised at all.

                                      Request Club Mahindra Staff to co-operate in refunding my money.m

                                        I have been called by mahindra and mahindra club person at sarover portico hotel rajkot. I tried to refuse there meeting. But the person told me that they have booked gift voucher for me. There is 2 days holiday package is free fro you if you come and attend seminar. I have confirmed that if i will not join there club though they will provide me the same. And it was compulsory to go with my wife. I found them very polite and too much polished. He spoke like he is very known person to me. I have in last concluded that i don't want your membership. They have not even give any kind of gift or voucher which they have reserved as per our telephonic confirmation. I have vested my 1 hr with m and m club fake person. I think its good decision if some one can not keep his saying for 3 hours how can we trust for 25 years. Its advice not to make people fool its your image that has been spoiled.
