I have been offered two weeks bonus holidays on payment of nominal amount of rs.7000 to rs.9000 per week. However, i find that it is to be based on rci membership and not by club mahindra. Hence, i have to take rci memebership. Further, complimentary holiday of 7 days for rci is at one place only. How can a prson stay at one place for 7 days and incur all expenses on food etc.

This is nothing but a misselling of club membership only. My membership allotted is membership 2713280. I request for refund of rs.32, 670 at the earliest. Don't leave it to branch sales office as they would not be interested in cancellation.

Inspite of my discussion and mail, club mahindra tried to recover monthly installment. This action needs to be reported at the highest management level as such thing are not expected from reputed organisation.

Further, they insist that i pay three installment and go for cancellation after enjoying complimentary holidays i. E 5 days at cm and, 7 days from rci at one place.

It is unfortunate that when i have not utilised any holidays what are the reasons for not refunding my hard earned money.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Further to below mail, I had meeting ( from 11 AM to 12.30 PM) with Ms. Alka on 16 Sept 2016 at Vashi Branch to discuss on cancellation. She asked for reasons in writing and I explained which is already there in my email. But she insisted that I shall give the same in writing ( this is nothing but wastage of time for both o[censored]s). Thereafter on continued insistence by her, I have submitted letter explaining reasons for cancellation and same is as under:

a) My cancellation request initially was on 2 August 2016

b) I refused to take membership till last moment but Manager ( likely name is Mr. Motwani) at R City Office came with offer of 2 weeks bonus every year on payment of Rs.9000 to Rs.12000 . Now, It is surprising to know that Club Mahindra is luring for membership by offering benefit on behalf of third party like two weeks bonus you can buy from RCI without telling RCI membership fees and other terms and condition of RCI. If company follows honesty policy then Club Mahindra should refund my down payment as I have not taken any benefit. b) Further, complimentary holidays offered comes with under carpet conditions and various strings which is not disclosed during sales process.

c) In the verification call they give incomplete details and refused to give process for cancellation and try to force completion of membership. For cancellation they refuse to give details and asked me to contact sales person. Sales person will say that cancellation possible by paying three installment and enjoy complimentary offer. This is nothing but extracting money.

d) Offer of one week of RCI comes with stupid condition of stay at one place only. This was neither disclosed by sales person not during verification call.

e) One week of holiday from RCI comes with utility charges. This was neither disclosed by sales person not during verification call.

f) Complimentary Offer of one week by Club Mahindra comes with condition that I can use during white season. This was neither disclosed by sales person not during verification call.

g) Contract papers were signed at last moment in hurry and on the basis of Trust I had with Club Mahindra. You can check with sales person whether any body can read terms and conditions contained in 50 pages in 2 minutes.

h) For cancellation request I received several calls from Club Mahindra asking repetitive question for reasons by different persons and there is no resolution except that matter will be referred to Branch. Now branch says matter will be referred back to corporate. This is nuisance of process for cancellation and has put stress on my health. As such, I have right to claim for compensation.

i) In spite of cancellation request, Club Mahindra tries to recover EMI from credit card. This has put my reputation at stake before my banker as I have to stop payment. I have right to claim for compensation.

j) Refer all my mail and I have right to make further submission.

k) This is my hard earned money and by refunding Club Mahindra will not loose anything. I believe Club Mahindra do not wish to enrich itself by not refunding money where benefit is not utilised at all.

Request Club Mahindra Staff to co-operate in refunding my money.m

    I have been called by mahindra and mahindra club person at sarover portico hotel rajkot. I tried to refuse there meeting. But the person told me that they have booked gift voucher for me. There is 2 days holiday package is free fro you if you come and attend seminar. I have confirmed that if i will not join there club though they will provide me the same. And it was compulsory to go with my wife. I found them very polite and too much polished. He spoke like he is very known person to me. I have in last concluded that i don't want your membership. They have not even give any kind of gift or voucher which they have reserved as per our telephonic confirmation. I have vested my 1 hr with m and m club fake person. I think its good decision if some one can not keep his saying for 3 hours how can we trust for 25 years. Its advice not to make people fool its your image that has been spoiled.

      Sir,
      This is to request you that. I had taken the membership of club mahindra holidays. Under pressure of agent of company. I have opted for emi mode for the payment of the membership money. The emi will continue for next 4 years, but my husband is getting retired in 2 years. So i can't afford to pay the emi. I have played the down payment of rs. 26560 to the company. I am requesting the company by their customer care to refund my money back since 4 months but they are continuously trying to harass me by saying that none of your money will be refunded back. And they are saying if you want your money back then u have to firstly deposit 50% of membership amount, which is about 2, 50, 000, it is very large amount and i am unable to pay it at such a age. And it is clearly mentioned in their rule book that if a member doesn't uses any service his money will be refunded back, i haven't used any service. They are trying to financially and mentally harass me at such a old age, so kindly help me.
      Looking forward with consumer complaints to help me to get my money back. Waiting for your quick reply and action

        I get so many calls inspite of saying no to avail membership. Most importantly the calls are made in afternoon on weekends against TRAI rules. The people who call are not professional in their behaviour. They continue to talk which irritates. Not sure what kind of dialer is used and the list is not updated based on feedback. It's completely unethical and should be strongly looked upon else will be forced to file a case.

        I have paid total of 6 EMI i.e 9070*6 + down payment of 28500. in all. Now I have cancelled my membership. Club mahindra is declining refund to me.

          Helli.i booked corbett resort using coupon given by lifecell for 2N/3d for 2adults and 2 children for 4th to 6th dec 2016.but whn the confirmation sms mail came it stated just 2 adults..i booked Hu room and no option for children was given.1child 6 yrs and 1 infant 4 months(to be in dec).now i got a call frm club mahindra tht for 1 child nd 1 infant i wud have to pay rs 1500 + taxes per night extra to avail it..kindly c into the matter...

            Than to I am not getting booking in purple seasons, even after 45 minutes after the booking open. The website and call centre are jammed.

              This complaint is not resolved. (wrongly clicked and went into Resolved automatically) The Company people are calling me several times and informing that my request has been forwarded to Branch. I have told them several times that Branch is not interested in cancellation. Further, in the past also they ask you to pay three installment and cancel membership after enjoying complimentary holidays i.e. 5 days CM holidays, and 7 days from RCI at one place only It is unfortunate that in spite of my instruction to stop installment they tried to recover monthly installment from credit card. This is unusual thing from reputed organisation. However, I have insisted on cancellation as it is mis selling of product as i have not utilized any holiday service and all over the world I have not seen such resistance from reputed companies for refunding customer's own money as company has nothing to loose.

              Pl refund my hard earned money i.e. Rs.32670 without any delay as it is miselling of product as per prevous mail.

              Pl dont leave it to Branch as they are not interested in refund for whatever reason

                I had enrolled for 25 yrs membership on 12th of august and was told the cancellation will be free of cost in case i decide to withdraw within 10 days. Paid 32000 as the initial booking amount.
                I put a request over mail on the 18th and i have been following up ever since. I do not rcv anything but automated mails from them.
                When i call them, they say the request is with the approval team and they will call you back in 48 hours (This is the case every time i call them) but i never receive any call.
                It's getting really frustrating for me to go though this.

                  Hi all,

                  I got a call from club mahindra holidays a day ago, stating that i have received a gift voucher for 2nights 3 days holiday from any of the 32 club mahindra resorts in india and they wanted me to visit their showroom in ishpani centre, nungambakkam area at chennai for an event and get information on their product and in return acquire the gift voucher. As per condition, they told that decision for joining club mahindra was solely on me and i will not be forced. However, i attended (On 30th aug 16) the 45 min session with my wife. They took me through presentation & plans and at the end of the session i was offered the gift voucher. My idea was to visit the club mahindra property once and later decide whether to join as a member or not. On the same day later, i visited the club mahindra website to claim my holiday voucher but it was total disappointment since i noticed that none of the resorts have the booking available for the period mentioned in the voucher. It was so annoying & frustrating. I eventually realised that i have been cheated by club mahindra’s marketing team. Nevertheless being such a big brand & reputation, i request club mahindra not to fool people by giving them wrong promises & wasting their valuable time. Even if i had plans later to join club mahindra i will now re-think and advice my friend & others about this incident. I would request club mahindra to review their strategy and so that people have some faith on your brand. I expect them to review my case if they really mean & keep their word…

                    I have paid rs 47340/ on 16.01.2016 and rs 8566/ on 07.032016 with so many assurances by the employee mr rahul sharma for getting holiday membership for 25 yrs but after getting money rs 47340/ he never contacted and reputed all earliar assurances further first inst. Of rs 8566/ was sent to my bank and collected. I reacted immediately to jaipur office but no one was able to tell about assurances given to me.
                    Jaipur office of club mahindra is not even able to reply me as such they are cheating publc by false assurances on behalf of company.
                    I am fed up and again say to refund my money paid else i will be forced to initiate fir/legal action suitably.

                      I recently received a call from club mahindra holidays as, I had received a gift voucher for my name and was asked to collect it from Hilton Hotel the last weekend(27-Aug-2016). I was informed that, I will not be forced to join the club at any cost, nevertheless I will have to attend a 45 mins session, post which I will be offered the gift voucher. We attended the session and at the end of the session, we were handed over a gift voucher. I initially had a thought o[censored]sing the club mahindra's property once and can go ahead to claim a membership with the same. But when I tried to claim the gift voucher, none of their properties have the availabilities on the provided dates in the voucher. This is really disgusting and we are made to waste our valuable time on our busy weekend schedule. The rooms are available for the month of October for which the voucher specified dates aren't matching. I humbly request Club Mahindra not to fool around people with these kinda false commitments which will definitely spoil the name of the brand. As i said, people like me, who were/are thinking to associate with Club Mahindra will not even turn back for such response from your side. Expecting a sppedy recovery from your end on this case.

                        Humiliation by Club Mahindra.Not recommend at all. Highly Unprofessional people, I took the membership on 19th.The sales guy who came pleased me with multiple offers. He told me, if you don't like the membership your money will be totally refunded. It took it on this condition that if I don't like anything I will cancel it and get my money back

                        After going through everything and lots of negative reviews everywhere about the membership, I decided to cancel it.

                        So I dropped a message to Saurabh, the sales person that I am not interested and I want my money back. After reading my message he tried to convince me but I said no.
                        Thereafter I got a call from Mahesh jha, Saurabh's manager and he was threatening me that forget about your money you won't get it back. I was really shocked from his behaviour and the way he spoke with me was highly unprofessional and rude as if I was asking his money. He was talking to me as if he was from underworld
                        How come a company like Club Mahindra hire people like Mahesh Jha who treat the members as if we are puppets in their hands

                        After this incident, I dropped a message to Saurabh saying that is this the way you fool people around I.e. on 20th may

                        The same day they came to my office and again they confused me with their offers. I said no and I want my money back

                        They left afterwards, and next day I.e. 21st I called up Saurabh and also dropped him a message asking for my refund but again he was confusing me with his offers

                        Saurabh said he wants to meet me once and he will hardly take 30 min. He came at my place at 9.30 and he was confusing me till 11.30 pm . I asked him to leave as it was quite late. I also have to skip my dinner because of him. He irritated me so much that i had cervical problem again

                        Following up next day, I called him up for my refund he said that he needs to talk to his manager

                        Nothing happened that day. I called him up again Next day and his manager is busy and will call him. Finally I got a call from Shikha and as usual she tried to convince me but I said no. Nothing happened on that day

                        Next day I.e. today I dropped a message and called Shikha about my refund she will let know by evening. I waited but no revert

                        I dropped a message again asking about my refund. She replied it will take 30 working days
                        They have humiliated and irritated me so much that I'm planning to take them to consumer court

                        It took 30 seconds to take my money and telling me that you will get your money in 30 working days. Also not sure if I will get it on the mentioned period

                        This is highly ridiculous from Club Mahindra. I am planning to take them to consumer court

                        Not suggest anyone to get fooled by them

                          I have applied and got the mahindra club membership in month of 4th-july. for the membership i have paid rs. 25000 (rs. 5000 on 4th-july & rs. 20000 on 10th-july). i have got the membership through mr. abhishek shrivastava, marketing division and mrs. renu at your office mahindra club, saharaganj lucknow up.
                          But due to family person accident & unavoidable circumstances, i need to quit the membership & urgently need to withdraw my amount paid.

                          We have chassed many times to mr. abhishek & mrs. renu but they are not giving satisfactory answer to withdraw for deposited amount.

                              I want to register complaint against club mahindra as when i informed them that i am cancelling their membership without using any of the offer or package i expect full refund of money.
                              7 years completed, no reply, no compensation from mahindra.

                              As it was communicated to me that if you do not use any offer or package your entire money will be refunded but today their executive is telling that no refund will be given.

                              My decision for cancellation was based on the feedback of this club that they do not serve well and never give accomodation when member demand.

                              I request for refund of my money.

                              As unable to use the holidays with very bad experience.

                                From past 4 months, I have been following up with Club Mahindra team like anything. Aftrr rigorous follow-up finally I received a mail on 22nd july 2016 confirming that the membership formalities are in process and will receive the refund within 45 days.

                                After numerous calls, today when I finally got the luck to speak with concerned member relation officer Ms Pallavi Kaur, I was informed that my membership is still active.

                                Can this be looked upon on priority?

                                Immensely disappointed, walking you through my painful journey with Club Mahindra in detail.

                                I, Surbhi Singla fall into prey of Club mahindra's trap on 22-may-2016 with membership Id 2692162 by making a down payment of Rs. 23800.

                                It’s very unfortunate that an organization Club Mahindra is misleading public with fraudulent promises which their sales executives make to the customers.

                                On receiving the membership confirmation call, I realized that I was misleaded by sales executive. I expressed my disinterest in confirming the membership and started escalating the matter from April 2016. Initially bundle of people jumped in and tried to convince me on continuation. After lots of painful efforts, the team accepted that the sales executive misguided me and I was assured that the cancellation is in progress and soon I will receive the refund.

                                Despite of my earlier multiple communications in relation to holding my first installment, Rs. 6070/- was charged to me through my Citi bank credit card for which I have never signed any document. The form which was filled was for other bank. Also, my second installment was deducted even after repeated follow-ups and requests for cancellation of the installment deduction.

                                I was informed by customer care executive that my membership cancellation request was sent to Ms Pallavi Kaur for approval on 8-July-2016 and was pending from her end. The executive shared andheri office number[protected] and asked me to call Ms Pallavi. After rigorous followup and so much delay, Ms Pallavi approved the cancellation request on 22-July-2016. I received membership cancellation confirmation mail on 22-July-2016, stating that I will receive the refund within 45 working days. Further, knowing that there was delay from her end, she said she will try to expedite the process.

                                On 22nd August, I got the luck to speak with member relation executive Ms Pallavi Kaur and was informed that my membership was still active. She assured me that she will call me back the next day, but I didn't receive any call back.

                                On 23-July-2016, after numerous unanswered and on-hold calls, I could have the privilege to speak with her and to my sudden dismal, she said "why are you calling me? You could have called any other member relation officer". Is this how CMH treats it customers?

                                I want the company to resolve it at the earliest and refund my entire outgo along with interest.

                                  I had taken club mahindra membership on 9 june’ 2016 as they called me personally to their office at 4th floor, 7th floor, jd high street mall, ranchi main road, opp. Gel church complex, ranchi, jharkhand 834001 floor. Very soon the next day i cancelled the membership by sending signed cancellation letter to ranchi office as well as sending mail to [protected]@clubmahindra.com, [protected]@clubmahindra.com.

                                  When called at call center, they say u will get ur money in 20-30 days. But till date they have never called regarding this. They don’t have the professional approach to reply as well attend calls of the customer who wants to cancelled the service.

                                  When called at ranchi office, they reply that the member relationship officer will get in touch with u in next 2 hrs. They never called back till date to my messages.

                                  Even after repeated request for membership cancellation and refund i am still awaiting for a response from club mahindra



                                  Request to refund the total amount 32, 160rs which relationship manager has agreed & committed to total amount will be refund if cancelled during 15days looking period.



                                  I am attaching all scan copy documents.

                                  Awaiting your positive respons after 70days mail & phone calls exchange for refund the advance membership amount with interest.
                                  If i will not get in 10days then lodge case in consumer court & exposed truth in front of media.

                                    I have been a club mahindra member since the year 2001 and have upgraded my membership on 3 occasions since the year 2010. For the first few years getting room availability was practically impossible due to which my room inventory accumulated. One fine day they decided that the maximum inventory one could retain was 21 days. They consequently deducted 21 days from my inventory.in the year 2011 when i took this up with them and pointed out non availability of holidays i was told to reduce my inventory and they would re credit my nights. I got a re credit of 7 nights after raising the issue once again with them in 2013. I was then promised that the rest would be re credited once i got my inventory down further. Earlier this year i received a mail regarding re credit of lapsed nights. When i called the call center i was told that someone would get in touch with me which never happened. I called the call center again on august 13, 2016 and a request was taken for re-credit of the room nights. I was told that they would respond in 4 to 5 working days. Since i did not receive a call or mail i called them today and was told that my request was rejected as there was one re-credit done earlier. I have paid for both the membership and the annual maintenance charges which are raised every year and i do not intend letting my nights lapse easily. Please do assist me in this matter. There are other issues which i will raise whenever there is some progress with this complaint

                                    Thanks for your assistance. Soon after i sent my contact details i was called by another Customer Service Representative who gave me the same answers on their policy and how having my holidays lapse will benefit me and all other members and just reaffirmed their intention of not re-crediting my nights. later last night i received a notification saying my request has been rejected. I intend pursuing this further. Can i take this up through this forum or should I go independently to the Consumer Court? Awaiting your advice. Thanks!

                                      I have been struggling to cancel membership and receive refunds from last one month on 23rd of july i opt for blue studio member ship at club mahindra vashi branch i paid 25600 as 10% for member ship the offer i received from executive (One time exclusive) is not actual which i received on mail the executive completely misguided and offer false promises i requested for cancellation within 10 days complaint no 9681027 i have been promised that i will received call from concern department but no body care to do so. Kindly look into the issue and arrange feedback.

                                        I have recently attended session at hilton hotel, chennai. I went there as some one asked me continuously over phone at club mahindra resorts, we also had a plan to take up membership in some club house.

                                        Right from the beginning the person who gave the presentation was so rude, he did not explain anything showed us some papers and asked us to ready. He would have thought that we wount take the membership, on one instance when i asked him for a query, he raised his voice, my self and my wife got soo irritated and walked out.

                                        We informed this to his manager and said that we are ready to take up membership but pls send some one else, he said will come to our place, so far no call from any one, i have also raised an complaint on their website, i have given all details there as well but it is useless. Really we had a plan to take but now itself their response were very bad.

                                        This is the service what you will get from mahindra holiday.

                                        When ever they ask you to come for an presentation please dont go, instead you can ask them to come to your place.

                                        And i have notice one thing, the person who called me over phone was continuously asking if i will come in car or not, as i was coming on car i had no issue of it. Is there some thing like you will give membership only for the ppl who have cars?

                                        Please dont waste your time by going to any presentation from mahindra holidays...
