I have raised notice period month prior and also checked out a day before my last day even after waiting 2months did not receive refund, I have raised multiple complaints and emails not got any response and I got an mail from settlement team saying to pay the bill of stay which I wasn’t there and looted my deposit and asking to pay additional

    I have already informed the owner that i am leaving the place within 3 days.

    I also spoke with the Colive Finance Team before booking the room that i will only stay for few days but they still forced me to pay the full amount and also did not refund me the security deposit.

    I'm sure I'm supposed to file a legal action against COLIVE, since i have been calling, emailing asking you to refund me my deposit amount and you people kept ignoring.

      So, after I filled in details on colive website that am looking for single sharing rooms, I was contacted by a colive dealer with mobile no. +[protected]. He/she then promised there's a single room near IIT Madras and in order to get discount I need to pay Rs
      1999 in colive account that day itself before noon. I did the same and on 20th, when I contacted the dealer he said there's no room. He then have another property dealer number and said I can get room there. But that property owner also didn't have any single sharing room. Atlast the dealer says there's 4 sharing room at same price. I now have no room to stay and devastated. I need refund of Rs.1999 and extra for this horrible experience. I have provided proof of payment of Rs.1999, I can provide more proof of conversation when enquired.

        I have booked the colive - Alameda pg in Bangalore in the month of July. When I reached the location and checked the room, it was not at all what was shown in the picture. The window had spit all over it, bathroom condition was horrible and there was no common area for work as it was shown in the picture. Later realised that the property manager has sent me pictures of different coliving space! What a scam! The entire building had no mobile network! The residents were complaining about wifi, water and no food was provided to them (food was included in the package). What kind of scam company is this! Refund my 2000rs booking amount ASAP!

          I vacated my Colive property on 30th July 2022 and was promised a refund of my security deposit within 15 days. I waited around 18 days and called the sales person, the property manager, the billing team, raised a ticket in the app and even sent an email to the billing team but I havent received anything as yet. I have financial commitments and dont know what to do or whom to call anymore. Their customer care doesnt work either.

            COLIVE Barwon a big fraud

            COLIVE CEO send mails like patriotic, in the name of our prime minister, but from inside they loot people like me, This guys are really big fraud,
            I asked for my security deposite refund they told me initially it's been processing, after 1 or 2 week they stop responding and then they blocked my number.

            They Credited half of the amount to my colive passbook instead of refunding my deposit to my bank. I redeemed that amount but didn't get any refund.
            Not sure what to do where to complaint aginst people like this,

              Hi my self satham I booked pg in colive and while going for check in the property owner not allowed me to check in. He is telling that colive not confirmed anything to us. Even i am standing the road colive agent not picking my call. Still now he is not responding properly and Harsh me with bad words. Now asking about my booking refund no reply from their end. Such worst experience with colive.

                I was supposed to be in hyderabad to look for job. I needed to stay at a pg for one month from 26th of july 2022. As per my search alert colive team contacted me and told me they are having offers and they will book my room in a pg in rs 5500. Including everything. I specifically asked the agent mr rinku if theres any extra charges that i need to pay like security food etc. He specifically mentioned everything is included. Right now i have to book the seat by paying rs 1500 and will pay rest rs 4000 after reaching pg. I have to book within 15 minutes if i need to avail the offer. Due to desparete circumstances i decided to book here. This was on 19july 2022. After booking i got an welcome messege and the name of pg where i have to stay i. E saharsh executive pg, chota anjaiah nagar. Two days before 26 of july i reached hyderabad and went to check th pg. However while meeting owner he said theres no booking on my name by colive. I called mr rinku. It was recieved by another female named naminipriya.. She said she is also an employee under mr rinku working for colive. She said theres some misunderstanding and they will talk with the owner and asked me to wait for 10 minutes. I wandered around city for an hour they didnt contact me neither did they recieve the call. Next day rinku said he talked to the owner i can go ahead. I called the owner he said if i want a room i have to pay 5500 plus 2000 hence 7500. I said according to our alk i already paid 1500. I was told to pay rs 4000 more only. The owner aid these online colive people are frauds they donot pay him anything and i should forget my money of 1500 and come fresh and book again with him to stay in that pg. I called colive numerous times they disconnected after long they recieved and again said its misunderstanding and also made up lies saying i asked owner for ac pg etc which was lie and irrelevant. I got angry and asked for refund. There employee said she is processing it and i will recieve it within 7 days. One more day went when i asked for confirmation regarding refund, anhother man called me back saying he is ajay senior of rinku and he wioll solve the problem asked me to trust on him and wait for half an hour. Again i waited the whole day nobody called back after call9ing again and again rinku recieved call misbehaved with me saying you should pay extra security if you want to stay somewhere. I told him while booking i specifically asked about security and he said no extra due to9 offer. I told him owner is denying booking anything and owner denied said i wont get any money back and i have to pay rs 7500 (He said security is also non refundable as it will be used as maintenance charge) and con called with owner owner himself said again on con call that i have to pay full amount and that colive doesnot pay him any money and mr rinku started cursing the owner and cut my call. I have not recieved any resolution or call. I was almost on streets searching for pg on last moment, i a kind lady agreed to allow me to her pg. I need a full refund from colive and there apology fo the harrassment i had to go through. Rinku phone no [protected], [protected]. I already tried complaining in their app customer portal too but theres some fraud going on there. Below i am attaching payment reciepts our chats and all the evidence i have. Along with that i am also attaching ss of other peopes google reviews who faced the same fate by colive. Kindly check it

                  Colive organising a very poor and fraud services inside the company. I have booked a visit but never get to visit the place, so i cancelled the visit.
                  But thier executive never mentioned that the amount is non-refundable.
                  When I raised a complain their executive keep telling me to read the clause in their handbook.
                  But this isn't the way to provide service. Colive should have been informed to me that amount is not refundable. I shouldn't have been booked any visit to their fraud business in the first place.
                  Mark my word, do not use colive services, there are more fraud promises their executive make.
                  I have contacted A executive named ASHUTOSH here in Bangalore for Colive services.
                  Once they get the amount they don't even pick your call or reply to messages at all.

                  FRAUD SERVICE IS WHAT COLIVE DO!!

                    I was staying in colive pg- Bellandur in The property named ST Paul. I have legally vacated and paid rent as per their policies. So I’m viable for a refund of 13500 which was supposed to come on 15th July 2022. But now it’s been 20 days and nobody is responding me the issue

                      Hi,
                      This is deepika. i have booked a private room in colive 504 garnet, Gachibowli, Hyderabad through agent name-Mikesh and his mobile number-[protected].
                      He reserved a room and asked me to do a payment on colive link and i did payment of 1999. On 3rd aug 2022 but its been 1 day till now nothing got displayed in colive app about my booking and i asked him cancell it because nothing is displayed to me he said he canceled but nothing got refunded to me and nothing is displyed in app. He didn't gave me any proof eventhough i asked him many times. I have been in touch with other agent wjose namebl is chinna kesava. He also did nothing.

                      The response from agents is very bad. I want me money back. Because this is really inconvenience for me i payed amount and i got nothing.

                      Please Consider this on high priority.

                        Colive sent me a mail demanding me to pay them 13, 000₹ or they will take legal action.
                        I checked on my colive account and I did not find any dues pending.
                        I tried asking colive for the deposit I had paid of 8, 000₹ they did not respond.
                        I am trying to get in touch with them but they are not responding.

                          I am new customer and I have paid my advance for room booking which is Rs. 1999. In the whole process I was assisted by Mr.
                          Ramjit Bhagya and his mobile number [protected] (Representative).When I later asked that the current property is far from my office and I wanted a transfer and he denied me along with that he said I won't get a transfer as it would impact his target. He also confronted that he won't transfer me to another P.G. Post the humiliation he has stopped answering my phone and responding to my requests. I request the management to look into this issue and help me getting a transfer. I am also adding the phone number of the representative. Please take necessary action.

                            Hello, i am one of your resident at colive tornio, I have been having issues with your services, I want you to go through the area manager and the property manager of the property i have stayed i.e. Colive tornio (s.g palya). One of the issues i have is the settlement of deposit there has been a mistake from the property manager that he has not updated the rent and electricity bill which was paid beforehand. since I left(June), i have tried to contact manager multiple times to enquire about refund for which there was no response and now on 15th July i received a mail saying that the rent and electricity bill was not paid i tried contacting manager to enquire regarding this issue but manager said he left that property and gave me the current managers number and i spoke to current manager he is trying to resolve this issue but he doesn't seem to proceed anywhere. Yesterday (23 July) i received another mail of legal notice saying I am at fault, so i kindly request you to resolve this issue and get in touch with me

                              I vacated Colive in Doddanekundi, Bangalore on May 31st 2022. According to the policy I was to receive my refund of security deposit on June 15th but it was delayed a bit and I received it later but as amount in my colive passbook as DYD offer. I opted out of the DYD offer right away and was supposed to get the amount in my bank account in 30 days. It's been over 30 days and I haven't received anything from colive....

                              The sales people forced me to book asap by paying the token amount and post that there is no confirmation from Colive's side.
                              I tried contacting them on the number given on the website where one of the customer support exec hung up on me. Then I called again, next one didn't help either but gave me mail id [protected]@colive.com for complaints. When I mailed them I got an automatic reply that they've moved ticketing to whatsapp. I nudged them on whatsapp and the agent I was talking to didn't resolve it either and closed the ticket. Now I have raised it again but there's absolutely no update from their side and looks like it's waste of money and time. Please don't pre-pay anything online.

                                I have been taken a room in Colive Fortworth, electronic city, Bangalore from 1st April to 6th May 2022. My rent was 5555 per month and security deposit was 5k. I was told that I should only give rent for 6 days of May by Colive salesman. For April I paid total of 10, 185 in which 1k was advance and rest 9185 I paid one day before check-in. For May I again paid 6028 as rent as they told they will refund me rest amount with deposit since i am only there for 6 days of May. Also for while making payment for May there was 500rs in wallet, but first transaction got failed and that 500 didn't get refunded. I raise a complaint at that time with ref number and they said it will get adjusted in next month which didn't happen. I have waited till Jun 15th and i got a mail from Colive saying that I should pay extra 1.5k as separation charges. I raised a service request in Colive app with all the receipts from Colive, Rental agreement and all details but still they say that I only paid 10, 185 total. I have been calling the salesman for long and they are not picking up the phone. I am fed up of this Colive and even though I can forgo the rent amount I paid for May, I still need to get the Security Deposit amount I paid.

                                  After vacating the property, they are not giving our Rs.18k deposit which we paid during the check-in time.
                                  Now they are just unnecessary giving us vague reasons.
                                  They promised lots of things during the check-in time, but once we moved there was nothing.
                                  The salesperson with their manager Mr.Saba and Management cheated us and now after giving a 30 days notice period, they are still not giving back our deposit. We have been promised different rooms and told each room would have a fridge and washing machine, even have to wait 20 days for Internet, but nothing was done, even the room was not cleaned.

                                  Now they have sent a mail like we have not informed, as per the rule we have marked the notice period in their application, and now received a threatening mail saying you need to pay the fine of an additional 5k.

                                  They are cheating the people like anything with false promises and after vacating not even paying back the deposit.
                                  They will hide all the terms and conditions from the customers and later will use that as a weapon against us.

                                  Kindly request to help us in this regard. It's our hard-earned money, some coorporates are just killing us doing illegal business.
