Hi, i ordered dishtv hd+ dth connection on 29th april through compare dth. Done online payment. Agent (Arjun/gopal verma) confirms me, that installation should be done between 10:00-12:00hrs on 30th april. But no one came during that time. After calling comparedth agent, installation request initiated to dish tv. We received a call from dish tv & they told us, installation is not possible in our area (Wakad, pune) as it's a cable operator area & they cancelled the installation request & told us to cancel the order from comparedth. We called up several times but didn't get proper response. Agent (Arjun/gopal verma) tols us order is cancelled & refund request is in progress. But we never received any communication by mail or sms. Now their contact number is not reachable. Customer service is very poor. Nobody bothers if you wish to cancel the order. Same thing happens with me today. I ordered tatasky HD + recorder from compare DTH. I asked them for installation within 2 hour due to my train and they promised me for this. But after successful online payment, they left my call unattended. Didnt give proper response. They didn't forward my booking to tatasky even after 2 hours. I also missed my train and at last told me to cancel order( Representative HEMA). They told me that I will get refund after 24. Very poor service by DTHcompare.com.

I purchased Tata sky fth from this site. I also paid them rs. 899 via upi but nobody visited for installation. So i make a call for cancel my connection and requested for refund. But nobody from there end has even showed courtesy to call me.
For cancellation i am trying to 200+ calls on there number which two option (1) for new connection & (2) for complaint. When you press 2 no-body will respond but whenever you will press (1). They will immediately pick your call, but they immediately cut your call if you try to explain them your problem by pressing (1).
Plz raise compliant against this Fraud company they are doing fraud with customers immediately block there websites and refund the customer money.
