I recived a email from 100bestbuy.com regarding an online lucky draw contest to get a Samsung Galaxy Grand moblie (market price aprox. 21000) in rs. 699 only. the offer was as indicated below
-10* lucky winners will be chosen through a Lucky Draw conducted by 100bestbuy and informed by email.
-All participants will get 100% cash-back, in terms of credit points (for eg: if you buy any deal worth Rs 100 you will be getting 100 credits points in your
100bestbuy account by which you can buy any products on 100bestbuy)
-With this points User can buy any other products on 100bestbuy
-Lucky Winner will get the mail for confirmation.Please go through the all *T&C

I have paid 699 Rs to this site & hoping for get a Samsung Galaxy Grand moblie in 699 only.
Next day , i got a call from these company executive saying that you have chosen in 15 lucky users and you have to pay Rs 4999 for get chance to win the Samsung Galaxy Grand mobile.
I have anticipated that as per online terms and condition it was not mentioned that you have to pay any more money to get the mobile. but the 100betbuy executive replied that this is mentioned in our terms and conditions. Please refer the below terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions for payment made in Online
1. This is a lucky draw contest.
2. *10 lucky winners will be chosen through a Lucky Draw conducted by 100bestbuy and informed by email.
3. All participants will get 100% cash-back, in terms of credit points (for eg: if you buy any deal or contest worth Rs 100 you will be getting 100 credits points in your 100bestbuy account by which you can buy any products on 100bestbuy)
4. Cash back will be done only in terms of credits points.
5. The contest coupon is valid for 90 days only.
6. The lucky draw conducted by computer and it can happen you will win in different product category also.
7. Winner for a month will be declared on end of the 1st week of next month.
8. Winners will get confirmation call and personal emails. Other applicants will get email consist of winner list for that month.
9. This is a monthly contest and gets renewed every month.
10. Company can withdraw any contest product at any time without prior notice, but customers for that contest will automatically eligible for some other contest of same value.
11. If you redeem your points then you will automatically ineligible for contest.
12. There is no product delivery involved in this as it is an online contest.
13. For highly valuable items we may ask winners to come to our office to receive the contest prize.
14. *Number or winner might change depending upon the user applied in that month.

AS per above terms and conditions , it is nowhere mentioned the anyone have to pay this much money. This company is doing an open fraud and robbing innocent people.

Complaint regarding lucky draw emails — received an email regarding lucky draw and i responded unknowingly

Dear Sir,
I received an email from the below address and i unknowingly responded to the same. then i received the below mentioned email and a person is coming tomorrow at mumbai international airport at 9am. at mumbai international airport.

At night i checked on the internet and found out that these people are fraud and has sent similar emails to many.

if the person calls me, i am going to ask him not to come here and never to contact me and if he does i am going to call the cops.

I hope i get some help if something goes wrong
