100Bestbuy.com — Non delivery of product

I have purchased an item form 100bestbuy.com on July 28, 2012 and Item not received so far. I tried to contact with them by email and phone but no response.

I ORDERED A REEBOK SUNGLASSES AND BAG ON THE SITE ON 16 MAR 12. FOR WHICH TRANSACTION ID WAS ALSO GIVEN THE PAYMENT WAS DONE 100%.THE PRODUCT IS STILL AWAITED AND THE CUSTOMER CARE NO IS NOT CONTACTABLE.INSPITE OF COMPANY LISTING ON THERE SITE THAT PROBLEM WILL BE SORTED OUT IN 24 HRS.NO ONE HAS REPLIED TO NUMEROUS EMAILS WHICH I HAVE SEND TO THERE CUSTOMER DEPT OR MISS CALL ALERT WHICH THEY HAVE WRITTEN ON THERE SITE.
I have ordered a Mobile handset from 100bestbuy.com on 26/04/2012, but till date I have to received any information about the delivery of the product. I have been trying to call their customer service executives but not able to get them. Please help.

I was offered to participate in mobile phone contest on 13 March 2013 by paying Rs 699 to win Samsung Galaxy Grand Phone.The amount was debited to my account same day.On 15 march 2013 I got a call from 100bestbuy.com executive that I won the contest and an additional amount of Rs 6999 is to be paid.Since the amount told to be paid was lower than the market cost of the Samsung Galaxy Grand the amount was paid by me and debited to my account same day.However the product was never dispatched to me at given address of Shillong.I have moved out of Shillong on posting on 29 June 2013 and my present address in as under:-

Dear Sirs,
I would like to inform you that I submitted/registered my complaint against 100bestbuy.com on 10.04.2014 and updated on 13.04.2014 & 16.04.2014 respectively on your good website. On the basis of my complaint grounds, you notified to the company for needful action. In between I made contact through phone calls and mail communication for the delivery of my product. Every time Customer care executives say that your product will be dispatched today or definitely tomorrow, but these are false statement. I forwarded mails to them for the actual status of the product, but they have not replied any my mails till date.
They updated their website as "order dispatched" since from the last 7 days. I herewith attach an image of their website showing order dispatched and tracking number blank.
In view of above, you are requested to help me to get my product as early as possible.
