I have purchased a shoe through online from 100bestbuy.com before a month but i found that there is quality problem immediately i have contact them through mail and phone call and made complaint. They have requested me to resend the product to their bangalore office address and i did that on the same day and given the courier details also but still i have not received any response from 100bestbuy.com. Am terribly disappointed about 100bestbuy.com service and herewith i have attached the mails from 100bestbuy.com Was this information helpful? | |||

100BESTBUY.COM — BETTER REPLACEMENT
Hello All,I purchased through 100bestbuy.com product which was Nokia C5-03 for that i made a online payment worth Rs. 8500. After receiving the product i saw that headphone had broken and i got shocked. At first i think that i have been cheated by 100bestbuy.com. then after sometime i sent a mail to 100best buy.com and they replied me replacement details and i also called customer care of 100bestbuy.com and they told me to courier the product to our side, after receiving we will send your replace product to you. Then i did courier the product to their address and within 10 days i got new product then i opened the product that was really good, so now m feel very happy and they did not charge for replacement. thanks
